Just want to mention that the deal sounded great, however the operator's english was not good and she quickly ended the call after me refusing to give ID information numbers. After reading these reviews I will not proceeding.

After 15 years of using this company, they cut off supply to a business with limited contact or notification. Any other provider must be better. Will change provider this week. Appalled.

I’ve used energy direct for just over 6 years now and they’ve always provided clear and accurate information to me regarding prices for my gas and electric.

We have Been using Energy Direct for the past 7 years. They are an excellent company to deal, and very professional in particular Declan who has always strived to get us the best deals possible. We would highly recommend Energy Direct to any business owners looking to save money on their energy bills.

This is my own personnel view with dealings with GEPS following 3 years of two and fro regarding the solar panels installed in 2013. We have suffered extensive roof leaks and loss, in this time to the property due there installation incompetence, along with the incorrect Inverter installed for the roof arrays sold. single installed, which should have been 2 way system. They made no effort to come an investigate the issue, after numerous calls emails and legal letters. A lot of money spent on Legal fees to date and 3 years of stress. In the end we lost in court, by a very good brief for the defendants involved. Finding the smallest holes in the expert reports, of which we relied as advised. The Judge did award the cost of the inverter, which was the wrong one for our arrays installed, but cost to reinstall correctly were not awarded, We were awarded some of the loss income for about 6 months, when the system was been shut down 18 months ago. My personal view, anyone should avoid of dealing with this company for Solar Panel Systems. It could cost you a lot of money and heartache, from my experience. I have years of cost ahead, not look forward too. Many many others on trust pilot and google concur, not only on solar systems installed, Don’t be taken in by the gloss given by the salesman, My advice simply avoid.Green Energy power Solutions. Update 19/6/19. We have had apply back to the court, as they have not payed what was awarded disagreeing with some of the figure. Update:25/9/19 they have finally paid up, but only enough to as the court order to enable us to reinstall the system, working well now. I would highly recommend Richard Butler of Generation electrical, who identified the issues when the problems started. he has allowed to to pass his number on 07967 141258. Richard is highly qualified in Solar and carries full certification and 5 stars, very highly qualified. we now have a system that works as it which should have done in the first place installed by the Green Energy Circus Clowns. We are still out of pocket by around 6K in lost energy and damage to the property.

Had solar panels fitted in June 2016 anf still in battle, trying to rake our money back. Irresponsible mistakes due to sertification regarding ofgems rules which resulted FIT return rates. Totally missold due to exaggerated financial returns. Very poor customer service. Being very stressful trying to recover our "investment." Will take us a life time to get our money back never mind "investment". It was a big mistake. Very angry customers.

Dave, Andy and the team did a fabulous job. We needed to double the soak away for our water treatment centre, and the ground was not ideal so they came up with a solution very quickly. Tested that it would work, and did the job all within about two weeks. Really know what they are doing, and left the garden in a very good state considering the amount of work involved. Great to deal with, customer focused and very efficient. Would recommend and we will continue to use them for servicing

We live in a listed thatched property in Devon, grade 2. Mole Energy came and carried out a survey for us re suitability for Solar Energy. We decided to have Solar panels fixed on our stable roof, which is outside of the listing perimeter of the house. We are very pleased with the performance of the solar panels and the efficiency of the I Boost with regards heating our domestic water. Mole Energy were very professional and helpful from the start to the finish of the project. We wish we had done it sooner!

12 months and still no FIT payments. A third party is taking some of the money, plus my electric bill has continued to rise when I was advised it would drop.

I have been dealing with BAS energy for the last 4 years and in particular (Joash). I can not recommend him enough he has negotiated on my behalf for gas & electric at 2 separate businesses for me, he always comes up with a deal and relays the information to me in a very professional manner which is easy to understand and most importantly for me, I know its done correctly with all the T,s crossed and I dotted. He keeps in touch as do the other team members on a frequent basis which is reassuring. I look forward to continuing to use this great company and inparticular my contact there Joash. Great team to deal with and the engineer worked none stop from the moment he arrived until the boiler was fitted, working and heating the house. very friendly and polite.

Bought a Viessmann 100-w from Boilerhut to replace an ancient Glowworm KFB 60 and convert from a conventional boiler/hot water tank to combi. The whole transaction was very easy, Boilerhut's installer arrived promptly on the agreed date. The installation went very smoothly and the installer (Matteo) was very hard working and professional. We were up and running with the new boiler on the same day with all works completed. Very happy with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

i had one sofa, a light 4" boxspring and a double bedframe. it took 5 minutes to load the truck. it was $300 bloody dollars. because, they said, it went by load size. but then they said, 'this is great because now we're off for the day." ticked me off.

