I have purchased a couple of these boxes now for my parents who live in the UK. They are so beautiful and my parents have loved receiving them in the post. A present for my sisters birthday she loved it! Plus, it was a really lovely touch for the card to be handwritten card, made it nice and personal.

I haven't seen the products as I ordered them for my father in law as a birthday present (sent to his address) but he said the biscuits were very nice. I was impressed that postage was free. I wanted to order some for us to try too but was disappointed to find postage is now at least £4.50? That's more expensive than a pack of your posh biscuits! I don't need 2 day 1st class tracked delivery - could you please offer a cheaper 2nd class option too, or free was even better? As a result I haven't ordered after all.

This was so well received, my friend was feeling a bit down in the dumps not knowing what was going to happen with her wedding date and her and her fiancé were so happy to get this box, it gave them an excuse for a night off!

Currently on my 4th Victorian map jigsaw - of areas we’ve lived. Love them. Do sometimes wish that they came with an image. But guess that’s part of the challenge.

Excellent product quality and almost just what i ordered.......however I had chosen a map of an area my son likes walking in around Loch Muick in Aberdeenshire as a birthday present. I gave the post code and name of the house on the banks of the loch as the centre of the map. However, we have a map, which has the postcode at the centre of the map. The post code in rural spots covers a vast area, luckily Loch Muick manages to squeeze into the bottom left hand corner, but it wasn't quite what I thought I had ordered

Ordered a 100 euro gift card with supposed overnight delivery. It’s been almost a week and nothing. Emailed, no response. Terrible customer service. Never, ever again. It’s now been 2 weeks and still nothing. Called my bank and they have advised I go to the police, which I will be doing. Should have checked before ordering, this “company” does not have a contact phone number.

Placed an order only for it to be cancelled the next day only part of the money was supposedly refunded as they deduct 3% for cancellation even though I never cancelled anything .. reply’s VIa email are poor still not had 160 retuned appalling company

I ordered the 19 oz wine glasses with names etched on them for surprise Christmas gifts. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. The glasses are absolutely gorgeous. They look like I spent more then I actually did. They came packed perfectly and the turn around from placing the order to receiving the orders was about 4 days. Received a bouquet today for Mother’s Day. The cookies were stale and not edible. Very poor quality....maybe the problem iis delivery in 105 heat in Arizona. We will family to never order again.

I ordered a 70th birthday present, personalised candle with name, wax burner and melts. It was beautifully presented in a gift box and the amount of detail was exceptional. The birthday girl was very happy. The smell of the candles and melts are divine. I will certainly be ordering again soon. Xx

Cream and browns florist supplied all the flowers and tributes for a family members funeral. They were very professional, compassionate and the tributes and flowers were just beautiful. I have personally used them before and would highly recommend them. Very good florists.

My wife loves them because they are funky and different to all the other florists we have used and know, and best of all they deliver locally to Nunthorpe, Yarm, ingleby Barwick and anywhere 15 miles of Middlesbrough. This rating is for delivery...I ordered the card on the 12th May for a birthday on the 16th. It was posted by you on the 14th May, but didn't arrive until the 18th! Surely you use first class post?

We got the package the 1 day after ordering it. It was easy to use the helium bottle to blow up the balloons. A few of the balloons popped right after blowing them up - I don't know why. The balloon plastic bag had a hole in it so I wasn't so pleased with that but there were no balloons missing. The outer box, which would be the shipping company's fault, had a hole in it but the product wasn't damaged. I would recommend ballonsalg.dk to others and I think I would use it again as the children really enjoyed the balloons.

I had to pay a hugely expensive $65 foe shipping as was told this was to ensure an overnight service so the chocolates wouldn’t melt. The shipping then took a week.
