Delivery came next day, what was great if u need it in short time. Food was nicely packed. Only thing I had problem with was that some things like broccoli came in bad condition, it was yellow, meaning it was off. And some things came different from which I ordered. It was stated that if some things are of stock it will be replaced, but I think it should be given notice for products out of stock so customer can choose on their own with what they want their ordered products to be replaced with. Since I was given products which I usually dont buy or like, and since I was paying for it and not cheap I was quite unhappy

Planet Organic is an expensive place to shop for food but I like the fact that they have offers on some healthy staples, such as grains and oils, some vitamins, as well as skin care products. Delivery is super fast and efficient and you really don't have to spend a fortune on items - some items like oats, rice, pasta, veggies cost the same or lower (when on promotion) than your regular store but represent varieties (such as sprouted, etc.) that you cannot find in a regular store. Hence, I find Planet Organic a great addition to my food and supplement shopping. For me it is much more reasonable than a more expensive outlet like Whole Foods.

I was trying Walmart delivery for the 1st time for my disabled mother. So after shopping I proceeded on to check out. After entering all my information ex deliveryaddress, card and billing address the message appeared saying CV code was incorrect I made sure it was then message said being denied by my bank so I called. Bank verified they were not denying and information was correct on their end. I then tried again and message said billing address doesnt match. So I chatted with an operator and they said the same. So I asked to speak to a live person via phone. This person continued to tell me based on their computer my address dont match so they cant process order. I insisted that they look into it because I have had the same address and bank for over 5years. He just rudely told me I have been marked as fraudulent and my order will not be process so this will be my 1st and last time ever using their site. I was referred by a co worker to help with my disabled mother thanks so much for non help. They need true CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.......

There are way too many delivery options made available compared to the number of shoppers working for you. The shoppers are great! But, I have had my deliveries bumped back at least 5 times because there were no shoppers available. Just this past Sunday (May 3, 2020), I elected a delivery time between 12pm and 1pm. There were two hour delivery slots before the one I selected and several after it open. I received my order at 7:45pm. I made an order the previous Thursday and was told that there were no shoppers available. Then the service told me that order was going to be delivered on Friday. The order never came and had to be combined with the one I received on Sunday evening. I want to stress that the shoppers' service is great. However, your system needs to align available delivery times with the number of shoppers available and honor delivery slots selected by customers. This is a tough time and I do acknowledge that. Please accept this as constructive criticism. My warm thanks to your peeps and all they do!

I "HAVE" to compulsorily start by saying that "Crust N Cakes" indeed gives justice to its service tagline, they have amazingly helped me in accomplishing my celebrations :D I am based out of Mumbai, and had to surprise a very close friend, i somehow got to know about this website while i was surfing for someone who would take orders online and deliver around 12 midnight in Gurgaon. (I am fortunate enough that i chose you guys over other websites i visited). I called yesterday (16.11.15) around 9:45 pm and asked all the possible questions which were answered patiently and i was assured of the service to deliver the cake at 11:30 the very same day. I really thank you for the excellent services you guys provide. The cafe located in Anaheim Hills is filthy and the staff is rude. This is the third time that I go there for lunch and the third time that I had a bad experience. They messed up my order; they forgot to add silverware, so when I asked the young women at the counter if I could get a fork and a knife, she rolled up her eyes and asked me to get it myself pointing at the container. The fork had lipstick and a piece of food stuck on it. I pulled another one and it came out with a piece of something gooey on it. I finally took another fork and went to the restroom to wash it myself! I was holding my breath because the restroom was disgusting as well. What the heck???!! How do these places pass an inspection? I will never go there again!!NEVER!! I wonder what's going on in the kitchen that we don't see. Pew!!Gross!

Corner bakery has some of the best sandwiches around, and a nice variety of other dishes. Their pastas are as good as most Italian restaurants. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered, although some dishes are better than others. I cannot comment on the breakfast dishes as I usually go there for lunch or dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. I am hard of hearing and the staff will take extra care to ensure my order is correct.

Very small portions on all meals. The vegetables did not seem to be pre cooked and ended up like rubber after microwaving. We tried cooking in the oven without any difference. Peppercorn steal lacked a reasonable amount of sauce and the steak was very well done. The turkey dish was doused with sage and was all I could taste. Pasta dishes were actually good but not worth what you end ip paying foe them. Shipping was excellent. All in all overpriced TV dinners that weren't as good as Stouffers

Overall, I really like Freshly meals. The convenience and protein and veggies in every meal. Some suggestions to make it better: 1. More specific time window (similar to Uber with time until arrival or Amazon when you get a map along with x stops away) 2. Allow for sorting by Saturated Fat in menu search 3. More eco-friendly packaging, too many steps to break down each component; add more compostable materials or allow ice pack to be drained in the sink

This site does give you links to some freebies, however it also gives you links to bad sites that have virus's on them. I spent some time on the site, signed up for a few freebies, but quickly noticed that they want you to sign up to other sites to receive your free stuff. I stopped signing up and only chose the ones from ligit sites. My computer virus protection went crazy a few times as it sent me to some bad sites. So beware and stick to the ones that are ligit, which are the ones that send you to the actual product website. If you join other sites you'll end up with LOTS of junk mail in your inbox.

