Fast Way is actually the slowest and the most complicated way how to get your delivery. They never ever send any notification about the delivery and the location of the delivery. There is the only way: keep an eye on the tracking number and then contact them, with a question, into a which convenient store it was delivered. Then I have to face an unpleasant glance at the shop assistant because it's extra work for her.

every order i have had recently that is delivered by fastway gets returned to sender with a note of all wrong address or no one home, yet all these products were meant to be left at front door, but when i have a parcel delivered by toll, auspost or fedex i get the item no problem, very poor item tracking system this company has, even the reviews of it's parent company aramex are just as sad.

I booked an item for same delivery within Melbourne. The item was picked up and not delivered. After days of emailing and getting no response - I contacted consumer affairs. They in turn contacted Real Time Express Couriers - the item was then delivered 5 days later and in pieces. And now I have to take them VCAT - the worst experience, waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

After using this company for 2 years, I recently sent 13 parcels all correctly labelled and numbered.. only 9 parcels arrived to the receiver; after 2 weeks they have done nothing to find the other parcels; do not respond to emails, and have not contacted me to arrange the insurance I paid them to pay for the missing 4 boxes . . . [name removed] seems to be employed by both Realtime Express and Hunter Express? The fact that they don't list the insurance payment amount on the invoice is DODGY in itself . . . Do not use either of these companies as they are both incompetent.

I needed some items from different stores and found qwik drop through google search. Their website was very informative and easy to use. I am amazed that I was able to order what I needed from different stores in one go. With in a few minutes I was informed by text that a courier was assigned and will be delivering my order. The delivery driver kept me up to date with progress and even sent product pictures to confirm I got the correct items. Delivery fee was around $16 for 2 stores and I was happy to tip the driver :) Excellent service and great team. I hope they can build on this so more people can enjoy the convenience!

I needed a couple of things from the shops and they were only open for another hour. I really couldn’t be bothered getting ready and locking up the house. I have used airtasker in the past but it sometimes takes a while to get a tasker and can be quite expensive. Then I remembered stumbling across Qwik Drop earlier in the week. I decided to give them a try. The website was very easy to use and within minutes of placing my order, a courier was on the way to collect the items from the store for me. I received updates via sms, including a confirmation of the products to be purchased and when the courier would be arriving. I received exactly what I requested, delivered within an hour for the low low price of a $9 delivery fee which was charged when I placed the order and then I paid for my purchases via paywave upon delivery. I cannot even begin to explain how excited I am to have found this service.

My husband I have had a Citibank card for over 2 years now and we use the card constantly over seas, we travel to many countries and have never had a problem. I lost my card in Thailand and they were able to cancel just my card and leave my husbands card still active on our joint account, which was fantastic. My card was skimmed after I used it in an AtM in Vietnam and Citibank refunded the money to my account with out any issues.

Lodged the online application of Citibank Plus transaction account 10 days ago. Never received a response. Called Citibank today, they told me need to go to post office to do verification. I asked why no one contact me or email me... No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Also inquired about foreign currency account 10 days ago and was told someone will contact me in 2-3 days. After 10 days, same thing, NO CONTACT. I do need to "RETHINK" if still BANKING with Citibank or not.

Ive been with this bank for about 30 years. Credit rating A-. This is a good rating. Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast. Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits. Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app. Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg searching for transaction information and so on. I have preferred this bank for their service aspect, and they are generally highly rated by other New Zealanders. Just recently though, they seem to have changed many non-charge items to charges, which has been quite disappointing and the reason I tried out another bank Co-operative.co.nz (in another review). Availability - online or all major cities in NZ. Not many regional offices though, unlike Kiwibank which has NZ covered. Payments - are available fairly quickly, much better than overnight Kiwibank, but slower than co-operative bank nz. Summary - if the bank had kept its low fees structure as original, I would have given it five stars and been totally happy. However, due to their customer service and reliable online services I would recommend this bank as NZ best bank.

