In a world of shoddy customer service, it was a refreshing surprise to do business with this company! Our orders were placed and delivered so incredibly quickly. In 2018 my home was appraised for new windows by this firm. The cost, based on my last experience over $13,000, was outrageous. Since that time, until recently I was receiving mailings and emails pushing their windows. A few months ago, I received another quote from Window World and purchased their window or a third of the Andersen cost. Now I am getting mails every week. And sometimes two or three emails a day. And every time I block one email address, another address is used. I have called the Austin, Texas location and emailed to stop with the junk mail with no resolution.

George Brazil has a FLAT RATE FEE OF $462 TO SNAKE A CLOGGED DRAIN!!! Unless you like paying mega bucks for something others would charge 1/4 for, DONT EVER CALL THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!! I was told this was the flat rate by Josh Cook, one of the managers after I called later to say there must have been a mistake. Here's how it went: I called, I asked if they could come out today, because it was an Airbnb and I told the tenants I would fix it immediately. I called at 9 am. They said there would be a trip charge (I think $69) that would be waved if I used them to do the work. At 4PM they arrived. He took a look at my slow draining kitchen sink and came out and told me it would be $462!!! I couldn't believe it! I said there must be a mistake! You can't charge that much for a snake! He said it was their flat rate fee. The tenants were there, I'd waited all day instead of calling other companies, and I felt stuck ... plus I would have to pay the damn trip charge if I didn't go with them. So I signed for the service, knowing full well I would talk to their manager before I wrote terrible review to give them a chance. so I called this morning, I explained to the manager that the technician was done snaking the drain and had it cleared in 20 minutes. Then he went and got a camera to scope it. All in all he was out there 2 hours ...( trying to take a lot of time since I complained so bad to him.)The manager said that $462 is the flat fee they charge for a slow drain!!! He explained they had to pay their technician and overhead. I said $200+ an hour with no parts was rather steep, and that I'd never written a bad review before in my life, but I'd be writing one for them on the major sites. Then he had the audacity to say, "LISTEN LADY, YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO EXHORT ME. WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Implying he would give me money back. I replied it was they that exhorted me and told him I didn't want anything from them!! After all, I had signed for it, they gave me the service. And now I'm free to write my reviews! I just wanted to hear why the management thought they could charge so outrageously. He said that all plumbers charge the same price. They just tell you small price, then get you in the end. I told him I'd be sure to mention that the manager of George Brazil feels all plumbers charge $462 for a clogged drain since everyone obviously charges that much. So, I advise you to read the other 1 star reviews and find out for yourself ... THEY CHARGE OUTRAGEOUSLY FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Bucks County Carpet and Floor made me very happy. The carpet looks fantastic and it is a dramatic improvement. Measure was done quickly and accurately, and quote was provided after the measure. The install was flawless, they came in, ripped out all the carpet in the upstairs, moved furniture and laid carpet for the living room, hall, 13 stairs to the basement and 2 bedrooms. They are definitely the best and I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone!!

When I called about a problem in the middle of a snowy winter, I was able to get someone to come out the very next day. A problem with the electric eye was identified and repaired quickly. I was very happy with the service. The only negative is that I thought the $150 service charge was a bit high. This is the same company that replaced the garage door about 5 years ago and we were extremely happy with that job. This is the first time that anything needed a repair. This company does excellent work.

My new garage door looks wonderful! - so nice and quiet too. The technician did installation all alone. I thought it would take 2 guys. He was very polite and professional. Jeff, who installed the garage door opener, was very efficient in getting the work done. He relocated the back door button and the front keypad to more convenient places all old equipment was removed and cleaned any mess that was made. In May of 2018, I purchased an interlocking coinflex garage floor system to spruce up my garage. After reading the material description and uses, I was convinced that the material I was purchasing was durable and suitable for a garage environment as advertised. This winter, one of my cars experienced a rear shock hydraulic leak. This leak resulted in a puddle forming over the grey coinflex tile. I cleaned up the oil, however a rust like stain remained on the tile. Utilizing numerous cleaning agents, the stain could not be removed, I reached out to the vendor and requested 4 replacement tiles to correct the matter. Instead of standing by their product, I was told that it can stain and that they will sell me 4 tiles to replace the damaged ones. This product should not be utilized for a garage given that it is subject to spills and oil leaks. Therefore, I cannot recommend the product or the vendor given their poor customer service.

