I will not ever waste my time with this vendor ever again. I received 1 email from this site, confirming my order would be processed within 3 days, and that it would be received within 10 business days. I waited 19 days, and had not received any email updates on the order status. I did call them after 17 days, and found out that 2 of the products I ordered were no longer available. You would think that they would at least notify you that the products were not available, but no email notification was ever received regarding this order. At that initial first phone call back, I had requested my credit card be refunded for the 2 products that had not been available, and as of this review, I had still not seen the charges refunded to my credit card. The person on the phone stated the order was "on back order", and that I had been sent an email, but none had been received, and I had added the sender to the safe senders list of my spam filter. (It is possible that they may have used a different email address, that may have been filtered out as spam). Therefore I called their 1-800-372-6523 (800-FRANKBEe) and cancelled the entire order. To their credit, I did receive an email stating the following: WE HAVE ISSUED A CREDIT TO THE ACCOUNT DESCRIBED BELOW IN THE AMOUNT OF $XX.XX. However, I have not yet seen the statement on my on-line cedit card statement. Overall, the products listed on this site, are not that bad looking, but I'd be very careful ordering from this site. They claim a "98% fill-ratio in ten days or less!", but don't bet on it! They were 0 for 2 with me. 0 for 1 on the original order, and then 0 for 2 on the follow up call that I made. So that comes out to be 0% in my book.

Ordered 2 hoodies on may 11th still hasn't been shipped. Horrible customer service never respond back, ask for a refund and was told no because it is a custom order and has already been processed well I don't do this kind of work but I am sure it doesn't take almost a month to but a screen print on a hoodie!!

I ordered two shirts to determine the quality of this product and was told I would have the shirts in hand within 10 business days. Here it is nearly a month later and I am still waiting for my product. First I get an email saying the item was shipped, then I get an email saying it is delayed for poor quality and now Prep Sports alleges the shirts were already shipped. I can not contact anyone by phone, nor does anyone return emails. This company is obviously a SCAM, and I am contacting the appropriate authorities. Do not order from them, the overpriced shirts never arrive and customer service is non existent.

I have purchased one set of PCM Question Bank and got a free bag too. These Question Banks help me a lot to achieve my goal of 98.9 % in CBSE Class 12. I strongly recommended to all my friends if the want to score more, thn go with the OswaalBooks.com 's study materials.

Because JMS is a self-paced institution, in some cases the child can attend JMS after the age of 18, making the custodial parent eligible for child support beyond the child's 18th birthday due to being a student. The catch is - The Attorney General (AG) wants to know if the child is a full-time student or not and JMS does NOT report full-time or part-time. They report "active or inactive". The AG's office will deny the custodial parent continuation of child support based on "active or inactive" status. I spoke to JMS about this and what they do to comply with the requirements of the AG and I was told "active or inactive" is already pre-loaded on the form they send to the AG's office and cannot be changed!

It took me a while just to get my dipoloma due to adding 10 classes only when I should of did 3. I had to redo all high school math and science. Customer service is horrible. I wished I did my school with another online school. It took me 5 years to get through it because they kept adding. I just need three credit but they didn't take my other credit from school. So I advise nobody to go there. It is a waste of time and discouraging.

Lack of transparency and communication about top management - Many lies about new school planning, over 2 years late. Now ripped off about fee struture even secondary does not move in new site and sitll have to pay 10,000 THB more in fees structure to stay in unsafe, noisy and polluate environment near airport, My kid will leave this school as I have no more trust in poor management and communication.

A first rate teacher. She explains undergraduate/college level maths topics very clearly and is very patient, step at a time approach, and literally covers all angles. Her Linear Algebra course was quite frankly amazing. I learnt a huge amount, she obviously puts a LOT into structure, building slowly as she progresses. Very, very clear pronunciation. Awesome as I said.

If you ever need anything relating to science fun for the kids, then this is the place. All types of science stuff that make learning great for all ages. Products range from the inexpensive to a weeeee bit more for the "class kits". That being said, nothing seems "overpriced"...very fair. If you're looking to "wow" the kids, check this site out. Its a blast!!!

I have purchased many things from Spangler science. Many of the items are great, like the giant test tubes, baby bottle tubes, slime, water polymer crystals. The items I thought were not good usually were the kits. I just ended up throwing some of them in the trash. I found that the websites was not user friendly. It usually takes a number of tries to find what I am looking for even though I am a repeat customer. Also on one of my orders an item was missing and they gave me such a hard time, finally said they would send me a refund because the product was no longer available and I never did get credited. Also, no matter how large your purchase they always charge shipping. So I do continue to use them for certain items, but am very hesitant to try anything new.

you dont get what you want. for example for renaissance resource's there are patches of lessons here and there and you have to dig a lot to get some lessons. not user friendly website and poor customer service. i will not recommend and they dont refund the money as i have not used it since i got it for my daughter. when you buy make sure you cancell the automatic renewal of subscription as they always make the subscription renue anally. waste of money and time

Zearn takes a bit to set up (registering, setting up student accounts, placement tests) but once that's done you're ready to go. I especially like the features that show you how your student is doing and gives supplemental options if they're falling behind.

This school had a tremendous positive impact on my life since I left. I was a troubled, stubborn child and teenager and this place really helped me. The staff are amazing and even though you don't get a lot of appreciation you each are so helpful.
