I have short hair, but sometimes I do cosplay and needed some wigs and extensions. I bought a really nice wig and extension, all human hair, and the price I paid for them is really well paid, as I got a really good wig, and extensions are really usable so the hairmodeling is just just perfect! I love the result, and friends too. From being Morticia Addams to Sailor Mars, I have the coolest wigs, and most natural ones, that fit me and the cosplay I wear.

My review is long over due but I ordered a 16 inch 360 lace wig. It took 3 weeks to get here through DHL. The hair arrived in a nice packaged box with nice gifts. The hair was soft and had a nice wave pattern. However, it was uneven, thin, patches in the middle of the head and my tracks showed. The edges were not pre plucked. The thickest part of the hair was only at the edges, everywhere else lacked hair. I had to cut alot of hair just to reach a healthy length because the hair was so broken and uneven. The company stated if a smaller cap size is needed request it via email after order. I did that and when I requested a smaller cap size they told me they couldn't full fill my order. I will not order from here again, buyers be aware. Since I've had this wig I've only worn it a handful because it's obvious it's a wig and I don't know how to save it. God bless

I recently recieved and installed my stemahair virgin hair in 30in peruvian body wave. I will have a video review up on youtube.com/mariamacora, to showcase how the hair looks and moves. Their customer service is great which is very important to me, also, I received my bundles within 4 days of ordering. The bundles are very full, I installed two bundles and was almost full so three bundles was more than enough. I love everything about the hair and the price was amazing. I paid 235 i believe for all three bundles of hair, and got the same satisfaction as I would for 400 dollar hair. The only thing that I didn't like about the hair is, the ends didn't look as good as I expected, so I ended up cutting my hair to about 28 inches which isn't a big deal. The ends were soft and thick like the rest of the hair they just didn't look neat or healthy and that was only for one of the bundles. The other two bundles I had were fantastic. Very pleased.

I bought one bundle, that was Excellent as always, though I had never bought clips from them before, only bundle hair and half-wigs' Well I must say what I got at my door today totally shocked me. I have been a customer of HisandHer for 26 years and this I have never gotten from them First the hair was Hard and Very dry and Puffed out and the Moment I touched it hair began to fall out. Also I see that it was held together with a Rubber Band, that was removable without cutting, this is something they have never done. There is always a band that has to be cut that cannot be re-applied. I have attached pictures. Then I read Return policy only to read that I cannot return Clip in, again I don't usually by clips and this I just wasn't aware of, and now I am stuck with hair that is clearly in Bad shape, and this is simply not right... I should receive product that is able to be used, if there are no returns. So I contacted Grace, and She told me she would be happy to Refund, but she Assured me.. that the Hair was as it should be and I simply needed to add moisture. I kid you not the hair was harder the next day. my Old bundle from 7 Months ago, still feels and looks great. The Hair is and Was Far below grade and is Unable to be used!!! So trusting Her confident Declarations, I wait a day and decide to proceed in slowly moisturizing the hair while lay it flat, and as I am doing this, I look up to see the Comes are dangling off!! I AM PISSED because I have done nothing TRUST, and begin to spray it and I then look up to see other defects.. NOW I surely cant return it and I am out of a $105. PLEASE SEE PICS of BEFORE and AFTER Spray.. and combs falling in 1 DAY I hadn't worn them at all.Just received them 6-7-18

I bought this hair for a special occassion and thought it would be worth paying such a high price. The bundles were incredibly thin and small no where near 100g like you would expect. The closure is where it really went wrong. It was about an inch in size and my hairdresser laughed and showed the whole shop. It had loads of rows of short hair that stuck out all around it (not just baby hairs) and the lace was all weird. I installed it and it looks stupid. This is the worst purchase decision I've ever made! Honestly, I could cry. Ladies you know what it's like to have to wear a bad hairstyle what's even worse is when you've paid loads for the closure and that's what is messing it up! My special occassion is tomorrow and I don't know what to do. Thanks Kendra. I've bought a closure from aliexpress before and it was at least a proper lace closure.

I'm very satisfied with my hair, I ordered 3 bundles of deep wave with a lace closure. I did bleach my knots and I regretted that later because my closure bald so fast I definitely wasn't expecting that especially paying over 400$ in hair. Overall the hair is great just think twice before bleaching your knots.

