Had a bed come damaged. After numerous email trying to sort, they agreed to send new part, which could take 3 weeks, as per there terms of sale. Now over 40 days have passed, the customer service couldnt care anyless and are apsolutaly discusting, wont offer anymore help but are happy for me to try claim for the bed through credit card insurance or a bank chargeback. Should these fail for any reason i will go through a small claims court.

Ordered London bus bed for little boy and a couple of mattresses. Came damaged. The replacement part send out the next week also damaged. Part received for a 3rd time - damaged. Customer services a nightmare telling me to contact supplier. Phone call after to phone call between supplier and the Children’s bed shop. My little boy had to sleep on one of the mattresses for 3 weeks on the floor until a refund was issued. To add they wouldn’t even as compensation let me keep one of mattresses I was forced to open to give me 4 year old a bed to kip on..! Don’t disappoint your children with this substandard company. They tried to blame he supplied Julian Bowen who make the bed. Ultimately it was the bed shops responsibility. They didn’t have any issues taking the money, that part of the deal was fine..! I am very disappointed with this company. I purchased an item from them and the image on their website do not match the item the sent. I contacted their office and advised them of this and the staff was very rude. I spoke to a lady called Barbara I asked her to speak to a manager she refused and slammed the phone down on me. I rang back and she slammed the phone down again. I rang back on the 3rd attempt I spoke to a gentleman called Peter who claimed he was the owner of the company, I explained my unhappiness with the product and service he was very defensive of his colleague actions also he was very unhelpful. Very bad customer service!!!

If you have any reason to think you may have to return your item then don't touch Wedding Mall with a barge pole. I ordered 8 wooden slices for table decorations, when i received them i decided they weren't big enough for the display that was going on them. I contacted Wedding Mall who agreed they could be returned and i would order the larger size, they issued me with a returns document. I securely packaged the products in the box supplied to me and had it checked at the post office. I paid £17 postage to return and also asked for proof of delivery. When i received my refund it was for a one wooden slice not the 8 i had returned. On querying this i was told they had no record of receiving another 7 as it didn't show on the return form! This was the documentation they had issued me so it wasn't really my fault if their office staff can't issue the correct paperwork. After many emails between me and someone called Clarke he has refused to reimburse me leaving me including return postage over £55 out of pocket. I also supplied them with proof of them receiving the package which was signed my someone called Ismail. I would suggest they have a better returns system where items are counted and recorded when they are returned and maybe someone checking it in who can count beyond one. I feel totally scammed and that they didn't care about my issue at all. Needless to say I won't be purchasing any more items for the wedding from this site.

Recently purchased Winter Jacket at George, Jersey outlet but size didn't suit me. Had very bad experience at the counter as they were refusing to give me refund on the product even though I produced valid bill and it was within all their terms and conditions. Finally, managed to get a store credit after a lengthy argument.

I signed up for a free trial, and decided I did not want the service, called in and tried to cancel. Apparently the cancellation did not get acknowledged. 5 days later I was charged for the month. I called in and they said (as per the 30 day policy) and they agreed and stated the charge would be returned in 9 days. One month later the charge has not been returned. I wrote again, and they said in their return email "REFUNDS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PROCESSED ON THIS PLATFORM OR BY EMAIL" Come on, I have called twice and written 3 times.. .Horrendous Company

Comparing online retailers to dreamstone I have that Dreamstone.com had the best prices online within the range I was looking (round diamond 0.80-1.00 carat G-H VS2-SI1) and they also hand the unique setting I was looking for. The complete ring together was at least 15-25% cheaper than other online stores. First I want to say how important it is to go to a jeweler that knows his diamonds. And can explain the three C's ( so important). Guy, hands down is an amazing jeweler who knows his Diamonds. And gives you options. Most of all, the one jeweler you can trust ! He is not out to get over on you to make a quick buck. This is so hard to find, seriously. Ordered a play kitchen for our daughter's birthday almost a couple months early so I left it in the box so she couldn't see what it was. The night before the big day my husband and I opened the box to put it together and to our surprise it was a Trash Can. Emailed the company and received a reply with in the 24 hours apologizing for the mistake and they could overnight us a kitchen but it would be a different one as they no longer carried the one I ordered. Oh and I can keep the trash can. Well the other kitchen was not anything like the one I ordered. The new one had no character. I'm getting my money back. Highly disappointed!

