I got their play gym about six weeks ago now and am so happy with it. Love that most of the materials are in line with my values of using wood, cotton and silicone, I do wish the play mat was not made of acrylic though. My 4 month old loves her mat time, she absolutely loves the bell and I am very excited that this will last beyond tummy time with the ability to become a tent fort. I would recommend this product, I really like it.

I love everything about this company. All of the products are gorgeous and well thought out. I first fell in love with the play gym: it’s modern clean design that’s attractive to both parents and babies. I now have the block set and subscribe to the monthly play kits. The block set is lovely - so many different ways to play and beautiful colors. The subscription kits are excellent; the research is done for you. Alongside the toys is information on your baby’s development and how to use the toys to interact and stimulate them.

Made an order on the 19th May. Confirmation email states delivery is 1-2 working days but their website states it may take 3 which would have been fine. 12 days later and I have still not received my parcel. I had to chase them for this for them to say they will look into this with no idea of a timescale for a response and I have still not heard from anyone regarding where my parcel is. I understand this is a small business however I would expect when orders have gone missing or when people have been waiting for this length of time that these issues would be pushed to priority.

I purchased a cotbed sheet from mamashack and the dye from the pattern bled into the base fabric after it got damp (nappy leak) so much so the pattern has completely smudged on one area. I contacted the customer services team and they advised that it’s not a manufacturing error even their technical team haven’t inspected the item which would be normal practice for a faulty product. They’ve been really unhelpful and disinterested and despite raising my concerns about the safety of this product for infants they didn’t respond. It really has put me off purchasing further items from this brand which is a shame as I love to support smaller independent businesses.

I ordered 2 coveralls from them. I ordered one in size 12-18 months for now and one in 2t for later on in the winter,you know how fast little ones grow. The one in 12-18 mos is the same size as a carters brand 6-9 mos size, the 2t is the same size as a carter sz. 9-12mos and a carters sz12 mos. So neither fit my 1 year old grandson that wears 12-18 mos size. I contacted my miracle baby and because I had them personalized they have a no return policy even though the sizes are miss tagged. She said she went and checked on them and they are not mis-tagged. I can't explain why my 1 year old average hight and weight can't fit into even the 2 year size. She said they sell 100s of them and have not had a sizing problem, they can't take them back or give me a refund but she would contact the owner and let me know if theres anything they could do for me. Now I'm just waiting to see if they are giong to make good on this or not. I sure hope so, the cover-alls are good quality and the shipping was very fast!! I placed an order from this website, and decided to cancel the same day a few hours later upon finding out that this company is BabyVision (which I had placed an order with before and was not happy). I sent 2 messages through their online form asking them to cancel my order, and got no response. A few days later I get an email saying that the order was SHIPPED. I called their # on their website and no one answered even if it was in their business hours listed. I sent another message telling them what was going on, and they FINALLY responded and canceled. I would never go through this again with this company, who also has an Amazon account that somehow is cheaper than this website.

I have placed three orders in January and February from Baby Mall Online. I was very pleased with every product I purchased. I bought onesies, sleepers, bibs, blankets, socks, hooded towels,burp cloths and washcloths. Regular prices at this store are reasonable, and if you can use a promotion code for 20 or 25% off, they're super good! The baby clothing sold here is practical and servicable for everyday use. The clothing is not boutique-quality, but it is perfectly fine for fast-gowing babies who go up a size in no time at all! Everything I've ordered is really cute, and the materials are soft and comfy for baby. Items are well-made. I really am glad I ordered from this store for my new granddaughter. She's here now, and is suitably "outfitted" with my purchases from Baby Mall.

Had a bed come damaged. After numerous email trying to sort, they agreed to send new part, which could take 3 weeks, as per there terms of sale. Now over 40 days have passed, the customer service couldnt care anyless and are apsolutaly discusting, wont offer anymore help but are happy for me to try claim for the bed through credit card insurance or a bank chargeback. Should these fail for any reason i will go through a small claims court.

