I was simply trying to buy an ebike battery from Bix International which has the same physical address as this company so I presume it is the same. After exchanging several emails (most emails sounding like they were not from a native english speaker) I finally got most of my questions answered. Actually some of the questions were not even answered properly and in return emails I would also have to point out the question I asked and point out how thier answer did not make sense. Any company that will answer only one question at a time and I have to send multiple emails asking them to please answer all the questions (yet they still answer only one at a time) seems to be a bit flakey to me especially when the replies are not even in proper english. I have had way too many issues with counterfeit batteries from China to trust a company that seems to lack even basic communication skills. Even the website had issues. When I entered my Washington state zip code the only option it gave me was for pick up rather than for FedEx. I certainly am not going to go across most of the country to pick up a product. Glitch on the website I presume. Just another red flag. In the end due to the lack of proper communication from them and the website issues, I have decided to go elsewhere. If you cannot even answer my questions effectively I am certainly not going to spend several hundred dollars on something and hope it works properly.

Received e-mail stating "following items have been shipped" on 9 January 2006 and having my credit card charged. Received e-mail 11 Jan 2006 stating item not available anymore and credit card charge would be reversed. This is a SAD way to be doing business.

Purchased $7 battery. Was charged $7 plus $16.72 shipping. Battery was defective (dead and would not recharge). Batteries and Butter did not want to reimburse shipping cost. Had to negotiate to get $15 refunded on $23.72 charge.

Okay so I've been reading all these reviews that other people have posted on here and we all seem to be having the same problems... I ordered my custom euro plate from europeanplates.com on december 28th, 2010... its now january 30th, 2011 and still no plate... I did, however, receive my plate holder that I ordered on the 29th of december... I have sent emails and left messages.. but no response... this company has really low standards if this is happening to almost everyone that does business with them.

This was my second order over about a two-year period. My recent order was small, as was my first, for two unusual, high lumen, CFL light bulbs. One of the bulbs arrived inoperable due to apparent mishandling somewhere along the way. I reported the problem to BuyLighting and promptly received a very nice apology and was informed that a replacement would be sent immediately. Today is exactly one week after I reported the problem, and a replacement has been received and tested. It arrived in good condition. Obviously, I am a small customer. However, I have received respectful and prompt customer service, including no arguments, accusations, or delays. I will continue to be a customer for life and am happy to recommend this company's service. Order online with confidence.

Horrible and rude staff. Ordered through Ebay buy it now price. They claimed they made a pricing error and I was SOL oh but have a 20 % of LAME. They further claimed that they talked to Ebay and were in the right which was a complete lie after I called and spoke with Ebay. They next told me it was my fault as I should have known the price was too good to be true. Really their pricing was not my responsibility? Get real. The guy I spoke to was rude abrasive and a just truly a not nice person. I am shocked that a company that I have dealt with for years would decide to treat their customers like this. I have been using Ebay and Summit Racing for a long time and I have never dealt with ethics like this before. Very disappointed in their staff and ethics. Shady shady people.

I can not tell you have much I appreciate them taking the time to listen to the special circumstance surrounding the issue and making a final decision based on customer service versus simply hiding behind a company policy. I will start by saying l was very fortunate to have won an awesome swim spas from Spas Direct in December last year (2017) So for anyone who might ne wondering about the many Spas Direct Giveaways... "YES" they are real. We were kept well informed regarding delivery date etc etc and the swim spa arrived in a very well packaged timber crate, bubble wrap and plastic. It was in perfect cosmetic order and now that we have it wired up and filled with water we can say that this "Master Swim Spa" is fantastic... heaps of pressure from the jets, terrific heater and all round just brilliant. We love our swim spa from Spas Direct, Cheers!

I ordered a cover on the 16th and paid in full for it. A couple weeks went by and I received an email asking for exact dimensions. I was in the processing of moving and so it took me maybe another week to call with the dimensions. When I called they had already took it upon themselves to order the wrong dimensions. I spoke with a lady named Lianna Lawson who more less told me I am stuck with it. She will not return any of my 5 phone messages I have left. I have refused delivery and now I'm left with no cover and minus $289.00 in my bank account.. Do not order from this company!

