Dear Mr. Whitely: My husband and I want to compliment you on the quality and service of our recent Serenity Helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. We will always remember the experience, and your staff made it exceptional. Kathy took my reservation, and was so helpful she made all the difference, simplifying a complicated decision and offering options that made the trip possible. The van driver -so sorry I can't recall his name -was beyond helpful, keeping calm even when another driver plowed into the van in the Trump driveway. (Our driver was in no way at fault.) Mike piloted the helicopter so smoothly that l'm now eager to explore other cities and areas by chopper. His explanations of the terrain below helped us see highlights we would have missed otherwise, and we enjoyed his humor. As a retired marketing professor (OK State U.), l've taught many undergrad/MBA classes dealing with service quality. Your firm would provide an excellent example of "how to do it" for any class. The ride itself is only part of the total product; the condition of your equipment and the reassurance and competence of your staff, from first phone call to final dropoff, rated A+ all the way. Lunch was delightful. Even the weather was perfect -we wondered just how you arranged that! I'm confused if you are the direct company offering the helicopter tour or the agency that partners with the helicopter tour company. If it's the latter I would prefer to know basic details of who the company is to address concerns of quality of company, type of helicopter etc. Otherwise, good website, good prices!

I was very disappointed that you do not offer free shipping. To pay one third the cost of the product in addition was disappointing. It would cause me not to order from your company or recommend you. Hi Your website is pretty clunky and some of the featured things I wanted were not in stock - like other Camelbak bottles and short dated Clif Bars. Because of my lowish ratings, I was promised a follow-up phone call that didn't happen. After ordering product colours that I did not really want, I was then emailed to say those colours were not available and would I accept some other colours. I ordered on the 12th but my order was not actioned until late on the 14th but I got the impression it would be quicker than this. On a positive not, my order was all correct and well packaged.

Felt compelled to write this review for the product which I don't yet have and almost surely get the impression that I won't be getting a product. This outfit has hands down the worst communication skillset of any business I have ever see. They straight up lie on their FB/Instagram and Twitter feeds about delivery. They come up with every excuse under the sun when you do get hold of someone. I was an early backer early last year and they promised delivery my mid to late August 2018 and would ship in order of backers. As of Jan 31st still no product and no replys to emails. And now on their news feed on their website say they are shipping all EU orders first and then the rest of the world. So thats a blatant change from what they originally said and is absolute disgrace to any early backer that isn't in the EU. But more. To the point even if they said this its no guarantees anyone in the EU will get one anyway as they just lie and lie and lie. They are basically scamming people out of money for a product that doesn't exist and posting a few fake reviews to keep people pre ordering. Website now says sold out so that probably means that they have realized that we are on to them and have taken the money and run to hide somewhere. So as for THE product all I can say is FAKE FAKE FAKE. Look for an alternative as this is a waste of money and a straight up SCAM.

Stay away from them, because thats what they do with their customers. I was lucky enough to receive the pad after a long time but expected to receive a license key for the SimShaker-software that was supposed to be included in the price, but still waiting for it along with several others after submitting a ticket to them over a month ago. Even worse, many who ordered this pad before me havent even received the hardware yet! Some receive the whole kit but the license wont work, and you have to spend another ~50 for the software to use the pad since its one-way communication with this worthless company. What everyone of us have in common though is that their so-called customer support completely ignores its paying customers by simply not giving a damn about responding and helping them. Stay away from this very shady company at all cost, like they avoid their paying customers in the same manner.

This was the first time I had tried a professional resume writing service, and honestly I was a bit skeptical. A lot of the services just seemed more designed to get you into other add-ons and services and pestered you incessantly for just visiting their site - but not this one. This one had a simple straight forward site with no outlandish claims and no pressure. It's rates were more expensive than many but appropriate to getting a few hours of a professionals time (what can people expect from the $49 sites?) I asked a question on the site about the level of service most appropriate to my situation and got a fast response. I made my purchase, filled out a form, and uploaded previous resumes. The next day I was assigned a writer and 4 days after that I received my first draft. All I can say is WOW - it was very well done and truthful, yet managed to portray me so positively, that I never would have managed that on my own. We iterated over the next 4 days with a few tweaks and corrections (one cycle per day) and arrived at an end product I'm very impressed and extremely pleased with. A few of my colleges were waiting for me to be a guinea pig on these services in general and this one in particular and I will be whole heartedly recommending this one to them.

Do not shop with Tokyo laundry! If you need to then look on amazon, eBay and other retailers selling the product . The customer service is appalling , 0 communication. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Hermes actually left it in the middle of a street and told me it was posted through the letter box. I mean this could be my word against there’s but they even took a picture of my item in the middle of a road in the pouring down rain. Yes this is Hermes, and I know Hermes have a bad reputation for this, but Tokyo laundry refuse to claim responsibility for this. Spent £51 on a coat and a pair of socks I never received with no refund. Merry Christmas and please be aware of the risks shopping with Tokyo laundry!

