The breads are great quality. Packaging is well thought out and easy to remove each slice. I have been gluten intolerant for years and have tried many brands of breads. Most of them are in the freezer section of the store and often are freezer burned when purchased. The only way they can be eaten is well toasted and still they often resemble cardboard. This bread can be eaten either way. Toasting does not render it tasteless.

Super easy to order, but you should take better care of shipping. For over $7 a loaf paid for (thats with a discount too) I expect my bread to arrive in the shape it was baked in. I had three of my 8 loaves squished in the flimsy priority mailing box. Didn't mess up the good taste, but its annoying and you should do a better job of packing.

I "HAVE" to compulsorily start by saying that "Crust N Cakes" indeed gives justice to its service tagline, they have amazingly helped me in accomplishing my celebrations :D I am based out of Mumbai, and had to surprise a very close friend, i somehow got to know about this website while i was surfing for someone who would take orders online and deliver around 12 midnight in Gurgaon. (I am fortunate enough that i chose you guys over other websites i visited). I called yesterday (16.11.15) around 9:45 pm and asked all the possible questions which were answered patiently and i was assured of the service to deliver the cake at 11:30 the very same day. I really thank you for the excellent services you guys provide. Now that i come to the taste of the cake, i wish i had 5 more stars(*****) to put for you guys.. i ordered "Designer RUM CAKE", though i didn't taste it personally, i got all the appraises for its the presentation, its design and definitely its finger licking taste..!! the lantern and the sparklers added to the occasion perfectly, kudos for the kind gesture of giving them as complementary. :D I wish you all the luck and i want you to always maintain your set standards and help every accomplish their celebrations !! :D Thanks a lot once again..!!

I placed an order with them. I paid the standard Rs. 250 as the 3 tier city delivery charge.They called me at night and said I have to pay additional Rs 250, since the location I selected was a village.Why was I not informed about this at the time of placing the order? I would have looked for some other website instead of paying such ridiculously high amount. I wanted them to cancel the order. They said they can only refund in vouchers. I did not intend to use their service ever again, so I thought to hell with it and paid the extra Rs. 250. They do not send any message/ email to let you know that their order has been delivered. They expect you to call and check with the receiver to know if they have received the flowers etc. Since I did not want to do that, I pestered them to find out if it was delivered. They checked and said it had been delivered. I did not receive any call from my uncle ( the receiver) so I was wondering what went wrong. I had no option, but to shamelessly call and ask him if he received the flowers. To my utter dismay, he said he received a bouquet but he had no way of knowing who sent it as it did not have any message or card or anything! I had typed a message to be delivered with the bouquet and paid Rs. 150 for an anniversary greeting card, both of which were conveniently forgotten. Their customer service is the worst I have seen till date. No response on the chat window. If you call their number, nobody answers. I do not know how these people arrange international flower delivery if they cannot do a decent job at home! Utterly useless service

They have an actually broad selection of cooking tool, cookware, and further cooking things that you can’t get anywhere else. Absolutely amazing! I got a bespoke cake made for my son's 15th birthday which I wanted to be unique. It was of a spoof of "Bob Ross" in the Dead Pool Avengers. Beautifully crafted & every detail matched the character, surprise of the night & tasted delicious. All guests were left amazed at how well the character had been copied, even the ones who didn't have a clue who it was! As long as my son knew & was happy that's at that mattered & he loved it. Vanilla sponge with Jam filling, the rest of the cake was finished the next day & was as soft as it came.

I've tried Pasta Evangelists a few times and I've always found the dishes delicious but they've really stepped their game up with their summer menus! Love being able to discover new dishes from the different regions in Italy and they have done some beautiful summer flavours recently. Portion sizes are generous too, me and mum love sharing a dish for a light lunch in the garden. Would recommend.

We ordered a cake for my Granddad as a lockdown surprise. Unfortunately the delivery firm left the cake outside in the sun on the hottest day of the year and didn't notify us that it had been delivered for 4hrs. The cake (which was filled with buttercream) was inedible. What was worse was the reaction of the company (Amy) who was incredibly condescending in her responses and essentially told us it was tough and the cake would have been fine sat in the sun all day! AVOID!

Waited 20 mins by the till point waiting to be served at the Tamworth branch, numerous members of staff walking past us, wondering around the shop or behind the till point and nobody aknowledged us or said that they’d be with us in a moment. When we asked if anyone was serving we got a response of “no we’ve gotta do these first”. Very poor service start to finish which is a shame as I had a brilliant experience in the Lichfield branch.