I knew I was buying cheap materials but this is ridiculous. The carpet tiles came in 3 different colors and some had to much glue on them and some didn't have enough. Also many were cut at an angle so were useless. From an order of 12 boxes I was able to use about 8 and even at that I couldn't finish the job. Haven't heard back from them with multiple e-mails sent asking for compensation.

I had issues with a product. I feel totally responsible for the product breaking. It was not a fault with the device. When I had difficulty matching up replacement parts using the website I contacted the company. The customer service I got from then on was exemplary. All of the contacts I had were conscientious, helpful and acted as if they cared about helping me. At no point was I made to feel like I was imposing on them. Air Track Inc responded to our stress call as our furnace humidifier was leaking throughout the basement floor. He returned our call immediately and came the same day on time, he was able to identify the problem and had to return the following night with the proper replacement parts. The problem was resolved and the humidifier stop leaking, Air Track Inc was humble, friendly and professional, before leaving he offered warranty on the work done. With my old radiant floor heating system in need of maintenance, I was shopping around for some tubing that would not only replace, but last longer than what was originally provided. After reading some reviews, I decided to go with the ½” Oxygen Barrier Pex Pipe by Everhot at the Canarsee store. I purchased 900’ feet because I wanted some extra just in case I needed to make repairs or for other uses. Needless to say I was very impressed. The tubing was very strong while being easy enough to cut and place into the old fittings. It was not long before I was finished running the piping and I could not be more pleased with the results. The polyethylene tubing provides a great application for the heat emanating from the water inside the tubing while the oxygen barrier nature of the product means that I will not have to worry about it corroding any metals as part of the system. Strong, flexible and easy to install, the Pex Pipe was well worth the low price and I hope to get many years out of this remarkable product for my new floor heating system. Of course, the 25 year warranty certainly helped me make my decision to go with Canarsee and I received the product within a few days which was just in time for the weekend. Canarsee also provided free shipping which made the purchase even better, which means that I can heartily recommend Canarsee as the place to purchase Pex Pipe and the many other products they offer as well.

I ordered a pump eight days ago and have not heard anything from Canarsee about shipping or delivery, only the sales order and then my credit card showed they charged it. I tried calling yesterday and twice today and had to leave a message. Still nobody has called me back. Although this afternoon, I received an email with the tracking number showing that they printed the shipping label. The web site showed in stock and usually 5-7 days shipping, so I expected the pump before today, and not to get an email that they are shipping it after I had to remind them about the order. And still no return phone call.

First of all Pioneerminisplits.com was great to do business with. fast shipping and the install kits were great.The tech support person (Louis) that helped me was also very good. But you need to know Pioneer 3 zone has issues in the design I only learned about after I installed it. Not impressed with the 250 watts of power usage when in standby. All minisplits use allot of power in standby but 250 watts is unbelievable. You wont find any reference to this on the specs provided, so do your research before you buy. Unit is much louder than the competition, but still much quieter than the old conventional I replaced. Even with these issues I am satisfied I with my investment and my family is finally comfortable in the whole house.

I'm sure these are great products but I have $4k worth of ductless heating and cooling that out of maybe 15 local companies will not install! Due to liability issues? So I feel cheated. Maybe I'll put myself through hvac school and install them myself because they are useless boxed on my floor!

I needed a plumber to complete the installation of a tankless water heater for my shower/tub. The company I usually use does not do elec tankless water heaters! I called Joe Cool, spoke to a lovely call taker and set up an appt for the next day. The plumber, Daniel, called me while on his way to my house. Once he arrived, Daniel only took 39 min to complete the job. He was personable, knowledgeable, and his expertise was evident. This is a small, privately own company. I was very, very impressed Daniel and the service provided. I used an online coupon for $60 off provided on Joe Cool's website. And, the cost was less than 1/2 of what I usually paid the other company!

Sink purchased was too small. I had to return £160.99 sink at my own expense costing me £34. Company will not give me a refund as say the sink was returned damaged and I should claim from courier. Sink was well protected and I think i have been conned. I do not trust and do not recommend this company .

