I ordered plenty of goods in April, 2020 but have not received my goods even in June, 2020. The phone is disconnected and the email is no response at all. I tracked the package status in UPS and the package was broken and discarded... om.. But who should take the responsibility for this? But of course it should not be me!

I recently purchased a Hypertherm 45XP plasma cutter from IOC's ebay store and also a consumables kit for it as well. The price was consistant with the lowest price I could find and the communication was excellent as well. A lot of money for me to spend over the internets but happy to say the item was delivered quickly and in great shape. Also, I noticed that the device had only been manufactured just about 1 month prior so truly brand new which was nice - not some old unit sitting around for 2 years or so. I had a very good experience from IOC and I also just love the machine - amazing quality and performance from this 45XP. Everything great !!

I purchased a Miller Tig Welder for my husband for Christmas. The welder was approximately $2,000 and the customer service during the purchase was great. I had no idea what to buy and I was trying to surprise my husband. They walked me through all the options. My husband used the welder for the first time today, March 1st. He would have used it sooner but we have had issues with our local supplier being out of gas. Within seconds the welder popped and stopped working. My husband contacted Welding Supplies from IOC today to let them know that we were sold a defective product. Their response was it has been more than 14 days so you have to take it in for a repair. I will not repair a welder that we have never used. The welder needs to be replaced immediately with a new one. I will continue to write reviews on every forum in addition to opening a BBB case. We are not satisfied with a repair. Stand behind the products you sell. I would not recommend buying from this company.

It’s a couple of years ago now but the owner of this business is still the same. I was a regular customer for car services, pink slips and not much else. I had a critical problem with my four wheel drive, I needed a part that cost several thousand dollars. He said he got me a bargain which still cost nearly as much and after at least a month of waiting he completed the job. Turns out he got the replacement part from the wreckers or worse still didn’t change it at all. I had an specialist company remove and inspect the part who confirmed the problem. The specialist then rebuilt the part which cost further substantial costs. The owner of Jannali Car Care Clinic was belligerent and hostile and never returned my calls after that. This business is poison, steer clear. I had spoken with ex employees of his who confirm he is not to be trusted. I was so stressed I just wanted to put it behind me and move on, however I did call Repco (he’s part of their group) but got no response to a phone complaint.

I had a very bad experience with a guy who introduced himself as the owner. I went to the Jannali Car Clinic recently, and was shocked - to say the least. He was very rude, unhelpful, and cursing me all the time. He had no right to be intimidating and forceful. It appears to me that the owner is happy to take your money and scream and intimidate you at the same time. I WILL NEVER EVER SERVICE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. I DON'T FEEL SAFE TO BE THERE.

I have been a member of BCU for more than 25 years during which time I have had a very happy, friendly and helpful experience with the staff and management. They were eager to please and knowledgeable, I was happy to recommend them, until there was a change in management and ideas. They are now just pushing their staff to sell, sell, sell. They have consequentially lost all the old, experienced, friendly and helpful staff we once had at Macksville. When I have a problem, I can't get them on the phone, they have a high turnover of staff, meaning less experienced staff. There are invariably longer waiting times to get served. I wrote to the head office in May this year and on the 26th I received an automated reply telling me, "thanks we will be in touch with you shortly". It was months later that I rang up again and was told someone eventually would ring. Some time later I received a call from the Macksville manager, NOT the head office one I originally sent my enquiry to. All in all. BCU is NOT a bank I would recommend. April 4th, 2017 Update: It seems they are getting worse The continuing saga. I have emailed BCU a number of times, with questions that I would like answers to, but do NOT get a reply! Are they to big and don't care? Do they not have enough staff? They are changing our way of banking that is going to cost us more, but do not explain why? Firstly they change their BSB no. and we have to run around to let everyone know, that we deal with, about it. Now they are charging for more eftpos transactions than 20 per month, even though all the banks were encouraging us to use eftpos, as it was safer than carrying cash. They are also doing away with our CUE cards, is this going to cost us more? They won't tell me. Also their ibanking website that we use for banking, will close down, after about 5 to 10 mins, forcing you to log in again, even if you are still actively using it?? Where will it end?

My husband got a loan from bcu for a car he paid $20,000 himself and borrowed $34,000 he took out loan insurance to protect me . 4 months later he was killed in a car accident and Bcu wouldnt pay the insurance as he had a small cancer cut off his ear 3 years earlier and they said if they had of known they would never have insured him also didnt reimburse monies paid for the insurance. So not only was I grieving I also had to come up with $34,000

Pride in their work, attention to detail and an amazing result After slowly renovating every piece at the front of a 110 yr old terrace, the final stage was to be the new tessellated tiles. I’m incredibly happy that I went with Olde English Tiles who did an amazing job. As anyone with one of these old properties knows, nothing is perfectly straight or level but that didn’t phase Tony or Nathan who assessed the property and quickly suggested how we could make this work. The attention to detail was great, with each tile perfectly laid and a 30mm difference from one end to the other perfectly hidden. Nathan put in an extra base to deal with the cracking in the foundations to ensure the new tiles would remain like new for decades to come. Steven was great with the quote and measure, and organising the day. He was in continual contact to provide updates and make sure we were happy with the final product. I would definitely recommend Olde English Tiles, the pride they take in the work along with the high-quality tessellated tiles makes all the difference. Jason.

