My husband and I had much difficulty finding pants in his size, 42x34. It was time to go online and shop. We found this store online and decided to try it. This company has 5 star rating in customer service and quality product. I was unsure buying online for something we never ordered with a new company... Our experience was very good. If you have odd sizes to buy, or need high quality pants, and you don't want to go to the store or don't know who to trust online for both quality, and customer service, you can trust MinnesotaWorkwear. We will use them again, and will highly recommend to others. Set up your account, call customer service, get help if you need to order online if you need it, and once you have ordered once, you will see how nice they are to buy from. Thank you MinnesotaWorkwear for resolving our business clothing issue of odd sizes for my husband.

I ordered frames on the 12th with expedited shipping because I needed them by the 17th when I had to work (mine broke, and I need my glasses). The expected delivery date was the 15th, 16th at latest, so I figured I was fine. I called on the 16th to find that they hadn't even been shipped yet! They apologized and said they would overnight them to me immediately. It is now the 18th and I still don't have them, so they obviously didn't overnight them. At this point I wish I had just went and paid a bit more at a local eyeglass shop and not been without my glasses for a week. Money is just a bit tight so saving $40 for waiting two days when I had the days off seemed like a good idea. Instead I now don't have the money to replace them at all, need them badly, and have no idea when they might arrive. Update: They arrived in the evening of the 19th and the seller refunded $25 for the shipping. Still don't think they really overnighted them as they say (shouldn't overnight mean arrive next day? it took till the night of the 18th for them to make it to my regional post office and most of the 19th to get here, but maybe shipping is just slow due to Christmas), but at least I have them now. Upping the review to 4 stars since quality is good and price was right. Just be aware you may not get your things as quick as expected.

I ordered 7 days ago and it never shipped. Website said in stock. They don't seem to care or understand what it means to do business. I think it reflects poorly on their internal structure and leadership. I would buy any stock in this company, nor anything else having to do with them. They don't get it.

The negative reviews I've read are too polite. This company are a bunch of crooks. I was warned but thought others had just been unlucky. I have submitted a complaint to the ombudsman and am in the process of issuing court proceedings. They hope you will just go away and keep your money. If anyone reading this is hoping your experience will be different I have just one message "Don't touch this company with a bargepole"

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

I sent my iPhone 4 in on 09/25/2010 to be converted to white. I was very pleased with the follow-up of the people at iResQ. They provided e-mails every step of the way for my iPhone going through their service. I received my phone on 09/29/2009 as promised and it looks better than I imagined. I placed an order with prosoccer.com late Sunday evening for a Christmas present. I did not hear from the company until Tuesday that the item was not in stock and would not be delivered. I was surprised that their system could not have notified me earlier that the item was sold out. Since I was leaving town and I wanted to get the item in the time, I asked a representative over the phone what kind of shipping deal they could give me to make up for the time lost by their inaccurate internet inventory. The representative talked over me and refused to listen to my concerns and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I wrote their customer service an email about this incident and got NO REPLY. So beware: just because you think you ordered something off this website doesn't mean they actually have to it to sell. And customer service will not make any reasonable attempt to make things right when their ordering system wastes your time.

I recently ordered a customized pc from v3 gaming and have had an excellent experience. They were the best priced gaming pc when compared to all the other competition, including maingear, originpc and the like. Chuck worked with me through customizing a PC that optimized my bang for my buck. They cabled and tuned it exactly how I wanted. They were also very receptive throughout the setup of the PC. I would call periodically to see how it was coming along, or what the overclocking was looking like. Chuck was responsive and talked with me like it was no issue at all. I get the feeling that they put customer service as #1...which is good as they are competing with some hard hitters. I got a i7 2600K and they also added in some extras to make up for the intel issue that was going on with the 3 Gbps SATA connections on the mobo. I received my PC when it was expected (about 2 weeks, including UPS ground across the country), the packaging was great and protective. I ordered the 3D Convoy, so both the pc and the monitor came perfectly intact. The performance of the machine is AWESOME! Fully booting up into windows takes around 45 seconds or so....and I can be in Call of Duty within 15 seconds, its nuts! I'm sure that has to do with a striped SSD drives, but its still great. I originally encountered an issue with the bios settings that slipped by the burn in because it has to do with cold booting. Chuck and George both worked hard to get in touch with Asus tech guys and get a resolution. They called me at off hours to work through the problem and fixed it! So as far as tech support goes, they are great as well. I know George has taken what was learned into account so it doesn't impact other customers. All in all, my experience was v3gamingpc was amazing. Both Chuck and George are very friendly and great to work with. I have been recommending them to all my friends and wanted to write an article here as well. I have no real benefit from doing so, except that I hope they are successful so I can buy my next pc from them!

