This product is amazing! I have been having skin reactions to products so I started looking for and hair products for sensitive skin but didn't have much joy but luckily I saw the Natural Barber Co. advert on my Facebook and decided to check it out. Yep, for sensitive skin and made with natural ingredients too. I've been using the Hades paste for a while now and it really is an amazing hair product. Not greasy, natural look and even though it isn't scent, only scented by the natural ingredients, I think it smells great. Reminds me of Madeira cake. But it's very subtle, you just smell it in the air when you move. I well definitely recommend and be buying from the Natural Barber Co. in the future. They have great customer service too! Well done!

Not quite Amazon delivery service, had to wait 3 days, but was worth it. I've been using the Shampoo and Conditioner specifically to add body and shine, which was the tag line of the Reseed TV ad, and its done more making my hair thicker. A bit more time every morning to straighten, but a great problem to have :)))

I have placed an order on the 28 November, 2017 and whilst I understand that this is a busy period and I live outside the UK, my annoyance is that customer service do not even answer emails. I had written 3 times just asking for confirmation that my order was despatched but no reply has been forthcoming. I do not think this is good customer service at all!

A fair rating; keep the good work! After almost a month of research I got in touch with Derya, she recognized exactly what I was looking for upfront: quality and clarity thruout the whole procedure. The logistical part was organized on a second step by Esra who gave her best to answer my questions prior to arrival and get all the transfers and apointments scheduled on time (taking care of all the needed protocols due to the Covid-19 pandemic), all the details are organized to the smallest, giving the patient safety and comfort thru the experience. The hotel is located near the clinic, wich is very modern and comfortable for patients and team-members. Aylin was the first who received me and took the administrativ development and documentation on her hands. Dr. Aygin is an experienced and professional doctor who explains the procedure technically, and sets the goals together with you. He explains all the expectations to be furfilled, minimizing risks and giving understanable parameters for the intervention. I liked the clarity and straight communication, from the drawing of the area to be treated from the donnor-area and its preservation, no questions remained unanswered. Youll find top-qualified team members who will go the procedure again with you introducing the further extended team of doctors anesthesists and assistants. There is just a local anesthesia, so you will always be up safe and recognizing what steps are being done at what time, there is no pain to be afraid of. The treatment rooms are state of the art areas, separated from an other, clean ocuppied by the same team thruout the whole procedure. The base of their work is proper communication, every patient is being constantly checked and visited each hour. On my procedure day, I had Hatice the whole time at my side, she has great communication skills (!), you will never feel left alone or not knowing what is yet to come. In my case I was picked up for my control after breakfast in the hotel the 1st day after procedure , Hatice explained the removal of the bandage and cleansing of treated areas. Afterwards you will be supplied with information about the self-medication for the upcoming days and you will abe to ask ALL of your question. They will explain how to proceed with safety at home after flying back, so there are no risks to take, everything is explained on your language and written clearly on paper. I left with the feeling of having been treated by the best hands in Istanbul. More than the experince was the certainty of a good investment and that this was a sustaible procedure acompained from an extraordinary team work. Get your consultation, take the days off and leave it to Dr. Aygin an his experienced team members I can strongly recommend.

This place is definitely a scam! I order a wig from Aligrace that was supposed to be 14 inches but it was 12in and it smells like plastic and its not 100% human. So I email the "support" team about their error and they argued with me the whole time trying to force me keep the hair! I've sent pictures and called them out how it states on their own website that if "the quality it bad they are responsible for the shipping" but the person continues making up different stories to avoid giving me my money (like most scam businesses do) and it exhausting. I wish I would have done more research as there are videos and such about them not be good quality hair. But I have open up a case to get my money back, sadly I had to go that route but this company is fraudulent!!! Plus they force me to delete my review (which no real company would do) in order to refund me which they never did! I suggest hiring a lawyer and contacting your bank for your money back!

this hair is absolutely amazing . Firstly I have a big head (12) and told them.... they customized it to fit my head . When I got the wig I was scared it wouldn't fit my hair and that I would have to return it.....butttttt it actually fit my big head this is the only place I'll be buying all my wigs from now onnnn.

Customer service is appaling. I've had issues twice with my order over 3 years and both times I've been ignored. I've used a few of their products and I would only really recommend the night oil. I've been using it for 3 years and my hair is thicker than before. You really have to massage it in for it to work. It's expensive when compared to Dabur and Vatika but I bulk buy and use discount codes. A bottle of night oil lasts me 3/4 months. At the beginning my hair fell out a lot, I expected this after reading the website, now my hair are thicker but It's not helped them grow so I think those influencer reviews are over hyped. The other products I have brought are the Oud shampoo, hair gummies and mens oil. All useless. My husband prefers the normal oil. Beware the shampoos I brought only had a 6 month use by date on it. After getting in touch with customer service and complaining about the short date I was ignored (I brought 2 bottles). I had to go through PayPal to get a refund for them. I use the XHC shampoo from pound shops. SLES and Parabens Free. Cheap cheerful and it actually works. Overall verdict: oils are great, shampoo, gummies, mens oil and customer service are useless.

