I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Thank you and thank you Keiv for your hard work!

Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

I purchased around 10 chargers from Coywood for various laptops and found 5 of these to go faulty across a number of months. Whether this is because they were genuine or not I don't know - but I do feel, in fairness, like Coywood do all they can to ensure that their chargers are genuine. I returned these chargers and then had a replacement sent without notification to an address that I was no longer able to access. I eventually contacted them a number of months later (admittedly 5 months later), having not heard anything, before realising that this had happened. Coywood have now refused to re-send or provide any discount on a replacement purchase. To summarise, I now have 0 of the 5 faulty chargers that I ordered, that I was already inconvenienced by having to return and that shouldn't have been faulty in the first place. Fundamentally I only ended up with half of the products I initially ordered and a lack of empathy from the customer service team. I don't often leave negative reviews, but I don't feel like this has been a great experience at all even though most customers seem to have a much more positive one!

Hi Spec Corporation have traded with Cyclops Excess now for around 3 years. The sale of excess stock at the right price is not easy and over the past 10 years we have tried this with 4 other companies with virtually no success. We now have a situation where there is regular monthly income from stock that would otherwise have sat on our shelves for years and eventually been disposed of. I went through amazon.com to replace my MacBook pro 15" lithium battery. First mistake. Second mistake was thinking that you could find a mac battery for less than $150. The battery I ordered was advertised as an Apple macbook 15" lithium battery. Upon delivery, I discovered it was in fact a cheap knock off. Fine, name brand is not a big deal to me. But this battery wouldn't even fit in my computer! And when I contacted the seller, I discovered I couldn't return the battery because it's illegal to ship lithium batteries overseas if you don't own a company. Very disappointed and and angry. If even one person decides not to buy from batteryprovider.com because of my experience, I will rejoice.

The delivery time was a little long, but this was justified in advance by ITbatteria, due to the particular nature of batteries, that are considered dangerous materials. Once installed, the PC has fully charged the battery, and I experimented that now my PC can tolerate mains faults also of tens minutes: that's all!! So, I am fully satisfied. Many thanks.

Excellent price and fast delivery. After a straight-forward installation, it worked fine for about two weeks, but then failed (would not take a charge). I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent me directions to remove and re-install it. That seems to have solved thwe problem - it's now working fine. Only time will tell if the problem occurs again, but the customer service was first-rate.

Their website makes you think the product is coming from the states but it's coming from China. At least they provide tracking but it takes a very long time for anything to ship from China. I ordered two phone charger cables thinking it was only going to be a couple weeks but it's been almost a month and they haven't even left the manufacturer. I guess with such low prices and free shipping what did I expect huh? Very poor quality product.

Kyle's problem-solving abilities are very impressive. He is patient and persistent where others give up or propose a vastly more expensive solution. He did a great job, and is always on time, polite, and an excellent communicator, happy to discuss issues with you. His office manager Gabby is also wonderfully efficient and a pleasure to talk with. If I had an option of zero, I'd give them that. Chasing up another order, smallish, just over £400, but when it hadn't arrived, I rang up to enquire. I got passed around like a parcel in a kids game. This happened over several hours and days. I gave them all information with photos and they were still not accepting any responsibility whats so ever, just gobbed off, time, after time, after time, Aftrr hours over dayz over the phome, I started to lose the will to live and a cooked occyye TLC people wee so rude, especially the zifish one, I started ti lose it. TLC acknowledge to have taken my >£400 order They acknowledged my order wasn't delivered They said I'll be refunded after they have carried out their investigation Sort of blew a gasket then and escalated. A guy finally said, I've been refunded, which was another lie, as I haven't. Given up on them- I recommend to avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being docked around, let down and lied to time after time, after time again, not just by one but several on the same idiot sheet, I did speak to one who had empathy got the feeling they hadn't got confidence in their own TLC idiot script. Training and CRM the worst I've endured in my 40 years of creating and running business iinc. retail and online shops. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT-ELECTRICAL, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT/HELP I bought some passive inferred lights that unfortunately once I had received them realized that they were the wrong items. Looking on the website I found that I may have to pay a restock fee to return the items as its business to business. I thought fine it’s my mistake. But when I contacted Discount Electrical I was informed by their customer service team (Danny apparently the only person that works in this team) that he can’t give me a refund, only to exchange the items (would take up-to two weeks). Danny told me this over the phone with nothing being provided in email. I stated that this is very odd and that it is not mentioned on their website. I haven't yet received any reply from Danny with all correspondence being done over the phone. Basically, several phone calls later (over several days) and Danny is no longer available and this issue has been passed over to management. I'm now going to have to wait until Monday for a decision. I would strongly suggest that you do not purchase from this company if you want an honest service. I genuinely believe that if you have an issue with discount electrical it won’t be resolved and you'll never hear from them again. These people will take your money and give you a terrible service in return