On 10/7/07 I placed an order for (1) Kicker Solo-Baric VS12L7-2 Enclosed Subwoofer @ $242.00 plus $50.56 s/h. Four days later, I checked online and noted that my item did not ship yet and the price on the website was now $178.00. I spoke with Scott and he said that their warehouse was real busy due to their 'blowout' sales and GUARANTEED me that I would receive my item. He said that he couldn't credit the difference in price since it was a special closeout promotion.(I was Ok with that.) The following Tues. I noticed that item had not yet shipped. I called and spoke to Jason. He said that they we're still busy at their warehouse and I should expect it shipped in the next 2-3 days. Well--in 3 days the item still showed on their website as not being shipped. I called again and got Jason again. He said that the item is sold out and not available and they had no substitute(my order just missed the last one--go figure? Did it really take them 12 days to figure that out? He said they were just about to contact me about this--yeah right) I expressed my discontent at which Jason forwarded me to Scott(manager I guess). Scott was apologetic. I asked how is it possible to be charged shipping for an item that you never had nor intended to ship? I was ticked off at the lackadaisical attitude they took --like oh well, too bad we had your money for 3 weeks and now that we've made interest off of your cash you will not be receiving the product we PROMISED you. He said he would credit back my shipping charges; this was on 10/19/07(gee thanks--how can I be charged shipping for an item they never shipped, or even had is beyond me and unethical business practice). I received my CC statement this month and the shipping charges were still on it, the ones Scott said he would remove. Best of all---it shows a sale and post date of 10/19/07---the same day I was told my order was canceled and was supposed to be refunded. (BTW I never was notified that my order was canceled and if I go on their website it still shows as not shipped yet.) It appears that the company is charging consumers shipping for items the knowingly do not have in stock and delay telling the customer that they don't not have the item they purchased. Therefore, accruing interest off of the shipping charges while the consumer is paying interest on the charge. On 10/29/07 I called to dispute the charges with my CC company but they had informed me that they finally did credit my card--but not for yet another months billing cycle. What Cardomain is doing is unethical and wreaks of a business ready to file Chapter11. As of this date, their "sale" website (www.cardomain.com\shop)is down and redirects you to their car enthusiast website which is just plain www.cardomain.com STAY CLEAR--you've been warned!

I am very pleased with the Panasonic KX-TG4500B 4 line expandable phone system I purchased recently. The cost was very competitive, the shipping was timely and the product arrived in good shape. I used the two line version (discontinued) for many years and loved it. Though I only have two active lines in my business, this 4 line system works fine and has essentially the same features as the two line version. The portability factor of the cordless phones and the features of the answering/ auto attendant system are the most attractive attributes imo - but this system is feature packed and just works!

I ordered a Siemens S450 Gigaset and extra handset (S45) from this company. I saw the website and placed the order by phone (Nancy was very nice when she took the order.) The extra handset was backordered. When I received the phone, it was very defective. It rang for no apparent reason, the backlight on the keys didn't work, and the speakerphone was so quiet you couldn't hear it unless you held it up to your ear. I emailed and asked if they would take it back. I asked if I could exchange it for a different phone, a Philips. They said "yes". So I asked them to pricematch Amazon's price for the Philips--and no response. So I started a "chat" using their chat client on their website, with Steve Winter. In that conversation, he not only refused to send me a different (or any) replacement phone (saying "I'm not convinced you would like that phone, either, so let's just process the return.") He degraded Amazon by saying that "they probably don't have it in stock anyway" and "They often sell things that they don't really have". (That wasn't the case, btw.) He CHARGED me to return this DEFECTIVE phone--to the tune of nearly 35 dollars (15 as a "charge", plus he added a 10 dollar charge for the "free shipping" of the initial order, plus I had to pay 10 dollars in shipping to get it back to the company). So for a 79 dollar phone, it cost me 35 to return it. When I told him that I found this practice unprofessional, he became very rude. He refused to give me any information about my refund. I sent the phone back, tracked it, and even though it delivered he still refuses to tell me anything about the refund. I emailed again and told him that if he chose to remain evasive about my refund, I'd be forced to report him to the FTC and consumer ratings services such as this. He left me the longest, vilest, most awful message on my machine, and then followed that up with an email saying that I am "incompetent and vicious" and that if I report this, I'm "making a fool of myself". My husband called him to see where/if there was a communication error (I'm a very quiet person) and he treated my husband the same way. After doing some research, this "Sellcom.com" uses a Roxboro, NC address on their website, a Durham, NC address on their invoice, and an Illinois number for their fax. The returns center is in Austin, TX. While Mr. Winter called me from a number registered in Durham, NC, there is no business license for Sellcom.com registered there (as per the BBB). Neither for Roxboro, NC. As directed by the local Police Department, I have placed a "dispute" on my credit card for this transaction. Please, avoid this company. Amazon is a much better deal. I chose this company because they were a few dollars below Amazon, and this site had no negative reviews about them... So, while I "saved" a few dollars, it has cost me 35 MORE and a lot of time and heartache dealing with unprofessionals such as these.