I ordered a Keekaroo Changing Pad in sable gray and received a confirmation that the order was placed and once it's shipped I'd receive a tracking number. 7 days passed with nothing. I called customer service and they stated it would get shipped that day and I would receive my tracking number that day or at the latest by the following day. Also, the customer representative told me the shipping department should have released the order 4 days ago. The following day, NO TRACKING NUMBER. I called again and I got the same response and they acknowledged it should have already been shipped. The next day, NO TRACKING NUMBER! The representative said I'd get a callback that same day with my tracking number and she would escalate my ticket to the manager. She said they'd ship it out that day or at the latest the next morning. Sound familiar? At this point, I was extremely upset. The reps acknowledged the fact that Giggle had the item in stock and all they had to do was "release" the order. Of course I never received a callback nor did I receive a tracking number. So I called and canceled the order and they didn't even care. They pulled up my ticket and the cancellation took 5 seconds. They didn't apologize but they did thank me for canceling the order?! Um, ok. I've experienced horrible customer service but this by far the worst. I mean they didn't even do anything to remedy the situation and didn't even care if they lost a customer. Word of mouth is one of the reasons why company's lose customers but Giggle does not care. I even emailed customer service to find out what happened and never received a response back. Hope people read this and never shop here. There are way better stores that will treat customers with respect and care for them. You can shop here online, if you want to experience horrible customer service and if you never want to received your order.

The dress arrived in plenty of time and when I saw it, I loved it I was so scared that the to would be to large , but the alterations were perfect. The dress fitted perfect. The only other thing I needed to wear with this dress was my panties, but it was a little chilly so I wore stockings. I purchased a cathedral train wedding dress, cathedral length veil, tiara and petticoat from JenJenHouse.com. The dress was incredible. The beading and embroidery was absolutely gorgeous! I submitted my measurements and it fit perfectly! It looks just like the picture. This dress looks, is made and feels just like any other wedding dress except for the price. I have purchased two beautiful crib sets in about a year and a half for my granddaughters. Both were beautiful to say the least,one was a Dolce and the other a Pali. The last set the Pali, I was sent the wrong design. Although it was beautiful we did not like the design after we put everything together. Customer service was very friendly and cooperative in assisting us on getting the right set. In a week, we received the correct set and after a few hiccups they said they would send us the conversion kit for all of our trouble. I was wondering how they would take care of their mistake! Great job Bambi Baby!!! Definitely will shop a third time in the future!!!

i order a dress for a wedding, after chatting for one whole month regarding the size they send me the dress after the wedding, it was the most horrible experience, after i bought the $350 dress, i had to buy another dress just before the wedding.Anyway they sent it late and it was 10 size smaller then what i ordered, they just sent me without even checking, i was so utterly disgusted, now that i have send back the horrific dress there are very little communication from Kalki, my post tracking showed that they have received the dress but they are saying we have notified the concern department!! i cant tell how unethical and valueless these company and the people who wok for them are!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

I received my dress this morning. It is quite big, but I still have a month to gain weight with my pregnancy and can have it taken in if necessary. Otherwise, I love it. It is beautiful. I'm really quite cautious about shopping online with companies I've not heard of, but with the current covid-19 situation I'm not able to just pop to a shop and buy a car seat for my baby due in July. After spending ages researching safe infant carriers, I found what I was looking for from this company and they had it at the best price. I came on here first to check reviews and felt more confident about ordering and am so pleased! Placed my order over the bank holiday weekend and it arrived within 2 days - despite their warning that delivery likely to be a 5-10 day wait. Really, really impressed with that, I've opened the car seat and it's arrived perfectly packaged (yet to open the isofix base but sure its all in order!). Also impressed with the email updates from customer services. I have a playmat I'm waiting for as its on preorder, but given the speed of delivery and helpful email updates I'm confident I'll be kept updated and sent it as soon as its available. Will recommend this site to friends and family.