I was bought an afternoon tea for Christmas so I took my daughter with me today to the Wolverhampton branch, we had booked in advance, greeted on entering and asked to go to a table, we were given a menu to look through but had to ask one of the staff what the procedure was as it was afternoon tea. They explained we had to decide which savoury waffle we would like & if we wanted a cheesecake or doughnut. We made our choices, chicken bacon & egg waffle & cheesecake. It wasn’t too busy in shop (4 tables)but waited about 20 mins before it arrived, plates followed a couple of minutes later , we had to just sit there looking at it. After eating the waffle I had to go to counter to ask for clean plate for my pancake & fruit, I wiped my knife as no extra cutlery was offered. I had to go up again to ask for jam for my croissant, we questioned why we had been given a doughnut when we had asked for a cheesecake & was told they could only give us what they had ( there was cheesecake in display counter). Finally went back to counter to request second cup of tea, the staff were very polite at all times but I believe they could have been more attentive. There was only one other table occupied as we left so they were not busy at all, I have been to this shop before when it first opened & we had to queue for nearly an hour to get a seat but after this visit I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

My day doesn’t feel right if I don’t start with a bowl of simplyseedz dark chocolate and ginger porridge. It tastes delicious, but is still a very healthy option as it’s so low in sugar and easily keeps me going until lunchtime. I’ve also been known to have a bowl in the evening as well!!!

I love the Simlyseedz range. As a long distance and endurance runner I've found their porridge range absolutely brilliant in keeping me fuelled for longer when I run. The high carb count whilst having an almost negligible amount of sugar makes it the best porridge out there for me. My favourite is the Dark Chocolate and Ginger porridge. The perfect mix. I do love snacking on their pumpkin seeds as well. A top product. The only porridge I gave now. I take a supply with me everywhere I go.

I have ordered this cake online 3 weeks before my mom's birthday, just to be sure about the delivery date. The parcel came in a very nice box, wrapped 3 times so it could remain perfect and the surprise was huge :) My mom was extremely happy about the presentation and about the taste. As soon as I asked for a slice photo, I was informed that the cake had been eaten, it seems it is too delicious to resist longer. The reviews website does not allow me to post photos, however, I can assure you the delivered product exceeds the expectations. Therefore, I am a happy customer and will definitely come back to this shop. Highly recommended!

Supposedly they say some technical fault occurred so order not processed but they still took my money. Now trying to get money back and they are not being helpful. Would advise not to use this company.

It's a family run business with very good customer service. There is no hitch or complaint so petty that the older man (I believe the father) doesn't take it as his personal quest to sort it. Often they have stuff out of stock (cough cough Vegenaise) but it seems to cycle every few weeks. I've used it both online and at the physical shop, both good experiences.

I ordered a cover for my Masterbuilt 560 in April. When I placed the order I was not informed they were out of stock and after 1 month of waiting I contacted Garden Box Ltd to be informed they were waiting on stock bit I should receive it very soon. Fast forward to July still waiting and radio silence from Garden Box Ltd despite 3 emails. Finally I got through on the phone and I received a voicemail from Rick the boss apologising as apparently the covers had been in stock sent out to all those waiting expect me. He told me I would receive in the next few days. As of today 14/08/20 I’ve still not received my cover and when I contacted them again oops they forgot to send it but will put it in the post today. Shocking contempt for their customers and if I’d known how bad they were I’d have bought from the company who supplied my grill.

Warning - don’t use these guys - I placed an order in April for some garden furniture (£649 worth!) and after them missing delivery dates twice (and now only saying maybe late July!!) I’ve asked for this to be cancelled, but they’re now not responding to any emails or calls. Rick, the manager, will not reply or refund my money so now I’m having to go to the bank for claw back and / or start legal action. Do not buy online or order goods with them - they do not give accurate information on delivery dates and will happily ignore you if you want help. Still waiting for my refund Rick!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ONLINE ORDERING!

I had learned how to make the special Santiago cake, but not having time at the moment, despite buying the ingredients, to make more, I googled it. Brindisa was actually cheaper than a well known supermarket, so I bought three! It was every bit as good as my homemade one. So I have now ordered another four! We eat olives at a rate, so I also bought a bulk buy of their spiced ones in a tin...well they do not last long either as they were delicious, and huge. Excellent value. Now awaiting a goats cheese. to try. Prices are reasonable but the quality is amazing.