I ordered 4 2004 Lincoln Center Capsin December 2017 and tried to contact the company to get a delivery date a couple days later with no response. Called for a week with no response to the number provided on the website and got no response. When I filed for a refund from my credit card, I get a call from the owner, Plunkett telling me he has sent the caps, but the delay was due to the Christmas holidays. Would have been nice to hear that earlier as I purchased the same caps for have the price locally. The owner has poor customer service skills. The dispute was won in his favor due to me not reading his return policy properly. Shame on me for that. So if you order from this company, but sure to shop around first and then if you order PLEASE read his fine print return policy

Once the software is updated, I am told that the subscription is already in use (on the same computer) and cannot be used. The purpose of ordering online is so you do not have to go out and purchase the item somewhere else. The Supervisor, Tene at ext. 225 said that once the order is in "packaging", they have to send it. Tene says I have to either refuse the order which is being sent to my mother's house in DC or they will send me a return shipping label once I receive the package. Uhm why waste their money or mine. They should give me 10% off my CURRENT order, not my next order. That's a very CHEAP way of doing business and poor customer service. I've shopped at MisterArt.com a total of three times over the past year spending a total of $769.74. All three of the orders arrived well packaged and very quickly. Two of the three orders were perfect, exactly what I ordered. Only the most recent order was there any issues and that issue is so minor but does need to be fixed. My most recent order was for 135 items, 110 different products with 135 items all together due to duplicates. I was pleased to find that nearly the entire order was correct BUT one $0.73 plastic bottle was missing its spout and the cap that goes on the spout--I ordered eight of this particular item and the other seven came with the spouts and caps in place. I would think that the person packing the order would've noticed the missing spout and cap but they're human so things do happen. I sent an email to what I thought was their customer service email but since I got no answer (something they're normally very fast at) I copied and pasted the email into the web form on their actual site. I am confident that they will make things right because they really are good and quick at what they do. So other than the missing pieces, the order was perfect. Considering how many unique items there were in the order, a great feat! I would not hesitate to recommend MisterArt to family, friends and fellow resellerrating readers. I will update this review when the missing pieces problem is resolved. ----- Mar 6, 2010 Very early this morning I received a reply to my original email and they are going to be sending a new $0.73 bottle to replace the missing pieces on the other one. This is the kind of very fast service and fine customer service that makes buying from MisterArt a pleasure. I'll be renewing my VIP Membership with them straight away. BTW the VIP Membership is only $25.00 a year and it is well worth the price because it reduces their already low prices to the lowest price that your going to find for almost any of the artist supplies that they sell.

Difficult to order by part number or otherwise, but far easier than ANY other site on the Internet. Admittedly, I may have been looking for rare parts, but they shouldn't be so difficult to find. Blame Brembo? Most likely. But that would assume they really don't want to sell replacement parts for their big brake kits, and that seems a bit much. I found all sites difficult to use, but this site is the only site that proved to be manageable. In fact, it was easy to find the pads I need after I found the rotors. In addition, they also appear to have the best prices.

