The one-and-only reason I bought this insurance is to provide evidence to the Home Office that I have "comprehensive sickness insurance", for my application for a UK residency card. I understand that this is a common reason people buy Freedom Elite. But nowhere in the marketing or policy wording does Freedom Health use the phrase "comprehensive sickness insurance". Why not? That's like Jaguar not acknowledging that they sell automobiles. I'm paying >/ 2,000 Pounds a year for this coverage. The least Freedom Health can do is make me feel confident I bought the right product from the broker! I know what product I asked to buy. You know what product you sold me. Why don't the words match?

I needed to send money to my account at BHD Bank in The Dominican Republic as due to the virus situation I am stuck in the UK which leaves my wife on her own. I contacted Global Research and found it easy to open an account due to the professionalism of those I spoke or communicated with to this end. Unfortunately due to problems with my bank in The Isle of Man I had to request cancelling the deal that I negotiated and again found the people I spoke to were both helpful and understanding in following my request. I will be trying to sort out the problem with my bank though it would be easier if I could go over to the island.

The overall service was very good, although the first contact on the morning following the accident was not helpful. At that time I did not know whether a claim would be made as the damage looked small. However I was told that he could only help if a claim was to be made. I needed advice at that time not a 'jobsworth'. It is pleasing to say that after that poor start everything was handled well, and I have particular praise for Jemma Latham and her patience with me. Instead of renewing my policy for a further 12 months you managed to cancel it. This was discovered when I enquired as to why you hadn't taken the relevant payment from my account. You then had to open a new policy for me for which the new premium was £111 more expensive for the same cover. You agreed to reimburse me for the difference, which you said you completed on 15th Oct, but which has not reached my account. On enquiry I was told that this was due to an IT malfunction. The new policy commenced on 8th Oct and it is now 29th Oct; the premium I am now informed will be deducted on the 7th Nov, and the reimbursement of the additional premium will hopefully be effected before then.

Terrible company. They literally marked my $2000 shipment as having been delivered when they moved it to their delivery terminal. It sat there for a week during which they made no effort to contact me or deliver the item. They provided no means whatsoever to get in touch with them. No phone number, a do-not-reply email address, and a note that said we will contact you in 24-48 hours to set up delivery... they did not. I finally had to track them down through the original product vendor. They then called me to confirm they had not delivered the item (they had no idea). They then "found" my shipment and arranged to deliver it to me between 10 am and 2 pm. There was no sense of urgency on their part and they took no accountability for having lost my shipment. at 3:30 pm, I called their dispatcher to find out where my delivery was. She had no idea. She called her driver who apparently was running several hours behind but had not bothered to convey that to me, the customer. She got back on the phone and said he was late (really?) but couldn't give me an idea when he might actually show up. Really an awful company that doesn't care at all about the people they are delivering to. If your company is using Seko for shipping and delivery, you are doing a terrible disservice to your customers. They are horrible.

I did have to phone to see where my order was but never found it hard to get through to them and always most helpful. My print arrived after the call the next day and was well packaged and wrapped and in perfect condition. My only slight disapointment was the colour was not as vivid as show on the site but still very pleased with it.

I was trying Walmart delivery for the 1st time for my disabled mother. So after shopping I proceeded on to check out. After entering all my information ex deliveryaddress, card and billing address the message appeared saying CV code was incorrect I made sure it was then message said being denied by my bank so I called. Bank verified they were not denying and information was correct on their end. I then tried again and message said billing address doesnt match. So I chatted with an operator and they said the same. So I asked to speak to a live person via phone. This person continued to tell me based on their computer my address dont match so they cant process order. I insisted that they look into it because I have had the same address and bank for over 5years. He just rudely told me I have been marked as fraudulent and my order will not be process so this will be my 1st and last time ever using their site. I was referred by a co worker to help with my disabled mother thanks so much for non help. They need true CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.......

There are way too many delivery options made available compared to the number of shoppers working for you. The shoppers are great! But, I have had my deliveries bumped back at least 5 times because there were no shoppers available. Just this past Sunday (May 3, 2020), I elected a delivery time between 12pm and 1pm. There were two hour delivery slots before the one I selected and several after it open. I received my order at 7:45pm. I made an order the previous Thursday and was told that there were no shoppers available. Then the service told me that order was going to be delivered on Friday. The order never came and had to be combined with the one I received on Sunday evening. I want to stress that the shoppers' service is great. However, your system needs to align available delivery times with the number of shoppers available and honor delivery slots selected by customers. This is a tough time and I do acknowledge that. Please accept this as constructive criticism. My warm thanks to your peeps and all they do!

