I have been looking for David Sylvian albums for a while and they are difficult to find, I have a few on CD but want the vinyl, I found a couple but not what I wanted and the prices were very high too, I am on your mailing list and so had a look, you seem to be the only place with his work in stock and at reasonable prices, I didn't realise either that this is a double album, it arrived within a few days and is perfect, very good quality and beautifully packaged, the quality is excellent as expected, but the music is sublime and gratifying to listen to, you close your eyes and just drift away, thank you for having his works in stock.

I would have give this transaction a full 5 stars if the CDs arrived. I understand the implications of COVID 19 but it has 34 days since shipment via "air mail" A few days after this order I placed an order for other items from a different vendor. That order was from China and was delivered 4 days ago. I still want the CDs and hopefully check the USPS's informed delivery emails daily hopefully looking for a delivery update.

Came up for a weekend trip for my brother's bachelor part. Had an absolute blast 100% of the time we were there. Breakfast was awesome, hospitality was great, dinner was lights out, and the beers were awesome! We CRUSHED white water rafting during high water and the experience could not have been better if it weren't for our guide MATT. He made an automatically fun day incredible and unforgettable. I can't wait to bring the rest of my family up for another adventure. 100% professional through and through.

I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

This is the fifth diary insert I have ordered from this company. They are very efficient, orders arrive quickly and the only time I had to contact them, after I had made a mistake, they were friendly and pleasant and the problem was sorted out immediately. A very good firm to deal with.

I am the Keyboardist and DJ for the legendary pioneers of Hip Hop, The Sugarhill Gang. I also have Erbs Palsy with only the use of one-hand and was in search for a keyboard that would adjust to my "touch" and feel". I got the ROLI Seaboard Block and Lightpad and was blown away, however I needed to apply "pitch-bend" to my "after-touch" "pressure". I contacted Elizabeth from your Brooklyn, NY office, who moved immediately and sent me the parameters to tweak which enabled to do what I also wanted to do with a keyboard. Elizabeth also put me in touch with Brian Bonz, Artist Relations, also from your Brooklyn office, who has helped me tremendously prepare for my up-coming Singapore Tour with tips and solutions. Bought items at cost. Later had a call to say item was out of stock. Was offered slightly cheaper item and received a refund. Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

I bought 2 works in frame. When ordering and paying, the seller does not inform you that additional hidden costs have to be paid. Therefore, read the sales and shipping conditions carefully. The relatives and their studio of the famous painter work on the assembly line. Their promotion times will restart after expiration. Buyers are led to believe that decisions must be taken quickly. Trade is only free of import taxes on the US market. So people are on the lookout for these malicious practices. Leonid himself turns on his grave!

I purchased a painting from this studio and after a long wait, it finally arrived. I was completely disappointed with what I received. Completely amateurish - nothing like the one advertised that I had selected to buy. The dog in the painting looks like a cartoon character. I emailed 3 times asking to return the painting and requesting a refund. I got one reply saying they didn't have to comply with Australian consumer law (not true!) and saying I could have a refund if I return it, but didn't give me an address to send it to. I emailed again asking for the address and still 2 months later, have had no reply. What a waste of money, since there is nothing I can do but put it in the bin. Buyer beware!

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! It is a great keepsake and has a very aesthetic look to it.

I love paintings, that too original artworks are awesome! I wanted to gift my dream painting to my sister who is working in Spain. Received my piece of wall art today after 2 failed delivery attempts (why do you ship it requiring a signature, this is annoying), the frame was broken on the left side of the artwork causing it to look misshapen. How do you expect the frame to stay in tact when you only wrap the artwork in bubble wrap with corner protectors? It should come in a thick cardboard box.

I did have to phone to see where my order was but never found it hard to get through to them and always most helpful. My print arrived after the call the next day and was well packaged and wrapped and in perfect condition. My only slight disapointment was the colour was not as vivid as show on the site but still very pleased with it.

RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.

The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

It used to be much better at one time than it is now. While some good art can still be found there, it takes more and more effort to find it. The main problems now are that they do little to nothing about SPAM messages, chain-letter type messages and other garbage like that which merely misuse the comment-feature. But the overall atmosphere of the site has declined as well. Only positive and/or popular comments and opinion are allowed; any form of constructive criticism or, for that matter, any dissenting opinion of any kind, is not tolerated and even censored in some cases. It is highly ironic that a website ostensibly for creators to display their work should have evolved into an environment that is so averse to the expression of different opinions. PC Groupthink is increasingly the mindset there.

I had this same urn from you that I purchased 13 years ago. I wore it every single day since my Lars passed. Recently, it broke, fell off my chord, and was lost. I have been devastated. The necklace overall was a great purchase but the beak of one of Odin's ravens broke off within an hour of putting it on which made me a bit upset since all the reviews for it seemed to be great. It is a bold statement. But yes, "GREAT EVERYTHING" from the website navigating, to placing an order, the package in which the product comes in, the quality of the product and customer service. I stumbled upon this website on a whim. Looking for a torc (which I had found and ordered and recieved) and earrings. Now there was a problem (which i won't go into detail) but after communicating with customer service they remedied my situation very professional and courteous and I am very satisfied with EVERYTHING I am very please with them and will be returning to purchase more. So I pay decent money to have a proper website, and my old artmajeur website comes up in Google before it. I can't delete artmajeur. Looking for help to delete my account brings up a phony artist named "Delete Account" There are much better ways to show off work and sell artwork online, and artmajeur.com is the wrong way. The artwork on there sucks and I can't image anyone would go there more than once to buy art. Better to have your own website, or at least try ebay!

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. Your customer service people were very good and did follow up with me through email. That encouraged me to continue to try to purchase the item although I had troubles with the coupon code for 5 days. Also, I took your recommendation about size - I fit can just fit a 6.5, and a 7 is too big - so I'm glad you had 6.75 - although I don't have any rings of that size.