Do not waste your time, do not use the services of this company. I ordered a car from them and everything was confirmed, but when it came time to pick it up I was told that such a vehicle is not available since it is on service. However slightly different is available. One small question: If you are a professional and provide a good service, you should know that the machine will not be available at the time? Do not waste your time, you will receive an offer with a much different car elsewhere with some strange explanations. This is the type of business: post good offers on the website to attract customers, but when you pay, it suddenly turns out that there is no such offer. Instead of this car, they trying to offer your "Something else". It's not that I expect from a good company. It’s not a professional service. Drover trying to explain me their cooperation with their partners, but those partners were chosen by Drover not me. I paid to Drover service directly not for partners. So their explanation not acceptable. Drover fault is clear. I learned the result of working with this company: a headache, a big loss of time for calls and explanations to each member of the team of my situation, again and again listening to funny explanations and offers of cars that are not suitable for my job. Finally, I have the work with the client was lost, I lost good money. Profit is zero. Waiting for a refund of 3-4 working days. Do not waste your time and money, go to another, more professional and reliable company and you'll save your time and money.

The customer service at this POS company is horrible. The employees are the bottom of the barrel. Last time I went in I was in a line that the lady was doing some return that was taking a long time and told to go to another line. I went and that lady was a chatty taking fool. Going on about her kids and not doing her job. I got in another line that just opened up and they did not take the next person but who could run there the fastest. When I got to the front of the line the lady said to get in another line she was closing. I told her to F off and threw the item on the counter and walked out. I will pay more rather than go to HF its full of the lowest quality workers ever.

We purchased two gaming monitors and an Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer, spending almost $2,500 in September of 2021. Come December the computer would blue screen and restart- updated drivers and thought it was ok. In April 2022 the entire Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer became completely useless. We have now invested ANOTHER $2,000 fixing and replacing its parts ourselves because the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at ANTONLINE is a COMPLETE JOKE- they replied once to an email and brushed us off completely, and now HAVE IGNORED our emails and requests for them to HONOR OUR ONE YEAR WARRENTY. Brian Cox, the supposed support manager has done nothing but blow us off. Currently looking into legal action against company for refusing to honor the warranty. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from here, don't. Run away and spend your hard-earned money somewhere that appreciates its customers and does the right thing. We are left with nothing but complete disgust for this "company".

I don't really know what all the bad reviews are about, but I personally had a great experience with AntOnline recently! I saw that they were currently (as of 01/18/2022) the ONLY retailer online offering Xbox Series X bundles and they weren't sold out....so I jumped on it. Got a little nervous after reading the bad reviews, but approximately 3 days after I bought it...it arrived at my doorstep via UPS...packed well, undamaged, and brand spankin' new! Contents included (1) Xbox Series X console, XBox Elite wireless controller, one standard wired headset. They offered a bundle with the 20th anniversary headset after I already placed my order (which got sold out) but...I dunno...I got my order in what ended up being a seamless transaction. Thanks AntOnline!

I have never had a good experience with this company. Drivers arrive late, drivers are incredibly rude, cabs are filthy. Having used a taxi service near my parent's home this weekend, I am reminded that cabs don't need to be as awful as Sky Taxis Milton Keynes. Unfortunately, other local firms are just as bad. There is a real opportunity for a decent operator to set up a new taxi service in Milton Keynes - the standard of competition is so low, that they would have no problem getting work.

Diabolical company! Their discount codes are almost impossible to use. When you do place an order they get it wrong. Delivery doesn't happen when it is meant to. When trying to rectify the said 'wrong order' they try and persuade you to keep the cheaper bottle of wine they sent by 'mistake' rather than receive your more expensive expected delivery. They don't offer any compensation for having to waste 3 days waiting for wine to turn up and then getting the order wrong. My advice is steer well clear and use Laithwaites instead.

So far it has cost me over £600 for 2 returns Inverness to York. when speaking to East coast they are completely uninterested and say that I pressed enter so it is my fault. Apricot in Milton Keynes is the worst store I have ever set foot in. Rubbish and clothes on the floor. The staff were atrocious when I was in there today. Standing around talking. It sounds like it's not a nice place to work. They didn't care who heard them. I was about to speak to a staff member of indian origin but she walked away suddenly and didn't notice. I was also ignored by a miserable, uninterested mixed race sales member when I walked in to the changing rooms, she was busy looking at herself in the mirror so I found myself a room. On the way out the same staff member was doing a dance and talking to herself. She just snatched the clothes out of my hand. I had interrupted her. Very rude. One star isn't low enough.

Bought a linen dress for holiday. Washed prior to wearing in line with the instructions and it shrunk. So not worn on holiday. Took it back to the Lakeside branch and the manager revised to refund. Could only offer a credit note which cannot be used online. Have only ever bought 2 items from this store ever and both have been of the lowest quality and non existent customer service. They clearly need the £30 more than I do. The stuff is cheap from China and the have zero interest when it shows!

First time we had used Uni baggage and were very pleased with the service. Clear instructions on the website, bags collected and delivered as promised, was able to track consignment easily on-line, good value for money and the 30kg weight limit a real bonus. Well done Uni-baggage. We wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

Uni Baggage was fast and efficient! I shipped my suitcase from Italy to the US and it arrived in the US within 2 days. The whole process was extremely easy to use and I would definitely use them again.