Ordered London bus bed for little boy and a couple of mattresses. Came damaged. The replacement part send out the next week also damaged. Part received for a 3rd time - damaged. Customer services a nightmare telling me to contact supplier. Phone call after to phone call between supplier and the Children’s bed shop. My little boy had to sleep on one of the mattresses for 3 weeks on the floor until a refund was issued. To add they wouldn’t even as compensation let me keep one of mattresses I was forced to open to give me 4 year old a bed to kip on..! Don’t disappoint your children with this substandard company. They tried to blame he supplied Julian Bowen who make the bed. Ultimately it was the bed shops responsibility. They didn’t have any issues taking the money, that part of the deal was fine..! I signed up for a free trial, and decided I did not want the service, called in and tried to cancel. Apparently the cancellation did not get acknowledged. 5 days later I was charged for the month. I called in and they said (as per the 30 day policy) and they agreed and stated the charge would be returned in 9 days. One month later the charge has not been returned. I wrote again, and they said in their return email "REFUNDS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PROCESSED ON THIS PLATFORM OR BY EMAIL" Come on, I have called twice and written 3 times.. .Horrendous Company

Ordered a play kitchen for our daughter's birthday almost a couple months early so I left it in the box so she couldn't see what it was. The night before the big day my husband and I opened the box to put it together and to our surprise it was a Trash Can. Emailed the company and received a reply with in the 24 hours apologizing for the mistake and they could overnight us a kitchen but it would be a different one as they no longer carried the one I ordered. Oh and I can keep the trash can. Well the other kitchen was not anything like the one I ordered. The new one had no character. I'm getting my money back. Highly disappointed!

I ordered a Keekaroo Changing Pad in sable gray and received a confirmation that the order was placed and once it's shipped I'd receive a tracking number. 7 days passed with nothing. I called customer service and they stated it would get shipped that day and I would receive my tracking number that day or at the latest by the following day. Also, the customer representative told me the shipping department should have released the order 4 days ago. The following day, NO TRACKING NUMBER. I called again and I got the same response and they acknowledged it should have already been shipped. The next day, NO TRACKING NUMBER! The representative said I'd get a callback that same day with my tracking number and she would escalate my ticket to the manager. She said they'd ship it out that day or at the latest the next morning. Sound familiar? At this point, I was extremely upset. The reps acknowledged the fact that Giggle had the item in stock and all they had to do was "release" the order. Of course I never received a callback nor did I receive a tracking number. So I called and canceled the order and they didn't even care. They pulled up my ticket and the cancellation took 5 seconds. They didn't apologize but they did thank me for canceling the order?! Um, ok. I've experienced horrible customer service but this by far the worst. I mean they didn't even do anything to remedy the situation and didn't even care if they lost a customer. Word of mouth is one of the reasons why company's lose customers but Giggle does not care. I even emailed customer service to find out what happened and never received a response back. Hope people read this and never shop here. There are way better stores that will treat customers with respect and care for them. You can shop here online, if you want to experience horrible customer service and if you never want to received your order.

I have purchased two beautiful crib sets in about a year and a half for my granddaughters. Both were beautiful to say the least,one was a Dolce and the other a Pali. The last set the Pali, I was sent the wrong design. Although it was beautiful we did not like the design after we put everything together. Customer service was very friendly and cooperative in assisting us on getting the right set. In a week, we received the correct set and after a few hiccups they said they would send us the conversion kit for all of our trouble. I was wondering how they would take care of their mistake! Great job Bambi Baby!!! Definitely will shop a third time in the future!!!

I'm really quite cautious about shopping online with companies I've not heard of, but with the current covid-19 situation I'm not able to just pop to a shop and buy a car seat for my baby due in July. After spending ages researching safe infant carriers, I found what I was looking for from this company and they had it at the best price. I came on here first to check reviews and felt more confident about ordering and am so pleased! Placed my order over the bank holiday weekend and it arrived within 2 days - despite their warning that delivery likely to be a 5-10 day wait. Really, really impressed with that, I've opened the car seat and it's arrived perfectly packaged (yet to open the isofix base but sure its all in order!). Also impressed with the email updates from customer services. I have a playmat I'm waiting for as its on preorder, but given the speed of delivery and helpful email updates I'm confident I'll be kept updated and sent it as soon as its available. Will recommend this site to friends and family.

I ordered 20 plants online and it took TN Nursery over a month to ship. I only received half my order. When I called to notify TN of their error, it took another 3 weeks to ship, at a time when it was probably too hot to ship. Four of the plants died within a couple of weeks. I notified TN by email on July 16, 2019 that four plants had died and I wanted a replacement. I was told I had to dig up the dead plants, ship them back at my own cost, and that I would be given a store credit! ...Just unbelievable! Poor customer service, inferior plants, and they are dishonest about their "guarantee." I would never purchase from TN nursery again. Buyer beware!

