We searched for a good carpet and found a sample and piece at Carpet One. The salesman at CO offered a "90 day complete exchange" if we didn't like the "color" of the carpet or the carpet itself. That line is a crock. They will not replace your carpet. Our biggest problem was and remains that their carpet layers seem to be amateurs leaving behind highly visible seams where The carpet had to be cut and fitting against itself. We can see for instance, five such seams down our hallway and a seam at each doorway. They won't return to fix it.

installation team worked very hard without breaks and on long hours to finish my job, to which they did an excellent job. The floors look beautiful and I'm very happy with the end result. I cut a star, and you could argue should maybe cut another, for two reasons. First, the person who did the original estimate missed a flaw in my original floors that precluded leaving just covering them with the new flooring. This mistake lead to my ordering a higher priced product because I thought was saving money by not removing the old floors, despite the fact that they ultimately had to be removed. The second issue was that our original install date had to be scrubbed because they weren't able to park their truck in my neighborhood.

Ordered and received samples beginning of December 2019 ... arrived in a couple of days ... (ideally samples would have had an 'joining edge' on them so that I could see how the joining system worked) but otherwise enabled me to see what the 'pattern/texture' looked like ... ordered Corka waterproof cork floor for my shower room the same day and my order arrived within a couple of days. The order was well packaged and in good condition. Opened and inspected and left to acclimatise ... for 2 months! Finally got around to fitting the floor yesterday using the detailed instructions on the website ... sealed joins in areas likely to get wet - and used - 7-17mm Dural Aluminium Flexible Floor Border Profile (TRB) - see my review for Trimtraders&Tiles - to cover the edges around the shower tray/and where the cork couldn't fit under the skirting board and allow for a covered expansion gap. Found TCFC to be very helpful and communicative ... and the ordering system on their website to be easy to use. Very pleased.

I ordered some heavy duty vinyl flooring and received it two days later. I couldn't check it right away but checked one corner just before going to bed. It didn't seem to be the design I ordered so I sent an ebay message before I went to bed asking if a mistake had been made though, as I was typing, I realised that what I saw may just have been for packaging. My latter thoughts were confirmed in a reply that was waiting for me the following morning. The packaging was superb and my order was tucked away inside. The vinyl was immaculate with straight edges, no stretching out of shape and no sticky tape residue to have to remove. The printed back is helpful with 250mm squares and 10mm squares. It is surprisingly heavy and you can feel the toughness when cutting it to size. The packaging was a large piece of heavy vinyl which itself will be very useful. I am really delighted with my purchase and won't hesitate to order again from this seller. BRILLIANT.

Delivered next day,friendly driver. Product looks good. Feels warm to the touch, so has excellent heat retention. We had to store the rolls upright for a week due to a delay in installation. When unrolled the product was uneven, I guess from having stored the 2 rolls on their ends. I butted the rolls together and joined by using a heavy duty tape. There was no time to wait for the rolls to flatten I had to proceed with laying the Laminate Flooring. This helped greatly to take out the "waves" in the underlay. I would certainly recommend this product and will be using more on my next flooring project shortly. I would recommend unrolling as soon as possible and laying flat. There was no instructions enclosed, would have been helpful to have had a user guide on how best to lay.

We were looking to replace some pretty awful laminate flooring in a house we had recently purchased, we spoke with Bradfords in Worcester who highly recommended Woodpecker Flooring as a match for what we were looking for, the sales person came out with samples so we could see what it would look like in the room and hallway that we wanted to put it down,which was brilliant as we got to see which of the shades of oak best suited the rooms and matched with the varnished oak doors we have. Installation was simple, the installer we used hadn't heard of this flooring but was very impressed with it, how simple it was to install and how great it looked (so much so he was going to buy some for his own house), for us it is perfect, is easy to clean, very hard wearing and we just love it.

