I had a business trip to Mongolia. I searched options to live with the help of Hotelscanner. There were 27 options in UlaanBaatar where I needed to go. I booked the hotel room online. Upon the arrival I asked about the total number of options and it turned out to be really 27. It is an excellent aggregator that shows all the results. Afterwards I tested similar aggregators at home and the offer range is much less.

We wanted to fish on the Amazon once again. We organized a tour independently. It's a bit pricey, but about 60% cheaper than the "exclusive" offers from travel agencies. We booked accommodation in different cities in advance and selected options via this electronic media. We had a good time and saved considerably.

I bought a graphics card and returned it for a newer model that I bought somewhere else. It worked perfectly well, it's just that it did not fit my needs. My husband fell on monday and broke 2 ribs and it was recommended that a recliner might help him. I have been thinking about a leather one for some time and never made the move to purchase. This company attempted to sign me up to another provider on the spot claiming a cooling off period after I said no they continued and now I get calls, text messages and emails daily and despite unsubscribing they continue to try the hard sell. It’s outright harassment. I would not recommend them period!!!!

I was using their on-line site to examine different covers when I was called up by one of their "salesman". After providing information on the cover I required, I was provided with a quote that represent some saving on my current cover. I was immediately asked to provide my current membership details and payment arrangements; the person clearly wanted me to sign up immediately. I asked for a copy of the Product Disclose Statement to be emailed to be so that I could make an informed decision on changing my insurer to which the person responded "Thanks veery much for wasting 23 minutes of my time, I thought you were serious about saving some money, Goodbye" and rang off. Do NOT touch this crowd!

I was with Qantas Assure for points. I wasn't really getting much out of the coverage and when my misses was in hospital, I decided to do my own check to see what I was covered for. Turns out it wasn't much so I started looking online. I checked a few sites and ended up using Health Insurance Comparison to compare a few different ones. I was tossing up between myOwn and AHM but myown had a similar price and came with a reward system where you get $5 vouchers each week if you do enough steps. I spoke to Eli who was very easy going and seemed to know more than anyone I have met about health insurance. He talked me through the differences between policies and left it to me to pick which one I wanted to go with. I didn't have to sit waiting periods again so it was even better. Pretty easy, if I switch again I will use them.

That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a refund from ahm, and yes...I stayed with my old health fund. This has been a GREAT inconvenience.

I too have been waiting for almost a month for $200.00 of baby items that I need for when I have my baby in 2 weeks. Don't think ill be receiving them anytime soon as it has been 4 days since I emailed them with no reply even though they state 2 days max for a reply. I then sent photos to show that it was a physical impossibility that the item could have been in the box and that's where the contact ended. Yep, crickets, people. Nada. Not interested. See you later. The item was only $12 so I'm not going to get all worked up about it but don't bother giving them your business as I did mine as you too might be underwhelmed by their customer service.

On our 4th visit to ling ling thai massage in brisbane, we experienced very poor customer service. 3, 1hr massages were booked for 11am. When we arrived, they could only fit 1 person in and told us to rebook the other 2 massages. There were 3 staff members present. We noted that they had a customer already getting a 2hr massage and payed full price. Ling ling thai massage open at 10am, so they had no intention of fitting us in. They turn away grabone customers for full priced customers. They treated us like 2nd class citizens. This situation was helped by the fact that grabone has great customer service. They refunded the whole $117 within 1 week. Grabone has great customer service

I was organising life insurance for myself and my wife, they called my wife and after 40 mins interrogation they still needed another 20 mins. She was in tears after the phone call, she simply was taking antibiotics and sleep medication due to really nasty cough. She was treated like some kind of invalid and the questions were unreasonable, I can only imagine what they put through people who have serious health conditions. All they had to say at the beginning of the call that if you take prescription medication and saw a specialist recently, the call make take up to say 50 mins. We had a screaming child but they just carried on and when wife said she didn't have any more time, they never called back later to follow up. However they did take the funds from the bank account on the day, I have been chasing for a refund for over a month and they don't respond to emails. We got life insurance policies elsewhere with no problems and at a better price.

I have been with actewagl since 2014. Just got my recent bill and found out my bundle discount got removed. Call their call center and they claims that my contract had ended in March 2017. Due to I did not contact them to renew my contract therefore all discount been removed! This is absolutely ridiculous as they continue the supply but removed the discount! I only received a mail in January 2017 and no more after that, I request to renew the contract and back date the discount. They claims that they are unable to do so! This is absolutely rubbish and I think its time for me to look for other provider.