Shop4 / discount electrical are certainly the worst electrical supplier that we have dealt with. They lack product knowledge, have zero customer loyalty, don’t respond to emails, charge a 25% return fee (if you are lucky enough to actually fulfil their returns policy!), don’t care about trade clients and lack a basic awareness of how to run a business. We have been purchasing products from them for several years and the first time we needed to exchange a product as the client changed their minds, we were met with “no”. The products were unopened, unused and in perfect, re-sellable condition and we just wanted to exchange for another product. I asked for clarification as to why they refused and received nothing in reply. A second email was also ignored. In the 22 years of running our businesses we have never found a company with such a total disregard for customers. My advise is to shop elsewhere, as we are. All the other on line and local electrical wholesalers offer the same products, similar prices and a returns policy that reflects an understanding of customer value. I guess Shop4 / discount electrical are the RyanAir of on line electrical “suppliers”. Avoid this company!!!!!!

I ordered a battery in May. They charged my credit card right away. They tell you its usually 3-5 days for your order to ship out but more than 3 weeks later, my item has not yet been shipped. In early June they corresponded with me that my item would probably ship out within 1 -2 more days. That never happened. I finally demanded that they cancel my order and reimburse me. That never happened either. They took my money but never provided the item that was ordered. I am now forced to file a complaint with the credit card company, and that will take a month or two to get my money back. What a waste of time. Batteryclerk.ca is a lousy company! Don't use them. Pay $5 more elsewhere and get what you pay for!

I bought on this site a battery for Nintendo Wii U which it turned out to be defective. It worked for a shorter time than the original which was at the end of its life. I wanted to return the product and get my money back, but it doesn't work that easily. You have to send back at your own expense and to the United States even if you bought in Canada. They then do an inspection and if they judge that the battery is really defective, they will reimburse you but not the shipping costs. We are very far from 100% satisfied or 100% refunded service !!!

After months of explaining that the Flash that I bought through Kickstarter was near to useless as you can get they sent me a replacement. The replacement has just exploded on my desk 30 minutes after I started using it to charge my Iphone in QI mode. It had lost connection after 15 minutes using14 percent (100-86) of its charge to charge the phone 11 percent (16-27). For the next 15 minutes it kept losing QI connection. Just prior to it exploding (the office is still full of acrid smoke ) In that time it was down to 70% and the phone at 32% . That is it used 30% to charge the phone 16% which is what the original one was doing. As I said then , I have tiny power banks that do a lot better. The Flash is very well presented and looks a million $$. It is just useless and now I know it is quite dangerous. I will report it to authorities.

I have a considerable investment in Chargeasap cables, particularly X-Connect and UNO. I recently bought an iPad and discovered the Lightning tips originally supplied for iOS connections did not fit the iPad. It took many emails back and forth with their so-called Customer Happiness team before I eventually solved the problem for myself. "Customer Happiness" first requested videos of the problem (dumb request), then suggested FORCING the tip into the iPad, and then lied to me about the availability of UPGRADED Lightning tips. I had to purchase a new cable to receive an upgraded tip that fit the iPad, and "Customer Happiness" STILL maintains the old tip is the upgraded tip. Chargeasap cables work reasonably well, but if you ever have a problem, you can forget any chance of help from their support organization. I am in the process of converting my cable inventory to a much more dependable and cooperative vendor. P.S. I am still waiting for an answer on the status of an order I placed two weeks ago for replacement tips - the fact that they ship from China makes for some horrible wait times.

DO NOT buy these cables. They are the WORST cables I have ever used. I have a new (like less than a month old) iPhone XR and when I plug the cable in my power actually goes in reverse. First time I used it I had 33% power and after about an hour on charge my phone was at 30% and I was not using the phone while charging for those that question how this is possible. I unplugged and then tried again when at 28% and now 30 minutes later it's at 24%.

Bought three cables having trusted the adverts, omg how STUPID was I, having now read the reviews I find myself in the same boat, the end on one has totally come away inside the device, and THEY DO NOT FAST CHARGE, I feel totally duped and conned, customer services, yeah right, what a con. I cancelled my order, wasted my time placing the order and money calling US. Lousy company never state anywhere in the site that I can't pay with my credit card because I am based in Japan. What a joke claiming I will fraud for an item worth only US$200-- inclusive of shipping. Very poor customer service before I placed order the sales staff Brian had not mentioned anything except if the billing address is differnt from my mailing I just got to inform my bank which I agreed. I ordered batteries on November 25th, my card was charged on the 27th, and it is now the 8th of December and not only no batteries received but I cannot get any response from them via either email or phone calls, either to their "customer service" or their president David Byrne. Calls go straight to voice mail and messages never returned. If you order from this place you might as well flush your money down the toilet. I have reported them to the LA BBB. They may have been decent at one time, but now they will simply charge your card and you will receive nothing.

