I put in an order for 3 items 1 of which was a hitch which had a couple different prices. I opted for the slightly expensive one because it seemed that the difference was the amount of accessories that came with it. Without even notifying me they CHANGED my order number, which I only assume was because of a backordered item. Shipping took a very long time and when arrived, the hitch was scratched and a bit rusty, and missing the extra accessories! Its a joke to send back a 35 pound item because of shipping too! Worst of it all is the sorry excuse for a customer service center. You basically leave a message in hopes of them calling you back. This company is also known as Hitchfinder, Drawtite-Hitches, Trailer-Hitches, Wholesale hitches.com I can only guess why they would have multiple monikers.

I ordered a replacement rice cooker "inner pot" for a specific Sanyo rice cooker. The product I received fit inside the rice cooker, but was not the same as the genuine Sanyo inner pot. It was of a different build-quality and slightly different shape; most importantly, it didn't perform: rice turned out burned. Through contacting the customer service and the "VP" of Dream Retail, I was told that the product I received was indeed a genuine Sanyo part, and that it was the most recent one from Sanyo's new supplier. I didn't want what I got, so I returned the order (and had to pay for shipping myself). This all would have been fine, except after talking with Sanyo, I was referred to a company (OCI) that oddly had the same address as where I had just shipped my Dream Retail return. It looks like Dream Retail "drop ships" from other companies. When I contacted OCI directly, they verified they had exactly the right authentic Sanyo pot, and for a lower price than the ones Dream Retail sold me. I received exactly what I wanted ordering directly from OCI instead. Take this experience for the facts above. I don't want to judge this outfit too harshly; their customer service appeared genuine.

I placed an order for a product that was on back order back in August. Come December, we no longer had need of the product so we wanted to cancel. For the past 4 weeks we've called several times and left several messages, when the mailbox wasn't full that is. We even found an email address on their website that I wrote to. We are still yet to hear anything back from them. We'll never be ordering from them again.

Called when nothing was received after two and a half weeks - was asked to leave message. Also faxed copy of order with request for status. Called again the next day left message, faxed again, and sent email to both addresses. Called 3 business days later (order + 3 weeks) and was told that they would check with the warehouse and call me by 1:00. Called back at 3:00 and was told that the order was being shipped for 2 day delivery. I asked for tracking number and was told they would email me the tracking number the next morning. Called 2 days later and was told they had no tracking number and would contact me with it "today". Called back the same day and was told that it would be delivered that day. Called the next day - still no shipment received nor tracking number -- and requested that they cancel the order and refund my money. They refused because they said it had been shipped. When I complained that without a tracking number that they could not confirm any shipment, they hung up on me. I called back immediately and they refused to answer the phone. I have filed a claim with the credit card company.

I got a Canon A30 compatible toner cartridge as a back up and I recently unpacked and installed it. It was a total failure, and took the machine to repair place and they said bad cartridge. I emailed and called, (hard to get the number) and have had no response at all. A total waste of $50. I would never use them again. Absolutely no customer service, and you can't trust their product.

This company makes durable metal signs, and allows you to design your own. I've purchased two custom-made house signs from this place. The first lasted a dozen years out in the weather, summer and winter, and only recently started to show signs of wear. The new house sign that I bought to replace it is equally beautiful, and I expect it will hold up as well as the first sign. I highly recommend speedysigns.com.

The sales rep (Sara) located a replacement part for an old UV sterilizer I own. I had contacted several other UV lamp sterilizer parts companies and only got a "look it up on internet" response for help. It is nice to have someone who does a little extra in today's world and it does not go unappreciated. For me it is this type of thing that help define good companies. Lots of people just sell parts, fewer offer good customer service. Sara is what good customer service should be. Thanks.