I bought my reverse cycle heater /air con through actew shop 2 years ago It’s fabulous. Had a minor hiccough re a setting. They sent someone next day who fixed it straight away. Works beautifully. Also had solar hot water installed. Again. Very professional service. Still working perfectly after 3 years. Gave me much better advice re placement of panels than some of the private companies and so get maximum solar advantage and much longer time when I get my free hot water. Also liked the way I can manually operate the booster system. Only need this in winter months.

My recent experience with Fixd was Fantastic - on time, cleaned up after themselves, main plumber (who is licensed) was onsite to check/approve installation, high quality equipment installed, and no extra or "fake" fees as I've encountered with other warranty companies and their stable of weak contractors. They’re also a US company that is totally based in the US - headquartered in Dallas TX - so no overseas customer service with a language barrier. We’ve had them for less then a year and I can say now the only good thing about them is the app. Their technicians are not very good at their trades - everytime we have a problem it always requires a repeat visit because it isn’t fixed the first time. And when it isn’t fixed the first time you have to put it in like a new ticket, wait for them to schedule and then call multiple times to have them refund the $50 copay. Currently we have a problem with our air conditioning which is pretty important given current state and it wasn’t fixed with the first visit which took two days and now we have left three voicemails, sent two emails and tried chat with no response. Just a terrible company. I’d definitely recommend another one to save yourself the headaches and get a quality service.

Smashed my brand new Pocophone F1 and raphone were the only place i could find who could repair a brand new devive such as the Pocophone F1, as no-where else had the supplies to do sow tih it being released only a month or 2 ago. Nevertheless, send my phone away on monday morning, and by Friday i have the phone back and it looks brand new. Perfect accuracy and very well done to whoever did the repair, I couldn't be happier! Great customer service aswell when i phoned them up, and very fast and helpful replies to my (many) emails keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair!

Battery replacement for iPod Touch I took my son's iPod Touch into Fixmybrokenmac and they booked it in within a couple of minutes. There was a slight delay in the repair, but this was due to cracking the screen during the repair process and they had to order in a replacement screen. This was done at no extra cost and was explained fully when I collected. I would certainly recommend for any Mac/iOS repairs

On the 18th of January I received spam from this company on one of my fake email addresses that I use to lure out dodgy practices. The only reason for anyone to know about the email address is dealings with fishy sources (scam/fraudulent websites amongst others). I complained about this email on their Facebook profile and were requested to provide the email to a designated email address. I did so on the 22nd of January. I have to this day not received a proper reply other than an automatic response. I am of course not particularly surprised as there is no reasonable explanation other than bad practices. After all, they are figuratively caught with their pants down.

I took my wife's iPhone 6S Plus into iDropped It in Lt Collins Street. No appointment. The glass was shattered and it had screen damage. 30 minutes later the phone was as good as new. Working perfectly. Really friendly efficient service and a very reasonable price. Much quicker and much less expensive than going to an Apple store. Highly recommended.

On 17 December 2018 I dropped off an iPad mini for a screen repair. That day I was called to advise they needed to get parts in for the repair which would be done by 19/20 Dec. I went to the shop on 21 Dec, however it was already closed (I assumed for Christmas). I have tried on numerous occasions to call and attend the shop since then. Today I was informed by the building concierge they simply had not returned. I now see the business has closed without returning my iPad!

A week before my dissertation deadline, I lost all my year three work. Lee managed to recover everything for me and put it into a new USB. Peter (actually spelt in a non English way) & Dean provide an excellent service; no problem is too small or trivial for them to deal with. They've helped me with my mobile phone & I-pad, & wouldn't accept payment on either occasion. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

These guys had my phone in for repair 4 weeks ago and have today admitted that they have lost it. I have called no less than 7 times over the past weeks trying to get answers to no avail. The worst customer service I have come across in quite some time and it remains to be seen if I ever see my phone again.

sent them my daughters water damaged 5s, they came back with 3 extra items that were broken, which i half expected, but the price to repair them was very fair,i thought. before going ahead with the repair i phoned them and asked about warranty for the repair and long term success rate of the repair and received an honest answer. went ahead with the repair and got the phone back the next day. all working well. they kept me in the loop with emails and sorted out a world pay issue too. highly recommend phone came back just in time as my other daughter dropped her phone its going to free fusion

