I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

The team was able to get done what I was looking for. They over looked some items and didn't optimize the best way for SEO. Their "office hours" are odd times, which made it more difficult to communicate with them because there was only a small window of real-time interaction for project feedback. For the next project, I'll be looking somewhere else because of the office hours time availability.

Couldn't get a purchased theme to work and requested assistance. Each email was more aggressive and I was called "lame" several times in the email responses. Clearly, this is not a professional setup (most likely someone in their bedroom trying to make a few dollars) I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

I originally reviewed Amazon Mechanical Turk as a good place to work for a little extra spending money, and I still stand by that review. However, from a customer service aspect it is horrible. Be careful of the HITS you accept. If you are doing HITS for a new requester. Do only a few HITS first and wait and see if they reject or accept and how long they take to do that and pay you. You could waste hours and have many HITS rejected (without knowing why) which will bring down your rating and could cause AMAZON to freeze or block your account. Amazon also randomly suspends accounts because you will be treated as an algorithm and not a human. Be careful about keeping money sitting in your account without moving it quickly. You could get suspended for unknown reasons and lose your earnings. This happens quit frequently. Suspensions happen for real reasons to protect the site but also for reasons unknown with no fault of yours. Reaching customer service and resolving these problems tend to be futile and you will likely be given a canned response email. It still can be good place to make extra money, just be aware of what could happen and protect yourself first.

Horrible. Had a bunch of furniture from Ikea assembled. A wooden dowel was lying around afterwards. The "rabbit" said there were always extras. I also found 5 washers that were never installed. Plus my dining room table was dented. Now, 3 months later, the bookcase has fallen apart due to the missing dowel. Taskrabbit will not compensate me because of legalese, meaning dishonesty-ese.

This is by far one of the worst services I encountered. The quality of the work does not get to the level requested and paid. I would highly recommend to save your money. The amount of pages delivered are manipulated to reach to the total number of pages that you requested. You pay for 10 pages but you might get 8 which a lot of is full of generic information. Awesome FREE e-learning site, run by a non-profit organization to teach basic computer and internet skills, MS office 2007, math, and other basic everyday skills such as learning how to go shopping or handle things in the kitchen. The style is casual and welcoming and there are more than 200 video courses here. Although this training in life skills is basic, there's no patronization and no penalties if you want to take it slowly. Topics are as varied as how to set yourself up with a Facebook page or use FireFox, through how to collect a prescription or operate a vending machine, to writing a job application. In other words, all areas in which literacy may be required to cope with everyday life and more than just cope, but make life easier and more pleasurable for you. Flash is used throughout in a highly interactive way, and courses are just sufficiently difficult as to make you think, rather than just delivering information you could be reading from a book. The course in learning to read a bus map, for example, is very simple but still involves you in having to click and drag things and make decisions based on what you see and what the instructor on the audio track is telling you. Once you've planned your route, the scene switches to a first-person view and you have to walk up that street to the bus stop itself. It's all beautifully drawn and colored in a hand-made style that is very easy on the eye. Some of the courses here are accredited, so you may earn credits from completing them, and you'll get a certificate when you complete them too. If you or someone you know need a higher standard of literacy and life skills than you have, in order to get a job or simply make your way through everyday adult life, this is an outstanding resource.

If you're researching dFd you'll see that I've pasted this review at other sites. This is still my review, based on my personal experience doing business with dFd. I discovered dFd in 2020 as I was watching a rdavidr video on youtube. I was looking for some replacement parts and did a google search, and they turn out to be in my town! Everything about this company is above board. They provide a tremendous selection with outstanding prices and customer service, blah, blah, blah. My disposable income advisor isn't happy, as they're just toon darn convenient. I can place an order in the morning and pick it up at the store on my way home from work! Based on my experiences with dFd, I would have no reason to doubt all of the attributes for customers who buy and have it shipped.

