Search results are a bit strange. For instance, if I search X470, I get several results, but not the Asus X470 Pro I am looking for. I only found it via Google Shopping. You have good prices and stock on some other items that were not picked up by Google, however.

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Age verification, browser alerts, and the way the alert was phrased about needing to enter a password and create an account felt a little bit scammy. Had to google and make sure this was a reputable site first. I'd suggest toning down the css/animation on the age verification (though it was smooth and fast) and making the native browser alerts look more styled to your website. Even on this survey, the bottom message "Your email is safe. It will only be used..." and the green arrow look exactly like scammer sites along with the "shopper approved" graphic. Almost like there's too much going on or you're like "No no we're TOTALLY safe, see!" and trying too hard. Otherwise everything was smooth and went well. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help

I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

This company is the bait and switch type. A week after I purchased and days after the product was already supposed to be received, they called requiring more money for the purchase. Companies like this just try to put you in a position to where you need your order and therefore they believe you will just pay extra as they ask. Paid a good chunk of money for a server, and the box it came in had a dozen strips of tape across the top and one on the bottom. The one on the bottom busted. Not to mention the box looked like it had been around the world a few times. Fortunately the server survived unscathed. Everything else about TekBoost was well above expectation. ***Update: company posted on the BBB site that they will refund anyone who files a complaint about their no refund policy, to the BBB. Might be worth a try. I filed. Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? Paid 81.99 for a bottle of what can be described as rotted lemons, drain cleaner or knock off lemon pledge. SO greasy and stinky. They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. There should be a class action lawsuit for all of us that were duped to get refunds.

I am extremely disappointed in the fragrance I received for my wife's Christmas gift. $80 is a lot of money in the pastor's household. I was hoping I could surprise my wife with her favorite Royal Apothecary fragrance "Hothouse Peony" that had been discontinued. Sadly the result smells nothing like the original. And with no way to get a refund we are just out the money. My advice unfortunately is it's not worth the risk to do business here.

I learned the cream I bought for my infant has salicylic acid in it, which is not suitable for kids under 2. I emailed the company to let them know of my concern and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable on both fronts - the toxic ingredients and the silence to my email concern.

I spoke to Tish from Turnkey Parlor and she was amazing! She responds to you quickly, by email phone even text! My push cart was rejected when being delivered. I called Tish when I found out my push cart was rejected and she picked up right away. She fought for me and was able to get the delivery guys to turn back and re-deliver again even though they left 40+ minutes already. I should have bought two from the start. My daughter stopped sucking her left thumb then compensated using the right. Callous on her left thumb started to heal after 2 days and getting better every day. I tried everything before this, nail polish, hot sauce, wrapping her thumb with cloth tape, formulas specific to deter thumb sucking, ointments, polish, you name it... we tried it. I only wish I knew about this sooner.

Once received. The print image was reversed. Buckles and bulging on both top and bottom of stretch. Quality of image was very poor (blurred) craftsman ship was even worst. This company is a scam and suggest consumer to go elsewhere to spend your money. Because you will not get what you pay for. Price is raised 30 - 40% more than others. Extremely poor return policies and shipping method. Company that does not back up their product. Just excuses justifications and lies. Then ignore you when you call. If you're looking to buy a telemarketing phone list, ListGiant is pretty good. The cheapest option is 5000 records for $349. It's a decent deal and the list quality for me at least has been pretty good (scrubbed for do-not-call registry, etc.). They have a pretty easy to use self-service portal--which means you can download the list right away. Also, if you need help they can generate lists for you and their phone support is friendly and good. I've used a few other list brokers and I've found ListGiant to be one of the best.

I bought a list from List giant that over 25% deactivated phone numbers and over 15% of the people on the list had been dead for over 10 years 70% of the list didn't fall within the search parameters that I specifically paid for. In addition to this wildly inaccurate information they promised that they had run their information against the do not call list. You can probably see where this is going already. Surprise over 30% of the records where on the national do not call list.

Nomorobo was one of the three 2013 winners of the FTC Robocall Challenge. According to PC magazine's 2015 review of the site, it's the only winner that has a service up and running on the web, and it's FREE! It does not work for cell phones or for analog landline services. But for all other landline services, it works. Supposedly. Hey, it it did for me -- instantly!! I signed up yesterday, and I've gone from 10 robocalls a day (minimum) to zero. I hear one brief ring and then blessed silence. It's a MIRACLE!!! And this just in time for onslaught of political robocalls that were about to crash down on my peace of mind like an avalanche. I am SO THRILLED!! For a more technical POV, here is an excerpt from that Sept. 2015 PC Magazine review: "The good news is that Nomorobo is free, easy to sign up with, and works as promised. I used to get at least one or two robocalls per day. The only sign of them now is that the phone rings once. If I'm curious, I can go to my Verizon FiOS account online, see the calling number, and search for it in a browser. So far, every blocked call has been from a known robocaller, with the number also showing up in my online searches on assorted sites that track annoying calls. The bad news is that you may not be able to take advantage of Nomorobo. Ideally, it should be directly integrated into the carrier's internal call processing, which is what Ooma Premier and Sonic do. And in principle, it should be able to work with any carrier. All it requires is that the carrier support simultaneous ring, so incoming calls can ring both your line and Nomorobo's line at the same time. In practice, unfortunately, that feature is currently available only on VoIP carriers, and not even all of those. The list of carriers that work with Nomorobo has some significant players on it, including Verizon FiOS, Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, and AT&T U-verse. (You can find the full list on the Nomorobo signup page.) Missing, however, are all wireless carriers and all analog carriers. So although it works with Verizon FiOS, it won't work with Verizon Wireless or standard Verizona plain old telephone service (POTS) line to those who follow such things." It took me a bit of work to sign up on Nomorobo.com. I had to sign into my Verizon account (find the online ID, password, blah blah) and then follow the steps the site listed. But was it worth it!! I just can't understand why I haven't heard about this service before. I guess the truth is it's free, which means not much revenue, which means no advertising. I suppose they have grants or government funding perhaps? In any case, I wish I'd know about this site sooner -- it is WONDERFUL!!!!
