Is been 1.5 years since I started at Ann Arbor MI hair club. Most of my guy friends are 10-20 years younger than me. They all still have hair. Mine was receding rapidly. We are all bodybuilders together and i am the biggest and strongest. Also the baldest. I know i can't have my youth back but i looked 10 years younger before, now i look 20 years younger with hair. Not my opinion, others can't tell I am 62. I love styling it, looking at it and the feel of it. Can't be described how much more confidence I have. The whole crew at the Ann Arbor club are awesome. Kelly is my wonder woman. Love it!

I am using Hairmax laser from four months. I am also using the supplement capsules. Results are satisfactory. I am not seeing the new hair but hair fall is stopped considerably and I may see new hair in two-three months... Hope so... :)

I spent over $1000 on a head of “Russian” weft hair. I curled it once, the day after it was put in, and the hair completely melted and snapped across the bottom. I’m devastated, I assumed the cost was a reflection of quality- in this case- it’s not. Go elsewhere, please. They asked me to send back the hair (which is attached to my head) for them to “assess” I just wanted to return and have it refunded. I now need to remove and replace all the hair and dispute their company through Fair Trading. The hairdressers/stockists listed on their site are half fake. I found more than 10 salons on their site in my state alone who do not use their hair. They attempt to place their own refund laws when you purchase through their website, contrary to Aus consumer laws. Horrible company, horrible hair, don’t make my mistake!!

I ordered CHI stijltang and another 4 product from Moroccan Oil. The packet came on time just as promised but when I opened the package I realized 1 of the Moroccan Oil product was missing (40€). So I called the customer service line and after explaining what the problem was I was told that the girl that packed my products is 100% sure she put it there, and that it's my word against her word but they will send me the missing product with my next order. Of course I did not agree to that because it was not my problem that the girl forgot to pack it properly (and lied about that) and after such a experience I was not about to order anything again there. So I was offered that they will check the weight of the packet that was sent to me and they will also check the the weight of all product I ordered to find out whether the product was missing or on. Later that day I got phone call that my Moroccan Oil product will be send right away and I have received it the very next day. So at the end of the day I got all the product I ordered but I would recommend to everyone to maybe record or have some people around when opening the box with ordered product. I understand that this can happen but than I would expect such a webshop with so many positive reviews send the missing product right away and not debate who lies and who does not lie.

I sent an email within the hour of receiving the wig. First there were two plastic string pieces sticking out the wig in pieces overly sewn. When I looked at the cap to at least try on, I noticed small beige specks visibly shaped as lice eggs. I contacted the company with 4 separate complaints and they focused on one they can refute (the sewing) and even asked me to try the wig on anyway that it was probably fabric. I read the email and couldn't believe it. I'm not legally blind to not know lint. I provided them with multiple pictured evidence and they stated I had to pay my own shipping as the warehouse sent the right item. I cannot believe this place has so many good reviews with this type of service. I am furious the beginning of my wig journey is this gross. I'm glad I ordered from another site and will be trusting them.

Service and responses from the guys has been second to none, considering they are based in the US and I am in Australia, the service, delivery time and response time to queries and concerns has been brilliant. Being a newly qualified nail technician I was unaware that you had to be part of a business to have an account with Capital. I walked into the store and was greeted politely. I continued shopping and came to the counter to pay, still assuming I was simply like Any other customer. The woman then confirmed that I had to have an account with them to be able to purchase my products and asked if I had my certificates to prove my new qualifications. I did not but I had a picture of them on my phone. She called her supervisor over who then asked for my ID to marry up the names on my certificates. She was happy with this and set up my account. I couldnt have been more pleased as I had clients booked in the following few days.

Capital hair and beauty are massive cheaper than there competitors, which for a student or self employed person is so important. Great range of stock. Only down side is the £50 minimum order is alot higher than other places which puts you off making an order. Also when something is out of stock it's not back in stock very quickly

I have been buying Dermalogica from Beautythings for a few years now, and I think they are great. Their prices are very competitive, but what sets them apart, for me anyway, is being able to choose from a large selection of samples as your free gift. Other sites just send you the same old "pot luck"samples, but with Beautythings you get to try many different products without spending a fortune, except on the products you do buy! When I have needed to contact them they have always sorted the problem out there and then. Not that there have been many; you place your order and the goods arrive in a few days. Perfect. The website is easy to use, good prices, fast delivery. What's not to like. I have not hesitated in recommending this company to people, and will continue to do so.

