Ordered two tan eames style chairs on the website and received the order really quick within 2 days, However they forgot one of the wheels for a chair as they don't come fitted. Contacted their support and the next day I received it! Product is great and was happy I ordered the material samples in advance so the colour was spot on for the room!

Le Beanock should be called Le rip off. Awful from start to finish. Failed promises to deliver on time. Hammock finally arrived (3 weeks late) and was nothing like it was described as being. Complete rubbish. Abysmal design.Badly made. Fell apart after days. Zero customer service. Finally got my money back (thank you barclaycard) Anyone thinking about buying one of these from Le Beanock shoudn't be sucked in by the fact the product was on Dragons Den!! They should be on TV. They are fit for the bin, where mine ended up!!

There should be a photo of Frank and team in the dictionary next to "Customer Service"! If there were six stars to give I would. Called in the morning realising that our new sofa would not fit through the front door. Frank gave me a timing and pricing estimate off the bat and offered to come on the same day. They managed everything with a "can do" attitude, were so nice and professional, and did not leave until the sofa was unpacked, mounted and in its right place. Frank even helped to move a part that the sofa company had managed to get in the wrong place. Amazing service, couldn't recommend more!

Absolutely shocking, save your money. Ordered a £350 coffee table to receive a shoddy piece of furniture from them. Absolutely awful, wouldn't have paid £50 for it. Contacted them to return and the earliest collection date they could organise was in 20 days! Collection date arrived, I was out so left the parcel out front for the driver. When I returned home the parcel was still there. Checked video footage and the driver had got out of his van, scanned the item and then left without collecting the item. No phone call from the driver, no refund and I still have a great big parcel and am out of pocket £350. Husband called Dwell today to find out what had happened, they apologized and said they could collect until after Christmas. This is simply not good enough, we could have couriered the item back to them 20 days ago and have our money back in time for Christmas. Thanks for nothing Dwell and Richard in customer service who wasn't prepared to go any extra distance to sort this.

Some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Once they have taken your money they do not care. Prior to my purchase that could not have been friendlier. The day of delivery I got a call saying their vehicle had broken down and that they will call me back that day or the next to arrange another delivery. I heard nothing. I had to send emails and call them myself, daily, for 3 consecutive days. Finally got to arrange the delivery and the earliest they could do was a whole week later than originally planned. The following week delivery day comes and they call me to tell that due to 'government restrictions' they have closed all of their factories and are no longer distributing until the restrictions are lifted. I work for a manufacturer and we are still open and delivering, so whats the issue? Bottom line is, they work hard to be friendly during your purchase. But once they have your money - THEY DO NOT CARE. Basically, they have taken my £600 but I have no goods to show for it and won't do for several more weeks.

I ordered this sofa 3 weeks ago.. I was told using the online chat that if I ordered this sofa today that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I was in need of a sofa quickly so I double checked and they explained they have checked and there was a driver in my area on that day so would be delivered then. I waited till the following Tuesday and i had no contact from them what so ever except the confirmation of purchase. I rang them every day and each time they said they would get someone to ring me back and that never happened. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Another week passed and was told several different things. I rang up yesterday which was 3 weeks after original delivery and they've now moved it back till next week again. I'm 99% sure this is just a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling this date either. I have had no phone calls or emails to resolve this. I requested a refund yesterday and now have to wait a week for this. AVOID

I have already reviewed this company, but wanted to give an update. When I reviewed them on Trustpilot, they tried to claim that the review was not about them, and then, that I was not a customer. After supplying proof, they eventually succeeded in having the review removed because the purchase was more than 12 months old. Do NOT trust lovesofas OR Trustpilot.

I order cover for my 3 seat Kivik sofa and received it 2 weeks later but the covers where small I wrote them asking for replacement because my husband and I really liked the quality of the leader covers and had quick response asking for pictures I send them and they where agreed to send me replacement which was on 14.11.19 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Chuck, whom I was communicating was very helpful I was quite surprised I wasn’t expecting too much from them but was wrong. I hope this time to be the correct size and to be delivered on time. I will be giving them full stars if everything is Ok with the replacement.

What a lovely shop! I wanted to buy everything. We ordered sofas, table, chairs and bench. The quality and design are so beautiful. If you like interiors a little different to the usual high street stores then this is the perfect shop. Very reasonable prices too. Sarah helped us to pick the perfect furniture for our new house and was very patient with us while we checked sizes. Looking forward to going again soon to see what new stock they have in.

Last year I ordered chairs on this website. They arrived damaged because of their storage method. I contacted them. After insisting they agreed to give me a voucher. But when trying to use this voucher, it is not working. I contacted them again, but almost never respond. And when they do, it's always with some other info. So a year later and I still can't use the voucher they promised me. Stay away from this company ! There are lots of other nice shops online.