The time it takes for the claim to be looked at is unreasonable my dog has had a bad trot this last three months with foure operations and still only has been paid out for two. verry hard to contact your claims office by phone operators do not speak good English. I have thought about changing to another company.

Claim submitted & acknowledged on 2/4/19 with comment could take up to 10 days. It is now 1/5/19 and still no feedback or payment. Rang 30/4/19 mid afternoon to find out why the delay and had to leave message to return my call as no one would answer. It is now am 1/5/19 and still no call back. If this is typical of how slow they process a claim, then I will think about cancelling the policy as from what I have been told most other insures typically pay within 5-7 days. Very poor customer service.

I decided to get the same Pet Plan cover for my German Shepherd dog Ruby-Rose that my sister Kim has for her German Shepherd dog Titan too. As Kim is very pleased with the insurance cover plan she has with you for Titan. You came highly recommended by another friend of ours too he is a disabled man and is totally blind and has had several guide dogs over the years which have also had Pet Plan insurance too for all of them. He told us you were always fair and covered the total cost of whatever he needed for his guide dogs whenever they became very sick. One of his guide dogs had bad cancer and another needed an expensive operation and you always covered his guide dog's treatment / operations / medications ..etc...which would have been very costly with out of pocket expenses had he not had them all insured by you. So that's why we decided to go with Pet Plan insurance for both our German Shepherd dogs first you came highly recommended by alot of our friends eg...word of mouth to us. And secondly we also did our research before commiting to your insurance. We looked at all the other Pet Insurances around but we thought yours covered the life of the dog which we liked and you did not discriminate on which type of breed of the dog you had too as some Pet Insurances do. So both of us are extremely happy with your Pet Plan insurance and will stay with you guys indefinitely. Kind regards Debbie. .

I have had Prosure platinum cover for my Airedale since we got her as an 8wk old puppy........she is now 8yr old and its the BEST thing we ever did. To have the piece of mind that you have the support and backing of this insurance is a blessing.......... we have well and truly needed this insurance over her life thus far, and use it regularly Prosure are professional and very helpful. :-) My only negative is the claim system (even though its very good) Claims are submitted via paper form and must be posted. Therefore, the claim does take 1-2wks to go through due to postal system. Prosure, you need an online claims process ASAP

Ive been with this company for 5 years and they have never rejected a claim. My older Lab required complex surgery costing me over $11000 and they refunded 80% minus an excess of $50.They can take up to 10 days to process claims but Ive had no problems with this company and had to call them once and the operator was helpful. They only accept claims by mail which slows things down a bit. Efficient and they did exactly what the PDS stated the excess

I bought worldwide comprehensive insurance last year after checking lots of reviews for various companies, couldn't actually find many for Mycover and was a little concerned but there are always negative opinions and I decided most were from people who hadn't read the product disclosure statements. Admittedly the PDS does look daunting but if you want peace of mind you should read it. I loaded mine into IBooks on my ipad as well. Unfortunately I did need to make two claims, one for a snatched necklace and one for medical costs, Both of these incidents happened early in our travels (we were away for 11 months) but I knew I didn't need to claim until we got home and just made sure I brought the appropriate paperwork home. Very quick, friendly phone call, the claim form was emailed to me and I had a follow up phone call from the claims dept and spoke to another friendly assessor. Have just received my refund in the bank today and will be taking out further cover with Mycover for our next trip. I was aware of the excess for each claim and of the maximum payment for my necklace and therefore I was more than happy with my refund.

recently I booked a cruise on sea princess and came down with a virus that was spreading around the ship, I was glad I had my cover insurance I put my medical claim in to my cover with no problems at all my costs were deposited into my account that is why I will stay with my cover look forward to mt next holiday with my cover insurance.