For 90 euro and 1 hour they install in my iPhone 6s chenese peace of crap, not even retina display, which make my phone hot, ans working wrong : sometimes the buttons on the screen do not work at all, then films, music and cursor switch by his own mind, music turns on and off independently, and so on. And all this crap was not exist in those 3 days when I used the phone with a original broken screen, so, i blame his work and low-quality details. I don’t know, maybe they even have extracted some other details and chandget them in Chinese, but you can sure, I’ll write reviews about you in all possible places. You are scammers. I can see the grid on the screen at a certain angle, like on the screens of old calculators! I know where such screens come from: aliexpress for $ 5. But no one warned me that for such money I would get such crap, no one gave me a choice, I would never agree. I demand refund and apologies! I do not recommend this awful cervice to anyone.

Emailed on Sunday and received automated response from a Mike James Tuesday heard nothing, called there office early afternoon, young lady could not help and told me everyone was at lunch or just returning and there would be a response to my email today, heard nothing still, waste of time emailing and calling them, obviously to much money in there game and don't need the business, why waste time building websites telling us about your fantastic service when its quite obvious that the guys on there fantastic salaries are to busy eating lunch to deal with prospective client, don't waste your time contacting this company, Let's see if they respond now

Would not use them again.Been to Slough farnham road branch with my iPad mini 2 the guy promised to fix it same day but when i came back to pick it back found that he broke the internal lcd as well and whole iPad is very badly messed and they didn't even feel sorry end up with broken iPad please avoid them at any cost .

I used their layaway payment service to order my rings and paid it off within 7 months. I finally received the rings and it was just perfect. It may sound cliche, but I just cant take my eyes of them. They are beautiful, shiny and just perfect, the way I wanted.

BEWARE. AVOID this Company in all cost!!! To be very short: I signed up with LHG on May 17 for 3 years contract. June 25 Thursday, my A/C stopped working. Took 24 hours and 20+ phone calls (not counting an answering service who is clueless and not helpful) to reach someone from LHG. After I paid 65$ deductible upfront, I was assigned to some low tier HVAC Co. Called technician directly, he stated that cannot perform same day service and promised to show up next day. June 27 Saturday, called technician no responses, texted no responses (even though display indicated massages have been read). Called from different number picked up, talking like don't understand what is going on then abruptly hang up and never pick up again. Called back LHG (again 20+ phone calls). Finally reached agent Kay, who said that she can't assign technician and offered us to find one to "diagnose problem" BUT NOT to fix and wait until Monday to get manager's approval. I asked "what if to fix A/C cost 300-400$" . She responded " still NO fix only to diagnose and wait until Monday". It is ridiculous To wait 5 days in the boiling house 90+ degree and 90+ humid outside until some manager decide wether approve repair or not. We called local HVAC - guy showed up in an hour fixed for 300$. That was it. On Monday June 29 I sent official email as well as called LHG to cancel my policy and refund all my payments as this Company failed to fullfill their duties. Nobody even responded back to me. Conclusion: LHG only responds immediately when you sign contract with them (even in 11pm). Rather save extra bucks for repair than waist money for scams.

After being called numerous times I decided to try liberty after hearing some complaints from my clients about warranty co charging fees to go out plus $600 or so a year then not covering the items they say using loopholes in the contract mine was my ac went out ant they had 3rd part check out. it'd cost $300 to fix which they would approve $900 because we didn't have yearly maintenance records mind u we've been in home original owner 13 years and the company they hired to inspect i was told by the cause of the issue was just worm part and then claiming no records was like saying i got a flat because i didn't change oil. so in this case nothing in your homes really required to be repaired if they haven't made enough $$$$ you'll oay every svc call and every yesterday but hour nothing breaks over a few $$$ which 90% of svc calls would cover stay away at all costs!!!! i was warned by another agent but they seemed convincing on phone!!!!! it's all about making them $$$ and getting out of paying if you have an issue!

Jordan upgraded my old Toshiba with a SSD instead of hard drive and a new version of Windows 10 and Office 2019. Now it runs quicker than a new one. Since then he has upgraded my wife's and her daughter's laptops with great results. He fixed a number of issues with the laptops in the price. Great quick service.