I ordered 20 plants online and it took TN Nursery over a month to ship. I only received half my order. When I called to notify TN of their error, it took another 3 weeks to ship, at a time when it was probably too hot to ship. Four of the plants died within a couple of weeks. I notified TN by email on July 16, 2019 that four plants had died and I wanted a replacement. I was told I had to dig up the dead plants, ship them back at my own cost, and that I would be given a store credit! ...Just unbelievable! Poor customer service, inferior plants, and they are dishonest about their "guarantee." I would never purchase from TN nursery again. Buyer beware!

After browsing 3 or 4 stores, there was only 1 or 2 dresses that I "liked" but didn't Love. So my Matron of Honor set me up to call Winnie Couture. I was skeptical only thinking, it's so far away(not really) only 1 hour 30 mins. I was just feeling bummed about not finding The One. Well me and the ladies set out on a "girls day" in Atlanta. When I walked into the boutique we were greeted with smiles. I instantly felt warmed by their hospitality. My bridal atelier Ashley was super awesome from the start. The first thing she said after greeting me was that she assured me that I will find "The Dress" there. I told her "I hope so" and she said, " I know so"!! Well after trying on about 6 or 7 dresses, attempting to fall in one of them while showing it off..... And looking at more almost attempting to "settle" I put on the 2nd to last dress and I was elated!!! I couldn't stop smiling and I shed a couple tears. I knew right then, I had found my dress!!! Thank you Ashley and Winnie Couture. If you want to find "The One" (dress) go to Winnie Couture, your are garuntee doing to find your dress for your special day!!

I finally received my wrap. I am not happy with this company as far as communicating with me other than this chat portion. I sent several messages and even logged a ticket and never received any comment back from anyone. This is very very poor business. I will never buy from here again and I will be sure to log a complaint with the better business bureau and will be sure to let everyone I know never to buy from this site.

I ordered 30 hanging cone lights in clear, frosted, red and green. The original shipment was not packed well and the company immediately offered to replace or credit me for the broken holders. The clear, frosted and green candle cups are just as advertised. Unfortunately most of the red cone cups are not red glass like the green ones are. They have been spray painted. The paint job was so bad they had finger prints visible in the paint on the holders. The paint just peeled off in big splotches. When I contacted the company about the defective cups they said they are a sale items and it is too expensive to ship the red glass cups rather than the poor quality spray painted ones they sent. I would not recommend this vendor. I think they are importing their cheap items and have no quality control over their suppliers. It is just luck if you get a good quality piece or poor quality piece. I did pay for shipping and handling and the packing was terrible for glass items which could only get broken. If you are ordering for a large party or wedding you will probably be disappointed.

I called wedsafe to make sure I was buying the correct policy, I spoke with a representative immediately, no hold time at all! We recently transferred to this location from another Tutor Time facility. I have been very happy with the transition. All the staff have been very welcoming to both me and my daughter. The administrative staff are helpful, always friendly and professional and made the effort to get to know me and my daughter. The teachers all greet my daughter by name and make an effort to engage with her. I am very happy with all the staff at this school, they do a wonderful job.

I applied online for the first time, you get no assistance in-regards as to how to complete this application on my application it ark's you what is your middle name I typed N/A, when I went o court I was told you can't file an application with N/A. I called divorce papers to ask why is this not explained or why they would print your application with N/A if you have no middle name ? I was told a case worker would contact me, well never received a call or email reply I was charged 180.00 dollar's I cancelled my subscription because I don't need to pay more money once I received my application for what? well once you cancel they don't assist you later I found out you can get the divorce application for FREE these people are a rip off no customer service skill's the case worker Evelyn was USELESS so I advice you to get you're FREE forms in court don't bother to pay these guys very disappointed. I bought a dress for my 8 year old niece. Received the dress while I was away on business then only got to have my niece try it 9 days after I received it. They have a 7 day policy so no returns! I wrote them to explain my situation and I got what seemed like an automated message. I expressed my disappointment and they repeated how I passed the 7 days but ask that I send a picture of the problem. It was clear that they did not read or understand my email. I believe store is in China. Never buying from there again!