I ordered and paid for 5 chairs in style of EMECO for my son. Chairs were made of steel and felt too cold to sit on so my son decided to return the 4 and did not accept the 5th one which arrived separately. Communication with the seller about return was very slow (2 months for three emails) and in the end we were offered to return chairs to Malaga in Spain. Had the website say clearly that the return would not be in the UK, we would not buy chairs. I find this unfair and I think that this company should stop trading if they treat customers as described. Unfortunately only after our problems with MyFaktory I saw on line very bad comments about them, The whole experience made made me very weary about shopping on line. I consider that I lost £320 in dealing with this company.

Visited Knaresbrough shop.Looked for mattresses but no prices are show only the price for the bed head (thinking that was the price for the mattress) very confusing.If you want to know the price of a mattress you have to ask a sales person.Waited ages for a sales person only to be informed that the mattress was not in our budget.Waist of time especially as there was only two sales person on duty..Sales lady not interested..I also see on here that delivery times are appalling the coffee shop seems to get the best reviews..

I just had my white sectional sofa cleaned by Sam. It looks white again--including the spot where my cat threw up! Material quality is ok, but customer service is horrible, made a complaint as my chair came with few damages, plus completely dirty at the back. When i contacted them, they asked about the package, package was alright, wasn't shipping company fault as, the chair came like that inside the box with all the protection, white chair when they pack they could noticed. Leather ripped on the bolt hole, hole at the back on the leather, lombar pillow straps damaged. It was a Christmas gift, asked me to wait 15 days for the pillow, and 20£ refund, is that a joke ? £229 chair with all this damages they offer 20£ refund, when i polited ask for a better refund 5 days passed, no contacted back. Do not recommend.

Bought the boulies elite chair last week, said it was in stock on the 18th again, and it was dispatched that day, had it 2 days later, can't complain about that. The chair had a slight mark on it, but contacted customer services and they were brilliant at helping me and offering me a refund, got £40 back which i think is very reasonable. The chair itself, can't fault, it's truly excellent and very comfortable

I ordered two sofas at the end of August and they were delivered this week. One is tobacco leather and the other is peacock blue velvet. They look amazing! I do wish I had got a 4 seater in the velvet as the 3 seater is not as big as my old 3 seater sofa!! I also asked for firm cushions, which the leather ones are, however the velvet ones are not firm and it is not that comfortable unfortunately 😢. I do have to mention the delivery men as I am not sure they had ever delivered sofas before. I asked them to come and have a look at the access because I knew we had massive problems with our sofas when we moved in, but they didn’t and came straight in the with biggest sofa and couldn’t get it through the door, they then tried to get in the back door and finally came in through the window! They had taken the feet off and when we put them back on we realised that one was missing. I emailed Tracie and she sent a replacement in the post immediately. Brilliant customer service, just a shame about the too soft cushions.

We bought this sofa bed to replace a futon and it has massively improved our spare bedroom. We now have more space to use it as an office, but also there is more seating space as well (most often by the cats). It looks stylish and is easy to clean. For the final coup de grace, according to my parents it also very comfy to sleep on being better then not only the futon but their bed at home. It provides a hard mattress with good support. Delivery took a little time but was according the advertised date at time of buying. It comes apart in bits and a is little fiddly to assemble but worth it.

We are a serviced apartment operator based in Cardiff (Airserviced Apartments). After searching high and low for the best sofa bed solution for all our apartments we have settled with Cocoon. Simplicity of use, durability and serviceability are all big factors for why we chose to work with Cocoon. Our guests have not complained either, in comparison to the cheaper IKEA or Roll Out beds we upgraded from! Definitely a great choice that really works well for us.

False advertising regarding delivery After ordering a sofa over the phone and giving my Isle of Wight address and paying the deposit I was told it would be with me in 3/4 weeks. After 2 weeks I was told there was a delay getting the stock from the supplier which wasn’t a problem at all so said I’d wait. After continual phone calls to the company I was eventually told after the 7th week that it would be collected on the Friday and they would be delivering it to me the next week (week 8) on phoning them on the Tuesday as they hadn’t called as promised on the Monday I was told it was out for delivery on the Wednesday (week 8). I sold my sofa so we were left with no sofa which again wasn’t a problem as new sofa arrive the next day, or so I thought. On checking my emails (no phone calls at all in spite of them insisting they had. I had call log so knew I had not missed any calls) I received an email at about 1148 to tell me that the delivery people had realised I was on the Isle of Wight and were unable to deliver to me! This being at 1148. After numerous emails (the lady emailing me would not call me nor accept any incoming calls) I was told I needed to pay £150 delivery as appose to the £85 previously told. My appeal at getting them to offer the extra delivery charge (£65) on goodwill went unheard and eventually on the Friday I paid under protest the £150. Only to get an email after several calls by myself to them and then them saying they couldn’t get a delivery to the Isle of Wight so would have to cancel the order this after 9 weeks. I booked the order over the phone gave my address every time I called and they said it was a “trainee error”. Sorry but trainee error or not on ordering, after the many calls I made to them I’m pretty sure they would have noticed my address as I stated it every time. I would never recommend this company for several reasons. Misinformation on their website Customer service is abysmal Communication from the company is dire amongst other reasons. Their acknowledgment for errors on their part is non existent and to be honest I found the whole experience very very stressful and completely upsetting it has caused me no amount of upheaval. I live on the Isle of Wight, we have deliveries every day with Arctic lorries, fuel lorries coming over, 2 ferry companies come to the island and to take a van myself would have cost me less than £100 return but they apparently couldn’t deliver here. They deliver to Ireland but for love nor money couldn’t get to the island, an hour boat journey away. On their website it states they deliver here but they actually told me they don’t! So why on earth put they do on their website?! Very misleading and false advertising. So after 9 weeks I was left £150 down, had no sofa and 3 children the youngest who is 3 and we were left sitting on the floor. After several more phone calls and a week later I eventually got my £150 delivery refunded. But I would never in a million years deal with this company again nor recommend them.