I placed an order on 1-6-17 and they didn't ship until 1-12-17. Here is their response to having lost my order, even after I emailed them once already. "Hello, im sorry about the delay on your order. we contacted Fed-ex about your package from what they are telling me is that most likely the driver never scanned the package when it was picked up and now they have no way of giving us any information, its basically lost. we have another set in stock that we can send you tomorrow and should arrive to you by about Friday, Saturday the latest. i don't know if this would work for you. please let me know what you would like us to do. again i apologize for the delay. I've placed an order and 1 week later my order status still show processing so I try to contact them by email on Thurday . The next day (it was on Friday) I received email from them "Hello, we are wating for all parts to arrive we will email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships should be tuesday or wednesday next week depending on when parts arrive. Thank you" On Wedsday I email them to cancel the order and again on Thurday So after over 1week the order still show processing . I've emailed them twice to request for a cancellation the order but they never respond to my request . I've to file a claim with my creditcard to get money back . This is a horrible seller . I ordered the rug before covid 19lockdown and it was such a light relief to find this wonderful long parcel on my doorstep.I spent hours rearranging the lounge much needed respite from all this tension. When we are all back to normal I will order another for our living area ,it's such a great rug and will be great and hardwearing as I have 2 beautiful large dogs.

This was the first and only time that I purchased anything from Defender before. Well worth my time. I purchased an Emotion Spitfire kayak for my 10 year old son online and was all ready to be picked up when I got there about a week later. Mind you that I live in NYC and Defender is in Waterbury, CT. some 100 miles away. (about a 2 hour drive) and let me tell you that when it comes to prices , Defender can't be beat. In fact prices wre so great, that I even bought a second kayak when I got there! A 2007 leftover Emotion Mojo. As far as customer service is concerned, they were outstanding!! Especially from this South African fellow whom was as helpful as could be. (Sorry I forgot his name). I will be purchasing as well as referring peoople to Defender in the near future. Kudos! My LED lights had wolves on them which makes them intrinsically sweet and worth 5 stars by themselves, but once I tried them on, that's when the magic happened. After checking to ensure that the LED lights would properly cover my girth, I walked from my trailer to Wal-mart with the wolf LED lights on and was immediately approached by women. The women knew from the wolf-lights that I, like a wolf, am a mysterious loner who knows how to 'howl at the moon' from time to time (if you catch my drift!). The women that approached me wanted to know if I would be their boyfriend and/or give them money for something they called "meth". I told them no, because they didn't have enough teeth, and frankly a man with wolf-light LED's shouldn't settle for the first thing that comes to him. I arrived at Wal-mart, mounted my courtesy-scooter (walking is such a drag!) sitting side saddle so that my wolves would show. While I was browsing tube socks, I could hear aroused asthmatic breathing behind me. I turned around to see a slightly sweaty dream in sweatpants and flip-flops standing there. She told me she liked my wolf-light LEDs, I told her I wanted to howl at her moon. She offered me a swig from her mountain dew, and I drove my scooter, with her shuffling along side out the door and into the rest of our lives. Thank you Holiday LEDs!. Pros: Fits my girthy frame, has wolves on it, attracts women Cons: Only 3 wolves (could probably use a few more on the 'guns'), cannot see wolves when sitting with arms crossed.

Bolt Depot has top quality fasteners at way-better prices than a hardware store. You can order individually, or in a small or large box. The website is even better set up than Amazon. They will consolidate orders to save shipping, call about duplicates in your order, and even sometimes send your package, if lightweight, via two day USPS when you paid for standard shipping. (It was a $200 order.) I have never seen such customer service. And they really know their fasteners!

I ordered 6 micro-motors that were on sale. I was told that I was going to receive my products in 2 weeks. But only after the payment was made they sent me the final invoice including a note saying that I would receive the package in 4 to 8 weeks. After many e-mail back and forth trying to cancel the order. The owner that barely speaks English (by the way... the worse person I had to deal in my 20 years doing business) told me that the money will only be refund back to my credit card account after 4 weeks. Now, I have to fight in court to get my money back, plus the damages caused by this company!!!!

I really like the saddle and so does my horse, she seems to do better since I started using it. I use the saddle for Team Penning and it really holds me in on quick turns and stops. The only thing I don't like is, I have ridden a 15" saddle all of my adult life ( I am 67 years old ). I bought a 16" as they reccomended and I wish I had gone with a 17" with such a high cantle the saddle is a little too tight. Don't waste your money. They sent me an 8500 page manual for my Audi A5 that is nowhere near specific to my car. It even contains engine and transmission removal procedures for the Audi Q5 SUV. They advertise a VIN specific manual, but that's not what you get. Save your money and download the same bulk files directly from Audi via the ERWIN site. I called my credit card company and told them that Factory-Manuals.com is a SERVICE (this is important, it's not about the PRODUCT, it's about the SERVICE) that promises to provide a customized manual that is specific to my exact vehicle and that they sent me 8,500 pages that are mostly NOT specific to my vehicle. My credit card company opened a case, agreed with me, and permanently refunded 100% of my money. It's easy to do for anyone.