Do not buy from this company! I received the item after I chased it. Purchased 2nd April - received 14th april. It was falling apart and only on the floor for 2 days. Returned back to SYD and in their warehouse on the 28th. Now they are telling my 10-15days or MORE for any refund. I don't think I will see my money again. Now I have no item and no money. They were sent pics as evidence of the fault as well. Save yourself the headache, time and expense and buy elsewhere!!

This company may be a scam. Ordered a rug online and 11 days later, I am still waiting. A person named Ryce responded and said that it should arrive soon. The next day, I used the tracker and saw the status updated to "Delivered". Nope, it wasn't and I am still waiting. Did Ryce update the status on the tracker to stop me from contacting her again? Reading other people's reviews, it looks like there's a 50/50 chance you will receive your order. Buy at your own risk.

BUYER BEWARE! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CARPET WORLD! We were sold the exact same carpet for 2 homes with a 8 year warranty. The product was FAULTY from day one! After a huge struggle and fight we got our carpet replaced in one of our homes eventually. They admitted the product from George low was manufactured defective. Now the second house became just as bad as the first and now they refuse to let us claim again. The feedback from carpet world "make the problem go away" They won't call us back. They won't reply to our emails they won't help at all!! Filling for ACCC - VCAT and will be campaigning till this defective product warranty is upheld! The carpet has waves through it... it's hard as it's got too much latex when made... it literally snaps when you bend it in half and is a huge tripping hazed. This carpet was very expensive and now no warranty!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they will take your money and run. They are the most unhelpful and unprofessional company. Our flooring was so poorly installed, after three months the installer finally came back to 'fix' the massive gaps that he'd left. Yet he still wasn’t able to complete the job and husband ended up cutting and re-installing the boards. We had problem after problem with them and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. We were very indecisive in the beginning but your salesperson, JAY, stuck with us. He came back a few times with new samples and finally we reached a decision. In the meantime, we had other flooring companies come to the house to compare. We went back to smart carpet and are very happy we did. The insulation team was fantastic. They put down the floor in one day and cleaned afterward. Jay followed up to make sure everything went well. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you.

I was eventually able to collect it from the distribution centre some miles away just before it was due to be returned to you undelivered. I haven't opened the parcel yet.

Rose was exceedingly helpful and patient with my several questions in assisting with my decision between two beautiful rugs. I shopped online, looking at many rug websites and examining hundreds of rugs, comparing the rug quality of wool types, knots per inch, etc, and was impressed with the transparency that Catalina Rugs provides. They were also the best educational website to learn more about the different Persian and Oriental rugs, like Tabriz, Heriz, Malayer, etc. Shawn appears in many of the rug educational videos on their website, and his clear explanations proved invaluable in helping me decide on a Tabriz. The rug was shipped quickly and well protected. The protective wrapping around the rug was high quality, composed of material nearly identical to a tarp, and colored white without grommets. A free bonus was the perfectly sized rug pad for my non-standard sized Persian rug. I will replace the perfectly good rug pad with a SpillGuard Pad, as I spill things easily, yet what a nice gesture that reflects caring shop owners for their high quality rugs.

Bucks County Carpet and Floor made me very happy. The carpet looks fantastic and it is a dramatic improvement. Measure was done quickly and accurately, and quote was provided after the measure. The install was flawless, they came in, ripped out all the carpet in the upstairs, moved furniture and laid carpet for the living room, hall, 13 stairs to the basement and 2 bedrooms. They are definitely the best and I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone!!

In May of 2018, I purchased an interlocking coinflex garage floor system to spruce up my garage. After reading the material description and uses, I was convinced that the material I was purchasing was durable and suitable for a garage environment as advertised. This winter, one of my cars experienced a rear shock hydraulic leak. This leak resulted in a puddle forming over the grey coinflex tile. I cleaned up the oil, however a rust like stain remained on the tile. Utilizing numerous cleaning agents, the stain could not be removed, I reached out to the vendor and requested 4 replacement tiles to correct the matter. Instead of standing by their product, I was told that it can stain and that they will sell me 4 tiles to replace the damaged ones. This product should not be utilized for a garage given that it is subject to spills and oil leaks. Therefore, I cannot recommend the product or the vendor given their poor customer service.