My wife and myself traveled from London to Kuala Lumpur by ground travel over 8 months and we had several claims. First my wife fell into the sea with her phone in her pocket. QBE paid the price she paid for her phone ($850). Then i smashed my camera screen. QBE paid the price i had paid for the camera ($270). We had a couple of hospital visits over the months ($80). Then a couple of day before we were to fly home my phone was stolen. QBE paid a depreciated value for the phone ($700). We paid around $1000 for couples insurance and our claims total was $1900. They paid it with in 2 weeks of claim be lodged and there were a couple of these that i hadn't claimed until 6 months after the trip and one of them happened right at the start of the trip. they really were great insurance company to deal with compared to other. highly recommend Friendly and helpful customer service. Reasonabley priced The site to lodge on sometimes doesn't work. but you can call them and they will get it lodged for you.

I put in a claim and didn’t hear anything back after a couple of months. Got in touch and was told they will look into it. A couple of months we by and still hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them and I get told that I haven’t put a claim in and was sent a link to the claim page. What’s the point in travel insurance if they are going to ignore your claim? They are linked to QBE so I expected a lot better. Will not use either of these companies again. USELESS!

3 days waited delay after delay for preapproval, did enquiry over my credit file and wanted to put car loan under my wife and my name when I am supposed to be the main loan bearer, should have told me all this before when I put my time and effort in collating all information for them including my payslip, bonus evidence letter, govt benefit letter and yet couldn't proceed. Banked with IMB for 30 years, home loan for 11years & various personal loans. Home loan was a budget, life of loan discounted variable rate or so we were told. All seemed okay with this product in the early years but inconsistencies frequently occurred. Received a letter of demand after an apparent “default” Always made extra payments ahead of schedule buy some months, this now shows as a default on my credit score. Last few years while the cash rate seems to be dropping steadily they raise loan rate periodically by .10% without much justification. All of a sudden our rate is at 4.67% when their standard variable sits at 3.36%. Asked to refinance along with an additional purchase of an investment property but would not move on rate! Very bazaar! A few years back I was declined a $10k loan but happily offered a credit card at double the interest rate. Checked my credit score recently an this application was never lodged! Very dodgy mob, just interested in lining their own pockets! AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I requested through mygov for my Asgard super to be rolled in to my current fund in November 2014 (along with 4 other ones I needed to roll up). The others used the mygov info and got on with it. Asgard didnt do it because apparently they needed a form completed (that contained the same information as the mygov site provided), they didnt tell me that, or send it to me (at the right address - even though they had my email). 1.5 years later i realised its still not rolled up, in which time ive lost over $300 in fees, i request it to be rolled up again, they make me sign this ridiculous form and then finally transfer me the balance as at now instead of as at the time i requested the transfer in Nov 2014. Such old fashioned processes, and clearly designed to take money from customers - so unethical. Unimpressed and would advise others to go to a super company that is customer focused instead of income focused.

I’m very impressed with the 5.4 prepared meals and I’ve found them to be varied and flavoured. I’m eating the low carb meals and I've been consistently losing weight and not feeling hungry which makes me feel sure the right nutrients are in the meals. I don’t use a microwave, instead I heat the meals in the oven (on a china plate) which gives frozen vegetables a more crispy taste. I’ve found the delivery punctual and I appreciate the text message to let me know the meals have arrived here. The few times I’ve rung the company, I’ve found the staff very helpful.

Very bad delivery stuff up for me, did not receive meals was told delivery problem then told it would be delivered next week between midnight to 7am, after many emails I requested a phone call as the email messages were confusing, I received another email it would be delivered on Thursday but they were delivered Monday 4 days early sitting in the sun on very hot day the top 2 dinners were half thawed, lucky I went to check mail or I would have not seen them. After all that trouble I found the meals tasteless, tried adding salt and sauces but I threw them away, never again for me.

I have ordered several times now from We Feed You. The menu offers a range of gluten-free, no onion/no garlic and low-carb options to meet many dietary options and restrictions. As a vegetarian, it's great to have options that aren't a boring pasta. The prices are about $11 a meal. The lentils with pickled cabbage, seeds and beetroot is a favourite and can be eaten as a side dish or on its own. Some of the meals can be bland, but that's a good thing because they're low-salt, and I add chilli or other spices to change up the flavours. My only criticism is there's coriander in a lot of dishes but that's a personal taste preference and not an issue with We Feed You. Highly recommend.