At first I was pretty skeptical about this type of services but now I realize that I was wrong. I used this company to deliver a flower basket to my mother-in-law in Latvia. She was hospitalized and my wife and I needed to show her some love. She was extremely happy to receive our surprise and it definitely helped her to get better. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I would prefer if the prices were a little cheaper, otherwise everything is great!

I decided to send a last minute gift to my very good friend for Womens day to Ukraine (thanks FB for reminders). It was literally the night of the occasion, but I still decided to give it a try. The company representatives warned me that due to high season it might take several days to complete the order. And now imagine my surprise when the next day I received an email with a picture of my recipient holding her gift! Amazing turnaround time and very pleasant experience in general, highly recommend.

Nomorobo was one of the three 2013 winners of the FTC Robocall Challenge. According to PC magazine's 2015 review of the site, it's the only winner that has a service up and running on the web, and it's FREE! It does not work for cell phones or for analog landline services. But for all other landline services, it works. Supposedly. Hey, it it did for me -- instantly!! I signed up yesterday, and I've gone from 10 robocalls a day (minimum) to zero. I hear one brief ring and then blessed silence. It's a MIRACLE!!! And this just in time for onslaught of political robocalls that were about to crash down on my peace of mind like an avalanche. I am SO THRILLED!! For a more technical POV, here is an excerpt from that Sept. 2015 PC Magazine review: "The good news is that Nomorobo is free, easy to sign up with, and works as promised. I used to get at least one or two robocalls per day. The only sign of them now is that the phone rings once. If I'm curious, I can go to my Verizon FiOS account online, see the calling number, and search for it in a browser. So far, every blocked call has been from a known robocaller, with the number also showing up in my online searches on assorted sites that track annoying calls. The bad news is that you may not be able to take advantage of Nomorobo. Ideally, it should be directly integrated into the carrier's internal call processing, which is what Ooma Premier and Sonic do. And in principle, it should be able to work with any carrier. All it requires is that the carrier support simultaneous ring, so incoming calls can ring both your line and Nomorobo's line at the same time. In practice, unfortunately, that feature is currently available only on VoIP carriers, and not even all of those. The list of carriers that work with Nomorobo has some significant players on it, including Verizon FiOS, Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, and AT&T U-verse. (You can find the full list on the Nomorobo signup page.) Missing, however, are all wireless carriers and all analog carriers. So although it works with Verizon FiOS, it won't work with Verizon Wireless or standard Verizona plain old telephone service (POTS) line to those who follow such things." It took me a bit of work to sign up on Nomorobo.com. I had to sign into my Verizon account (find the online ID, password, blah blah) and then follow the steps the site listed. But was it worth it!! I just can't understand why I haven't heard about this service before. I guess the truth is it's free, which means not much revenue, which means no advertising. I suppose they have grants or government funding perhaps? In any case, I wish I'd know about this site sooner -- it is WONDERFUL!!!!

I recently purchased a ResMed N30 mask for $169 and found the climate line on my machine was to big in diameter to fit the mask elbow. I emailed easybreathe twice, and got no response. I talked to a customer service rep on line to see if they had a connector to go between the climate line and the mask. I was told to send a picture, which I did. This was the first non response. I then talked to a rep on the phone and explained again the issue and was told again to send a picture of the connection, which I did and no response. Very poor service! I did check with another company and found a part that will work, and the same mask for $30 less. I did not purchase the return insurance for $25 and do not want $169 store credit from this company so I ate the $169. The price for not shopping around.

I ordered their impression kit which they said us free and the website gives you an impression that you are liable for payment only if they start shopping aligners to to you. But, their impression kit will never fir and then lead to a reject from their doctors. And then you have already paid everything so they won't return your money. They are not replying to my emails, if anyone else is having same issue, let's connect to sue them for our money.

I went through the process and submitted the impressions, was told the first set of impressions were no good so I had to submit a second set, no problem. I was told they were accepted and would have a treatment preview in 3-4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks, emails have gone unanswered and requested for a refund have been ignored as well. Stay away from this scam.

Dr. Rahmani was able to recommend the best treatment options as well as connect me with his network of other dentists and specialists. The customer service at this POS company is horrible. The employees are the bottom of the barrel. Last time I went in I was in a line that the lady was doing some return that was taking a long time and told to go to another line. I went and that lady was a chatty taking fool. Going on about her kids and not doing her job. I got in another line that just opened up and they did not take the next person but who could run there the fastest. When I got to the front of the line the lady said to get in another line she was closing. I told her to F off and threw the item on the counter and walked out. I will pay more rather than go to HF its full of the lowest quality workers ever.