I am a stave drum builder, both snare drums and complete sets. I found dfd when I was first starting out, and have since ordered almost exclusively from them. Their range of brands, quality levels, and variety are awesome, and their website is (mostly) easy to use (thedropdown menus get a bit annoying, sometimes). I have found, when discussing hardware options with custom buyers, to refer them to the dfd site to select their own hardware package. Oh, there's an idea! Why not provide a few basic "all-inclusive" packages for outfitting, say, a snare drum, including heads, hoops, t-rods, lugs, wires, throw and butt plate? I would think that three options would be nice (low, medium, and high end price ranges), and might make ordering a LOT quicker! But, I digress. Anyway, I have built three complete stave sets and a number of snare drums with parts from dfd. In fact, I just received a pair of Maple bass drum hoops and an Aquarian SKII head from them five days ago to complete my latest build. Whether you are building from raw product to finished drum, or just want to jazz up the drums you have, you won't go wrong with dfd. P.S. Any suggestions of what to do with all those dfd bumper stickers they send with every order? I've got enough of them to wallpaper my rehearsal studio with!

I received a new router from my ISP, only to find that it wasn't on their list. Though the downside was, that it took a few days for support to nut out the support for my router, but once it was done; the rest was easy. I do felt support did everything they could to get support for my router and they didn't give up. I felt the price tag was hefty from my end (I live in Australia and the conversion sucked), the product did what was needed to do.

What a terrible website! How unhelpful and frustrating not to mention betraying trust. You can't register (in the FAQ section it seems this is a major issue with most registration attempts not just mine) and any information offered is far from confidential. They call and report you to the very hospital or doctors that you say have been unhelpful and try to get you locked up in a mental ward for saying you are reaching out to them due to depression! I seriously can't believe it. God forbid should you want to talk to someone at beyond blue about your depression! The hospital wouldn't accept me because I am a lifelong sufferer of depression and they know me and my every mood and obviously I'm not depressed to the point of hospitalization. All I wanted was to join a discussion with the other people connecting on their website and after having trouble registering due to them not sending or resenting the confirmation email required to activate my registration, I emailed and asked them to resend it. And they try to have me locked up ?? Unbelievable! That website should be shut down for the safety of anybody feeling a little down and wanting to join a discussion or read members stories! Don't go here!

Surely there's more efficient way to use this money to directly help people....it's so frustrating, it's not rocket science really. PS: the people working in beyond blue are not trained in mental health and try basically doing it for money the same way a Coles worker so that give you an idea of the type of service you will receive. We purchased two gaming monitors and an Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer, spending almost $2,500 in September of 2021. Come December the computer would blue screen and restart- updated drivers and thought it was ok. In April 2022 the entire Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer became completely useless. We have now invested ANOTHER $2,000 fixing and replacing its parts ourselves because the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at ANTONLINE is a COMPLETE JOKE- they replied once to an email and brushed us off completely, and now HAVE IGNORED our emails and requests for them to HONOR OUR ONE YEAR WARRENTY. Brian Cox, the supposed support manager has done nothing but blow us off. Currently looking into legal action against company for refusing to honor the warranty. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from here, don't. Run away and spend your hard-earned money somewhere that appreciates its customers and does the right thing. We are left with nothing but complete disgust for this "company".

I don't really know what all the bad reviews are about, but I personally had a great experience with AntOnline recently! I saw that they were currently (as of 01/18/2022) the ONLY retailer online offering Xbox Series X bundles and they weren't sold out....so I jumped on it. Got a little nervous after reading the bad reviews, but approximately 3 days after I bought it...it arrived at my doorstep via UPS...packed well, undamaged, and brand spankin' new! Contents included (1) Xbox Series X console, XBox Elite wireless controller, one standard wired headset. They offered a bundle with the 20th anniversary headset after I already placed my order (which got sold out) but...I dunno...I got my order in what ended up being a seamless transaction. Thanks AntOnline!

Ordered a Contixo F24 Pro came when said it would come and didn't take long to be flying it out of the box. Didn't take very long to be using all the functions of the drone. Bought a DJI about 2 years ago for $700 this does the all the same things but folds up into a small bag

This site has decent deals if you can handle virtually no customer service. Ordered shirts over 10 days ago and if I had zero status updates despite multiple emails. Their attitude has become you get it when you get it nothing we can do... I've had this experience on multiple purchases.

I have just received my Hard drive back and I have to say that I'm very please and a heavy load of worry have just been lifted from my shoulders, LOL. Platinum Data Recovery recovered 100% of all my files/pictures/videos, I have not lost anything during my recovery from my old hard drive that stopped working.
