My fiancé had my engagement ring custom made from Joseph last year. I have been wanting to make it a little bigger but it's a very beautiful VERY detailed ring and I was nervous it wasn't going to be possible. On Saturday I met with Joseph and he told me he would take a look at it and let me know in a few days if he would be able to do it. I left expecting a call on Monday. An hour later I got a call saying my ring was done and to come get it. My ring is now a little looser and fits much better and you can't tell it was changed at all! And without me asking they cleaned it making it look brand new like the day my fiancé proposed to me. I have had my ring cleaned before by another jewelry store but no other place has made even the metal shine so much. Thank you!

I completely enjoyed my experience with Joseph's. From my initial inquiries to receiving the custom designed ring, Joseph's communication was fantastic. I never felt any pressure, unlike several other places I looked. With Joseph's, I always felt like I was in charge of a team that was working very hard to deliver exactly what I wanted.

House of Nappies has been an amazing resource for my family. I am raising two children with special needs who have required nappies for years and House of Nappies are the most reliable source. Ordering with NDIS funding is easy with a quick email. Orders are always processed and delivered really quickly, even though my family resides interstate. Communication is great; I am not left wondering what is happening with my order, like I was with previous providers. I can rest assured that our nappies will arrive on time, which is great if I discover that we are running low and find myself having to order at the last minute. I highly recommend them. Honestly, the best zippy's I've bought yet. People rave about Bonds, but I choose my Susukoshi zippy's first every time (and I'm quick to get the washing on so that I have clean ones!), and the kimono gowns I bought are just as good. I love the simplicity of a block colour, and I'm amazed at the quality (not only the craftmanship, but the material too) of everything I have bought is incredible. . No stretching despite washing them at least twice a week, and they're as soft as ever! My only disappointment is not having bought more!

I just purchased 2 flutter suits and I am obsessed. They are made with the most amazing quality, soft fabric and the colours are just beautiful. The sizes seem to be true to size - Size 1 fit my 13 month old with room to grow. I am definitely going to buy every colour.

My baby is formula feed and we still have noticed a difference in our baby’s mood and comfort level since starting her on Evivo. The product is a bit pricy than most probiotics but being in the infant stages we can truly tell a difference with this product than what we tried with competitors.

Seriously after ONE use of these probiotics I saw an improvement in my daughters GI issues. When she was born she was in the nicu for a few days and was on antibiotics the entire time. I think this wiped out all of the good bacteria in her gut. Evivo is definitely doing the job at restoring her good bacteria!! She’s been on it for almost a month now and is like a brand new baby. No more tummy issues, fussiness, or pooping issues! I would highly recommend!

The ad for Becalm came up on my Facebook page. I thought they looked interesting but was skeptical about them. I then opened up the website to see that it was Australian shop. So I bought the glove and bib. Both are amazing, have never seen these before. Granddaughter hates dummies so she chews on her hands. Now we have something better for her to chew on. I so recommend both products.

I still have not received my products. I accidentally entered the wrong post code and have been trying to get the products redirected or refunded since. Given the error, I expected to wait a few weeks, not months to receive them. I’m told they are with the courier but as each week goes past, I’m less confident that I will receive the products or a refund.

I love the Wean meister pods and Adora bowls both mini and big, it’s so nice to use these for the exciting time of introducing solids. The scoopsy bowl and plate are also a nice addition, easy to clean and also doubles as a chew and play toy which my 7 month only loves! I could just keep buying all of these in every colour!

Nodpod.co.uk do one thing very well, transferable transportable baby blankets which go from car seat to sling to cot, or reverse without hassle and normally without the baby waking - magic! And from a safety point of view, no bulky outdoors baby clothes in the car seat, just a thin fleece blanket so baby is snug and safe. Have purchased a few as gifts, and everyone agrees they are fabulous.

I have ordered rakhi hamper from talash.com for my brother. There courier partner is claiming they have delivered rakhi in his mail box and it is not delivered. May be courier partner have delivered it on wrong address or may be not. Now when i contact talash for the help they are asking me to reach UPSC courier for checking what happened and why it is not delivered. Is this why i have placed order with talash paid extra. I have paid for service which i haven't received which they write on there wedsite they and when you to regarding problem you are facing they speak about terms and condition apply just as mutual fund agent. I am totally disappointed with the service and won't recommend anyone. Pathetic service

I have been asked for photos wearing the dress which I’ve provided-I’ve also been offered material to make it bigger myself!!! After my daughter ordering a dress to be a bridesmaid they have done nothing to respond in the correct manner they have so many bad reviews save your money and don’t order from them you won’t get your money back they respond in riddles they don’t answer questions direct and they make every excuse up when it clear says if your not happy with your dress and there is a problem you will get your money back this has still not happened and they are still messing us around I hope that they get caught and get everything they deserve as a very unreliable company