It works as it states, & is backed by 3 independent sources & personalities. Either way I know it works because I used it for 5 months & saw a "little" change. As it suggest it is a natural derived supplement which aides in hair growth. So how does it do this exactly? Well to make it short & simple Biotin. As you know a healthy scalp promotes healthy hair growth. As with anything your body has needs & if you don't provide those needs the results will show up later good or bad. Not just Biotin ofc, it cover's all bases like a multi-vitamin except this 1 is specifically tailor'd towards your hair. That being said I only bought these as the supplier of my main hair vitamin couldn't keep up with the amount of order's she was getting so while I was waiting for them to restock I tried Folexin. Folexin is a great product. I recently order a bottle of it and I'd like to say that I loved their customer support. I have been using the product for 8 weeks and my hair seems to have stopped falling off when I comb it. I have also noticed that it has become thicker. I, however, don't know how long I need to wait for it to grow back fully. So far so good. Encouraged with the results.

RIP OFF! they made me an appointment 250 miles away and told me that i would be reimbursed the gas cost for showing up to the appointment which took 5 minutes for him to tell me that they are going to take a chunk out of my head and place it where im balding, oh and by the way leave a permanent scar. I never recieved my gas card they promised me and it was a complete waist of time and costly. RIP OFF! Get Rogaine or Propecia for cheaper.

I bought these vitamins after witnessing good reviews on all major websites: Amazon, ebay, etsy, even Trustpilot. However, a small research on the names of the reviewers made it clear to me that the reviews are fake and lies. First, most of them live in india or United States. The place is based in London, second most of them are around end of April start of May when this company started, what a coincidence, to promote these vitamins.Needless to mention that after one month use I have notices very little difference, still unclear to me if it is placebo. after seeing positive results from my first bottle purchase, I decided to buy a pack of 3 bottles. The results have been awesome as I have fuller, thicker hair. To think that just taking capsules alone and not applying some magical hair cream would do the trick is all the more positive. I am on my third bottle now all together and I know that the positive results will continue. It's so good to know that the results are going to be from natural ingredients and will be permanent and not from adding some funny chemical to my hair and scalp.

This hair is horrible quality. Their website states that they offer returns, But they will strongly discourage them by saying returns have to be sent to China and that the customers responsible for shipping and any customs fees. Disgusting customer service. Ordered some wax was sent a cheaper version. No apologies no refunding if the difference. When I called to ask why I had been sent the wrong product I was informed that they no longer sell the one I ordered. Ummm why didn’t anyone tell me of charge me the cheaper price. No offer of refunding the difference was made. I sent the product back but they say I have to wait for it to arrive before they will refund me ?

The delivery and ordering experience was good was good, but then he redken shampoo I ordered caused a bad hair loss for me and when I wrote a review describing my bad experience, hair.com didn't publish my review. They sent an email saying that my review didn't meet their criteria. I don't understand why, as it was a straight forward non abusive bad review for their product. Don't trust the site reviews!! I completed an online transaction on Feb 05. They mentioned that I will get my order delivered in 10 days however I haven't get it yet. No updates from them and whenever I remember that I didn't get the product I called them, on-call CR always says someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I am getting standard email that they are running out of the product but my order has been processed. In the last email, he mentioned the order has been processed and within 24 hours tracking details will send it to you. After 48 hours when I contacted them, Daniel mentioned the order has been processed that doesn't mean the order is ready to despatch. Maybe my English is poor so I will provide you with the proof and if someone can help me to understand the language would be helpful. I sent an email to them to refund my money and cancel the order they said they can't do that. Another thing is when I order the products I order twice so right away on Feb 5th I contacted them to cancel one item from the order. Again, a wage answer that they won't be able to cancel the one item however I can return that within 30 days of purchase. I am pretty sure I am going to return one item as this is the first time I order to try the product if I get it. It's an expensive product and for two months I am getting the answer they are running out of the product. If someone ordered the product between Feb 05 and now and they get it, can you please let me know here. I haven't received the product yet but paid for two months and haven't received money back nor the product. This is not a fake review. Please read before you buy the product. The wording on the website is purposefully deceiving when you are ready to pay for your product, it offers you an "upgrade" to a new product with a discount, however this is not an upgrade, it is an ADD-ON. I am 25 and I am usually very good at spotting internet scams and misinformation, however this is flat out deceitful and just sad. For a product that customers should be regularly buying, they would rather spit on your face and potential loyalty for 30-50 dollars more on one order. Everything about this company is just unethical. I can't imagine the older buyers, or people that haven't really adapted to the internet. How easily they have gotten tricked, with no way of getting their money back. I e-mailed for customer service and I got some dumb $#*! named Michelle or whatever dyke name she's got telling me she would LOVE to help me with the problem, yet she stopped replying to me completely after the first e-mail. I have sent 4 e-mails out already, no reply. Also, they have only shipped the 3-pack that they slithered onto my order, not even my initial one bottle that I got. I would not be surprised if they never ship it at all and just try to keep my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Many other products with the same chemicals that will promote hair growth are out there. An unethical company like this one deserves to go bankrupt.
