I recently purchased what was advertised as an unlocked phone from L2D2. Soon after, while traveling, I discovered that the phone was in fact locked and could not use it. I contacted customer service and they apologized and promised to send the unlock code within 24 business hours. It ended up taking them well over a week (7 business days) and repeated emails to finally send the code, which solved the problem. Overall, I'm very disappointed with L2D2. I purchased the phone from them precisely because it was advertised as unlocked, which turned out to be false, and they took forever to fix it (well over the 24 business hours they originally promised). To their credit, I will say that their customer service was always quick to respond and did eventually solve the issue. But the bottom line is I was stuck abroad with an unusable phone for 10 days :\

Send incorrect and damaged items. Horrible service. Took ages ( 2 WEEKS ) to resolve the situation on a replacement item to be sent, Only to be refunded in the end. So they basically LIED too. Quite clearly using false advertisement. Sending items that are not the same as shown (Possibly knock offs makes), with no statement saying product send is different than shown. Total waste of my time and possible yours. IF YOU DO USE THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! (ebay buyer)

Ordered 6L of matte white paint via Amazon marketplace, 6L of silk white paint was sent instead, clearly an error on the part of the sender. They refunded the item, but refused to refund the cost of sending the item back to them (1/3rd of the cost of the entire item), violating the Amazon Marketplace return policy for items sent out in error by the seller. I would advise people to avoid purchasing from AP Motor Store.

I received the product within 5 days after placing the order. Their efficiency surprised me. Although it took some effort to put together our storage bench, not as simple as said in product info., I will still order from Simply Benches in the future because they have a nice selection of furniture, and their price is reasonable.

June 28- I ordered a Estwing camping axe from MRO and paid with credit card. July 6- I inquired as to the status of the order and was informed that it would ship in 2 to 3 weeks, as it was on back order. July 21- I cancelled my order and ask for a refund. August 17- I again ask for my refund. August 20- My payment was finally credited back to my credit card account. I don't think they should charge my credit card until they actually ship the order. I was not pleased with my order experience with MRO.

They tried to talk me out of cancelling my order by saying that it will take them 30 days to give me my money back!!! 10 days after placing order still says items allocated i rang to ask what this meant but they wouldn't tell me, just told me it was in transit and i would get it that day. I didn't, so rang again and asked for the name of delivery company they told me UPS and when i asked for a tracking number they said "oh no its in our warehouse in FRANCE" this is now 11 days after i placed the order and it's not even been picked to be sent yet and i've been lied to twice on the phone. in the end cancelled my order and for some reason takes 5-10 days to refund. stay away. UPDATE: 10 working days later still no refund. i rang and they said another 7 days, rang again next day they said it takes 15 days???? having to go through credit card company to get my money back. Its unbelievable! We ordered dresses for my daughter and niece, size 2 and 4 US. The dresses arrived in perfect condition. The tailoring on the dresses was absolutely beautiful and we loved the dresses!! The only problem was sizing. I had measured both girls by the sizing chart on the website. Both dresses were too small - my niece who measured to the size 2 was a squeeze for the size 4. However, I contacted the company, via live-chat, and they were extremely helpful with the process for returns and prompt in replying to my questions. I would recommend them for beautiful dresses - only allow time as they are made to order. Again, beautiful dresses!!

We had our 3 piece suite of furniture recovered after over 20 years use and it is like new furniture. We then had a lightening strike and had to have the furniture moved out of the house. The staff could not have been more helpful to us in moving the furniture and protecting it for us, and moving it back afterwards. We purchased the Range Rover ride-on which broke down after 3/4 short goes. We contacted fun4kids and were sent various parts to try and fix it but it is still broken and we have been ignored when we asked for a refund or replacement despite it being under warranty. Trying one last email to resolve before taking legal action against the company. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them as you risk being ripped off and you child being highly disappointed. There seems to be only email means of contacting them so beware.