I ordered the Signature Blend No.2 (10ml) oil from this website because for as long as I remember I've dealt with mild anxiety and insomnia. The product arrived fairly quickly, within 3 days of me placing the order. Ordered it on the 15th of August (Friday) and received the package next Monday (the 19th). Anyway, I've been using this oil for 2 weeks now and I already feel a difference in my sleep cycles, as well as mood stabilization. Three weeks ago I was diagnosed with the Corona Virus and although I am much better now, I was feeling very tired and had no energy whatsoever. I signed up through this service in Jan 2018 for an electric provider , they started selling me electricity in Mar 2018 , in Oct 2018 I got a letter from O & R ( my electricity delivery company ) that the providing company has lost its license to sell electricity, so now I'm searching again for a company. What good is a fixed rate if they loss their license & I'm now in the lurch ?

The website wouldn't accept my entry unless I said i was at my current location for less than 6 months. It also wouldn't accept my complete address.

To charge over£100 to connect to a meter moved 2 metres is outrageous

I had been happy with Ebico until they decided to change the tariff, resulting in my gas bill increasing several hundred percent due to zero standing charge being (effectively) cancelled with a large surcharge being added to tiny accounts. That's however not the problem - they can do that - I found another supplier to move to which offered a low standing charge and MUCH lower gas prices too - and, despite the fact that I have paid Ebico by direct Debit and NEVER missed a payment EVER, it now seems that the new provider could not take over as Ebico raised an Objection. I asked what that meant and it seems this only happens if an account is in arrears. My account is paid on Direct Debit and has not failed to make a payment to any supplier at any time. Now using GDPR to try to find out EXACTLY what is going on - but be warned, if you make the mistake of coming to this company, you might find they claim you owe them money to stop you moving supplier, when in fact, that is simply untrue. Angry and disappointed at such low levels of integrity and will end up following this through to the ombudsman if that's what it takes to get the excess money refunded (the fees I have to pay them instead of the much better deal I had found) and to enable to switch to finally take place. Very dodgy behaviour from Ebico - and no expplanation by them that they had done this - in fact in RECENT discussion with them, they did not mention ANY problem with the account, it was only the NEW supplier-to-be - that managed to find what the problem was. Spectacularly underhand supplier

The service from efficient home energy UK is Brillant, from the booking to the quick next day arrangement for the engineer to attend to carry out the EPC was very efficient, Engineer communicated on his way, arrived timely and even kindly waited for me. The office Ms Lydia was easy to reach and I highly recommend their services. Their charge is affordable, good value for money Thank you, team, at efficient home energy UK.

The engineer arrived really punctually - right at the beginning of the 3 hour time window. The ECP assessment took a few minutes and the completed report was with me the very next day. Very happy customer.

The ordering was good as was the delivery but the driver should call on arrival as some oil was placed in the wrong tank thankfully my neighbour paid for her share.

From placing the order on the telephone, to saying cheerio to the friendly Driver and watching the Tanker going away up the road, all without a hitch, I have to give full marks.

They delivered on date and time stated, I would have given 5 stars but they only informed me of delivery date in the afternoon of the day before delivery and only then because I asked them when I could expect delivery. The tank arrived in good condition and meets my needs 100%. Thank you

I ordered the night before so I expected the order to be processed on Monday morning and as I paid extra for next day delivery expected delivery on Tuesday. It arrived on Wednesday so probably not worth paying the extra if next day doesn't mean what it says. Otherwise OK I got what I paid for

I was very disappointed when I phoned in my order to be told due to the covid 19 situation if I was to need oil ASAP I would be charged £60 plus for the privilege, I said that I wasn’t desperate for the oil and thought it a shame that the company I felt were cashing in a the situation! I work for the NHS and am very aware of the current situation, thankfully myself and colleagues are not demanding a premium!

Rang up in the morning and spoke to Wayne about my exhaust , then went to the branch to have the exhaust done and everyone was very helpful , offered coffee while I waited , and the change I was having to my exhasut only took a couple of hours which was great , highly recommended

We have our electricity provided through Just Energy and they have a great website that's easy to navigate and you can pay your bills online and even set up your service. We are on a steady payment plan where they give us a set rate each month to pay so there are no surprises. It's been very affordable for us and their customer service is very good and they are very friendly. If you're looking for a new electricity provider, pay a visit to their site and they might be able to save you some money. We've been with them for more than a year and we've been very happy with their service.

Stay as far away from these people as you can. They are totally incompetent. I started the process on May 10. It's now November 10 and I'm still waiting. They can't get plans right, they can't coordinate inspections, they don't contact the city or power people, they lie to you, they don't return calls and they just don't seem to care one way or another. Waited a month for an inspection. Called the city and learned they had never heard of us. Got cleared from the city and the fire department and was told it would be at least till November till DWP inspected us. Called them and they said we were on the "inspection pending" list since June and as soon as Smart Energy called them they would be out within two days. Call our so called project manager and got fed a complete line of bull$#*!. One lie after another. And that was only after three or four days of trying to get them to either answer the phone or return my call. Don't touch these people with a 10 foot pole
