As others have said this is not a reputable company. Its the first time I have ever had to dispute a credit card charge. After realizing I had made the wrong order I tried to cancel 10 minutes later and they would not allow it. Any company that operates like this is a scam. I called to cancel and they said they would "try" but I keep receiving emails about my order in the process of being sent to me with no tracking number and despite my reminders to them that I canceled.

I ordered a rug 2 months ago. I received 1 email stating it was back ordered. I called today and was told they are no longer carrying that rug. No communication ever received about them cancelling my order. Based on other reviews here, I will be lucky to actually get my refund. What a complete disappointment!

Worst customer service We ordered the tile on Sunday evening with a delivery date for Tuesday. As the builder suggested us to get some extra tiles just in case, we contact them first thing Monday morning (9am) to increase the amount for our order. With so much time before the delivery, Walls and Floors can not amend the amount or cancel our order.The online chat customer service was also slow in responding and shows no intend to help me resolve my problem. They are merely replying in a systematic way with the same reply. We are left with no choice but to pay £20 pounds delivery charge for tiles that's half of the delivery price.

DeWalt should have known the cord locking ring on their DW 421 was likely to fail IF the router got dropped and landed on the power cord. Well, mine got knocked over and sure enough! eReplacement did their part in getting my order ready to ship but unfortunately, the Postal Service took 4 days to move a tiny padded mailer from Salt Lake to Phoenix. Anyway, not eReplacements fault.

I have had several recent dealings with them and even though this Virus has screwed up things somewhat and delayed some parts they do keep me updated and do a very great job getting what I need. Catalogue clearly stated a Cordless Hedge Trimmer came with a Battery and Charger. A member of Staff later confirmed it, stating "it comes with everything listed in the catalogue". When it arrived 10 days later (not the promised 3 to 4 days) there was no battery or charger supplied. According to their Customer 'Service' they do not have to stand behind their advertisements, their catalogue or what their staff say!!!