So I sent yet another message only to be told due to the company moving, it was an over site and they will be shipped immediately! I ordered hair and paid for priority shipping, I was never updated on my order yet received a call the next day from a man with a strong accent asking me to confirm the order by asking me my name and mailing address it's 1 week later and still haven't received my hair. After multiple emails trying to verify my order I recieved a call from a different man with a strong accent telling me that they needed to verify my order and they didn't send it. I immediately advised him to cancel and send me confirmation. I will contact my bank also as refund money is not in my account. Please do not order from them

Placed an order for Uppercut hair gel in Dec 21. Followed up in Jan 22 and was told should be shipped soon. Politely followed up a couple of weeks later and was told will def have the delivery by the following Monday. That was a month ago. The order still to arrive and despite 4 more follow ups, have had zero response. Cut them plenty of slack knowing just how hard some businesses have had it with COVID restrictions, staff shortages etc, but this is now a complete joke. Strongly recommend steering clear of Barber House. PS: This review in no way reflects upon Uppercut, who manufacture a brilliant range of products.

Ordered a product before Christmas, followed up end of January as item hadn't been shipped. Advised "shipped" Feb 2 but tracking number was only generated, product never shipped. Followed up by email 2.5 weeks later with no response. I needed to initiate a dispute with Paypal which was the only thing that jolted them to do anything - which was to issue the refund. Definitely do not use. There's a clear trend in the reviews below that make this appear like standard behaviour.

Honestly the worst service and process. I waited over a week after I made an order to contact their customer service because I had not received a notification that my items would be sent. I got told they were being sent that day but nothing. I waited another couple of days and contacted them again and got told they would be sent that day again, and nothing. I then CALLED them and got told they were out of stock of one item but someone was going to pick it up and it would be sent the next day. Still nothing so I called again and they said it would be posted the following day, which it finally got shipped. (Two and a bit weeks after my order). They did not offer express postage until I asked for it and they did not provide any reasonable explanation as to why I had to follow them up four times to get my parcel sent. Then I got my order and there was an item missing. I contacted Beautopia who corrected it but there was a lot of back and forth and again, they did not even send it via express post even though it was there mistake. Will not use again.

What I love about Boho locs is how easy it is to maintain the hair extensions, especially them being locs which are usually pretty difficult to maintain. I am writing this as an update the day after I wrote the initial review: So, 43 minutes after the bad review posted on this site, briogeo Sent me an email addressing my request for my refund from their products!!! I’ve been calling them leaving voice mails and have emailed them about 5 times for a period of over 2 weeks and they’ve NEVER gotten back to me at all. Now that a bad review popped up, 43 minutes later I hear from them!! Sooo, once again I requested they send the return label fro refund like their policy says they will—— I’ve still not received anything from them. They want to look good by responding quickly to poor media, yet still don’t do anything about it! Bad business—-horrible customer service— actually it’s non existent.

This wig is phenomenal in every way. This body wave wig is very comfortable to wear. While it comes pre-bleached and pre-plucked, I still apply my own "pazazzzz" to my wigs. I will give it a ten out of ten. Exceptional craftsmanship! It would be interesting to see how long it continues.

I asked for the 2tone 1b/27 mixed with the 2 tone 1b/30 color to created a mixed color like the c27/30 that they offer and I had to escalate a paypal claim because they refused to do my order unless I sent them $60 extra dollars. 27/30 is made by combining two colors 27 and 30. I just wanted the black at the top the. C27/30 or the mix27/30. They told me I was a bad customer and that they encourage customers like me not to order from them. On June1,2020 I placed an order for a Lace front Braided Wig/ with Express Wig Braids.com for a 'Ready to Ship' wig. On June 2, a thank-you email was sent by them but it did not include the shipping date or tracking information needed. I only had my order number, and after not hearing from them in regards to my order I called them and e-mailed them and was eventually told that my order was being processed. Multiple inquires to the status were met with abrupt rude responses. Because I paid with a prepaid card, I could not cancel or get my money back. To make a long story short it took a total of 1 month 2 weeks for me to receive the wig after me finally resigning myself that the company just stole my money. Yesterday July 20,2020 my packaged was delivered the package was not enclosed in a box but was in a crumpled soiled USPS envelope and was sealed with scotch tape. Upon opening the package I was horrified. The wig upon inspection had a smelly cheap fragrance as if it had been worn or used, It was incomplete and poorly constructed. The crochet twist marley hair was attached to a patchwork wig cap made from a 360 frontal sloppily sewn to a black dome cap with shoddy spacing. The wig advertised looked to be water wave hair but she used marley hair that made the wig way too heavy. It was VERY poorly made and looked like an 8 year old put it together. I was very disappointed to say the least. There was no packing slip enclosed with the product an/return address was a PO box so that it could not even be shipped back to the dishonest scammers! I have posted what I received and the product advertised. You should be ashamed of yourself, Express Wig Scammers!