Sometimes i feel as though my child gets over looked or forgotten, not really in a negative way, he's really independent and easy. He blends in and gets along with both older and younger kids so i feel like they take it for granted that he can be put anywhere so i feel like maybe he misses out on some activities. We recently transferred to this location from another Tutor Time facility. I have been very happy with the transition. All the staff have been very welcoming to both me and my daughter. The administrative staff are helpful, always friendly and professional and made the effort to get to know me and my daughter. The teachers all greet my daughter by name and make an effort to engage with her. I am very happy with all the staff at this school, they do a wonderful job.

I bought a pram dot stroller phill and teds for my daughter her first child my first grand child asked in shop if all of the pram in the box they assured me all complete i got home 5klm away and there was no seat i contacted them there fault waited a month to have to go over to collect seat month after baby was born no courier no pram my child had to buy a second pram no call back my embarrassment handing over a pram with no seat for new born i have bought prams cots ect 7 kids and first grandkids from here and long mile but left me grand child with no seat check all before leaving no what is in the pram before u walk out because embarrassment sticks and a month no seat

I'm not just going to sit by and let them walk all over people again. They had been charging my grandma for a year even though she asked them twice to cancel her account. I had to intervene and spoke to a customer consultant who was kind enough to refund her for the last 3 months but the fact that I had to intervene in the first place is just disgraceful. My grandma is battling enough scammers, this being a known registered company, has me furious. With their level of customer care, don't even bother!

I found this site really disappointing. It's extremely expensive and I immediately noticed on joining and having full access that it would not be of any use to me. We're talking 10 minutes into paying for the subscription. They refused to refund my money and the terms were very misleading, as was the amount of things in the collecting. Like smoke and mirrors. They would not give me my money back, nor would they credit it towards a future membership when the site was better organized and actually hopefully gets more records The newspaper collection was paltry. In a year on the sit I did not find one single document, or useful thing. It took forever to search for anything even remotely relevant to my actual search terms and unlike US and other Ireland and UK sites ,the search engine brings up a billion unwanted things and there was no way to filter them out. The only way I could search was to leave one window open and keep going back to it to weed through all the un necessary hits. They hardly have anything in their collection that is not available for free through the Irish Government Site Irishgenealogy.ie run by the State of Ireland and Family Search, Roots etc. I was hoping that the newspaper archive would be good and that I might stumble on an obit or document that would help me. I would not recommend this site for anyone who has littel information on one's ancestors. If you have street addresses and trades and lots of biographical detail, it might be useful, but for me trying to find records for the period to 1850 to 1920, with just first names, surnames, baptism and marriage dates to go on and no street addresses or employment details, or Dates of death etc, it was money completely thrown away. I got it on discount when they had an offer and it was still nearly $400 US dollars. I had also hoped for more Cork records and newspaper clipping they hardly had anything, and certainly nothing that I could not get online through various free sites and the country of Ireland's free that has Griffith valuation, and where one can see actual baptism and marriage registers and other immensly helpful records. It may have improved in the last two years or so. But I felt like my experience was criminal as I had looked at only about 6 records when I wrote them and told them, it was not at all going to be use full for me and could I please have a refund or a credit towards a future subscription when their collection had grown. I think for the average US user who's family came during the famine years, there is nothing here for you.

Like others I was tempted by the promise of access to millions of war records and registered. The follow up 'special discount' email seemed like good value for a month so I signed up. The site is rubbish! I searched 3 relatives (father, paternal grandfather and father in law) all who served in either WW1 or WW2. Just one record was found, that of my father, which simply said that he was in the RAF, his service number and a load of waffle about what medals he might have been entitled to. When cancelling auto renew they tried to sell me the services of a 'researcher'. At least it only cost me a fiver!