I hope these earrings are going to make my wife's face shine like the day we got married when she opens up the gift. After 23 years of marriage, I do not know what I would do without her. With a name like First Class Functions your expectations are already lifted into the realms of a five star service. However,the reality was sadly very different. We attended a Year 12 Graduation ceremony at Noosa State School on 17th November, catering courtesy of First Class Functions. The canopies were served before the start of the function were indeed first class, particularly the prawn spirals, fresh prawns in a delicious creamy sauce deep fried in an equally delicious thin salty batter. The chicken satay kebabs were OK for those who prefer meat, but appeared to have been prepared from frozen, the chicken was too chewy for my liking and judging from the heaps left over not as successful as the prawns. From here everything goes down hill. Only two staff manned the bar resulting in long queues for drinks throughout the night totally inadequate for a function with over 300 people in attendance. No water was provided on the tables, only jugs with plastic cups by the entrance, as it was such a warm night not surprising guests thought the jugs were" help your self" for the tables, needless to say the limited number of jugs was insufficient for the number of people. If you wanted water you had to join the queue at the bar to be told that no jugs were available, even though you could see jugs on the draining board in the kitchen the back of the bar area, the staff just didn't have the inclination to provide even the most cursory customer service. The main course was served over an hour late, the vegetarian option was promoted as toasted goats cheese over a large field mushroom head, with accompanying rice and green beans. You almost get accustomed to warm food served on cold plates and this was the exception, warms food gone cold served on cold plates. The cheese was so over cooked it was inedible, the mushroom was cold, soggy and tasteless. Green beans, well a safe bet for mass catering, you just blanch the frozen beans for 1 minute, under cook them everyone likes their beans a bit crunchy), but please..... not cold. The fragrant rice had been cooked so long it was a lumpy congealed mass, totally inedible. My colleague had the beef option, again cold, swimming in a watery paste that reminded him of wall paper paste ( he used to help his dad who had a decorating business, his job was to mix up the cold water starch, see the resemblance?). Deserts were passable for mass produced manufactured food, what was not passable was the attitude of the wait staff whose response to a request for cheese cake rather than meringue was to swop it with someone else, even though she had two plates of cheese cake in her hand. This was a great occasion and I was honored to see these young people celebrate the end of an era and the beginning of a new adventure. First Class Functions could not detract from this how ever bad they were, however I believe people should be rightly recognised for their contribution, good or bad, in this instance is was very bad. A fabulous day of photography training with David. The studio was excellently equipped, the model for the day was exceptional both in terms of her posing and how she photographed and the fact that she was fun and friendly to work with was an added bonus. David has honed his craft and his knowledge of lighting and ability to pass that information on is second to none, with follow up notes from the workshop being emailed the following day, which means I can re-read and refer back to them. We were very well looked after with refreshments available all day and with lunch provided too :) Thanks so much for a wonderful day!

What else than WOW can be used to summarise our trip. Riga is a fabulous and beautiful place in all possible ways (visit, party and the girls over there ! Well You know what I mean;-)) Lea and Celine form EVG were really helpful from day 1 , all was organised and our wishes were addressed to find the perfect package . The guides over there where really friendly and cool and we had a great time with them. Therefore if you are looking for a super agency to organise your trip with no bad surprises and spend a moment you will never forget then I strongly advise you to pass via EVG and select Riga. It was so fun having the Fotobooth at the Champagne party last Friday night at Gooiland Hotel in Hilversum. People could take as many pictures as they wanted with their partner or groups of friends and change the "decorations" to put on.The Fotobooth gave a special touch to the event! I'm not just going to sit by and let them walk all over people again. They had been charging my grandma for a year even though she asked them twice to cancel her account. I had to intervene and spoke to a customer consultant who was kind enough to refund her for the last 3 months but the fact that I had to intervene in the first place is just disgraceful. My grandma is battling enough scammers, this being a known registered company, has me furious. With their level of customer care, don't even bother!