I recently purchased a Hamilton Jazzmaster timepiece from Tesoro Jewelers. I had found them via an online search for my specific model, and was pleasantly surprised to find them having a very competitive price for both the actual timepiece and the shipping charges to send it to me here in Canada. All of my dealings with them via email were quick, clear and concise. A telephone conversation to discuss shipping method was handled very well, and I am thrilled to have have found them as an authorised dealer for Hamilton. I do have my eye on another Hamilton model, and will be sourcing it through them sometime in the new year. I anticipate that my experience with them thus far will be repeated and that I'll be thrilled yet again.

No call, I called them back again was told they are all in a meeting and can't deal with the issue that will call you back in 10 to 15 mins still no call rang again and told no one there to resolve issue. They advertise as a family run business with handmade cakes and fresh products from local suppliers made by hand. Absolutle rubbish... Package arrived and it was 6 pre packed mass produced American Muffins, nothing like the picture describes and advertises. Local family business in Somerset yet the muffins came from a factory in Sheffield. Serious breach of trading standards and absolute rip off... Unfortunately as we were away and had no phone signal by the time we arrived back we had missed the 3 day cut off... Disgraceful company and terrible customer service... £20 hamper but better value and quality at Tesco on 4 for £1

I ordered flowers for my Aunt to remember my Uncles birthday who has recently passed. I ordered them to be delivered on 9th May but up to now still not delivered. I have sent 4 emails and tried numerous times to contact by phone, I have not had a reply from any of the emails, I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money (which they took from my bank swiftly enough) I don't expect I will receive anything from them. 6 days on and still no reply!! I DO NOT recommend this company, there is no customer service at all.

On our third board since Christmas. This one is now begun to alternate between forward and reverse for no reason. It's damaged the lounge carpet and my little girl has fallen off it hurting her wrist. I tried to contact them for a full and final warranty refund but see they no longer trade. I have booked this company in November 2014. The cleaner turned up on time and did an ok job until she decided to clean gloss kitchen cabinets with a scratcher. I had to shout: "Stop" but she had done the damage. I have reported this to the company on the same day as replacement would have cost me about £100. Now we are almost in 2015 but so far I heard nothing. I am now considering legal actions against this company. Update as at 01/02/2015 Since my last post I was contacted by managers at Homejoy and they organised for the damaged kitchen unit to be replaced. Therefore I am happy how management remedied the situation.

I too requested my webhosting be migrated from France to the UK. Things did not go quite as smoothly as they might have done. I was advised of the new name server details after the migration but to cover occasions like this my contact e-mail account is not one administered by my webhost so I knew that the migration had taken place as soon as I was informed. I changed the name server details on my domain registrar's website and everything was alright except for one of the 20 add-on sites which rather than displaying webpages recorded a 403 error page. I am sure support would have rectified this problem but I sorted it myself by removing the add-on site on cPanel, creating a new add-on site together with new ftp account and re-uploading my pages. I did not lose any data as I had full backups/local files on my computer. Overall JustHostMe offers a very reliable service. Uptime is good (I monitor with a monitoring service)... most downtime due to planned maintenance. JustHostMe meets all my requirements in a very cost-effective way.