I recently placed an order for my wife and mum to be for her birthday. To start with I made an error with the sign up discount code and then had also picked the wrong colour bag. (All my fault) I contacted customer service and have to say that the level of service and kindness was the best I’ve known. The replies were fast and really thorough. They were personal and I really felt that they cared about the result completely. They went above and beyond for me / my wife and I couldn’t be happier. After having my daughter 2 years ago and spending hundreds on different carriers (I was desperate to babywear and she hated it!) I was dubious about buying another for my newborn. I originally found freerider at the baby show and loved the tie dye wrap they were so helpful and knowledgeable and showed me how to put it on (I previously only used buckle carriers) i purchased one thinking I would never get to use it but my little boy loves it! So much so that when they released a black and white version I snapped one up too! I don’t think I’ll go back to anything else now, they fold so small and are so quick and hassle free to put on and are extremely comfy and light! I also love how when you tag them in photos they take the time to acknowledge your posts (you don’t have to be some guru to get a like from them) they genuinely appreciate your custom which is lovely too!

I will only order from these people the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Out of the 10 orders I have placed through them only one was disappointing. And by disappointing it wasn’t even their fault. After receiving my package, three can we’re damaged. I am sure DHL were the ones who ruined the packaging. The one and only con was that when I tried to contact them their response time was Really slow it took almost a week. However the problem is rectified they sent the cans and I’m a very happy customer.

I wish it were possible to give them a negative 100 ! This company sucks. I ordered formula on June 7th paid for expedited shipping , here we are June 23rd still no formula and no update on shipping . Sent several emails finally got a response saying my order was delivered on June 13th with a tracking number and a link. This was odd bc when I looked at the delivery confirmation receipt it was not signed for and there was no address on the receipt. Furthermore where did they get this tracking number?bc I certainly didn't get that info. On my end it still shows it's in shipping status. There is no way to prove that's my tracking number . So they thought I would buy that mess and believe that it was in fact delivered and now it's not their responsibility WRONG!. This company is one big scam

I’ve only had a baby for 3 days and i can honestly say, these diapers are flimsy! She is a preemie and the fit is awful. We’ve had several leaks out the side (already, pretty much every poop finds it’s way out) and the extra juicy ones will seep through her clothes and into the surrounding material within minutes. The redeeming factor for this brand are the great wipes/ baby oil/ other products. The cute patterns and fun marketing aren’t worth it.

We love hello bello and never had an issue until my daughter started sleeping through the night, her pee would leak through and be all over the sheet and when we sized up same thing. We also bought hello bello rash cream and it didn’t seem to do anything but make her butt even redder. Cute designs though.

They later charged me 368 kronor even though the suitcase is only around 700 kronor, stating that it is written in their delivery term for unpicked item. And if they have such weird term, why dont they state it in the order confirmation or the check out state. How do i expect this company have such a strange term to behave correctly. Ordered a tent and some wooden cake set, the 20th of March, and I received a confirmation on the parcel being sent 3 days later. Now the parcel hasn't arrive yet and I have contacted customer service with all the information, unfortunately without any response ???? The parcel can't be tracked on posti.fi and posti said to contact jollyroom.

Went to Just Another Baby after spending weeks and weeks of looking at/researching many buggy options! Charlie could not have been more helpful which was lovely! It was a brand I hadn't even looked at elsewhere but the minute I said we were tall she advised one to try and that is what we ended up getting! She took the time to go through the various options with each of the brands and demonstrated how they collapsed and changed seats etc. We were not rushed in any way and left feeling happy that we had made the right choice for us. I would highly recommend going here for what feels like a more personal service from a knowledgeable person!

Me and my partner went to Kings back in February to get sorted for our first baby. We didnt have a clue what we needed but the staff were very helpful and explained things to us brilliantly. They let us try out the prams and showed us how to put them up and down. Unfortunately the store was closed when it was came to our time to pick up our baby bundle but it wasn't the shops fault as everything has closed down due to Corona Virus. We were able to contact the store by phone and online and everything was sitting ready for my partner when he went to pick everything up. We are very happy with our purchases and cant wait to see our little baby in them. I would definitely recommend Kings Baby Shop to anyone! Thanks again for all your help x

I bought a dress from this company and took a chance on them. I paid through Paypal. Apparently they just ship to whatever address paypal has on file. Well Paypal has an address from 10 years ago!!!! I could not remember that address if I tried. I called and explained that no I could not drive from Virginia to Mississippi to personally return the package. They offered to send me another one at price of course. No I don't want to buy another dress! I want the dress I paid for! Horrible customer service. Had they taken care of me I would have bought many items but they've lost my business and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
