I have tried to withdraw my money for two months now, it's 14 days for an answer over email and really expensive to call them. I get zero help and my 500$ is stuck in their account. This is obviously a very bad company and i have reported them to Norway's financial affairs department. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wanted to put 1000 euro on 777 be for to play but i had to pay theough hipay but they dont put it on my account. You say you have to send email to hipay. But you do not answer back or pick up the iPhone...... I want my money back , i need it for my child

I asked one simple question and they started to bombard me with different emails how they can't support my business but I never requested their service, I just asked one simple question and didn't get the answer..

i open with them an account so i was very happy but just when i was processing 7.500$ in the account they send me an email that they will hold all the money for 6 months without any reason. and I can't log in to my account.

When IFX was first recommended by the estate agent in France and we met the local representative we were very cautious as the proposed process of money transfer seemed far too easy, with constant assurances that it would all happen within hours and there could be no problems whatsoever. This put us off. However, after extensive searches on the internet and telephone, discussions with someone at the FCA and information from Credit Agricole, IFX seemed to be a reliable company and we decided to risk it. In the event the transfer took longer than stated because of two simple hitches (one on the part of the notaire) but everything worked most efficiently. Darren Britcliffe was the person overseeing our two card terminals. If we had any issues I had no reservations contacting him, he was very helpful and quick with responses. In the future if we need more card terminals we will go straight to him.

Quality software, that does what it's supposed to do was essential when we selected our cart provider over 6 years ago. I'm please to say we still use Instantcart on a daily basis and in those 6 years, it's grown and moved with the times significantly - Whilst keeping customer support and function at its core. Adding content is a breeze, we used to struggle adding product attributes, tags and bundles through our old store but with this its very simple to add and manage so you can keep control of whats going on. Never looked back, simples!

I have been using connect till software, from Intelligent retail for over 3 years. It is now the core of my retail business both in store and online. This system has paved the way for expansion and we are opening our second store within the next two months. This new store will be the pilot for a franchise which is also possible thanks to the connect till software.