I have been in the building industry for more than 45 years The Olde English Tile Company Sydney are a rip off. They employ the rudest and most dishonest staff i have met in Sydney. I provided an accurate plan of an area to be tiled. They sold me far too many of their expensive tiles than required. The manager promised to provide me with a refund, have the excess tiles collected from my home and returned to their showroom. None of this happened. I put the case to The Department of Fair Trading. After that i received a partial refund from The Olde English Tile Company Sydney. Just enough refund so that it was not worth my time going to a Department of Fair Trading tribunal. They never collected the excess tiles. A Department of Fair Trading staff member told me that they have received a lot of complaints against The Olde English Tile Company Sydney.

From the outset we benefitted from the design expertise and product knowledge of the English Interiors professional office team. We were impressed by their focus on translating our imprecise brief into coherent design ideas, and they introduced lots of new and exciting ideas that helped our own thinking. Their attention to detail and patience with us made it a very enjoyable part of the overall project, and, to their great credit, it never felt like a sales pitch. We quickly developed a relationship of trust and confidence in the English Interiors team, and their continuing contacts through the installation phase underlined their genuine interest in delivering a new kitchen and bathroom that we would be delighted with. The English Interiors installation team were excellent! Their Project Manager inspired confidence from the outset, with his obvious professional knowledge and experience, and his consistent reliability in delivering whatever he said he would do. He skilfully co-ordinated a team of plumbers, carpenters, electricians, plasterers, heating engineers, and installers, all of whom were first-class in both the quality of their work and their customer service attitude. The whole team worked very efficiently, and with real consideration for us as we continued to live in a relatively small home through a period of significant disruption. The Project Manager and his team were excellent at providing a timeframe and plan that they kept to, keeping us in touch with progress, and checking out points of detail as the job progressed. On several occasions they flagged options to us, and we therefore felt fully engaged in the important decision-making on issues that ultimately led us to be delighted with the end result. The Project Manager and the team were also first-class as resolving the inevitable problems that arise, whether it be how best to channel waste pipes or discovering that some of the old plastering needed to go. The focus was always about explaining the issue to us in terms that we could understand, and then finding the best solution. The overall project was a big undertaking for us. The English Interiors team, from start to finish, made it a thoroughly pleasurable experience, and that is down to the professionalism and approach adopted by the design team, the production team, and the installation team. A big thank you to English Interiors - we are delighted with the end result. We will certainly be back to you when we start to turn our thoughts to up-grading the bedrooms.

They are prescriptive and are seeking naive and impressionable recent grads from a TESOL program. They should be shut down for predatory business practices.

Well I purchased a scratch & dent insurance policy from this company. After about 7 month I had to make a claim from some scratches and a minor dent. The scratched were under the length limit as per policy. I sent them pictures and without even sending someone to look at the car they rejected my claim stating that the scratches are too deep! So essentially they are selling you a policy for minor scratches which one can easily remove using scratch removing creams like T-Cuts. Customers are duped into thinking that a deep scratch or dent would be covered but they are not. Only those scratches are covered that could be easily removed at home by the policy holder. Don't waste your £160/Year for nothing instead give business to local body shops to get deep scratches removed at fraction of price. You can always remove light scratches yourself with T-Cut!!!!

When my family ask me to come home from Bangkok to Amsterdam the 18nd of March because of COVID-19. I booked a flight with Gate1 for a day later which was "Automatically cancelled" the same hour I purchased it. The ticket was almost 700 euro. In their email, they said I would receive a refund to my account within 2 working days. I needed to spend a 1000 euro more to come home in this time. That was March 19 2020. They are unreachable.

UPDATE 18.05.2020- Gary from GDK has since made contact to try to iron out the issues, hence additional one star on rating. Decent website, prices and gun cabinet was good value for money. Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward. Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info. 8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible. The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place? I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms. I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers. It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently. Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience. It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.

