I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.

I have always loved Sass and Belle's products. They're super cute and came very fast considering the current pandemic. The only issue was one of the products I bought isn't very functional. The woven heart costers are not flat so you can't rest drinks on them!

I decided to send hampers this year and had received a Spicers Brochure through the post. I ordered the hampers on line, which was easy to do and have been impressed with the service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the personalised gift items I bought on the 13th night, a few days later. Deadline for personalised items was December 12 which I missed. Ordered mid- May and still waiting for delivery on 30 May. Absolutely understand that Royal Mail is very disrupted (not their fault) but no communication at all from the company until I chased them up by phone. Was told that their system can't send email confirmation of order to any Gmail address - this seems like a fairly big problem? Needs better communication with customers and possibly more info on website re expected delivery times

My experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing! I was desperate for personalized gifts for my co-workers after having bad experiences with other online companies. I called the company and someone actually answered the phone! That was more than I had got from anyone else. When I expressed my concerns and fears she walked me through everything. After we hung up we communicated via email for the remainder of the process. They emailed me a draft of what my product would look like and until Sara and I liked the end result we kept working on it. I then approved the design, they processed it quickly and I received it 2 days later! The prices couldn't be better and the customer service is impeccable.

I've never heard of a "tango card" until I've made my first payment request 3 years ago on inboxdollars.com. From what I've learn, a tango card's value is based off the earnings you receive from completing tasks on one of the many reward earning sites online. Once you've earned one, a code will be sent your email. From there, you can use it to choose any of the giftcards that's listed on it's site. When you've made your choice, just enter how much you want on your giftcard. What ever value you applied to your giftcard will be subtracted from your tango card's value. Tango cards never expire, so if your tango card has any money left over, you can use that to get another gift card. If your diligent enough to do online surveys or many other tasks, you'll be able to earn a tango card of your own.

I bought some gift cards for a friend of mine in London. She attempted to use them but ultimately sent them back to me, saying she couldn't get them to work. I checked their balance online, and sure enough, they all had a balance of $0.00. I wrote the thegiftcardcentre.co.uk to ask for a refund. I got several sketchy responses explaining the many ways either my friend or I had messed up the cards. They needed activating, they were sent using the wrong postal system, etc., etc. They offered a refund, though, which I accepted. The next day, I then received another email saying that the cards should have worked and they now need them back from me claiming that in their possession, they could check which ones were spent where, etc. Nonsense. All you need is the card numbers and you can track all that stuff. What they were hoping for was that I had discarded the cards so I couldn't send them back. I sent the cards back, and took pictures of the shipping documents. We went round and round a few times, but, ultimately, I sent the proof of return shipping to my credit card company which I'd used to purchase the cards. My credit card company ultimately refunded the charges to me, instead of thegiftcardcentre.co.uk. In the end, I lost about $40 because of the shipping charge to get the cards back to them. But, I go the $375 that I spent on the cards back, so, at least I didn't lose everything. These guys are scam artists. Don't be taken in by these guys!

Bought a smaller yellowish pineapple savings bank off this seller and received a HUGE pineapple in gold..I mean seriously HUGE for my hand palm. There's cool things like Star Wars flash drives, Lego Flash Drives, Lego speakers for Ipods, indestructible wallets...sweet way to hold up your jackets (dart coat hooks), a way to find NPR anywhere in the country (NPR Map), neato bottles that'll hold TSA approved amount of liquids....and much more.... Much of this stuff you can get anywhere else, the difference is that here they care about style. The water bottle Tony Stark drank out of was not just a simple water bottle, it was specifically designed for better flow. The flash drives are not just boring little drives, they are designed to be appealing to the eyes as well as functional. I'm pretty sure if you go to this website you'll find something you'll like. I hope that they'll add more stuff. I got a few things last year and it seems like it's the same amount about 6 months later. I went back to get the water bottle cause mine broke on a cruise and I was very upset. It was the last day and it fell from a high spot and broke. I almost cried. I was so mad. I asked them if they could replace it, but I never heard back. I didn't have the bottle very long. Seeing Iron Man 2 made me want it again, so I bought it again and some other stuff. One of the awesome things about the website is that there is no sales tax AND shipping is free most of the time if you buy over $100. Check it out and tell 'em I sent you. =D

Typically I take my grandson shopping for new shoes for his birthday...you know the ones...those mom and dad say are too expensive and unnecessary . This year's trip ended up cancelled due to quarantine, so had to scramble and find SOMETHING I could get delivered by March 25th. I was too late to order a "fun item" to arrive in time unless I wanted to pay $30+ for delivery (love my grandson, but couldn't justify that delivery charge). I finally came across a site called Gift Tree that typically offers free delivery, but was only $5.00 to get it there by noon today. I'm very impressed the Happy Birthday tower was delivered today and on time! I definitely recommend giving them some business if you find yourself in need. Of course, only during quarantine would you send your grandson an entire stack of boxes filled with different kinds of candy, as well as birthday horns.