Ordered a 250GB Simpleshare drive from them since they had the lowest price and no one else had them in stock anymore. I got a confirmation right away and then a few hours later received a call to let me know that he didn't really have anymore in stock. I was disappointed that he didn't have what I was after but at least he got back to me right away so I wasn't left hanging. I am assuming his website just wasn't processing inventory in realtime or possibly this was due to human error. I was impressed by how fast he got in touch with me and would say this company is probably good to do business with. Let's face it, people are more apt to write a bad review because they are pissed when they have a bad experience. I was happy with the way my transaction was handled. kudos deal-stop.com guy.

I bought 1000' of Cat5e from them. It arrived quickly given the holiday season, my lack of power due to an ice storm, and the package's weight. The website is fairly minimalistic. Nothing terribly fancy. Just enough to get across what needs to be known. There aren't any 3rd-party ads or popups to deal with. The price was also most reasonable. All in all I'd rate the experience very well. In fact I'm getting ready to place another order. *UPDATE* -- I placed another order with these guys a couple weeks later and again the product arrived quickly and as advertised. I'd give these folks good marks *twice* if ResellerRatings allowed. :-)

Order placed three weeks ago with Sports Imports Limited but have not received the merchandise. The UPS tracking number shows the package has been "out for delivery" (on the truck!) for over two weeks in Gaithersburg, MD not the proper city or state. Email unanswered. Phone calls unanswered. Owner's name is Adam Gouda a lot like Agouda of the sterling review below. The company's web site states their merchandise is always in stock and ships from 13 huge nationwide warehouses however, this appears to be untrue. As additional information, this site displays the BBB On-Line Reliability Icon however on the BBB web site, Sports Imports Limited is not a member and has a grade of "F." Also, they display the BuySafe Bonded Logo but do not provide a guarantee number or the opportunity to buy a bond so no claim is possible. They also display the Internet Top 500 Retailers logo but are not listed on that organization's web site as one of the top 500.

Ordered something on December 18th and paid for UPS 2 day shipping to get it in time for Christmas. Sports Imports sent me an email confirming that the order had shipped. That email included a FedEx tracking number, but it also stated that the order had been shipped via UPS. No UPS tracking number was included, and the FedEx number was invalid. It has now been 10 days since the order was placed and I have yet to receive the package. They do not take phone calls and have not responded to my emails requesting shipping information. These people a very dis-honest, their business is a scam. Pretty sad. Please save your money and do not order from them.

I am SO glad I came across these reviews... - I placed an order on Friday evening. For some reason "something" told me to look them up and see if there were reviews on them... GLAD I DID. After looking at all the reviews (particularly about not having items in stock, etc) I called them up first thing this Monday morning to ask if they had the requested chemicals in stock. She (Danielle) said she would check and call me back. After a few hours, I didn't want to chance it and called again. She said they didn't have either and it would take two weeks (that "two weeks" seems to be their theme). So, I nicely said I would have to cancel the order. She did seem a litle bothered, but did promptly say that today would be the best day to do it and she would hand this over to accounting immediately. I will have to keep an eye on my credit card and see how it goes. Thanks guys!

I placed an order on 12/16, for an item that was supposedly in stock. I opted for the more expensive 3 Day Select shipping, to insure that my item would arrive in time for Christmas. Airbomb.com is in San Diego, and I live in Northern Calif., so getting the item to me in time should not have been a problem. The item never arrived. On Xmas Day, I sent an email, ordering them to cancel the order. Today(12/27) they sent me an email, advising me that my order had been completed and shipped. I had to call them to stop shipment. Good pricing is meaningless if they can't fill the order in a timely manner. Non-existent customer service. Don't buy here.

Placed an order online on Nov. 30th and paid extra for 3-day shipping. Received confirmation and a note that I will receive tracking information very shortly when the order is shipped. 4 days go by and not a word from Performance Audio. So I decided to call to see what's the order status. The customer service rep said the drop shipper is not responding, and the rep promised to update me the next day on the status of the order. It's been 2 more days of waiting and hearing nothing from Performance Audio. During this period I sent an email requesting an order status update and as you may have guessed, no response whatsoever. Do yourself a favor. Save yourself from the headaches and time wasted shopping at Performance Audio.