UPDATE - Further to the managers response I wanted to state that I have no intention of emailing her as she is a big part of the problem at this salon, although notice she didn’t address her own behaviour to customers only her staffs !! She would probably just try and sell me more treatments and to be honest I get a very bad feeling from her !! She only seems bothered about reprimanding one particular staff member and I will not buy into that . Also it wasn’t just not being offered a drink it was multiple little customer service touches that all good salons give there customers but was missing at this one . As for 1/2 hour notice to move an appointment I offered much more notice than that and was still told I had to pay a £10 charge !! I will never visit this salon again , up to other people if they choose to !! Horrendous salon , manager is extremely pushy , constantly trying to sell you extra treatments and services , even over the phone booking an appointment and when your in the salon . No customer service from the stylists , I was ignored and left on multiple occasions during my hair cut , no basics like being offered a drink , mirror to see back of hair cut and the courtesy brush off of hair at the end . Was told if I moved an appointment I had to pay an extra £10 fee and to book even a basic cut you needed to pay an upfront deposit !!! There just money grabbing here and no effort made with there customers at all !!! Disgusted !!!

We have been using Scrummi for years now and we couldn't recommend them enough! The delivery is quick and orders are easy to make. The product itself - the White Waffle Towels - have been great as well. The annual updates you get to tell you how much you've saved on costs, the environment and time is always a pleasure to see. One thing I would say is that we miss the eco-friendly bin bags that were a gift with every order for the first while of 2019 and are no longer available. I think it would be good to add these in as a freebie for every however many items purchased or even to buy them as they would definitely sell (at a reasonable cost of course). And we love the fact that recently they have moved away from all plastic packaging and now the towels are wrapped in paper instead. Bonus points for the planet!

If I could rate it zero I really would. Was very disappointed in the ‘training’ we received. Was asked to send certificates to prove I was a professional eligible to attend the course only to be told on arrival that anyone can be trained and it’s not certified - waste of money! Traveled over an hour and a half for nothing. Smoothing treatment Leaves ur hair smelling awful and damp when u wash it and doesn’t fade for weeks!

The desktop site is very easy to use. Mobile, not as much. The color selection is a concern but, given the supply chain issues during the coronavirus, understandable. The shipping was fast and affordable.

This wig is beautiful and stylish. I love it, but I must say there is a lot of hair for my smallish face. I had to thin it down quite a bit. If I do say so myself, I did a good job. Now it looks more natural on me. I think, if you are a tall person with a model's face, you wouldn't have to do anything to it. Unfortunately that's not me. I watched some YouTube videos on how to thin a wig. And they were very helpful. I followed the directions and it turned out great.

I had never smelt Oudh before so just went off some reviews online and ordered the King and was not disappointed. It's absolutely stunning. Even greater benefit is the Mrs thinks so too, so even better when putting it on the beard before sleep! The butter and oil were so good I immediately ordered the mango ones and again, was not disappointed. Gorgeous scent and quality. Presentation is first class, quick delivery and friendly service from an independent guy. Couldn't ask for more and will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

who in their right mind, in this hastened life we live in, design a shampoo bottle with a 30 degree angled top? I will bet all the execs at Dove have a bottle of shampoo upside down in their shower! Who would wait 5 minutes for the product to come to you? My wife had bought a bottle of 'nutritive solutions' and I couldn't decide whether to throw it in the trash or return it. Stupid design. I'm going to another product for shampoo.

horrible both times. I even gave them a second shot after the first let-down. I waited over one week just to find out that my order was not even going to come meanwhile they billed me. The woman on the phone told me the items were damaged and returned. You would think someone would notify you if something like this would happen. I never even received a confimation of shipment or tracking number. second time was the same. This site is horrible. When you call you will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes. I'd rather pay more just to not go through this.