I purchased a 16’ Saturn inflatable from boat to go. Communication was easy and they were responsive. The boat (which is awesome btw) arrived in good condition. Tracking took a little extra effort as some products came from a warehouse and others came direct, but a quick email clarified things...on a Sunday afternoon. All and all, great experience. Feel comfortable with them. I know I will be using them again.

Was provided with course material, the content of which was completely different from the advertised content. 3. Requested the "7 Day Money Back Guarantee" October 1, 2020 (Thursday) 4. Was contacted by Courses for Success October 5, 2020, via email asking (again) for the reasons for my decision 5. was contacted via phone by one of the employees on October 5, at 2:30 p.m. who confirmed that the wrong course material was linked to my purchase and that the refund will be deposited into my account. The quality of the connection was very poor while all other connections on the same day were perfect 6. ... Please confirm that you actually have the item in stock please? If not in stock please immediately cancel order and refund to PayPal. Kind regards 14 July 2020 No reply, notification of item actually stocked or refund to PayPal. So sent the following. Hi If I am not replied to with in 2 days, the order cancelled and refunded I will be actioning a PayPal dispute. I will also accurately review this experience with all times and dates on multiple review sites. There is no excuse for lack of communication around this issue... It appears they are taking peoples money for stock they do not actually have...??? SPARESBOX get your act together and start being professional... Anyone that reads this, I would suggest to not reward poor or non existent service or risk going through the drama...

I received the parcel which was great BUT unfortunately, the product was in a backorder situation. This caused much concern for the delivery date. I had originally started a standard delivery method when ordered which was over a month lead time BUT the order status did not allow sufficient time before haul out. Expediting the shipment would have solved this timing issue. I got the delivery 2 days after haul out. I had to go back to packing my stuffing box via the old method but would have enjoyed the Dripless system better. So, now what to do with this Dripless Seal is the question.

On 5/17/10, I ordered quantity 2 of P#9B-0920 - Replacement for PANASONIC: HHR-P104 (3.6V 830mAh)telephone battery. Now, 4/30/11, almost one year later these batteries will not run my phone. Both died about the same time. My original batteries which came with the phone lasted 5 years. These are low grade batteries and will not buy again from Battery Depot.

I would highly recommend Performance Tread and would certainly do business with them again in the future! They had the tires I wanted for the best price and shipped them the same day I ordered -- they were delivered 2 days later. I also used the chat feature on their website to ask a customer service rep if the tires were in stock and how long it would take to ship them -- he was prompt and courteous in getting me those answers so I went ahead and ordered from them. I'm glad I did.

I chose to place an order for an island hood with VentingDirect.com specifically because the item page said that they a) had it in stock and b) ship within 1-2 days. I placed the order on May 1. Over a week later (May 9), I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation/tracking info, so I reached out to them and asked them to provide an ETA. Two days later, they responded and said my order wouldn't ship until May 22 --- THREE WEEKS after I placed the order, even though their website said (and as of today, STILL says) that they have the item in stock and that they ship within 1-2 business days. My renovation schedule had some slack time built in for delays, but NOT THREE WEEKS. I wasn't even notified of the back-order/delay. I called out the fact that the item page STILL says it's in stock and STILL says it ships in 1-2 business days, then I asked who I could speak with to escalate and make up for lost time. All I got back was that they called the manufacturer to see if it could be shipped sooner, but the manufacturer said that these are made to order and there's no way they can ship it out any faster. I once again called out the fact that their website still says they have 1 in stock and can ship in 1-2 business days. I haven't heard from them since. It's been a week. Due to this delay, we will likely need to extend our costly temporary living arrangements as we've lost our place in line for subcontractor availability.