I found this site really disappointing. It's extremely expensive and I immediately noticed on joining and having full access that it would not be of any use to me. We're talking 10 minutes into paying for the subscription. They refused to refund my money and the terms were very misleading, as was the amount of things in the collecting. Like smoke and mirrors. They would not give me my money back, nor would they credit it towards a future membership when the site was better organized and actually hopefully gets more records The newspaper collection was paltry. In a year on the sit I did not find one single document, or useful thing. It took forever to search for anything even remotely relevant to my actual search terms and unlike US and other Ireland and UK sites ,the search engine brings up a billion unwanted things and there was no way to filter them out. The only way I could search was to leave one window open and keep going back to it to weed through all the un necessary hits. They hardly have anything in their collection that is not available for free through the Irish Government Site Irishgenealogy.ie run by the State of Ireland and Family Search, Roots etc. I was hoping that the newspaper archive would be good and that I might stumble on an obit or document that would help me. I would not recommend this site for anyone who has littel information on one's ancestors. If you have street addresses and trades and lots of biographical detail, it might be useful, but for me trying to find records for the period to 1850 to 1920, with just first names, surnames, baptism and marriage dates to go on and no street addresses or employment details, or Dates of death etc, it was money completely thrown away. I got it on discount when they had an offer and it was still nearly $400 US dollars. I had also hoped for more Cork records and newspaper clipping they hardly had anything, and certainly nothing that I could not get online through various free sites and the country of Ireland's free that has Griffith valuation, and where one can see actual baptism and marriage registers and other immensly helpful records. It may have improved in the last two years or so. But I felt like my experience was criminal as I had looked at only about 6 records when I wrote them and told them, it was not at all going to be use full for me and could I please have a refund or a credit towards a future subscription when their collection had grown. I think for the average US user who's family came during the famine years, there is nothing here for you.

We met Luke about 2 years ago at a wedding fayre, from then we knew he was great! A year before our wedding we did a family shoot, our family is everything to us and Luke captured that in the shots. Amazing!! On our wedding day he was amazing again, he was so professional all day even with my demands. It rained on the day but Luke made sure that didn't ruin our day. When we saw our photos we were blown away, absolutely stunning photos, they made me cry. Yesterday we received our wedding album & WOW, we couldn't be happier. Like others I was tempted by the promise of access to millions of war records and registered. The follow up 'special discount' email seemed like good value for a month so I signed up. The site is rubbish! I searched 3 relatives (father, paternal grandfather and father in law) all who served in either WW1 or WW2. Just one record was found, that of my father, which simply said that he was in the RAF, his service number and a load of waffle about what medals he might have been entitled to. When cancelling auto renew they tried to sell me the services of a 'researcher'. At least it only cost me a fiver!

After having my daughter 2 years ago and spending hundreds on different carriers (I was desperate to babywear and she hated it!) I was dubious about buying another for my newborn. I originally found freerider at the baby show and loved the tie dye wrap they were so helpful and knowledgeable and showed me how to put it on (I previously only used buckle carriers) i purchased one thinking I would never get to use it but my little boy loves it! So much so that when they released a black and white version I snapped one up too! I don’t think I’ll go back to anything else now, they fold so small and are so quick and hassle free to put on and are extremely comfy and light! I also love how when you tag them in photos they take the time to acknowledge your posts (you don’t have to be some guru to get a like from them) they genuinely appreciate your custom which is lovely too!