We have ordered from here 3 times. 1st order (Pre-C19): Tasty brownies, arrived on time. 2nd order: (Pre-C19): Delivery slot booked for a specific day and confirmed via email (non-automated). Delivery cancelled on the afternoon it was due by email and rescheduled for the next day with no consulation. Was for a birthday, so had to go buy a cake, and was due to be out all of the following day. After many emails back and forth and a call, I eventually got a refund. Brownies never arrived so doubt very much they had ever been sent as advised. 3rd order (March 2021): Mistakes happen, so we decided to try again, for a birthday. Ordered 6 weeks in advance for a day before we needed them. Got an email confirmation, again non-automated. Day for delivery arrives and we hadn't heard a thing. My partner (who ordered) contacted them to query what time we could expect them as we had waited in all day so far (was about 3pm). Got no response. Gave up at 6.30pm and went and bought a cake. Got a response the next day telling us we should expect delays and that we should have called UPS. It was news to us that it was being delivered by UPS - we had no tracking info. We were then told we should have ordered at least two days before we wanted delivery, despite having confirmation that the order would arrive on a set date - it was never communicated to us that the order may not arrive on the selected day, which had then been reconfirmed. (Since we ordered, they have put a warning on the site, but not communicated directly with customers who had already placed an order.) Later that day, we got an email from the courier saying the now had our order. We got a confirmed date two days away. We asked the company for a refund and got a rude response telling us they had done everything they could. (All they had done was blame us). The order then arrived a day before expected. Good? Not really when we were out. When we finally got our order, the package was damaged. The blondies looked like they had been shoved hastily into the package and box. They were soggy and average at best - certainly not worth the cost. We are still waiting for a refund or goodwill gesture. I have been a quality manager for two national customer service centers (200+ people). I can honestly say that I wouldn't hire a single person from the Brownie Heaven customer service team as they all have been rude and unhelpful. They need a lot of training and some better policies. We are not unreasonable. We know mistakes happen. A genuine apology and a refund for the delivery charge, or an offer to cover the cost of the birthday cake we had to buy would have gone so far, and would have turned the terrible review into a good one. Even the promise to change their delivery from a confirmed day to 1-2 day slot would be an improvement. Don't order if you want these to arrive for an occasion. They won't. And the company won't care.

Ordered myself last month, for a set day delivery and when I emailed it hadn't even been dispatched, came on the Monday after and was dispatched on a Friday so my food spend the whole weekend in transit. My husband has since ordered something advertised on the website and been sent something completely different, when hes queried it, they've tried to say that it had been changed at the start of the month, on the 16th July, yet the photo and description he clicked on to place the order aswell as his order confirmation states otherwise. They then changed the photo to the correct one 3 hours late. Now they are saying they will refund him if he sends the one they sent back within 2 days, and its now a Friday. As it was sent incorrectly in the first place, you'd think that they would rectify the order and offer a refund as a goodwill gesture considering he spent just short of £100 on this and some other products. Very poor customer service and will not be ordering again.

***Yesterday (8th Feb) I received a box from eatloveraw.com containing some of the items from the initial order. Although this does not make up for the issues below I have changed my rating from one star to two stars*** Placed an order on the 17th of December (within their holiday shipping window) for an xmas gift which never arrived. 4th Jan, I emailed them to find out and they said it must have gone missing in the post (yet couldn't provide any tracking details although their website states they use DPD). They agreed to resend the parcel out. Still nothing arrived, emailed again on the 17th of Jan to which they stated it has been shipped and would arrive in a couple of days. 24th Jan, still nothing from them. Emailed once more and they have now refunded me my original payment and have stated they would send another order out free of charge. 28th Jan, refund is now back in my bank but free of charge order has not arrived and I have had no shipping / confirmation details. I can understand that given all of the covid / brexit stuff going on and it being xmas and then veganuary that this could all impact a business selling vegan products but still an order that was placed 40 days ago has still not arrived despite them sending out the shipment 3 times! Generally poor service despite all of the 'glowing reviews' they have on Facebook. I'd avoid them and buy their products from a local store instead.

Very bad communication. I have ordered some goods on the 1st and I am still waiting on an order update, only received a confirmation of them receiving the order, no tracking no update, nothing. I have contacted the generic "info.eatloveraw.com" just to receive an automated response that Hannah is out of office until the 4th. It is the 4th Hannah, where is my order? I really hope this is not a scam.

I purchased the mixed box after seeing a friend's post about Ember on Instagram. I love Biltong, and previously bought it from lots of other companies. I chose Ember partly based on the recommendation of my friend, and also to support a British business, especially during the Pandemic. The product is great! The Garlic & Rosemary is my favourite by far, really subtle taste and leaves me full & not craving another snack. The original is packed full of flavour too, the mix of spices in perfect balance. None of the products are too salty either. I recently tried the Steak slices, which I found in Sainsbury's, and these were yummy (I ate the whole bag in 1 go!) :) The addition of Quinoa into the slices struck me as a bit odd at first, but on tasting I was surprised. It adds a slightly nutty taste, in keeping with the steak taste. All in all, I will definitely be buying again, and when the steak slices come back into stock in the website, I'll buy direct.