Ordered a couple of Sanyo NCMQR06 AA battery chargers with 4 proper AA eneloops, not the cheaper "lite" version (these are best rechargeable AA batteries). They turned up just two days later, and are just what I wanted. Other Australian suppliers were more expensive. I could have purchased similar chargers from overseas slightly cheaper, but these were from and Australian supplier an so had Aus 240V plugs (no adaptor needed). I'm happy and would purchase again from this seller.

I ordered a 9-cell battery (LDL020) for my Dell Inspirion 9400 as the original battery came to the end of life after 2+ years. The order process was fast but a little strange - my credit card was charged immediately and there was no order confirmation email message or I could not track your order status online. The second day I sent an inquiry email message to the customer service and got an email reply promptly stating that the order had been processed and the battery was shipped to me. A few days later, I received a package from China via USPS registered mail. Then I realized I did not have an invoice or receipt from the seller. So I sent another email to request a receipt. Again I received an email reply with the receipt attached. Now, I have been using the battery, which is great. Bottom line, the product is good. The seller's process needs improvement. You need to follow up with the customer service to get what you need. I will buy from them again when a need arises.

Here is the message I sent to customer service after I got my battery: I have an AOpen 1557G. My existing battery was working fine. I could charge and discharge my existing battery. I ordered this battery so that I could have more power on extended trips away from outlet power. I received the battery. It looks identical to my existing battery with the exception of the bar code sticker on the side. When I plugged it in the computer didn't recognize that it was there - it thought it was empty. The computer said "no battery present". The charge light on the computer stayed off. I read on your website that it takes a while to charge the first time so I just left it in the slot for the next two nights and days. Eventually the charge light on the front came on. The power meeter application said "charging". This went on for the next two nights and days. The power 50% never increased. I took the battery out and put it back in. Same charge 50%. I tried running the computer off battery power, it instantly turned off. I tried booting the computer off battery power, no power. I pluggede AC back in and let it continue to charge for another night. After this long I would think the battery would be charged. I made another attempt to run the computer off battery power to no avail. The power still showed 50% charge. I put my *old* battery in - it worked fine. It showed 100% charge. I could run off battery power. I took the *new battery from you* and put it aside. I used my laptop as normal and ran down my *old /existing* battery power. When I plugged in the AC the charge light went on and started charging. The next morning it showed the same charge 40% as when I left it. The charge light on the computer was on and the power meeter application said charging. I left it for another day. It still showed 40%. I tried rebooting, many many times. Removing and replacing the battery. Everything I can think of. I can no longer get any battery to charge in my computer. When I remove all battery from my computer it can not detect that they are disconnected as before. The charge light on the front stays on, the computer says 0% and charging. The battery you sent me broke the charging function of my computer. I want my money back. I want to return it.

I ordered a TubeCube7 valve amp from Tube Depot. Shipped quickly. Customer service is excellent. And the little 3.5 watt valve amp is a little gem. It excels at jazz and small ensembles. The dark space between notes of a good Mile's Davis "Kind of Blue" recording will knock you over. And that's just the kind of recording that this valve amp excels at. Allen Toussant's "American Tunes" and "The Bright Mississippi" CD's sound wonderful. Diana Krall "Live in Paris. Snooks Eaglin "New Orleans Street Singer". Grant Green "Idle Moments". It's a Class A valve amp just made for small ensemble jazz, blues, and acoustic instruments. This amp does prefer efficient speakers. Now, when you start listening to larger ensembles, big bands, and orchestras the sound stage becomes a bit compressed sounding. Instruments blend together. Hard to tell violas from violins. A loud NOLA second line band like Bonerama sounds compressed. A bad recording like the Jim Hall/ Ron Carter re-issued CD "Alone Together" sounds compressed, too, even though it's a small ensemble. That's the word I'd used: orchestras sound compressed. Less sparkly. Big band. NOLA second line, too. Anything with a lot of instruments and volume. Or a bad recording. This amp will show you a bad recording. But oh my a well recorded jazz trio/quartet/ quintet will knock you over it sounds so clean so spacious so defined so good. I'm starting to call the TubeCube7 my Jazz Amp. I did roll tubes, per Tube Depot's recommendation, to Tung Sol Russian tubes. And I must say Tube depot's customer service is second to none. You can purchase this product with full confidence they stand behind the products they sell. Well enough time writing - back to listening to Snooks on the TubeCube7 it's like he's right in front of me.