I recently made an order over the phone to save myself $50 because I wanted to take advantage of an ad that advertised $50 off for phone orders. I made the order over the phone and was quoted a different price than the one received online, after the order was already completed.Also, I had to request the $50 savings that the sales rep seems to be unaware about, he also told me most orders will be processed and ship within a period of 15-20 days. A day later, since my order was not processed yet, I wanted to change my choice of wheels. This was a painstakingly slow process, where I had to speak to incompetent sales reps that were obviously disinterested in helping. I finally received an invoice a day later, with a lot of the advertised "freebies" left off, also the price of the wheels were more expensive than the ones advertised online!! I finally decided to cancel after reading plenty of bad reviews about this company and they had the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee of my total order! STAY AWAY!!!

I had emailed Brandsport to see if the items I wanted were in stock and promptly received an email response. I then called up and their customer support was great. Although the delivery estimates factor in several days for "processing" the order, I've only waited at most 2 days before the item shipped. This last order was placed on Sunday night and received the following Saturday through standard shipping. I have to say though, it is pretty akward seeing an tire being dropped off at the door for the first time!

Placed an order for 2 headsets 4/24/06. 4/25/06, I realized I ordered the wrong sets so I then ordered the correct sets. I emailed them asking if what the "restocking fee" would be if I cancelled the original order. It was 'processed' but not yet shipped or pulled to ship. On 4/26/06 I get an email that says no problem on cancelling the order, there would be a 25% restocking fee and that the CSR would take care of that for me. WHAT? I inquired..I didn't say do it! Thus, I call them, tell them I didn't say cancel the order and I wasn't paying them $17.50 of my hard earned money just so he can click a screen that says cancel (no restocking involved, as they didn't pull the material), and he says he will take care of it. Two days later I email asking when the items will ship. He replied that the 'correct parts' I ordered are on back order until the 5/14/05 and has no indication of when the other parts will be available to ship. WTF? I tell him that the parts were not listed as 'out of stock' when I ordered and he replied that their inventory PC and their ordering PC do not communicate. I will never, EVER order from this company again and I HIGHLY recommend you avoid them like the plague.

The battery in my Canon G2 aged to the point where it barely held a charge anymore, but when I looked up the official replacement battery I was amazed at the price --- a rip-off any way you look at it. Why would I spend $50-$70 on a replacement battery when I can buy a brand-new Canon camera with better specs than mine and a new OEM battery for $220? So I looked around for generic batteries and checked the merchants here on resellerratings. Some of them seem to be rip-off houses for sure, but 1800emart looked to be good for batteries (if not for toner cartridges), so I pulled the trigger on a $15 battery. It arrived in 2 days, fits my camera perfectly, charged up normally, and works perfectly well. Will it last as long? No way to tell, but given that I can buy three generics for the price of one official battery, I'm very confident that this is a bargain. When I buy a camcorder soon, I'll be looking at this store for a battery with higher mAH.

I knew from the outset that this was not a sony brand but a compatible one and hence was priced way below the brand name product. The first battery I received turned out almost DOA but the folks at 1800emart were quick to replace it for me. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely do business with them again.

I have now purchased 4 complete sets of tires from Discount Tire Direct and will probably use them again in the future. I have found the prices to be very competitive, especially if you are able to purchase them with one or more of the many rebates they offer. The shipping is fast and you can have them shipped to one of their stores or directly to you, whichever is more convenient. The only reason they don't receive 5 stars is their rebate process is so convoluted. They require you to fill out additional forms entering again, and again, information they already have in their system because they just sold you the tires. You must upload the receipts (again, for tires they just sold you online) and a few times the upload didn't work so all the paperwork had to be mailed to them via snail mail. It appears to me they make the process purposely complicated, knowing a percentage of people will just give up. I still recommend the site, just know you are going to really have to work for any rebates.

THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER I WROTE TO BOTH THE INTERNET CRIME AGENCY IC3 AND THE HEAD OFFICE OF XTRALIGHTS..... On june 11, 2015 i purchased a set of aftermarket headlights order number 124759 for a 2012 hyundai sonata. after waiting about 2 weeks for delivery i called the online number to inquire about my lights. i was told then that the lights were not in stock and should be in in about 3 weeks. i was asked then if i wanted to wait the 3 weeks or if i wanted a refund, at that time i elected to wait for the headlights as i had gotten them on sale for about half price and didnt want to lose out on such a deal. i then waited 3 more weeks and called the online number again. on or around the week of july 13 when i called i asked the sales person if the lights had came in yet and he told me no. i then told the sales person that i would like to cancel my order and get a full refund. he said no problem. the payment was made via paypal and only takes a few days at best to refund my money. so after waiting a week i called the online number again where i was told if i wanted customer service i would have to hang up and call another number the number was 250-984-8055. now i dont know what kind of shady operation this is but there is virtually no one there to answer the phone monday thru friday between 10am and 5pm pst. i have called a hundred times only to get the same automated message. which tells me that due to high call value its best to go online in file a help ticket and someone would get back to me in a timely manner. well i sent my first help ticket TWJ-877-41382 in on or around july 15 and have yet to have anyone get back to me. after calling litterly over 100 times i got someone twice to answer and after asking them why it is taking so long for them to process my refund for an order that they didnt have and neglected to notify me that they didnt have, i had to call wondering where it was, the customer service person put me on hold and never came back to the phone and the call eventually disconnected. that was done twice. now these people have my name address, and phone number but never bothered to call me back after i was disconnected. so in the meantime i have been on the website which offers a free chat service. i did a few chats asking about my refund, two of which i have transcripts of. the first one i didnt keep because didnt know i would need it. in one of the chats the person tells me to hold on while she gets the needed info and never returns to chat. its ridiculous. if you call the online number all you get is sales people who say they dont know anything and cant do anything about refunds its a accounting thing which is part of customer service which is the 250-984-8055 which no one will ever answer no matter how much you call or what time of day you call. the last time i spoke to a sales they told me the company is station in canada. i then looked up the 250 area code and found out its in british columbia canada and i immediately think OMG!!!! if im being charged any international fees from att for calling that number i will owe a fortune. i dont know as of yet its the weekend and havent been able to speak with att. can you please light a fire under these people to refund me my money. its been almost 2 weeks since i cancelled my order and requested my money back. i even just got back from a vacation that i had to go on almost broke because i was expecting to have the money they owed in plenty of time to take with me. It doest take 3 weeks to refund any money to anyone. at one time when i was actually able to get through to a person at customer service, i was told that they had the cancellation and refund request and it should have been refunded to me by july 13, well its july 31 and still no money. Needless to say I am very upset and frustrated with this whole ordeal. I have bills and responsibilities and need my money. After sending email after email, live chat after live chat, writing help ticket after help ticket, speaking to sales person after sales person and making endless calls unknowingly to an international number at a cost of $40 to me and still no refund I felt no other recourse than to think that this was a shady operation and I was a victim of a scam. And therefore have made a report to an internet company complaint agency which I will include a copy of the agency info, along with copies of emails, and chat transcripts showing how I tried to resolve this with getting attorneys and federal agencies involved, but no one in this company took my pleas seriously. This was not rocket science, I ordered something from your company, you didn’t have it , I waited weeks for it, nobody called me to tell me you didn’t have it, I was told it would be in in 3 weeks, I waited 3 weeks it didn’t come, I called back was told still wasn’t it, I decided to cancel order, and have waited over 3 weeks to be refunded via paypal which takes all of 5 mins to do. I was directly lied to by their VERY RUDE "manager" multiple times. They blocked my phone number after I sent the product back to them and never responded to phone messages, e-mails or letters. I am including my correspondence letter below so that you know what you are dealing with if you use this company. I had to contact my bank and have the charges reversed. This only worked temporarily because they claimed to my bank that I had already received a refund. My bank reversed the reversal and I was out the money and the product once again. When I showed up at my bank in person and explained the whole situation with receipts and return documentation they re-reversed my monies back into my account permanently. This process took 3 months. They asked me to send an e-mail with photos of my problem. I sent an e-mail with photos on December 26th, 2016 and again on December 29th complete with measurements. I received no response either time. (Copy attached). Today, December 30th, 2016 I called Customer Service again (third time) to discuss my email with pictures. I was told by Joanne, Customer Service Manager, that I would indeed have to modify my Jeep's body by cutting a 3" hole behind each headlamp to accommodate the headlamp's extra length. Again I asked if there was an instruction sheet or video to go with my specific purchase. She told me there is not an instruction sheet available for this product. She also told me that "we don't make them, we just sell them." I reminded her that the website said they are "bolt on" and "plug and play." She responded saying that "only the wiring is plug and play," which is not true either since there is additional non-stock wires to deal with on these headlamp units. Joanne also informed me that I will be charged a restocking fee if I return them. (Listed as 20-30%) This is unacceptable!!!!!!! As I stated above, I am returning this product as it is not as advertised on your web site and does not fit my vehicle without significant modification. Had I known I would have to modify the body of my Jeep, I never would have bought these headlamps. Please take this opportunity to do the right thing and issue me a full refund without restocking fees in the amount of $239.95. Please notify me by email as soon as you have received the return and again when you have processed my full refund. I had to take legal action thru my bank to wrest my money back from these professional thieves.