These people moved me two years ago for the cost of $600 this time the cost was $1871.19. They did not pack the truck properly. They had to finish off the following day and I was told I had one small load left. They turn up at 4 pm worn out and left 10pm. The whole experience was terrible. I have asked for a refund and not even one reply back. Gosh knows how they stay in business their customer service is shocking when there is any dispute.

A relative arranged to transport 10 framed paintings and prints from Brisbane to Melbourne through artwork transport. We paid for artwork transport to soft pack each item ($22 each). When they arrived to pick up the artwork, they were going to put the paintings straight in the truck and claimed they would soft-pack them back at the warehouse...My relative was not happy with this so the movers then agreed to soft pack in the truck. She watched as they put a single layer of bubble wrap over each item and they assured her this was plenty when she questioned this. Other items on the truck weren't even wrapped at all. When the artwork arrived at my end two of them were damaged: the glass on one frame had cracked, and a piece of an ornate frame had broken off another. I rang Jamie on multiple occasions to sort this out. He said he wanted to come and see for himself but was never able to make it despite repeated attempts. When I finally asked why he couldnt sort this out without seeing it in person (I had sent clear photos as soon as I unwrapped the paintings), he seemed to trying to find excuses for why the damage wasnt their fault. We were disgusted with our experience from start to finish and saw a huge difference in quality when we used a different transporter for some other artwork we shipped. They do not live up to a word of what their website says.

I used this company to transport some paintings to Melbourne and after questioning Scott re packaging, he assured me that they would be fine strapped to the walls of the truck, and that he did it all the time, and dealt with art galleries often, and that all they did was transport art, not other things like furniture on the same truck. He offered to soft pack each painting for an extra $ 22 each, and I agreed. When they arrived, I asked them when they would deliver to Melbourne, and was surprised to learn that the paintings were going to change hands so many times ! From my place to depot, then on a truck to Toowoomba then on to Sydney, then on a truck to Melbourne. They carried the paintings out to the truck, and when I asked if they were going to wrap them, they said, you need to pay extra. I said that I had already. They said that they would wrap them at the depot. I wasn't happy, so they offered to wrap them in the back of the truck. I agreed. I was not happy that it was $22 to put one layer of bubble wrap on each painting. I could have done it myself ! On arrival, one week later, one painting was cracked and another had a damaged frame. I complained to Scott who said to refer it to Jamie in Melbourne , who avoided following up with my daughter , who kept phoning him. We had a much more professional experience a month later with Packnsend, who taped the glass to stop from cracking, packed them with cardboard, and multiple layers of bubble wrap, and put in a custom made box to fit, and paintings arrived in a couple of days from Brisbane to Melbourne. The box had instructions of which way was up, fragile, don't put anything on top etc. Would recommend Packnsend any time !

Well I purchased a scratch & dent insurance policy from this company. After about 7 month I had to make a claim from some scratches and a minor dent. The scratched were under the length limit as per policy. I sent them pictures and without even sending someone to look at the car they rejected my claim stating that the scratches are too deep! So essentially they are selling you a policy for minor scratches which one can easily remove using scratch removing creams like T-Cuts. Customers are duped into thinking that a deep scratch or dent would be covered but they are not. Only those scratches are covered that could be easily removed at home by the policy holder. Don't waste your £160/Year for nothing instead give business to local body shops to get deep scratches removed at fraction of price. You can always remove light scratches yourself with T-Cut!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bouquet costing over £100 for my mother‘s 80th birthday, and had it sent to Canada. It was meant to arrive the day before her birthday. I also provided a local contact number. The flowers never arrived, and no one called the local contact number. I didn’t get an email or any communication – nothing at all. I have contacted abc Flora to try to resolve this but whatever the outcome nothing can change the fact that the flowers never arrived on the day itself. This was an extremely important birthday and we are all very upset that the flowers never arrived. I just cannot comprehend how any business can provide this level of service. It shows a complete disrespect for the customer. I will never ever order from them again.