I was sorry to read the 2 reviews that rated venting direct so poorly, because I bought my range hood around the same time in May 2015. I ordered my range hood online with no assistance from customer service. It arrived shortly and was very well package so it wouldn't be damaged in transit. When I began to install it I realized that I had purchase the wrong model and the one I ordered was too large. I called Customer Service immediately, and not only did they waive any restocking fee for the return, they also sent me a shipping label for return shipping. It was totally my fault that I purchased the wrong unit and I would have expected to at least pay the return shipping. Venting Direct went above and beyond and I would continue to recommend them highly!

I was going to buy this television from a company from NY on the internet as they advertised a very good price. Well they did not have it in stock, there website said they did and when it still had not arrived after 2 weeks, I cancelled. A friend at work recommended I phone Pauls TV and I spoke to Shane. I got a great price and the TV was nicely unpacked in my house 2 days later at the time agreed. The whole experience with Pauls TV has been great. Shane explained the procedure and kept in contact with delivery, extended warranty, etc. I definitely will use them again for any purchases and I certainly recommend them.

I ordered a Panasonic 65" TCP65ZT60 from Paul's TV December 29 and was promised it delivered by January 4. I was promised White Glove service and to be called 3 hours before delivery. The shipper Radiant used a third party Mobileair and these details were not passed on to them. The box sat in storage for over 2 weeks because the shipper failed to call or update the tracking number on the product. Turned out it was delivered January 7 and over 2 weeks passed before I found out about it. Shipper just left the box and looked for someone to sign for the box, they did not allow anyone to unbox or inspect and certainly didn't care if I signed for it or not which I DID NOT. I was very unhappy so I contacted Jarad my salesperson at Pauls's television I told him that I would not be able to inspect the television as I am now away and that I expect them to honor a return if any problem arises as they did not ship it with white glove service nor was it unboxed or inspected. He defiantly said no and said once the shipping company has left it is no longer their problem. I return and unbox it today (January 29) from the warehouse No damage to the box and the glass panel is smooth and pristine with no cracks however their are multiple cracks inside the panel clearly the result of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. I contact PaulsTV customer service this time and once again get given the run around, I was told to write an e-mail, they wouldn't give me a claim number and I was told I have to take numerous pictures of the panel front and back and the box. I start preparing this e-mail and take the pictures and 15 minutes later I am contacted by someone from PaulsTV who tells me my claim is denied, even before I have sent in the e-mail. I ask them how I can ship the television back to them and they tell me that they will not accept a return and refuse to give me the shipping information. Well $2799 USD for a television and before fully unboxing it or plugging it in for the first time I am already told by Paul's television they will not accept a return. Further Panasonic will not accept a warranty replacement or exchange as the fact the television has not been unboxed yet means that it was damaged in shipping which they do not cover. NOONE AT PAULSTV could care less about their CUSTOMERS or any AFTER SALES SERVICE. I suggest to all of you to follow up any claims with BBB, Panasonic Head of Sales, Ripoffreport, yelp.com, Paypal and/or your credit card company. I will give Paulstv a few days to resolve this dispute otherwise any and all legal remedies available to me will be exhausted.

I have a Clear phone and Internet bundle. I'm satified with the Internet connection, but initially the phone service was a big disappointment. Most of the time it my phone worked fine, but intermittantly I was getting so much static on it as to be unusable. It turns out the problem was due to my attaching a pre 2006 phone to the modem. Clear customer service via chat was responsive, but not very helpful. However, the customer service when I called them via another phone was about as good as I have ever experienced.

They sold me the CLEAR 4G Mobile USB for $20 a week ago, it won't do what I need (connect multiple computers), now they want me to pay $74.99 for the voyager, even though they advertise it at $49.99, because "That is only available to new customers." The speed is only 200kps on a good day, they deceive their customers, and have terrible service. Go somewhere else.

Also had to chase about returning due to all 3 glass shades being chipped... sent pictures and followed up time after time after time... nothing.. didn’t return calls or answer emails. Credit card company couldn’t help due to individual prices being less than the minimum... so unless your good are perfect when they arrive stay well clear.