I bought the Salvo, because I like the options it provided, and wanted to keep the price below $2200. I ordered it, and received it roughly three weeks later. I was extremely pleased by the packing materials, because it had to travel all the way to Canada, so I was slightly worried about it getting damaged. But it came completely intact. The computer itself has been very well constructed, and is fast as hell. Cold booting to Desktop in about 6 seconds on a single SSD. It absolutely destroys everything I run on it with ease. This beast is outperforming an Alienware that a guy from my old I.T class purchased 8 months ago for $4200. Chuck is the best customer service rep that I have EVER dealt with. He was honest, gave me tons of information and help in the final tweaks of my build. He was very quick at responding to my emails, and getting my missing monitor found and sorted out. I use this computer mainly for gaming and 3D modeling and Rendering on Blender 3D and CryEngine 3 SDK. I'm very happy with this computer, and I'm definatly going with V3 for all my future PCs. Completely worth the investment.

I purchased Madden15 coins with my son. We paid through PayPal. After the order, IGXE asked for a copy of our photo identification,which we provided. We then learned through the monitoring services to which we subscribe that IGXE placed our identity data on a site for sale of such data to identity thieves. Also,we have never received the coins as of yet, and their customer service representatives will not communicate at all. This is not only a scam in terms of taking money from people, but it is a dangerous site. Beware. Avoid.

I ordered two Orla kiely large storage jars and before I checked out I double checked they we’’re the same size. When they came one was the smaller jar, so I checked the website again and yes the wrong dimensions we’re advertised, I brought this to there attention and they admitted they had written the wrong sizes on their website. This is classed as false advertising. I have now had to search with great difficulty to find the same jar in a larger size . Thought the company would have suggested that I keep the small jar due to inconvenience caused but no , they sent a label for me to return it via the post office .. another job to do. not a happy Bunny!

I've just now received my third bottle of eliquid from Beaum Vape via post during lockdown, and it has yet again turned up on time, and perfectly wrapped. On the first day it arrived, The glasses did not look good as shown in pictures. My wife and my son laughed at the look of the glasses. Keep in mind these glasses were not cheap - $138. The next day, the left lense came off. The frame was made of cheap materials, the progressive lenses looked like plastic even though I paid for the highest quality lenses. I shipped the glasses back to zipopticals and waiting for my refund. The friendly customer service rep - Frank promised highest refund possible. I will post again once I know how they treated me.

On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.

I bought a Rolex about a year ago from Ermitage. After wearing it for a few months at work I accidentally smashed the dial. I took the watch by a local Rolex dealer and their price to repair a new crystal was too high for me. I call back Ermitage Jewelers and the dial was repaired with a minimal amount and since I still had a warranty they polished it too. Great online watch store with good customer service

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless!! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

We worked with this Xicom and paid them tens of thousands of dollars. Suddenly in November 2014 they stopped keeping their promises on development. We continued to pay for services that were not being delivered, so we eventually cut them off. Our project is now a full year behind. Note that they request you give them 5 star rating on Upwork/Elance feedback, so don't trust the reviews there. I ordered 2 axles one for the other they said didn’t pass there qa and sent me another this part doesn’t fit as it was wrong I’ve emailed them 4 times no response don’t use these guys they’re fine good until u want to return something then no answer .....lies no calls no voice mail there response is generic response yes it was out of the 30’days but the first axle I ordered on the site was the right one and you guys redid this order because it didn’t pass your qa and then sent me the wrong axle so whatever I will never use the service again your customer service sucks for everyone reading this use car-parts.com automotix sucks