The product I need is incredibly difficult to find. I am grateful Brighton Beauty Supply.com has it. I can ONLY find it at Ulta and they rarely stock it. That's frustrating. I was able to get 10 from BBS.com at almost 1/2 the cost! When my order was "still pending" 3 days after I ordered, I email them to get an update. They responded immediately and said it would be out in 2 days. I got it on the day they told me I would. I will definitely order from Brighton Beauty Supply again. Now that I know it may take a week or so, I will simply order it before I run out!!! Good customer service, quantity I need at an excellent price! Thank you!

Pretty cool device but I think it is really scammy how they make you buy one and get one free for 3 payments of $39 bucks while advertising a $14 free trial. Give me a break.... free trials are all over the internet now. Too bad companies resort to such marketing techniques to sell their products rather than letting the product speak for itself. Having said that...it really is a solid product and better than a traditional flat iron.

I bought one thinking yay I won't have to spend so much time on volume for my flat hair...I was wrong if you have medium to short hair it doesn't give it the body it needs because it doesn't get a curl all the way around.If you have long hair it will do much better.Medium and short hair should stay away from this product.

I did use this product as indicated on the box and like every other young man that is losing his hair I am willing to spend any type of money to keep my hair, but his product is definitely not the solution. It just doesn't do anything for your hair the only result I obtained was less money in my pocket and a very dry scalp.

I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.

I've bought 2 sets of extensions from clip hair now having previously always used Xtras Hair. The quality is second to none when considering how much they cost, definitely the best value extensions I have bought! I use the wefted DIY pack and cut them to size using white bonding glue to secure them - which helps blend easily with thicker/shorter hair. My current set are 5 months old and still in good condition, can't wait for a new set when I change my hair colour in a few weeks! Would definitely recommend

I bought 10+ hair extension packs from these guys. Ignoring the fact they market themselves as Canadian yet ship from the UK and have large feeds for importing, whatever. One pair of extensions completely fell out after washing them in normal shampoo I've used multiple times before for my extensions. Same water temperature, always gentle. They completely matted and fell out. These extensions were only about 3 weeks old. I contacted them with photos, they asked me what shampoo I used. I replied, and replied and relied. I followed up. They continued to ask me what shampoo I used. Is this a joke? I finally got in touch with the manager and they said they never received a photo of the shampoo, no one asked me for a photo of the shampoo... what a joke. They pretend to not receive any emails as if a company doesn't have a proper email software?? It's 2020. I'll make sure my friends and clients never go to them again. They could have swallowed a 10-20% off code for this seeing I'm a long term customer but apparently they can't afford that. I hope the owner is aware of how downhill this company is going to go due to THE WORST customer resolution team. And let's just remember the fact they falsely market themselves as Canadian. I have ordered from MSGlamHair many times , now I do get good quality hair I ordered 24, and 26 inches my bundles were thick they were actually longer then I asked but im super happy about that , the ends are little dry but I always deep condition the hair before I put it in.. ill do a second review after installed . love the hair people always ask me where I get my hair from ! I ordered it on friday and I got it monday which is actually faster then usual

Wonderful hair! Nice and full! Color is exactly what it should be. Nice blend of bother colors, not too chunky. Ive bought a few items from PARAHAIR and havent been disappointed! Been doing extensions for over 10 years as a professional & i will keep ordering this brand! Also love their tape in's much more hair per piece than other brands.

After 2 successfully purchases. Order usual sent a totally different quality and grade. Then tried to get refund! Sent package back usps paid for basics because wasn't getting reimbursed. Cannot track in china w basic usps. Ups wanted 200 to send. PayPal could not confirm delivery seller said never got. Lost my total investment. Be very careful and make sure you eat tracking when returning their garbage!!!!!

I ordered a wig, they sent an email that the color I wanted was out of stock OK fine.. I called the next business day to change it to another color that was in stock. Two days pass and I get no email saying the item was shipped so I called them and they tell me the previous rep did not change it in the system that I changed it to another color. so I cancel my order altogether. It gets worse , it's a waiting list if you want your order canceled. Three days went by and order still was not canceled. Will never order from them again

Divatress and Black Hairspray both the same business. They have always delivered in a timely manner. I have been a customer for five years. I read someone say they had a UPS problem. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!

I placed an order, the website said I would receive email notifications about the shipping status of my order. Ever since, I received ZERO emails from them.