This company sells lights that they don't have in stock and take your payment but keep you waiting with no delivery time scales at all. They also dont refund when lights are delivered damaged. I have had to open a paypal dispute to try and claim my money back for a damaged light after purchasing 5 lights from them. Customer service is shocking. They have now had my return since the 16th and have still not refunded me the £114 and havent responded to paypal. Avoid buying from this company

I ordered oil and all filters from their website. I received an email from DHL who are the couriers they use saying they were going to deliver and then they changed it to the next day.So my delivery came and it was the oil and no filters. After my 3rd attempt of waiting 30 minutes for customer services again l finally got through and was told if l want them now to go to my local Sheffield (Aston) branch because it said my order had been delivered even though the delivery note said it was just the oil.So l went to collect but they said one of the items wasn't in stock and come back tomorrow. The diesel filter had leaked all over my drive.They said l would have to buy another one and would only reimburse me when l took the old unit which was on the car.l phoned them back they said they had the filter ready on the counter and l could collect it when l got there 35 minutes later they were closed and faild to mention they were closing.So l went down next day and sent my wife in as l am chronically disabled. She said that she was disgusted they had lied and took about 20 minutes to sort out as she could hear them kicking a ball about and swearing.There seemed to be one young man on who was being treated like a whipping boy.I took the old unit back and was told the guy who sorts refunds out has just gone out and come back tomorrow. By this time l was losing my patience and got my chair out and said l am not moving till l get my money back. The poor guy who was obviously learning l heard them tell him get out of my way l suppose l will have to sort it.I will NEVER use this firm again. I phoned customer services who answered and they said they were still waiting for DHL to return items.Another week later they said DHL had gone to wrong branch and they would sort it out.They still have my money.DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD THEY SAY.They tell lies.

I have used clickmechanic a number of times now and i feel i have the right to exclaim how disappointed i have been with them as of late. Customer Service initially was good but trying to contact them through their chat serivce or email is very hit n miss and they always fall back on on their Terms and Conditions without any proper explanation. Money Issues. Whenever a booking is made they like to take the money once the booking is confirmed and before even the mechanic has even done the work. I had an issue with the mechanic which i tried to resolve. It turned out that the mechanic had an issue with the site so i requested my moneyback so then i could pay the mechanic directly myself. They said they will action the refund and send it to my bank in 5 working days. This wasnt to happen as they claim rhey have to refund it from the mechanic first then they will refund my money. Then when this is unsuccessful i should take it up with the mechanic. As far as i am concerned this is not fair and is just making things worse. Clickmechanic like to call themselves a marketplace and for go any responsibility for what happens on there site and pass the blame with out any accountability. They try to soften the blow by offering discount codes, at this point i wont be using them again. I will stick to local trusted mechanics.

Avoid this terrible company. I made a booking for work to be done on priority and it was all accepted and they took my card details yesterday. I awoke this morning to find my job had been 'Cancelled'. I called @9am as they opened to enquire why they said because I complained in 2017 about one mechanic. I am now in a different area and wanted to try them again as they aren't the mechanics I am being refused service. Stay away from this atrocious company.

Despite informing CnA I'm having issues with the brand new bike I brought from this dealership they told me their is nothing wrong with the bike. I've had a few experienced riders have a go and they all say there is a problem. And they had the bike back to see what was wrong they used it for about 60 miles and still said "nothing wrong" i made a phone call to some other dealerships and just from me explaining on the phone what is wrong they believe they can fix it. So I'll never be taking my bike back thier for repair or service ever again.

I’m a 60 year old woman who is just getting back into ridding. Safety and comfort was my first priority. I rode in a few of my barn friends’ saddle and I just fell in love with Lindsey’s saddle from saddleonline. The saddle name was Amazing Comfortable Endurance Saddle and it is truly amazingly comfortable. I've never ordered anything online so I called them to order the saddle. The rep was very polite and courteous. She gave me a free shipping and had my saddle shipped the same day so I could ride on the weekend. Saddle was absolutely perfect when it arrived, I installed my stirrup turners and oiled the saddle on Friday night. Rode the saddle on Saturday evening for 2 hours one of the most comfortable rides I've ever been on. I love saddleonline and their products, since I got my saddle last year. I would've never bought my body kit in this place because of that one bad review here, but I did anyways because I like the sharp design and the price was the lowest. I am very happy that I had it because it would've been a waste if I just let other people have it. Communication was very good, didn't had any problems with it, the best communication so far. But I had this mistake on the address for the shipping, I really didn't notice it until it was shipped. After that, I informed them once and David kept me updated on the freight delivery. They took care of everything as quickly as I remember. A Highly Recommended Company!