As a teacher, I love seeing all of the 1-star reviews by so-called parents, when it's abundantly clear that adolescents are taking a turn a review writing. I'm writing this review not only to offset the kids' reviews, but because this app has been possibly the most important one we've ever downloaded. Screentime has been invaluable for our family, especially on our Android devices. We set the amount of hours/day based on our son successfully addressing his responsibilities (school, chores), and give him the freedom to do what he wants with his time. But when his time is up, it's up. There are no negotiations, no arguments. Occasionally, he'll ask for something to do that might earn him extra time, and that's always considered. It should be noted that on Apple devices, however, this app (or any other) is not nearly as efficient as on Android, which is entirely driven by Apple refusing to allow one app to control another (individually). Apple knows that your kids want iPhones because it is very hard/impossible to monitor them or control the amount of time that they are on their iPhones. Apple does not have a business interest in allowing Screentime to perform well on Apple devices. But on Android, this app shines. If you're a parent hoarse from the last shouting match you had with your child about the unfairness of having only 8 hours a day on gaming sites, then do yourself a favor and try Screentime for Android.

Never received my goods. I get the same 2 generic reply from their live chat agents every time I contact them. They keep me handing in the live chat for hours and eventually they close the conversation and simply just don't answer any of my questions. TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS $#*!!! SCAM WARNING

Had an email on 24th December to say my goods had been dispatched and estimated delivery 30th December. Called the delivery company on the 31st to see where my order was and they confirmed that it had only been dispatched on the 30th! I paid for express delivery. Very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering gifts from them again

Bought 300K gold coins for my 12 year old son's Play Station 3 FIFA 15 game. Paid through Pay Pal, delivery was supposed to be within 20 mins by Cuingame purchasing a player for 300K, all details were sent with transaction. No response for six hours so contacted them by email with full details of the transaction. They asked for, ahem, a photo of my credit card so they could "verify" my identity. Told them no way, the whole point of paying through Pay Pal was precisely to avoid giving my credit card details to vendors. Then they said send us an email from your registered PayPal email address which I did. After 3 days of futile going back and forth, have given up. They will not refund money and they will not give the coins. Don't know who the good reviewers on other websites are, but my experience was horrible. Have filed a complaint with Pay Pal, Lost my money, but hey, at least my son learnt something about life and internet transactions so its not all a total loss.

"Bought 60mil for 458€. They didnt delivered. 12h later they said i have to Pay 200€ more or i just get 43m or i wait few weeks until the prices went down again. They said if i want have my money back they dont refund me full... Be aware of the scammers"

I ordered two lighters on February 7 and received nothing until I called 3 days in a row March 27-29. Finally received shipping confirmation on March 29th. Cannot comment on quality of product but the communication and handling of my order was the worst customer service experience of my life.

Firstly, they have everything on their website as stocked, you purchase your product and then you'll get an e-mail 2 days later stating that your item is out of stock. So all the best chasing them up via e-mail for a refund, because you'll end up sending e-mail after e-mail without them resolving anything. As for me, I've had to escalate a claim through PayPal and now am waiting for my refund, they should have just refunded me immediately when the item was out of stock. This has been a horrible experience. In my opinion, look elsewhere when looking to get cigar accessory products or similar.

I ordered a weekend bag off HotRef as it was 1/3 the price it was on Amazon. At first, I wasn't sure about the order as I had never dealt with HotRef. But I took a chance and am glad I did. Not only did I save about $50, but the package arrived 3 days later (8/28). A day later than Amazon Prime would've gotten it there, but, again, $50 cheaper. Exact item I ordered, no problems with description of the product or what was sent. The only problem I had was that I wasn't provided shipping information until a few hours AFTER the package arrived. Granted, there wasn't a problem in this situation, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned between the order date and the arrival. Excluding that tracking issue, nothing but high marks. 5 stars for HotRef. 4 for their shipping due to that minor issue.

I have been using modded controllers ever since they appeared on the market in 2011. I have tried MANY different companies and I regret I haven't heard about these folks earlier as I had some bad experiences with other companies and mods that were poorly built, had crazy setup or would just break within a few weeks ( I am a heavy user). I was also extremely annoyed with unknowlegeable staff of many of those companies. I am very happy I gave these guys a shot. I have been using my mega modz ps4 mod for over a year now and it still works great!!!! I am looking forward to playing black ops 3 with it ( I am a cod guy). Their staff is also very knowlegeable and customer oriented. Mods are easy and comfy t play with and most importantly they DON'T BREAK! I recommend this company anyone, especially to the beginners. Their mods are easy and comfy to play with. I hope my review will help other gamers who've had a bad experience with other modding companies. Try megamodz controllers and won't regret it!!!

The product got here in 2 weeks which was pretty good i feel like my control may have been misbuilt because my headset adapter does not fit and my charge and play kit doesnt work with it because it needs alot of power

I was not aware of Love Aroma until recently, it was only until I had done a quick search to find the best price for candles that I came across the website. I was pleasantly surprised with the service that they had provided, starting with the prices of the products, very reasonably priced indeed. I only bought two small sampler candles but the attention to detail in which the package arrived in was astounding. Costing only a few pounds for the products themselves, the box was well protected, and lightly scented with another scent from their range, my products also came with a free room spray which I thought took it to another level. Will definitely be using this website again and highly recommend to anyone looking for great aromas at low low prices.

Banners.com made a mistake on my order by misspelling a word. I had to reorder and they would only cut the shipping in half. I had to pay for the rest. I'm very unhappy with Banner's.com and will NOT use them again. Very poor customer service!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

It is the usual give a high opening offer for your phone and then they come back with stuff that isn't even wrong with the phone to lower their opening offer. In the end you get next to nothing for a perfectly good phone. Don't do it with ItsWorthMore because it isn't in the end.

I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.

I have been waiting for a refund of more than £200 for goods that were returned and received by this company on 29 August 2017. They don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone and when they do answer calls, they lie about refunds. I have waited 2 months and still haven't received a refund, so I have incurred interest charges for a refund that should have been processed at least 6 weeks ago. I will now have to pursue a claim under the Consumer Credit Act through my credit card provider. I am very angry. There are plenty of reliable internet retailers, but Slapiton definitely is not one of them. Avoid this company

Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.

I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. etc. etc. different states, different times..... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. Great sales all the time. Amazing gifts - I got vibrator worth 39 pounds for free! And it is an amazing Rabbit, I am really happy with it! I attempted to order a Blackhawk Gladius Maximus flashlight from them on 11/29/11. This flashlight has been recently discontinued by the manufacturer, which is making it very hard to find one online. OpticSale had the best price (provided by Google Shopping), so I jumped on the deal. After placing my order, I found reviews here and began regretting my decision. I called 11/30/11 (since their online "chat" option does not appear to be available anymore, even during posted chat hours) and inquired about my order. "Anthony" informed me that I had ordered the last one, but there was "noticeable damage to the packaging" when it reached their Quality Control team before shipment; he stated that they would have to re-order from the manufacturer. I informed him that this model had been discontinued and could not be re-stocked. He asked if there was any other flashlight I would like to trade in for my order, which I politely declined. I asked for a cancellation of my order, which he immediately fulfilled (I received a confirmation email stating that I had cancelled my order and my CC had not been charged). I feel that my experience was probably a bait-and-switch attempt. Therefore, I cannot recommend OpticSale to anyone. And so the hunt for the Gladius continues... P.S. Do NOT believe any 5/5 Star reviews where that is the poster's only review.

I purchased a Nikon Tripod Adapter for Mother's Day and it showed available. 20 days later, it still hadn't arrived, so I checked the site and it showed my status was "Cancelled". I called and spoke to someone who simply didn't care and she said they sent me an email and said they could not get it from the manufacturer. Not only did I NOT get this email, but when I told her I never received it, she hung up on me. I will NEVER do business with OpticSale.com again.