BEWARE Purchasing from this company. You will loose your money if the matching items you placed are not in stock. You'll have to keep the item in stock and be Assed out with the item they don't have. I placed 2 orders with this company for matching items. Lots of back and forth emails with empty promises. email back stating the item had already been shipped and there was no return on shipped items and there only resolution was to refund me back for the unavailable item or exchange for another item which they have nothing that matches but had to keep the already shipped item. They did not resolve my issue All I simply wanted was matching items. Gave me false information. False advertising. Good Luck if you order from them

Gorgeous pictures of kids clothing but what came can only be described as made by a child! strings hanging off everywhere, terrible stitching, really bad fit, etc. Just a disgusting item. I've tried 3 separate times to contact them to ask for some assistance because this item is definitely not what I ordered and have been completely ignored! Terrible customer service. And when you've spent $100 AUD on absolute garbage, it's just terrible!

Great quality in products! Quick and efficient customer service, I was charged incorrectly full price for an item that was discounted and they refunded me promptly. I only drop a star because of their return policy: you have to pay postage to return an item. I would think that such a big company would offer free returns.

Found this place online but was a little skeptical buying an engagemenet ring online. Called to get some information and get a feel for the company. They are extremely nice and easy to contact. Small business type feel. Even worked with me to ship my ring a different method to get it sooner. My wife was extremely happy with the ring. She couldn't believe it looked exactly like the one she lost. She actually thought I found it at first. I will definitely be coming back to buy other items in the future. Wrong item received (Christmas present for daughter). Replacement promised in time for Christmas, to be sent by express mail. After many emails and phone calls, weeks later it turned out it hadn't even been put in the post. Finally got through to someone efficient who took on the problem and arranged to send out the replacement, which I finally received mid January. Postage refund offered as goodwill gesture but I never received that either. Very disappointing and as another reviewer said it is a shame as your stock is generally lovely. The shops don't stock the maternity/nursing range which means you have to order online, so come on Jojo, get your act together and do something about this please.

My order was for 2 items, (one item/ 2 different colours) The confirmation email showed both the same colour but my online order summary page showed both colours so I didn’t question further When my order came both were same colour and I was told by customer service that it was my error, I clearly outlined that it was not but they insisted that they were correct and alluded that I was being dishonest, they refused to rectify my order I only wish I had taken a screen shot so I could prove it This was my first time ordering from them, I will NEVER deal with them again Avoid

Delivery took longer than expected, but in fairness, Victoria was in a worse Covid position than us in WA, so there were always going to be delays. The boxes arrived with parts in good condition. The instructions are poor, but I'm figuring it our. Looking forward to finishing it off tonight so that my girls can start jumping again!

The ring is absolutely stunning. Love the quality. The stones shine like crazy! Everything about it is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was awesome. Personally, I had a great experience with Jeulia. Not only were they completely in contact with me the entire time, but they even expedited my ring for an event. They went way above the normal customer service expectations. They kindly answered every question I had with no complaint. No message went more than two hours without a detailed answer. I received my ring and instantly fell in love with it. The sparkle is amazing and quality is more than I ever expected for the price. It is just that beautiful. I will definitely buy again.

Amazing Wedding dress The dress exceeded our expectations.The gown is beautiful and exactly as photograph. Very well made and good materials and fabrics. And my daughters absolute favorite part of the dress the unique cloak! She LOVES this about the gown and its something different. Please be sure and read if you are ordering from the US. Production time takes up to 15days. They make the dress when you order it. Then you wait on delivery after Production, so u should order at least a month in advance or more. I know it took another 2 weeks to get here after the initial 15 days of production time.They communicate mainly through email. It is a little scary because you don't hear anything a while after you confirm that you want the dress. It plays a little on the old nerves, but overall I would have to say worth the wait and nervousness. Hopefully they will continue to work on their communication. Then after about 2 weeks from the initial email that they got the order . And then after the initial email I received about them starting production on the dress. I finally started received information that the dress had been shipped through my email. Never did any of this show on my account on their website. And then I stayed up with the dress through the USPS website after it was issued a tracking number. We are very pleased and would order again. Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul. Worst shopping experience ever They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand. First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway. When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE. Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank. Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

Beautiful rings and great customer service. If you have any questions they have 24/7 support agents you can message while searching the website. The website showed that rings were only in sizes I didn't need and when I asked if they could go lower or higher they said they could do that without having to spend extra money. All in all great experience and now my fiancée gets to enjoy her beautiful right I created for her I will strongly recommend giving this a shot as the entire experience was something I will never forget. Also it came in a big box with the Ring case and a certificate and cleaning stuff.