I want to say thank you for all your help over the last three months. My husband, after nearly twenty years together, told me he was no longer happy in the marriage and "wanted out". The news hit me like a ton of bricks because i still love him, and realized i didn't want to lose him. It was a wakeup call for me. I will only order from these people the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Out of the 10 orders I have placed through them only one was disappointing. And by disappointing it wasn’t even their fault. After receiving my package, three can we’re damaged. I am sure DHL were the ones who ruined the packaging. The one and only con was that when I tried to contact them their response time was Really slow it took almost a week. However the problem is rectified they sent the cans and I’m a very happy customer.

I wish it were possible to give them a negative 100 ! This company sucks. I ordered formula on June 7th paid for expedited shipping , here we are June 23rd still no formula and no update on shipping . Sent several emails finally got a response saying my order was delivered on June 13th with a tracking number and a link. This was odd bc when I looked at the delivery confirmation receipt it was not signed for and there was no address on the receipt. Furthermore where did they get this tracking number?bc I certainly didn't get that info. On my end it still shows it's in shipping status. There is no way to prove that's my tracking number . So they thought I would buy that mess and believe that it was in fact delivered and now it's not their responsibility WRONG!. This company is one big scam

Last night, my husband and I were feeling nostalgic about our wedding and we were so happy to be able to have the amazing footage from John/Happy Tears to remember details of our wedding day. Everything goes by so quickly and just having this footage to remember our wedding by is absolutely amazing. John is very thorough and was always easy to work with and made the whole process smooth and was always flexible to our requests and concerns! When dealing with the stressful time of wedding planning and budgeting, many couples choose to forgo a videographer to save the cost, but it is absolutely worth every penny to have the memories of your wedding day on video. I recently left 5 star reviews for Happy Tears Productions, and I'm sadden that I must reduce them. This review does/will not change my great experience working with John. He has great character, professionalism and was easy to work with. His personality was a wonderful fit. As he's selective with accepting jobs from couples; our selection of a videographer was just as meticulous. UNFORTUNATELY, this review revision comes from receiving and watching our final edited video and the raw footage. I was so impressed after watching our highlight video that I was so excited to rave about Happy Tears! BUT, our entire wedding video was less than half decent. Most of the video was shot up-close/zoomed in. It wasn't very flattering. At the ceremony they failed to capture our wedding party walking down the aisle. Instead we got glimpses of them coming out and turning the bend. John said the space was tight (I agree), but he captured mine and the groom's walks down the aisle. He said he didn't like that the photographer or other guests were in the frames, but i rather had them in it then not have that footage at all. Continuing with the ceremony, there were no video of anyone but us, the couple (the top half of us-no full length footage). You could barely see our wedding party, and very little glimpse of the guests. We had 2 shooters at the ceremony, both failed to capture much. During the reception, you couldn't see any of the venue, which didn't give me the feel for the space. I wanted to admire how beautiful the ballroom was. Our dances with each other and our parents were all zoomed in, and at times TOPS OF OUR HEADS WERE CUT OFF. There WEREN'T ANY FULL-LENGTH SHOTS OF ANYTHING. The speeches were of the speaker and maybe a cut off of either the groom or I, but none of us together listening to the speaker. There wasn't much footage of my husband and I together at all. I really could nit-pick about so much that was wrong, but i feel these were the most important points i had to share. John was empathetic when I spoke to him about my concerns, but he didn't do anything to remedy the situation, in reality, he couldn't. The day has come and gone, and we have what we have. Even going through the raw footage, i keep telling at my TV to "zoom out!". It never happened. I hate having to give a bad review to a great guy, but this is a business. Future brides and grooms need to know what they're getting into. We only hired one shooter for the reception and that's why he said I got a constant close-up view, but that was never told to me prior to wedding day. John suggested to only hire one shooter, not only to save money, but also he said it wasn't necessary to have 2 shooters- he's the expert, so i took his advice. I would've much rather paid a lot less to just have a couple of people follow us around with a video camera. We, myself, my husband along with our families were incredibly disappointed with the video, raw and edited. We aren't the over-bearing type of people. I'm sure John could attest to us being pretty laid back and easy going. So this "bad review" doesn't come easy.