As the company said they give free estimates, the plumber was first supposed to say he was diagnosing which would have a cost involved. That would have been fine, had he fixed the problem!!! I was charged $129.00 with nothing solved and he left saying that "I feel" this could be the problem"!!

We had a water leak in the foundation. It was a challenging job to locate the leak, to figure out where to apply the fix and reroute the hot water pipe to by pass the leak in the concrete. Sean was able to fix the problem where a couple of other companies failed to do. Each time Sean and his helper came, they made great efforts to clean after themselves. Extremely professional! Highly recommended!

We noticed on a Friday afternoon that our commode was leaking. Called right away and Mike Diamond sent a plumber in just a little over an hour. The old commode needed to be replaced and he had one on his truck ! Within no time he had changed them out - everything was all tidied up like he'd never been there - and all the old mess hauled away. Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt, respectful,efficient, professional, helpful awesome service. We had called our previous plumber - but he was "too busy" to come until Monday!! We had a sluggish drain in our kitchen sink and after trying a DIY project to clear it, managed to have water running all over the kitchen floor. We used our Choice Home Warranty and were referred to Quality Drain Service (aka 88Drain) who promptly responded to set the appointment for repair. Stephen Jobe called to let us know he was on the way and arrived promptly during the scheduled time. He found a hole in our 12-year-old garbage disposal was the problem, replaced the unit, and tidied up after himself. During his visit, we had a lovely chat and we found this young man to be both extremely professional, very efficient, and totally delightful as well. He was very thorough, explained everything we needed to know, and did an excellent job. We would rate his service A+ for sure!

Alex replaced the entire flushing mechanisms on my three toilets. He was very professional & efficient. One toilet was running & Alex came back the same afternoon to fix the problem, he hoped. He had warned me that older toilets (15 yrs) sometimes had handle issues after replacing the flappers. As predicted, the chain from the handle got twisted & did not allow the flapper to close, thus the toilets would not fill & I had to call again. This time Hugh, the owner, came over & fixed all three. If his repair does not work, he assures me he will figure out the right thing to do. I am very appreciative that they stand behind their work will make sure everything works properly. I would definitely use them again.

Dont waste your money, Awful, thieves and rip off company, they gave me a 4 hours window to come (which is a long time to get off work and wait for them and said they will call with a 20 minutes heads up but will be closer to 4pm as I am their first to start for a technician ( a non-licensed plumber) who will start at 4pm, they called 4 pm and said the technician is on his way, 7pm I am still waiting, 8pm I called them, she said 13 minutes, no show for another hours, when he finally showed up he said he had started working at 6pm and does not know why the dispatcher said he is on his way at 4. When I call talking to the dispatcher is just like talking to a wall, they have been taught a bunch of lies to tell every customer. They write nonsense on their invoices in order to void the warranty. I used them 3 times, every time giving them the benefit of a doubt, same lying and cheating every time, the y have done the same to quiet few of my friends as well. The technicians are all on commission, (that is why they do not give you price ideas over the phone), when they show up they will try to sell you as much nonsense and price jack up as they have been trained. They will add many unnecessary items to the work that needed to be done. I realize they are in business to make money, but how about some honesty. Horrible company, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Artisan was very helpful in the pre-purchase phase answering all my questions regarding product quality, warranty and installation process. Abel Figueroa and his crew did a great job, completing their work in about 6 hours. They took care of the satellite dish with minimum disruption to TV service. All vent caps and flashing were replaced and some damaged wood replaced as part of the basic contract. Cleanup and disposal was great, there was no evidence of them being there left behind. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done and the way they conducted the process.