I love the idea of global exam, i think it’s great for a student like me BUT here’s the things that i would like for you to hear: 1. some questions have a multiple answers so i think you might wanna.... ;) 2. My daughter has been attending improve tuition for about 4 months now. We started with one to one study sessions with mr dhabhad who I highly recommend. His patient, gentle manner has made a huge improvement with her confidence which is resulting in improved grades. She is now being tutored by naadiya who has the same characteristics as mr dhabhad himself. Naadiya is a very kind tutor who is always smiling. Many thanks to you both for all the effort in improving her grades. Also the online tuition which I must admit I had my reservations with, went extremely smoothly ensuring a way for continued success. sent them my daughters water damaged 5s, they came back with 3 extra items that were broken, which i half expected, but the price to repair them was very fair,i thought. before going ahead with the repair i phoned them and asked about warranty for the repair and long term success rate of the repair and received an honest answer. went ahead with the repair and got the phone back the next day. all working well. they kept me in the loop with emails and sorted out a world pay issue too. highly recommend phone came back just in time as my other daughter dropped her phone its going to free fusion

I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

I also completed the ABBE Level 4 course in building thermography with James Hill recently but cannot agree fully with all his sentiments unfortunately. This course is extremely time-heavy, a fact that was not made clear before we paid for the course. Parts of the course material are technically flawed and overall it is limited. Learners are expected to undergo various examinations without very much at all to go on. The marriage between the initial 4-5 day training days, the iRed Handbook, the course submissions, including numerous surveys, and the examinations is poor imo - it is broken and does not work. I have tried to give my constructive feedback to iRed & indeed ABBE in this respect on a number of occasions now. Do not expect to qualify for at least one year. It is a shame, as on paper, this is a good course. I cannot recommend that any building thermographers should take this course - ITC Cat 1 or Cat 2 is much better in terms of timings, course material and examination preparations. My review, which is meant as honest feedback, does not in any way reflect negatively on my course instructor, Bruce Arnold, or indeed any other course that iRed may provide.

I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.

What got me to stay a member over the years is the vast amount of content available, being created daily (they create content live, which is actually free to watch, btw), as I am interessted in all aspects of IT. Also, I can watch on my mobile devies on the go, which is great (the audio only feature on the phone is real handy, too). What is really outstanding (in the premium subscription) are the well thought out virtual labs and the included exam preps. Honestly hardly a week goes by without me urguing someone to check out ITPro.TV's offerings. Having been in IT for a few decades now, I know that the only constant in IT is change (cliche? Maybe. But 100% true.) With ITPRO.TV I can safely and without risk discover new technologies, and even try them out in the labs. The segments of each course are clearly and logically labeled, so if I am not interested in actually taking an exam, I can skip and hop through a course, skipping parts I am not currently interested in. As of June 2019 I really have nothing to complain about the service or offerings. I see the team is constantly improving things - that is the mark of people with a passion for what they do. As long as that passion is there, we'll be seeing ITPro.TV coninue to grow and flourish. Originally the iPhone app was meh, but even that has been incrementally improved (note, there would be no real need for an iPad app, as running ITPro.TV in Chrome on my iPad works perfectly...) Note: you can speed up or slow down the videos - which is really handy, imo.

I have been considering subscribing to ITProTV for a few years now, and having decided to pull the pin and achieve my CISSP certification, I figured it was high time I jumped on board with ITProTV - and believe me I have NO regrets from doing so. I booked my exam, and after cramming the CISSP video content over 6 weeks I sat and passed the exam first go! I also found that ITProTV were one of the only online training platforms to offer the CISSP study material tailored to the latest release of the exam (it was updated in 2018). The content is delivered in a manner that keeps viewers entertained and wanting more. The Educators are likeable, and have a great on screen presence plus an impressive wealth of knowledge. Having passed my CISSP exam with the help of ITProTV I'm now looking to pick my next course to study with their assistance!

Well I did that but it was past the 3 month period that they could investigate so I contacted Extreme Fairings again and some random man said they would get it to me by April if 2019. It is now almost February 2020 and I have no body kit and no refund.

I have a cbr600rr 2017 and there are a couple of aftermarket fairing companies out there that make these fairings. Ebay, absfairings, monster, etc. I choose extreme fairings based on the reviews and i was not dissapointed. I ordered my parts august and they arrived in september. About 1 month in total as expected. The paint and clear coat was amazing. They fitted just the same as the original oem.

When we do not leave a space for a joke, even for a serious joke, we sure are dealing with articulate, impeccable, dignified, innovative, grammar usage up to the personal satisfaction of 'Shakespeare', etc. Editing is not about borrowing style or using similar pattern from the adversaries/contemporaries' vocabulary archives already existing in the international market. Either we have imbibed 'Editing' from the pregnancy generic level or we would never have it. The biggest insult to an Editor is when he is told to modify his piece of work without being told what was wrong in/with it ? OK, let me explain, even the Senior Chief Editor never knew what was wrong with subordinate's Editorial presentation. Wrong lies in various forms, namely, 1. when we copy others, the language/vocabulary sounds similar; 2. Our personal soul (contribution) replaces with unnecessary misplaced weighty bouncy words; 3. When an Editor does not own responsibility for presenting his piece with adrenaline rush juggernauts, like building up story step by step and carrying an otherwise a most dull topic in an eventful worth remembrance presentation. Parts not posted after one week. Telephoned to enquire and told by email that there is a slight delay and it will be posted 'tomorrow' - Tuesday. I will hopefully receive it on Wednesday but that will be too late for my current needs of security. It would have been much better had I been warned when you knew you had a problem. As a result my Defender will be at extra risk for 48 hours. Unsatisfactory!