Please beware!!! This is a bogus site. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral on 5th Dec 2022. These guys are so callous, they don't even spare the dead. They charged extra for a morning delivery. But the item has not even reached. The status on the tracking changes from Out of Delivery and now to On Hold - Recipient not accepted order - which is ridiculous since the family is at home and no flowers have been delivered. I've been calling customer care. They picked up only once to which the lady told me, they'll reimburse the Rs. 200 and cut the call abruptly. Since then, no calls have been picked up by them. I have sent several emails on the email provided, but it seems that they've set up an automated response saying that the item is out for delivery and will be delivered shortly. This website needs to be shut down since it's robbing people of hard-earned money. Please do no place an order with them.

Absolutely pathetic service! Order No: BV22100419 I had ordered pink carnation for a congratulatory occasion from Bloomsvilla Website! Before ordering I had even checked if that delivery of that bouquet was available in that area and the website had showed that it was. I had scheduled for delivery to be done today, ie 30th August 2022 between 8AM-12PM. But I received an email today at around 11:15 that the carnations which I had ordered cannot be delivered and they were offering a bouquet of red roses. A bouquet of red roses for an occasion completely different! I had paid 1299 rupees for the carnations and I know that roses are cheaper than carnations. I emailed them several times to either give me a discount or to give me a different option. But these stubborn people simply refused to help. I even tried chatting online but no one replied. Definitely not recommending this website to anyone!

I also completed the ABBE Level 4 course in building thermography with James Hill recently but cannot agree fully with all his sentiments unfortunately. This course is extremely time-heavy, a fact that was not made clear before we paid for the course. Parts of the course material are technically flawed and overall it is limited. Learners are expected to undergo various examinations without very much at all to go on. The marriage between the initial 4-5 day training days, the iRed Handbook, the course submissions, including numerous surveys, and the examinations is poor imo - it is broken and does not work. I have tried to give my constructive feedback to iRed & indeed ABBE in this respect on a number of occasions now. Do not expect to qualify for at least one year. It is a shame, as on paper, this is a good course. I cannot recommend that any building thermographers should take this course - ITC Cat 1 or Cat 2 is much better in terms of timings, course material and examination preparations. My review, which is meant as honest feedback, does not in any way reflect negatively on my course instructor, Bruce Arnold, or indeed any other course that iRed may provide.

I've just returned from my first trip with BeRightBack and I've already booked another one! Everything was very straightforward, the team were even really helpful when I accidentally had some travel documents sent to their email instead of my own, and promptly sent them to me when I got in touch. The destination was great and we loved the surprise element, the only ever-so-tiny niggle is that I didn't feel the hotel was a 5 star, as advertised. The rooms were quite tired and could have done with a slight refurb, but other than that I can't fault the trip or BeRightBack! We'll be travelling with them again in April 2020 :)

We had to use this company a few times and honestly NEVER use them. There have been quite a few bad experiences in the 6 months that we were using them as our courier but the two most notable have to be the time when they gave our package (with a value of over £400) to a random person who wasn't even working for the company who were meant to receive the package. When we phoned them they just said "we gave it to a builder who looked eastern European" and that was it, they just gave this valuable package to a random person and didn't even get his name instead of the NAMED CONTACT we gave them with a phone number. Of couse, this person stole the goods and city sprint refused liability. The other one happened when we booked a very expensive direct delivery to be done at a particular time as the job was very time sensitive. 2 and a half hours after the time they were supposed to pick up there was still no sign so I called. They said, "oh sorry the driver was ill, we were meant to schedule another one but we forgot". We paid almost £100 to be told that they just "forgot". In short, it's the most unprofessional place going, you'd be better off getting a blind carrier pigeon to deliver your goods.