I saw other reviews about this company that were negative and I can't speak for their experiences, but I can say that I placed a large order for multiple items right before Christmas and already received the order. So they delivered on there promise to send me what I ordered in a timely manner. But I did notice a negative and that was that they don't provide you with tracking automatically and don't want you to contact them until 10 business days after order if you had problems. They really need to work on their customer service if they want more business, but they had great prices on what I needed.

Ordered item on Monday July 15th and told it was in stock and would be shipped and I would have it by the weekend. When Friday rolled around and no tracking number had been received I called as directed and message says you cant call you have to email... Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from. DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

I ordered a Framburg chandelier from ATG Stores on 3/22/2011. My debit card was charged the full amount of my purchase ($596.00)on 3/24/2011. My order was confirmed as available. However, I was notified on 3/25/2011 that my order was back ordered with an expected ship date of 4/30/2011.The ship date was amended to 5/5/2011 on 4/29/2011. On 5/10/2011 I was informed that my ship date was to be on 5/13/2011. The next delay was communicated to me on 5/23/2011. The new ship date was to be on 5/26/2011. You guessed it on 5/26/2011 I was informed of my new ship date of 5/31/2011. On 5/27/2011 was sent an e-mail with my scheduled freight pick up date, however, on 5/31/2011 I was informed that there would be a further shipping delay. I called the company and requested a cancellation of the order. My customer service representative told me that it could not be cancelled because it had been shipped. I requested a cancellation because I had been informed that it had not shipped. Antoine said he would place me on hold at check with the manufacturer. I held for over 21 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and spoke with Michelle who said she would check initiate the cancellation but that it would require 3-5 days to ascertain whether or not the item had shipped before I would receive a credit.I asked to be connected with a supervisor and commenced to be placed on hold while one was located. After 30 minutes I was disconnected. I called back and spoke with Mike. He informed me that a cancellation request had been initiated but that it would be 3-5 days for the manufacturers certification and then an additional 8 days before my account would be credited. I said that was unacceptable because everyone had already verified that the chandelier had not shipped asked for a supervisor or an address for the company, a legal representative or company officer. Mike gave me a false address for the company and while starting to give me names for the company or CEO hung up on me in mid-sentence. Much of our shopping is done on the internet and I am shocked by the behavior exhibited by this company. In my experience most reputable companies do not charge my account until they are ready to perform. Although I did not expect to speak directly to MR. Gary Rubens,CEO or Mr. Brad Halbach, VP-Operations, I sincerely believed that someone, at some level of responsibility, would be able to address to my concerns. Since that does not seem to be possible, I will begin on the first day of June,2011 to make complaints to any and all state and federal government agencies which regulate commerce in Washington and Missouri because I feel that I am being willfully deceived by Allied Trade Group.