Ordered 2 pomades recently and shipped and received quickly but from the wrong product line!! Whoever packaged it courteously chose similar colours to the original order but I did not receive the products I paid for. It's now been over 5 working days and no response to my emails (which is the only contact method on the website) or DM on Instagram. Their website basically says they have a no return policy but what about when they are at fault?? I wanted to simply exchange for the correct products but I'm now worried if I ever do hear back they will expect me to cover postage which isn't right. Purchased as a birthday gift and the birthday has now passed. Such a shame. It's simply poor customer service, I can't recommend on that alone as unfortunately haven't been able to try the products but there are many others available, hopefully with better customer service.

My ghds broke during the first lockdown and I was devastated... obviously!! My college kit straighteners made me look appropriate for going to the food shop at least!! I had a bit of money during the November lockdown and looked up repairers in my local area (Devon) saw this advert and bought the package after seeing good reviews. After googling the address saw that it looked like a residential area and panicked but thought hey ho they don’t work anyway, give it a go. Posted them off and received them back very quickly (to my surprise) fully working, tied up nicely with bubble wrap to protect them with a note on the invoice saying what had been replaced and the 6 month guarantee. I ordered the set in blonde so I could dye them to match my hair (hot pink with yellow ends) I used Overtone & Pravana color and they came out beautifully with minimal shedding. Like the other reviews (that I translated to read) this product doesn’t work. I followed the 16 weeks and now I’m going on 20+. It started to slow my hair growth but now not so much. It grows back just as fast. It shouldn't grow back at all! It has thinned my hairs and that’s about it. 20 weeks and no results. Waste of time. If you have fast growing hair, I’m talking starts coming back in 1-2 days, once a week is not enough. Wish they would instruct that at the beginning. Maybe I wouldn’t have wasted all this time. Now I’m trying to stick to every 5 days but again at 20 weeks out they’ve wasted my time and I’m getting tired of doing it with zero results. Mind you I am of light skin with dark dark hairs, the perfect candidate. Not to mention right around when I hit week 16 every time I plug the device in and turn it on now it sounds like a dying cat. It didn’t do that before. Basically it’s junk. Don’t buy or waste your time. Maybe the other companies with $300+ devices will work but I give up on spending the money on that.

So like most guys I was very weary about trying this product and didn’t even get my hopes up. However this stuff is pure magic! I use it only on my crown which has started to thin, I’m 33! I don’t put loads on, just enough to cover the area and then hold it in with a little hairspray. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and no one has detected a thing! Got a free sample omg disastrous product it's like soot on your hair comes off when you touch it im washing it out bfr bed it's no good one bald spots just like cinnimon on your forehead.theres no fibres so don't know why they call it go fybr should be called go dust .Don't bother sending for it maybe black hair might be ok but if u want your hands brown dust every time u touch it don't bother grow old gracefully or get a transplant. Thought it would be too good to be true look ok a metre away. God know when it rain on you I don't think its water proof at all Overall a money racket for a CEO BYPASS IF CLEVER.

So I tried a new company to get my human virgin hair. My first thought was, the customer service is really good! I wanted to call before placing an order since I had never oredered from this company before. The lady I spoke with was so friendly and even gave me a discount code for my order. BUT... I still wanted to wait to receive my hair before writing the review. My order was received in 3 days. I got it installed yesterday and im in love. The hair is so soft, no bad smell AT ALL. I've been in the mirror like all day playing with my hair and there is NO SHEDDING. Hair-N-Paris is for real my new hair place.

Beware! Do not purchase this product! They are fraudulent. First of all, the product does not work and I am supposed to be the ideal candidate for this type of of hair removal. Secondly, perhaps if the video link on how to get started worked, and if they would call or email back to respond to the broken link, I would have better success? Lastly, their customer service does not exist beyond sending an automated message saying they will respond in 24 hours, which they never did. I am reporting to the BBB!

I purchased this product and they were quick to take the money. It has been 1 month and still no product. The phone number on the site does not work, it says to go onto blog...which DOES NOT EXIST. When I email I get an automated response that someone will be contacting me and so far its been a roller coaster ride. I am disgusted at this point and want to cancel this order as it still has not shipped according to the tracking number I was provided. This is unacceptable and misleading to the customer. Only to go to the BBB site to find out I am not the only one complaining. This has to stop. I am contacting bank to report as fraud and reporting this company to BBB.