We had used at least three other carpet cleaners over the last 5 years which left us dissatisfied with their results, from not removing spots and dirt in living room to over charging for poor service. At last we have found a service that is professional and gets the results we expected. I would happily use Noosa Prestige to clean our carpets again, this guy is brilliant. Was courteous and professional right from the start and knew exactly what needed to be done. Really cant think of anything

We purchased a leather 2 seat and 3 seat sofa and it arrived within the expected time frame. However, we were advised the 2 seater came apart as we ordered recliners to get it in our house but when it came it was not in two pieces and we had to get out a glazier to remove a window to get it inside! The delivery drivers were very patient waiting for the glaziers to arrive and we thank them for their understanding. This could have been avoided with more correct information when we purchased..

I purchased sofas which arrived at the end of February 2020. They’re for mine and my partners first dream home together. We purchased a Phoebe 2 and 3 seater in African Saphire, the most expensive and premium fabric that the firm offers. After having the sofas for a month they started to look extremely worn, the fabric has faded, they have no shape whatsoever. After contacting the firm expressing our concerns, a technician was sent round to inspect them. The technician agreed that the sofas should not be in the state that they currently are. Yet lounge co simply said to us that we needed to plump the cushions. Little did they know, we have been plumping cushions the whole time. Yet they still have no shape and have lost their colour already. I am appalled at the quality of the sofas and for them to look the way they do after such a short amount of time, I am disgusted in their condition. These are not fit for purpose products or worth the money.

I've looked over some reviews on other sites and have found several other people have had exactly the same experiences as my own with the cushion stuffing not being identical and the sofa arriving scuffed/torn. There is clearly an ongoing issue with the quality of sofas The Lounge Co is producing and I only wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I bought the Rose sofa and immediately noticed that the cushions weren't sitting properly. The delivery people said it takes a few days for the cushions to settle in, but one cushion seemed ok and the other would sink in and flatten as soon as you sat on it. The Lounge Co sent over an 'independent' technician who said it seemed fine to him. I asked him whether he had even seen the actual sofa in the showroom (I purchased from Chiswick) and if he knew what the Rose sofa is meant to look like. He said he had never been to the showroom and that he isn't familiar with this sofa! He didn't even sit on it, he just took a couple of pictures and left. I physically had to take the faulty seat cushion back to the showroom and put it on their model - the difference was obvious - and only then did the manager agree to replace them! It's ludicrous! The back cushions still aren't right. I then noticed that the back of the sofa was scuffed, torn and had a sharp razor-type object sticking out of it. I only noticed this because the razor damaged my wall. It took months of emailing to try and get this sorted. In all this time, their customer services didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I literally had to request for someone to ring me before they did. They sorted the razor, but refused to repair the damaged fabric, claiming that I must've caused the damage. I'm a single woman, no kids, no pets - I would literally have had to sit there scraping the sofa with sandpaper to manually create the damage that's on the fabric. Their treatment of me and the situation is disgusting and beyond frustrating! I looked up my consumer rights, but they aren't registered with any professional quality control agency like Furniture Ombudsman, so they can basically treat customers how they want without any consequence. I would steer clear of this company. They tempt you in with competitive pricing, but the quality is shockingly poor and the customer service is even worse! My biggest regret is not forking out extra and buying from Loaf!

The ordering process was very easy, their website is one of the best I have visited, it is very organized and you can easily find what you are looking for, plus I got a great discount. My order was delivered at the indicated time, everything arrived in perfect condition and the people who delivered it were very friendly and efficient, they helped me put the furniture in the places I indicated and they left the spaces completely clean, the furniture I received is of very good quality. I'm happy!

The worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered two sun loungers and paid $900. They delivered it few weeks later and some parts were missing. You can't contact them via phone and they give you BS excuse of WFH and not having access to the phone. We've gone to their store twice. The issue remains unresolved and no refund has been provided. I'm going to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Department. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend buying anything from them. They are unreliable and not trust worthy at all.

If it gave a negative 5 star review and some, this company would take the prize. Ordered 3 weeks ago, emailed multiple times with the same automated reply I now see as an answer to some reviews. Tracking number not logged with the freight company, appalling service. The fact they have no phone number is dodgy, the remote working excuse is 🤬, there is such thing as caller diversion, or answer phone so the company can return the call. I have no idea where the product I ordered is.I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs
