I obtained a quote online for work. I scheduled the work to be done on a Saturday between 2 and 5. At 4, I called to make sure that they were coming. I was told by the operator that I was next on the list At 4:30, I got a text message that my team, headed by John Ying, would be there at 5:40. At 6, they had not yet arrived and I called dispatch again. This time, I was told that the job was cancelled as they went to the door and rung the bell, but no one answered. No way that could happen as I was looking outside from 5:30 on and it is an apartment. They could not have gotten to the front door. So, I suspect that they didn't want to start a job so late on a Saturday and they just put that excuse into their system. I rescheduled for Monday at the same time and asked to have a manager call me. On Sunday, I went to Lowe's and rented a machine to do the same work as I had contracted with SS. I did it for $300 less. Still waiting for a call from management. Now, I will never use Stanley Steemer again. Better to use a local guy!!

We first used Stanley Steemer and were happy with the service. We bought one of their 12 month contracts. They do not allow you to book appointments online using the contract, but you can for anything else, (odd?). They try to up sale on every visit. When we told them at the end of the contract we were not going to renew, the service was just horrible. Areas that appeared to have not been touched, despite being pointed out to them upon arrival. A sick dog does leave a mess. I would have been more understanding if they had done something and said they tried. NOTHING done. They were in and out of our home in just over an hour. That was "cleaning" 3 bedrooms, family room, living room, and a couple of other areas, including moving the furniture. Never again will I call them. I am not a fan of up selling after you have made an agreement. I get it when negotiating but not after the fact.

I scheduled for a regular cleaner. The first cleaner cancelled at the last minute and said they wouldn't be available for a month. Would I be happy with an interim cleaner? I said, "No", start me with a regular cleaner next week. An interim cleaner showed up any way. The second cleaner cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. How they got they got this high a rating is beyond me. I would avoid this company like the plague. They wasted my time twice. Now I have to go find a house cleaning service that will actually show up.

First of all this was an Indian wedding of about 500 people or more at the Symphony Center. There were supposed to be 20 kids and they waited to hire childcare until two days prior to the wedding. She had called around several places trying to get the cheapest price event though spending thousands on the wedding. The owner was nice enough to agree to take the job last minute. After the first 20 kids arrived, then more than 45 kids and parents pushed there way in the child care open area. We had no doors and the parents were coming in and out. All of the sitters asked many of the parents to please stay outside of childcare but all ignored all of the sitters. The kids were suppose to get pizza!! All were very excited for pizza to be ordered. At 7pm, NO PIZZA,8 pm none,930pm the owner said does she need to order the pizza the kids are starving? The parents had an entire floor of food and dessert. NO ONE came down and it was almost 10 pm before they finally brought some cold pasta. None of the kids wanted. All were very disappointed. The owner graciously agreed to accept all these extra kids but not for free! The girl posting agreed as long as we would allow the kids too come in. Just whatever to take the kids please please she said. I am a witness. It is not right for someone to post such lies all over the internet after taking advantage of how hard we all worked that night. Then to top it off she was suppose to be paid in cash that night, someone had gotten into purses at the venue and the wedding party took off and did not pay her the cash they agreed to at the end of the night.

Great service. Excellent customer service and they have awesome nanny's. If you need full time,part time or emergency sick child care they usually can find someone even last minute. Don't waste your time calling other agencies that don't answer the phone and are rude.

Though I found my nanny through a great site, enannysource.com, I did also register at GoNannies and had some excellent prospects. Their nannies have background checks that they can provide when requested, so that's good to know. Sometimes bigger isn't better.

I would definitely recommend AAAClean for carpet/upholstery cleaning jobs. I had a badly soiled carpet and sofa done yesterday and was delighted with the outcome. The crew that was sent to clean my house on September 15, 2020 was terrible! I call Dia and told her and the 3 came back in but they really didn’t do anything. While I was checking they just up and left. My stove was not clean, cooktop dirty, mirrors were not done, hardwood floors very dull, dust all on the dresser/headboard/footboard, and this is just a few of the things. Call back to Dia and no answer! Left messages then called the main office they tried to get in touch but got no answer. I finally talk to a lady and after 10 mins she talked to a supervisor who said she would call me in a few minutes. Well I have yet to hear from anyone! A real estate agent referred the company and if I could I would give this company a -10!! I have picture of most of the undone work.

My new vacuum was chosen as it was supposed to be good for pet hair, however once the motor burnt out and twice it has become so clogged that I have had to poke it with a wire coathanger in the handle section to remove hair which clogged there. On phoning shark the last 2 times they said that they were unable to help with blockages and I suggested that this was missilod as it really was not fit for purpose (ie cannot cope with hair from our dog ) they were not prepared to enter into any resolution and continued to tell me they caould not help with a blockage!!

I received a shark duo clean vac for a gift. When I attempted to use it neither battery would charge. I called customer service and they told me i would need to ship them the whole unit and I would need to pay 20.00 for shipping costs! It's ridiculous that I should have to pay anything when the unit wasnt charging since I took it out of the box. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there were none available and someone would return my call in 24 to 48 hours. I would highly recommend not buying any products from this company. The quality of the product is lacking and the customer service isn't any better. It's clear to me this company doesn't care about their customers. If I would have purchased the vac myself I would have bought a DYSON vac. Regrettably my mom thought she was saving money to get me the shark instead. Since she lives in Florida and me in Wisconsin to return to point of purchase is not an option. So now I will throw this pos in the garbage and go get a vac from a reputable company that stands behind its products. This company basically stole money buy selling unusable products.

Mad how many calls and emails are queueing in the company call centre when so many of the staff are skiving work. A whole team at the back of the office spend all day shouting and screaming when they could help out taking calls or answering emails instead of leaving all the work to the new people

I had a Hoover Washing machine that was 18 months old. It broke down during lockdown and understandably we found it hard to get it repaired. We therefore bought a new hoover washing machine in May. This broke down 1 month ago. It’s electrics have failed and the drum is completely broken. I’ve asked for the machine to be replaced but they won’t even though it failed after only 3 months. The earliest they can repair it is on the 29th September. Appalling customer service. An inadequate product.

I ordered the big gallon of disinfectant. Upon receiving it I noticed that their was no protective deal on it, and it looks as though it was used already. Not completely but at least 3-4 cups of solution seemed to be missing. As far as customer service goes they went above and beyond to ensure that I got a replacement order literally the same week. I just got the replacement order and the same issue. No protective deal on the gallon and some products is missing also. Being that COVID is very real I refuse to try to use something that looks used etc it’s just not safe. So looks like I’m just at a loss of $50. BUT, customer service was great in getting the replacement but I’m still not satisfied because I received the same exact thing again.

Kieran and his team did some excellent work for us last year replacing gutters and upvc wood effect fascia boards etc. Very efficient, tidy and friendly and knowledgeable. A week ago we had a gutter end come off in the bad weather. Kieran visited personally within 2 hours of emailing him and sorted immediately. If you need guttering or fascia boards doing and value someone doing what they say they will and doing it well then give Blocked Gutters a go. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Be wary of this seller. I bought a Nilfisk E-145 Home and Car care bundle on the website when it showed 10+stock available. This was on the 11th of April. Money was taken promptly, but no information on delivery. I contacted them through chat and after a lot of delayed responses, I was told that the product was on back-order. Classic misinformation tactic. Now, my card has been charged and most people will not go through the hassle of waiting on this to be reversed while they spend another few hundred on an alternate seller!! How does Cleanstore get away with these positive reviews? I see now that another person has left exactly this same feedback. No response from Cleanstore either, I see! This is the kind of company that would misinform its customers and respond only to good reviews. So, while I pay for my mistake in dealing with them - if you are researching this company to buy from them, I would suggest that you do not! Save your time.

This company has highly experienced cleaners. We have hired them for cleaning our office carpets and the team performed the job really well. They came up with an eco-friendly solution to clean our carpet. We were surprised when we saw them using no chemicals in their carpet cleaning procedure. I'll recommend them anyone who is looking for an outstanding carpet cleaning company in the town. I didn't have any idea about the carpet cleaning work but the team who arrived at our place explained to me about the procedure and cleaning methods. I just had my white sectional sofa cleaned by Sam. It looks white again--including the spot where my cat threw up! Mike is a very nice & friendly guy. He did an awesome job on my carpet. He showed up to my house 15 minutes earlier than my appointment. He then showed us all the pee spots with a black light which we would have never noticed. He also showed us the machines used & explained what each one does. He was also very careful of our freshly new paint. I highly recommend Oz clean team to clean your carpet. I will definitely use them again.

They came to clean my lounge suite. I asked the cleaners if they were sure they had the appropriate training and qualifications to clean an antique velvet Lounge suite, they assured me they had....Well, not so, they sort of cleaned, the lounge suite was only lightly soiled, but they didnt manage to clean it properly, then they told me the "scotchgard" was in the cleaning solution...I had to ring the company to get them to scotchgard AFTER cleaning...Then they assured me the "stripes" would disappear when the upholstery dried, but bone dry and I wiped with a cloth as they instructed, to no avail, the fabric is now discoloured in stripes! they ruined my lounge suite, but they dont want to know, I will have to go through consumer affairs for compensation
