Have been using message media for a few years now to contact our field staff via group messages and our clients. Found it easy user friendly, like the fact that it used to direct replies to your email which the new version doesn't do so need to remember to check the inbox on message media

Wasn’t the phone it was the service I had to open an app like at home on the free app on WiFi I was understanding that it would work like normal I’ll never leave my iPhone again this was gonna be my work cell as I’m a mechanic and when trying to use would lock or freeze up forget that TextNow drove me back to straight talks service as a side not you cannot talk to anyone just live chat from stupid hours of 10:30-4:00 and the kicker there messing me around about my refund I made 6 calls the cell was perfect I have to wait 30 days after they receive the cell back it’s $54.98 I can use for my bills because there’s another company besides TextNow supposed to issue my refund so with my 600 customers think of the branch of people I can communicate with about the poor workings of TextNow the freezing up and such is not so bad at home because it was free when my cell had broken wife used laptop for calls untilnew cell and so you know yes I’ve got amazing super fast broadband 200+ mbps so no problem it’s TextNow app does on friends and customers alike so that’s my experience and that’s why they’re getting poor rating!!!!

My experience with this website is worst. The guy name Bhavesh called my wife picked up the call. He asked in a very rude manner what kind of business I am doing. My wife was asking question. Then he said just pass the phone to your husband it's none of your business. She got angry and asked him how can you speak like this way. He started abusing. I have contacted them for Bulk SMS service and i Paid 9440/-. and they told to submit the required documents and i sent it, but they are telling they need some other documents i don't know what documents they asking. ask per the registration of temple trust i submitted all the documents which we have. now i am requesting them to refund the amount which i paid but they are not responding to it.

I used your system yesterday for the first time and the support from your process and the offer of a demonstration was excellent. I didn't really need any help and the call process was fine and easy to follow. Kyle was amazing when we suffered a major fault on our phone line - he came straight to our office to assess, organised an Openreach engineer to attend the same day, and waited at our office for half an hour when we couldn't be in on time for a second engineer visit. Great customer service!

Like so many, I have become very dissolutioned over the years with sync problems between Microsoft Outlook and Apple iTunes. You are constantly forced into upgrades after which the sync process becomes unstable at best, totally dysfunctional at worst. I am completely blown away with this product, it effortlessly resolves the problem away, and in such an effective way, and a bonus, bringing Notes back into being which when discontinued for no good reason really irritated me. However, it is not just about the product, it is the support. Through my own incompetence I made some pretty naïve mistakes during the installation, but the support desk were highly competent, rapid response and VERY patient. Shouldn't mention names, but Brian Tan mainly, but also at the start, Raphael Gonzales. I wish AkrutoSync every good fortune with this product, they certainly deserve it!

I had wanted to get a VOIP phone line. The problem started as soon as I paid and I spent several weeks before I realised that you cannot create a personal greeting on their voicemail- complete rubbish I thought. I tried to close my Skype account BUT OH NO, that would close my Microsoft account too (why is that?) I then spent several days before I connected to Live Chat with MS and a kind pesron there sorted it within minutes but I went round the houses to get there.

I have been using Skype for 8 years, thanks to him I can work with videoconferences in my company, contact with family abroad and friends who are traveling. I highly recommend this application that is easy to use and install, its great image and voice quality are excellent, it does not matter if you have an Internet that is weak, the information will always reach the other user, as is also the sending of PDF files and Compressed emails that allow you to have greater ease when using this application to work or send any type of file.