Lyhmehosting.com Caveat Emptor! LYHME, Inc. operating on the Internet as LHYMEHosting or Lhyme Hosting claims to offer game servers for Unturned for a monthly fee. You basically rent a shared environment Microsoft Windows virtual server with a limited web based front-end configuration utility for you to customize and manage your Unturned game server. The problem is, after payment and many hours of frustrating attempts to use their only partially functional system you discover that they staff no knowledgeable engineers that can fix problems on their equipment or the software. They used a 3rd party content management system that they have improperly configured. The system is not even capable of doing a backup and restore of the customer's own configuration. Staffed by a bunch of barely legal gamers, there is not but one adult within their organization that has any real background in Information Technology, Data Center Management, or anything else related to nuts and bolts back end operation. These are gamers looking for easy money to help fund their own gaming activity. Clients struggle through one problem after another while the owner continues to collect monthly server rent. The company is akin to a large city slum lord that continues to promise his tenants working plumbing while never actually delivering on the promises. It seems that no one within Lyhme Hosting has the skill nor ambition to make their service actually function correctly. Lyhme's Philosophy, It's Your Fault, not Ours. Upon payment the customer is presented with a very basic "vanilla" configuration. First attempts to customize the configuration already reveal a number of bugs and glitches in the software management console Lhyme is using. Customers are forced to submit trouble tickets and wait 24 hours for a response that is almost never helpful. Documentation is very sparse, and disorganized across a wiki and Google Docs. The documentation is poorly written and contains many errors. Most of their system tools remain completely undocumented. Fully functional service is not delivered and the company lacks competent engineers to maintain their service. Lyhme Hosting is marginally a scam more than a legitimate functional game server hosting company. If you open too many trouble tickets the company will ban you from their service. Lyhme Hosting is only interested in customers that continue to pay and not complain that their service is not functioning correctly or that many of the promised features were never delivered. The staff tries to make it sound as though the customer is too impatient or has too great of expectations and should be denied service. These are not people from a generation of Americans that believe in an honest product for honest pay. If you want to hire slacker kid gamers to take your money, be snarky, and then blame you when you become impatient after days of waiting for them to fix their broken system, then Lyhme is just for you. For everyone else I would advise that Lyhme Hosting is near enough a scam that you should avoid this company at all costs. Lyhme Hosting, they add insult to injury!

The '£5 off your first order' would never appear at the Checkout, so there was no discount. I tried contacting the company using the number provided, but that would not be answered. The only slow communication was by email. The order failed to be delivered twice; the first tracking number showed that Royal Mail had not received the item; the second replacement order after 10-days was either not received or sent. After one month I was informed the order was refunded in full by cheque, considering I paid online using PayPal. The second attempt at a refund to my PayPal account never appeared like the orders. One of the few categorically dishonest companies I've experienced.

I'll most definitely be giving Centohost my business online for a long time. I've already noticed an improvement in speed while running my WordPress site and the video streaming site in Bosnia - it is probably twice as fast as the old one. I purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2010 and it arrived really quickly but when I tried to install it on my laptop (a brand new but annoying windows 8 model) things went a bit pear shaped! My first thought was 'What possessed me to buy online, especially as it was so cheap? I should've known better'!...Anyway I contacted support line not really expecting too much in the way of support but I couldn't have been more wrong. The online assistance was brilliant. I don't have a technical bone in my body but they were patient with me and talked me through every step. They sent me another disc when all seemed doomed and I would highly recommend buying from them. I've never done a review before but then I can honestly say I haven't had after sales service this good before either.

Ok so I ordered a Bobby Orr jersey, On December 12th and Did not receive it and my girlfriend ordered one 3 days later, Today December 31'st I finally received the Orr Jersey and then I got a Call from my girlfriend saying that she received the other one as well, Now I opened the Package with the Orr Jersey and Honestly I bought 2 other Orr jerseys from 2 different people, and I returned them both because of defects.. this Jersey that I got from them is perfect.. I have not seen the one my girlfriend has yet but I will keep you posted.. The bank refunded both me and my girlfriends money so it looks like i got them for free.. I will keep you posted about the other Jersey, but you will get them, Im from Boston and I am a die hard bruins fan although I didn't get them for Christmas I did get them.. I will never order from them again but I did get them and the tracking numbers are real they only start to track when they hit california.. so there is some hope..

You've got to be kidding. I really wish I read up on this site first. b2bjersey did the same crap to me! I placed an order on 12/14/10, early in the morning. It took about a week to get a shipping # that, of course, did NOT match with usps. I can't get in touch with them, I check every day for these late Christmas gifts to arrive & there is nothing. Now I also read that the Jerseys are not of good quality! I'M FURIOUS!!!!!