Excellent product, always arrives promptly and well packed. Expensive and often prone to offers and/or promo codes so I always think I'm being seen off a bit. I would prefer a slightly lower price which remains the same for all. Web site not the clearest.

I attended the International Bread Program 3-4 years ago. The program itself was very ambitious, heavy work load, high expectation of the students - that's the good news. I like that the school created a structure where a lot was expected of students every day. I was less enthused by my instructors. While both were very knowledgeable and passionate about bread, I found them both of them less so about teaching. The primary instructor I had was sullen, moody, and at times passive-aggressive. The other instructor was better - really in many ways a good teacher - although he'd leave the classroom frequently and one day he fell asleep while teaching us. One anecdote that sums up and was characteristic of my experience: One day I mentioned to my main instructor that another student shaped a particular bread better than I. I asked her why and, instead of helping me, she instead said, "Some people are better at shaping than others." I found that response unworthy of a teacher.

Lean Lunch kindly gifted me 4 days of food (lunch, dinner and one dessert). I love their concept of delivering fresh healthy meals by a cyclist right to your office and how their packaging is eco-friendly. Every single meal was delicious, beautifully presented, well balanced nutritionally and tasted fresh. I love how they include such a variety of vegetables in each dish in array of colours so I know I'm getting lots of nutrients from different vegetables. My favourite meal was their Goan chicken curry! I would definitely recommend them.

The entrees reminded me of when I first went vegetarian in the early 80's. Lots of rice and other grains and beans. Some were quite tasty. However, my digestive tract needs to avoid beans to be calm so these meals did not work for me.

Ordered the Napoleon 665, wanted a better grill than I had in the past. I was not disappointed. Grill shipped in good condition and assembly was easy. The care package and thank you note sent by BBQ Authority was a nice touch and appreciated. Thanks.

Ordered a cover for my built-in Napoleon BBQ and it arrived a few days later. It fits perfectly and seems to be very weather resistant. I absolutely adore this store and could quite easily spend a months wages, if not more, on all of the wonderful products on offer! On Friday January 26th, my family and I visited your establishment to celebrate my dads birthday. With a party of seven, we are generally used to waiting for seating during peak times. However, on this occasion the service we received was unacceptable. Our party arrived at the restaurant in South Side just before 6pm, and received a buzzer with a wait expectancy of an hour. My family patiently waited in the designated area among a crowd of individuals for an hour and 25 minutes. By the time we finally were seated our group, which included my 77 year-old grandmother, was famished. We had thought that upon being seated our orders would be quick to follow. To our dismay, it took another almost half an hour to receive bread and place our orders. After waiting again for almost another hour, we finally received our main course. With our wait time totaling nearly 3 hours, what was meant to be a celebratory evening turned into a hunger-filled gathering. Overall, we were greatly disappointed in the entire situation, and were very dissatisfied in the length of time our visit took. Nothing was done to aid the situation, and upon our departure it was decided among the group that we would not be returning in the near future.

My extended family along with my family ate at Cheesecake Factory tonight. My family and I were not pleased with the food. The food was not tasty-my son's chicken teriyaki had a lot of fat in it and the teriyaki sauce was not good; my daughter's Santa Fe salad was average but the dressing had a weird taste; and my Dad's shrimp was overloaded with a salty sauce. Also their prices are very expensive! My extended family graciously paid the bill.

I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime a few weeks back and the package arrived this past monday. I checked the package to see if there was any damage before opening and there wasn't so I continued to open the package. After unwrapping the package I noticed a chunk of my hair from the cake topper was not attached, the color I requested was incorrect and the hair style I requested wasn't correct either. In the beginning phases of ordering they were very accommodating , answering all my questions and concerns. Now that I have recieved my cake topper it is as if they are done with them. I emailed them my concerns and pictures as proof and was told to just use super glue to glue the hair back onto the topper and was told the color that was painted on the doll was a royal blue Even though it is not. Even though their were other things wrong with the cake topper I was willing to overlook the flaws because they were so accomidating at first. I am very disappointed in my purchase and don't recommend this company to anyone wanting something special for their wedding day.

My fiancé and I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime and although the company was fairly accommodating during the process (changes, suggestions etc) when we got the dolls they were packed in a box that was slightly too small for them and they arrived broken and we were charged 30$ delivery. (Also noticed it arrived from Japan NOT the UK like it's listed on their site). When we contacted the company with our concerns and multiple photographs they asked us to try gluing it back together (we paid 240$ for something special for our wedding... gluing it together was NOT the answer we were looking for). I asked for a refund and they offered around 25$. I said no then they offered 50. I said no again and they gave us back 60$ and that was all they were willing to do. Needless to say were pretty disappointed with the cracks and glue all over our cake topper and will need to get another one which is disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on this one!!