At first glance they appear to be the leading roof cleaners in the area because their numerous sites take up the top spots. When you dig a little deeper you will see complaints and shady business practices. If you check BBB, they have numerous negative complaints that were never satisfied. They act as several businesses such as ASPC, SpotFreeRoos, National Roof Cleaning Association, etc. This way when you search for a roof cleaner in Tampa they seed the listings with their information and give consumers a false sense of choice when in actuality they are looking at 1 or 2 companies that have 10 - 20 links and different business names. On many of their sites, they use a BBB image instead of the actual code provided by BBB and therefore they show a higher BBB rating than they actually have. Plain and simple, they are required to use the code provided by BBB and by not using it they are deceiving customers. Businesses can improve or decrease through time, so it is hard to slam a business today when tomorrow it can change. But this example is a common practice among the industries and it saddens those who know. It squashes competition and it frustrates consumers. I mean are they pinellas roof cleaning, tampa pressure washing, harbor roof cleaning or ASPC? Overall, the business appears to do their job well. They clean roofs. However, they have horrible customer service and their chemicals are not as friendly as they state. In fact, the chemicals typically kill the plants surrounding the house and are most likely toxic to the environment. Wouldnt it be nice if you could get a snapshot about a business and its employees? Criminal records, mug shots, honest reviews? One day someone will solve this problem, for now we are left to surf the world wide web of unverified content. Before you sign a contract for services, call around and it may sound strange but ask the competitors what they know about their competitors. If a business totally trashes their competitors, run. If a business knows nothing of the others, how long have they been around. If a business tells you why they are better than the rest and hints and reasons not to use the others without airing their dirty laundry - grab hold.

I just retired and took over a lot of our yard work. I could not handle my husband's commercial grade trimmer & blower - they were way too heavy for me to handle. I purchased the battery operated light weight trimmer & blower. Best purchase I have made in a long time. I can now mow and finish up with the trimmer & blower. Before I had to rely on my husband to do it when he had the time since he is still working. Both do a great job!!!! Would highly recommend!!!!!

I ordered my rug based on the reviews from other customers and I didn't find anything online that was negative about them. I didn't realize those reviews are not live reviews and you can't post one of your own. The rug I ordered was very cheaply made, the pile was so short you could almost see through the rug. They did offer a refund / exchange so I'll see what the new rug is like and amend my review as I go.

Thank you Dynamite Buys! My contractor had arrived to build my outdoor kitchen. It was time to go to my local retailer to purchase a Fire Magic A540i grill. Imagine the horror when I learned that my grill had to be ordered and would take 4 weeks to ship. I was told that if someone had said they can get one sooner than that would be lying to get my business. I stumbled upon Dynamite Buys on the internet and called to speak to a salesman. He told me that they had the grill in stock and when I could expect to receive it. I was a bit skeptical but had no option but to order one. I placed the order on a Monday and received it by that Friday. This filter works perfectly. I bought this primarily to get rid of cooking smell, especially during winter in NE when windows are all closed. Then we realized it just is perfect, clean air, no smell, smart device, controlled through an app. We love this!

I get carpet cleaning every two to three months so I'm always switching to different carpet companies because they can never get the job done right. I happened to stumble upon Citiwide Chem-Dry through the internet and called for a rating. They were very polite and asked questions and explained to me what products they will be using for the carpet and gave an estimate. When they arrived they were very quick and professional and did a very good job! I have two dogs that are not well potty trained that's why I needed a place that would get the job done! They got the job done with a very good price and also gave me a discount coupon for next time! What more could I ask for?

Joe V and Jacob S performed well in the removal of the old and installation of a new furnace in my home. After installation clean up was good. However, I was totally displeased, and grossly displeased with them for neglecting to restore the gas supply to both my water heater and fireplace. The hot water issue was resolved with the assistance of an independent technician as Reliance seemed, through their customer service area, not to to give a damn about us being without hot water. The fireplace was not much of an issue as it is not yet that time of year when it becomes a priority. The one good thing in this whole mess is that when Joe V realized that they had left my home without having restored hot water and the fireplace, he called on Saturday last and advised that he would would return to my home early in the week to re-light the fireplace. He did keep his word and turned up at my home today. I have had my water heater and furnace replaced by Reliance within a month of each other, and had issues with problems created by their technicians on both occasions. My air conditioning unit which was purchased from Reliance less than a year ago is now showing signs of loosing its coolant. It is scheduled to be repaired Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 30. While the technicians who work for Reliance appear to be well versed in their respective trades, it appears that they need further training to ensure that their work areas are left in such a state that would negate the need for complaints.

Hi my name is Mesmer I got an addition put on my house by Classic View Home Renovation, they did a good job. They were clean and on time. My wife and I, we're very lucky to work with Omri. He is very friendly and they completed the project on time. The work was done on a budget that was agreed on. He never would ask us for extra money.