I ordered two floor lamps from this company. They arrived damaged. I used their online chat service to process a return. They told me to package them up the way they arrived, issued a return number, and told me that I would be hearing from them in about a week with the date for pickup. Over a week went by and I had not heard from them so I sent a message asking when they would be picked up and was told that the manufacturer wanted proof of the damage and insisted that I take photos. I had already packed them securely, which was no simple matter since the packing was complicated. I told them that this was an unfair burden, since I had already received authorization for a return and was not told to take photos originally, which I would have done while the lamps were out of the boxes. Then the great customer service took a downward spiral to the point that I realized that I was going nowhere with them. It was at that point that I filed a complaint with my credit card company where the issue is still in investigation. Buyer beware about this company!

I purchased parts for my Suzuki LT250R quad racer based off of their parts-schematics. When I got the parts, none of the part numbers on the packages matched their schematics, so I couldn't put my quad back together. I emailed them asking them to send a cross reference. In almost no time at all, Nikki emailed me with a cross reference so I could match the parts and put my beloved quad back together. I'm so stoked with their customer service and super happy to have my quad back on the trail! Great job guys.

I've placed a total of three orders (significant quantities of fixtures, various brands) beginning May 6. Prices have been good (better the larger the order), and service excellent. In-stock items have been shipped quickly, and company sends updates on the progress of items whose shipment is delayed due to special order. Freight delivery instructions are very specific, and when I needed to return an item when color or size didn't work as expected, they sent the necessary information for return exactly as stated on the website. This excellent experience helped reverse the negative opinion I'd developed from a recent experience with another online retailer. I'm continuing to buy from this company and other vendors in their network because of these consistent positive experiences. Highly recommend.

Ordered merchandise on 6/12/10....LightingDirect(Build.com)will happily take your money long before anything is shipped. Absolutely no indication that any items are on back order. It is now Oct. 21 and I am still waiting for my fan lights. NEVER again!

I have been buying car parts for going on 10 years and I have delat with a lot of companys that sell online. I am also located overseas which can make things difficult if you get the wrong item. I have to say pelica Parts is right at the top of my last for parts suppliers who reallyb go the extra mile. One example is a recent shipment sent to my US reshipper where I got the address wrong and the items got shipped. Fortunetaly Fedex could not deliver them as there was no such address. Pelican handl;ed my mistakle almost as if it was their own they promptly responded to my emails and when they got the items bag organised for them to be sent to the correct address by Fedex with no cost to me. I have lots of other situation where Pelican parts have gone over and beyond the typical ideals of service we get from most online stores. I have NO hesitation of giving Pelican parts and the team including Jacarri and in particular Stacey who is an absolutley standout customer service rep a ringing 5 STAR endorsement.

Did not fit, too small I just order this fan and it said that it fits BMW 540i 2000. I need to return. Part was $36.00 with a tax. Shipping is $13.25. I did some return with other company, all I have to do, print the Fedex label, put it on the box, be sure that it is done properly and fedex will come to pick it up. As with Pelican Part, I have to pay for the return shipping. I already paid $13.25 and I have to pay for the return another $9.25 total of $22.50. If you cannot guarantee that your part will fit, you shouldn't be in this type of business. I lost $22.50 for something that I cannot do anything. And when I research by the part number, it seems to be fitting Porsche. You send me the wrong part and you went back to mention that now this part might not fit our vehicle. Highly not recommended this company.

The Hotel is located perfectly in the city center but still in a quiet street. You can reach all the sights within 10 minutes walking distance. It is very clean and my room was modern and staffed with all necessities. Above all to mention the friendliness of the staff that were all times approachable and helpful. The breakfast has a wide variety of local and international foods. Great place, I would come again!

Ordered shelves in June, finally came six weeks later missing vertical posts and 2 damaged shelve boards. Contacted the company who take days at a time to respond and they said parts were back ordered and they would be another 6 weeks to replace. Replacement parts finally came and they sent the wrong pieces. This happened another 2 times! It’s now Dec, 6 months after paying for these shelves and I just got another delivery of the wrong pieces. I’m giving up at this point....

The only issue I had was damage to the 5 drawer cabinet. It was damaged on the corner from being dropped. The customer service department took immediate care of the issue and a new drawer was sent out. I am very satisfied with the cabinet set I ordered. After looking at other lines I am happy I selected the 18 gauge NewAge cabinets.