Been using public transport in Denmark all my life and no matter how many times they change their name to get away from their bad reputation, they continue to fail meeting the average European standard. I used to commute between Zealand and Jutland every week for a couple of years and the delay was around 45 minutes in average, usually because they didn't have an available train set or the driver was missing. The bus routes and time tables are changed at such a rate you never know when your transport is going to be there unless you check the journey planner app every single day. Worst of all is that instead of spending money on getting their current services up to a respectable level, they're spent on expanding metro lines, modernizing stations and so on. How about having some ******* backup personnel for the trains first of all? Seriously. And their 50% refund system offends me when they try to sell it as some great travel insurance. What other company can get away with only refunding 50% of a product they fail to deliver and even promote themselves on that account? My bus should have picked me up 3 times while writing this review.. Still waiting on this joke of a company.

I am Danish but live in Norway. In between I visit Copenhagen for meetings etc. At earlier visits I had used the DOT-mobile pay app for the city's public transportation successfully. You put in your destination and paid the correct amount through the app. That worked well. But at my last visit the app couldn't any more show the destinations. You had to put in, how many zones you would travel. Well, I was in a hurry to get on the METRO and thought I remembered that there were two zones from central Copenhagen to Kastrup Airport, so I paid for that. At my arrival to the airport I was charged by a single person who insisted that he was a controller. Apparently my memory of two zones was wrong, and I had to pay for three. I was an idiot and ignorant and should of course have been aware of the easily visible (???) signs with places and zones located at the stations. 700 DKK (Danish kroner) to pay. He did not need me to give him my Danish CPR-nr, because he already had that information through the DOT-app. No mercy. He apparently needed to harvest as much as he could on his lone hunt. For tourists and other foreigners who are not well acquaintanced with Copenhagen the DOT system is a trap. For the local traffic companies it must be a goldmine! The METRO in Copenhagen is being extended by an Italian company that - aledgedly - never before had a job north of Africa. Therefore numerous scandals. This suits the style!

I immediately reported the problem to ecoparcel but they replied that the courier has passed but I was not present (which is not true since I have been at home all day waiting for the courier). Tried to use the service twice, both times got very disappointed. BOTH times, no one came to collect the parcel on the collection day. A person was waiting at home while asking for a day off from work to be able to give the parcel to the courier but no one ever came, nor called. Then courier came on a random day with no notice, no call or anything. I was still hopeful and thinking, okay, maybe it was a one time mistake and tried the services again. Same happened again, no one came to pick up the parcel. This time the parcel was very important and had to reach the address in a certain amount of days, otherwise there would be trouble and there was trouble because Ecopacel could not keep their promises. The website is surely nice and support answers fast but they do not help to collect the parcel or cannot do anything about it. I would suggest to review your courier partners and regulate the processes more. Surely I DO NOT RECCOMMEND to use Ecoparcel services if you don't want to be stressed and waste your time and mental health:)

This is my second year purchasing Insurance. A reminder prior to policy expiration would be helpful. Have not had any claims, so cannot give feedback on that. On paper, it is good coverage, priced right. The real proof is when the time comes to file a claim. Thankfully have not had that occasion...

Do not use fnp.ae, they just take you for granted. i ordered at 9 Am and they sent all the wrong info after accepting the order, in panic i had to make international call but to no avail. Finally they answer on whatsapp at 3 PM of the message sent at 9 AM. The delivery was supposed to be between 8.00 and 10.00 as selected

Be warn of Ferns N Petals UAE!! A simple Frauds and you will be highly disappointed when you send gifts for someone that you love or you care about and it will never be delivered as planned!! They got me so in shame and full of disappointments when they fail to deliver the gifts that I spent days carefully selecting aside from how much did I spent and all what they had to do is deliver on the time & date selected but they never did & after hours of waitings for what Ty hey call 24/7 support I got a reply that my order was left on a folder no one check and is it ok to deliver first thing in the morning!! She will be gone for over 3 month outside this country from the planned delivery time and their excuses is folder and none since!! The order was placed online in their website with an agent on the phone with me at the same time and he confirm everything as planned but my order ended up in a folder that no one check!! The whole care & support with that call was about making sure that you empty your pocket at there scams business, but not making sure to do the whole point of their existence & reason why anyone will use there services. I spent my time to tell you my whole story so I can at least save your time and emotions for something like this to happen to you.