Store manager Andy is not fit to run a popsicle stand. He is very rude, angry and disrespectful. He is always confrontational with customers. He needs anger management before he, a customer he is consumed with confronting or one of the employees gets seriously hurt. He continues to think he can verbally attack customers unprovoked but when you have bitter uneducated trash that is apart of the GOOD OLE BOYS AND GIRL'S NETWORK within H.T and a district or area manager LeAnn that refuses to address the way customers are treated this is what happens. You can say no all day long. It's how you say no. Policy is great but talking to paying customers that respectfully have the audacity to speak up for themselves like they are garbage is unacceptable. LeAnn needs to check the audio and video of her store manager Andys' confrontational interactions with customers. He has been nasty since he first started. He did not even try to be nice even when he first started as manager. Usually people do a better job hiding who they really are and then eventually you start to see under tones but he has been nasty and miserable from day one. This individual needs to be monitored. He is probably the reason for all the turnovers since he took over. The employees are rude and nasty to customers because the store manager Andy is rude, nasty and argumentative and a terrible example for the rest of the employees, Poor excuse for a manager.

watch for their weekly buy 2 get 3 free. for the most part they are way ahead of any other store in any given area. don't go there expecting to get any great deals on most of the other stuff, just the buy one get one free deals. if you spend more than $40, they have a coupon to take off another $5.00. also, every day if you are a certain customer who is number such and such. you get all your groceries free. it did happen to me. sorry i hadnt bought more that day.

It's like a CSA box but you get to put whatever you want into it. They have a great selection of fruits, vegggies, meats and other foods from local farms. Delivery is free if you order more than a certain amount. It's sort of like your own Whole Foods or farmers' market that comes right to your door. Prices are not cheap but not really much more than Whole Foods (probably a bit more than a typical farmers' market).

Or at least a nearby place to pick it up. Good Eggs delivers high-quality and mostly local produce and pre-prepared products. Sort of like what you might get at your local farmer's market or health food store. Prices are not bad (not cheap but roughly in line with higher-end health food stores) but there is a minimum order of $30 and you have to order 2 days in advance. But overall a great model and service!

I received an about-to-expire product from exotic meat market. I inquired about getting the product replaced. It took weeks of calling/emailing to get a response and the owner of the business was extremely rude and condescending. You can get a hint of the owner’s attitude by reading through some of his responses to negative reviews posted on Google. At the end, the product was not replaced and the owner refused to give me a refund. I recommend you shop elsewhere because if there is a glitch with your order, the owner will not be willing to find a resolution.

The worst delivery system I have ever used. They cancel the order right before the delivery day with an excuse that they are out of the stock. But when you put the new order, you can still add the out-of-stock goods in the cart and pay for them. So what's the point of the Saywee to make you place the non-sense order and then cancel it? Would you want to shop at a grocery store that does not honor their weekly advertisements? Aldi's central customer service has reconfirmed that if their weekly newspaper add does not match the add in the local store then the store manger does not need to honor it. This happened again at the Aldi Fairfax Blvd store. It happened to me and it can also happen to you!!! The weekly Aldi Washington Post add showed butter $1.69 per pound limit 4. Normal store price is $2.02. The store manager declined to honor the sale price on my $30 order as it was different from the in-store advertisement flyer. The good news is the Lidel's new store will be opening in Fairfax City in the next two or three weeks so you will no longer need to be subjected to this type of unsatisfactory bait and switch service..

Quite surprised at the bargains I've been buying. I like to eat fresh products. I was buying rocket,watercress,and salmon. This can be expensive elsewhere I was pleased to find aldis sold packs of fresh rocket,watercress and spinach all in the one bag. For under £1. Also the salmon is cheaper than my previous supermarket. There's also other surprises as you go along. Like flatbeds. I don't see them in other shops.

There is always plenty of choice with great offers to be had. Ordering is simple and delivery is always on the day and time selected. Great quality meat and fish cut to generous proportions that tastes as good as it looks. In the absence of a 'real' local butcher these products are far better than anything you will find on the shelves in a supermarket.