The delivery service is incredibly quick and in time! Since I don't use Paypal... payment was a bit of a hastle but then the customer care (Kinjal) amazingly took care of it. The Hancock Gourmet lobster mac and cheese is delicious - very rich. I have the second one in the freezer still. Russ & Daughters smoked salmon is out of this world. the sliced sable and the chopped liver were REMARKABLE. I never ever got such amazing food that was sent to me -- the careful wrapping and icy overnight shipment perfect; i haven't had anything so good since i lived in NYC and actually ate at Russ and Daughters! it was worth every penny of the expensive shipping. I have heard similar applause from friends to whom I sent a package that included lox.

I had ordered two tees and was so excited for them to arrive. When the status update told me that they had been delivered I was super disappointed to find that they were either delivered to the wrong apartment or were stolen from my porch. Neither situation would have been the fault of 21threads. However, when 21threads emailed you see how I liked my purchase I told them what happened and they shipped me a replacement order!!!!! Amazing customer service!!!!

I bought a cute acrylic monogrammed necklace from here. After waiting 3 weeks, it finally arrived in the mail. I did not even have it 24 hours and the chain broke. I could not reach anyone for the company via phone so I tried email. I was told to mail it back to a different company. I am STILL waiting on getting it back. LuAnn at The Purple Mermaid would only communicate with me via email and was beyond rude. She would not reimburse me for shipping or assist in any way. There are tons of places to buy these necklaces online--STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!

I purchased a pair of name earrings almost 2 months ago. I did receive my earring within the shipping timeframe; however, the name was bent on one if the earrings! Let me be clear, I love the earrings but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I'm having to check on the status of the repair, and the tone from them as if I'm bothering them! It's now going on 2 weeks since they've had my earrings back, and I'm not sure what's going on! I purchased a name product from someone else, the name was misspelled, they immediately apologized for the error, rushed production on the new order, and now I have that product... all in less time than this has taken!!! I'm truly unhappy right now!!! Not sure if I would recommend them as far as buying any product from them!

The site is 100% fraudsters!!!!! They made 5 withdrawals in one voucher and if the Neterller hadn't blocked their requests on my call, they would have stolen all the money from their purse (They tried to do it but couldn't)! I had a hard time this Christmas thinking of an appropriate gift for my neighbor who just lost her husband. On RememberMeGifts, they had quite a selection of gifts that I could customize and personalize to make it special. I gave my neighbor a frame with a wonderful saying on it, a tree that represented part of his life and his name. Of course we cried together, but she continues to thank me every time we see each other. I am a treasurer for a non-profit. Back in December, 2016, we received a donation from JustGive, and I deposited it. The check bounced, and our bank charged us a $12.00 fee. In January, 2017, we received a replacement check with a note that JustGive would reimburse us for any bank charges. I sent them an email, and a scan of the bank statement showing the charge. Back and forth emails led me to believe that JustGive would reimburse our $12.00. It is now almost July, 2017, and my last two emails have had no response from JustGive. I am putting a printout of the scan and the email stream into the mail. Maybe this will get our money back. I don't know. I'm just frustated that I'm being ignored, and there is no way to talk to anyone directly at JustGive.

Ordered an item for a client back in December of 2021. Got a confirmation that the order was complete and shipped. They never shipped the gift to the client and 5+ months later they tried billing me and randomly shipping it (the note and gift were for the end of the year and specifically for the holidays). Ordered items at beginning of December. All items were in stock. Had to chase delivery as after the "paid for 2-3 working days" did not materialise. When it finally arrived, 1 item was missing with the despatch note saying out of stock-refund. Funny wasn't out of stock when I ordered it & when they took my money. 1 week later rang to find out where my refund was at hadn't received it. Took me over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone to be told it would take up to 10 working days to receive. Today is 10 working days. Still no refund. 20 minutes later got through to customer services to be told they would issue a request for my refund & I have to wait another 7-10 working days ... THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DIABOLICAL - WHETHER ITS DUE TO CHRISTMAS & THEY DIDN'T PLAN FOR IT OR THEY ARE ALL INCOMPETENT - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.

But I have feedback I hope is useful (and explains my rating): Perhaps consider the item more carefully when you pack it. The Knight Beanies I bought arrived with the characteristic "ridge" on top bent in 3 places due to the way they had been packaged. I had to devise a system to straigten them out, especially the important front and end points, so they looked like a proper knight's beanie. Some rigid packing material to retain the advertised appearance of the items would have been better. I am, nontheless, happy with my purchase. Thanks, Annie Brink

Compass was great,thank you ,everything I expected,box however was very poor quality,felt lining poorly cut & glued but the worse thing was you couldn’t open the box without a major struggle or knife‼️It was truely ridiculous,I was unable to present this 21st birthday gift in the box, fearing after a wrestling match with the box the compass would fly out .