I knew I was buying cheap materials but this is ridiculous. The carpet tiles came in 3 different colors and some had to much glue on them and some didn't have enough. Also many were cut at an angle so were useless. From an order of 12 boxes I was able to use about 8 and even at that I couldn't finish the job. Haven't heard back from them with multiple e-mails sent asking for compensation.

I ordered my rug based on the reviews from other customers and I didn't find anything online that was negative about them. I didn't realize those reviews are not live reviews and you can't post one of your own. The rug I ordered was very cheaply made, the pile was so short you could almost see through the rug. They did offer a refund / exchange so I'll see what the new rug is like and amend my review as I go.

Everyone was very helpful but I had to have so many chats and emails over a few days to finally make the purchase happen. The website wasn't straight forward. I was just trying to purchase a specific rug without border, padding, etc. And when trying to calculate the size it took the help of customer service to keep sending me links to the next step, then the next step, etc. It was not like that if picked out a carpet material myself.

I happened to stumble upon Citiwide Chem-Dry through the internet and called for a rating. They were very polite and asked questions and explained to me what products they will be using for the carpet and gave an estimate. When they arrived they were very quick and professional and did a very good job! I have two dogs that are not well potty trained that's why I needed a place that would get the job done! I had very successful results with Jerry at bleachstain.com. My oriental wool carpet had a large brown stain from using oxyclean on the carpet. I tried baking soda, water, vinegar and other cleaners. Nothing worked. Then i found bleachstain.com and emailed them. jerry was very prompt and helpful. I sent him photos and he walked me through the process. He answered all my questions as we went along. After the first application the stain was about 65 to 70 percent gone. I needed more product and jerry sent this to me without charge. The second application completed the process. I am so relieved. This is a large carpet and i am very happy with the results. Jerry was great every step of the way.

I obtained a quote online for work. I scheduled the work to be done on a Saturday between 2 and 5. At 4, I called to make sure that they were coming. I was told by the operator that I was next on the list At 4:30, I got a text message that my team, headed by John Ying, would be there at 5:40. At 6, they had not yet arrived and I called dispatch again. This time, I was told that the job was cancelled as they went to the door and rung the bell, but no one answered. No way that could happen as I was looking outside from 5:30 on and it is an apartment. They could not have gotten to the front door. So, I suspect that they didn't want to start a job so late on a Saturday and they just put that excuse into their system. I rescheduled for Monday at the same time and asked to have a manager call me. On Sunday, I went to Lowe's and rented a machine to do the same work as I had contracted with SS. I did it for $300 less. Still waiting for a call from management. Now, I will never use Stanley Steemer again. Better to use a local guy!!

We first used Stanley Steemer and were happy with the service. We bought one of their 12 month contracts. They do not allow you to book appointments online using the contract, but you can for anything else, (odd?). They try to up sale on every visit. When we told them at the end of the contract we were not going to renew, the service was just horrible. Areas that appeared to have not been touched, despite being pointed out to them upon arrival. A sick dog does leave a mess. I would have been more understanding if they had done something and said they tried. NOTHING done. They were in and out of our home in just over an hour. That was "cleaning" 3 bedrooms, family room, living room, and a couple of other areas, including moving the furniture. Never again will I call them. I am not a fan of up selling after you have made an agreement. I get it when negotiating but not after the fact.

Be aware that if you buy from the head office and they send to much adhesive for the amount of tiles sold ( this is their recommended amount) we did not skimp. You cannot return it to the store as they have no access to the head office sales and head office then claim that you cannot return perishables ( tile adhesive and some sealant!!! ) really. If you have to buy ensure its from the store rather than head office as you will be unable to return anything not required.