I ordered a rolled and boned turkey for 3 people, paid a non-refundable £20 deposit and got a full turkey packed in a box. With 10 people waiting to be served, I didn't want to make a fuss. I took the turkey I didn't order and paid £ 74. Somewhat puzzled and upset, I forgot to thank and say "merry Christmas" to the lady, who in turned managed to place two inappropriate sarcastic remarks in front of everybody. Miserable experience.

I have just discovered these dishes that I conveniently purchase from my local Co-op. Each and every meal - from those cooked for four or the individual calorie controlled dishes for one are first class, tasty and made from fab ingredients. Much better than top High Street ready meal brands as portions are good and sauces are both delicious and plentiful. I’m hooked and the variety is amazing. I haven’t had one meal that hasn’t impressed me. Give them a try - they won’t disappoint. Bon appetite

What an amazing looking store! Whoever designed the interior has done a superbe job - the lighting and the aesthetics made for a really calm, soothing experience. The quality of food offered is excellent and the staff were simply lovely - welcoming and with time to spare to talk. I used to think Booth's was the Waitrose of the north - well frankly, Booth's are streets ahead of Waitrose and indeed any other supermarket out there.

Five Stars goes the lovely lady who served us our breakfast and drinks in Ulverston, Cumbria booths cafe. On the other hand I would have rated the management who were having a lovely sit down getting waited on hand and foot a total of Zero Stars. After being pushed past several times for them to access the kitchen area (bearing in mind we had watched them go out side for a cigarette many times and then re enter the kitchen) we then saw the lady working behind the counter struggle to place a full tray of hot beverages down on there table while one of the management team watched her struggle without even offering to help. You’d think as them being apart of the same team they’d work as a team and not single the cafe workers out. On the other hand I would like to thank the lady (who’s name we won’t disclose) for the lovely service who always continues to be pleasent and serves us in a professional manner regardless of her surrounding (in this case rude colleagues). For furure staff meetings I’d suggest a little more organisation and preferably not to be mixed with paying customers.

Butter delivered lunch time 21st August the use by was 25th Aug on complaining I was told it says two days for fresh items this is a joke how do a family of two use 500g of butter in 3.5 days days? Most people have a small amount left when they order making this a ridiculous rule for this type of product. Why should we have to accept poor service due to there poor store management.

The food was really great and we loved it, I’m sure that we’ll order again. My only problem is why the £10 delivery charge? We get a lot of our meat delivered from organic farms, etc. But they only change £5 or less. Wondering why your delivery is so expensive?

Order arrived well packaged & at the time expected . The dover sole was delicious , simply grilled with butter & lemon juice which we thoroughly enjoyed . We will definitely be ordering again very soon .

This was my worst experience with instacart. They substituted many items that I did not like. There were Items that we’re not in the delivery but I was charged for In the original computer input. There was no receipt in the delivery. They usually deducted the items that were not delivered on the receipt. My charge item was exactly what I had listed. So I paid for items I didn’t receive.

Placed my order, my order was shopped and then I got an email saying it was delivered. It wasn't. No one at Instacart seems to know what happened. No one is helping me, saying the next available delivery date is 2 days away. How they think that is acceptable is beyond me.

The produce is fresh, varied and seasonal, quality tasty organic fresh fruit and vegetables. They have a play area for children in the shop which my son really enjoys and all children get a free organic apple to eat while you shop. The Eco/Green products on offer for the household give a very good range to choose from. I am coming back to that shop specifically on Saturdays/Sundays or after work during the week, because it is definitely worth the trip. Would recommend to anyone who is conscious about our environmental impact, wants quality healthy products for their family, and anyone who is a vegetarian or vegan as it is the ethos of that shop and they have a superb range of products.

When you enter the shop, you are greeted wit a huge selection of fruit and vegetables, all in boxes on shelves and a large sign on the wall which says "All our fruit and vegetables are organic." Many other grocery products are also organic and those that are not contain no artificial ingredients. Several items are either gluten-free or contain no gluten ingredients. You will find no dairy products, no meat and nothing containing sugar. Unicorn trade is based on five "Principles of Purpose" and is operated as a worker's co-operative, obtaining much of its stock directly from small producers and co-operatives. As a result, its prices are competitive and fair. In my experience, it is unique and we shop there almost every week.

The old staff were lovely. The old owner treated everyone so so nicely and was a real part of the community would stop and talk to us all. The new lot who own it are rude, abrupt and constantly stuck up. Their manners suck and most people who live locally on chilcott road, Cortlands drive etc go to the other local corner shops just to avoid them. They are so so so rude. Honestly been boycotting them since multiple encounters

Staff rude and judgemental engaging in local gossip, making silly errors with pay point, not trained correctly. Store in Hockley heath Stratford road. Seriously needs a good clean and also needs to train its staff more efficiently and promptly lot of mistakes being made. They like taking your money from your bank for your electric say but if it's the tall chubby old blonde woman you'll have to wait 7 days for a refund clearly too busy engaging in LOCAL GOSSIP and not concentrating on the job in hand staff under 30 need addressing lack of sleep and quite clearly very hung over and not slept needs addressing half asleep staff making silly unnecessary mistakes

Place is filthy and disgusting. I don't buy food here because even the fridges and shelves are dirty and I'm worried it will make me sick. Cant blame the staff either, I never see a regular cleaner who works here and I think they make the poor staff do it between shoplifters! JOKE-SHOP

I was thrilled to find my favorite Balkan foods online. Luckily I live in MA so I fall within their shopping radius for burek and other frozen items. We are now stocked up on Burek, rolls and cheese. Can't pass up the napolitanki, rosehip jam, pasteta and eurokrem. Brings back childhood memories. The customer service was amazing and their shipping was extremely fast. Must say how pleased I am with this company. In Florida, it's hard to find some european products and when I ordered from them they shipped everything and insulated the refridgerated stuff which I was most skeptical about, and got to my apartment all good! Fast delivery from New York and very responsive!

Recently purchased some takeaway boxes and deli pots. The boxes were great; strong when assembled, grease proof and very reasonable priced. Fast delivery, also. Unfortunately the deli cups were damaged from transit, however I must say the customer service was excellent. Although it took a few days for a response from my initial email, the problem was rectified very quickly after that. Will definitely use cups direct again.

4/5 boxes arrived 4 Days late. Still waiting for 8oz cups, now 7 days late. 12 Oz lids do not fit 12 Oz cups, both supplied as matched item by Cups Direct. No communication from them - having to chargeback through bank! I know other major suppliers are a little more expensive but lesson learnt! Never dealing with this company again. Their products are even worse than their customer service and delivery timeframe... RESPONSE UPDATE. I did finally receive a refund 2 weeks later and numerous messages and calls asking to remove my review. It’s unfortunate you refer my messages as threats... they were polite and factual comments regarding using the banking service to get my refund as you kept saying i would receive an immediate refund, but I didn’t. I totally understand issues with couriers, that’s why I dealt with them directly for two days before I contacted you. That doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t respond for several days to an issue you were aware about and it took a negative review to prompt a response. Secondly, after the previous issues, your lids didn’t fit the cups you supplied! And when forced on they split!

I am new to Good Club. My review is based on my experience so far.. I placed my first order on the 13.3.2021 and was expecting a delivery on 18.03.2021. I was really low on my oatly milk, so my delivery had to arrive...as i was self isolating! But I received an email on Thursday morning (18.3.2021) to inform me that my order had been cancelled as the items were out of stock. I checked the website and stock was available.. I swiftly emailed Carly who apologised for the inconvenience and arranged an immediate next day delivery.. Order arrived the following day without any issues. Eco-friendly boxes are good! Thumbs up! I have since referred 2 friends and received 2 voucher codes.. However, you can only use one voucher code per order (as advised by Carly when queried). No where in their terms and conditions can I see this. So really, although they are receiving new customers via your referral, you don't benefit as you should! Based on the whole experience, great response times however given the cancellation of my order, last minute, they could have considered a good will gesture by allowing me to use 2 codes on my next purchase or equivalent. I am reluctant to refer to new friends and family as I'm still to understand how I will gain. Your referral gain instant benefits however you now been to wait for 1 month until you can use your voucher.. By then you are signed into a paid membership.

I have tried a lot of the online food services. WILDFORK is the BEST. Between the quality and the prices, I am elated!!! I am not a rich person and I can still afford it.. I don't get into the markets to purchase meat. Wildfork is the best I have dealt with. It even beats my lifelong grocery store (meatwise). There is no comparison between the two. Wildfork wins hands down. I am very happy I tried this market!!!!!!! The people I have referred to Wildfork have liked it also!

I’m very upset as all of us mommy’s know there is a formula shortage an this was the only website that has the formula for my son not only are they price gouging on the formula that I had no choice to pay for because my son needs it they didn’t even show up an the worst part is that they charged me 80.00$ for delivery when it said free shipping for any order over 125.00$ THE FIVE CANS OF FORMULA WAS 127 an some change plus the 80$ for shipping so I’m out 207$ for an order I never so I’m beyond pissed

I placed 12 orders of cookies for a corporate event. They were St Patrick’s Day as the meeting was on 3/17/21. When purchasing through the website 10 of the 12 orders said they’d be delivered by 3/17. None were delivered by that date. Additionally 3 of the orders are MIA as of today (3/25) - it says shipper created label but never made it to UPS to ship. I have called, emailed and messaged on Instagram the business owners since 3/20 with zero response.
