Magic ! Alan was a perfect gentleman. The cleaning is perfect . He was on time and refused to stop for tea/coffee . All the furniture was replaced very efficiently . I especially appreciated his kindness towards my husband who is not well.

I would definitely recommend AAAClean for carpet/upholstery cleaning jobs. I had a badly soiled carpet and sofa done yesterday and was delighted with the outcome. The job was handled professionally and the service was excellent. The machine used was very impressive and very efficient, with no unpleasant odours.

Michael fitted us a new kitchen this year. He has been very patient with us as we were going to have it done last year but couldn’t decide on what to go for. He gave us lots of options and talked us though them all and the different price points to suit our budget. It looks fab. Great start to 2019!

Employed M Hock Joinery to carry out all 2nd fix Joinery a full refurb scheme. Well impressed with all aspects of his work. Kitchen fitting exceptional. No fuss nothing was too much trouble, worked in with all associated trades, no mess just an excellent job all round. Will be looking forward to working with him on my next project.

I need to get hold of technical help on occasion, getting through to them is appalling, they hold my record of being kept on the phone waiting at 58+ minutes i then hung up and sent them an e-mail. A return e-mail promised a call back from Baxi technical, i was on the phone when they called & they left a message saying they would try again, despite another e-mail they have failed to do so. Their customer service is diabolical. I fit boilers for a living, i usually fit whatever the customer wants, but now i try to persuade them against having a Baxi as their back up is worse than useless.

I spent over two hours (one call) trying to get through to report a boiler fault (i have a service plan) and not once did i speak to a human or get through to anybody, that's right two hours on one call, to try and ensure my 6 year old daughter will have unrestricted heating this evening, I could not even leave a message or email as telephone is the only means of contact.

Didn't even want to give 1 star. Appalling job done. The fitter was 6 hrs late and the floor was broken before he even left. We asked him to fix it, he promised to return. 5 failed appointments made to rectify situation. Do not use this company, they are cowboys. The floor is lifting up and broken, and the trim isn't fixed to the wall properly. This was the Dudley branch.

Don't run a sale on items you don't have in stock! What a terrible company. If you want to wait months for backordered items this is the place for you. I suspect the website designers purposefully set up their storefront so you have no way of knowing, at the time of purchase, which items are out of stock. Stay away from this place and save yourself a lot of grief.

I contacted Tool Nut 2 weeks ago about prices on Makita 18v Accessories that I was interested in. I also asked in that email NOT to put me on a mailing list! What I got back to my inquiry was advertisement about Tool Nut sales. So, against my wishers Tool Nut put me on their mailing list. A week ago I sent an email AGAIN asking the same question as before about prices on Makita accessories that I was interested in. I have heard no reply to my email!! What does that tell me about Tool Nuts customer service?????? Wayne

In October 2018 I had a new bathroom & kitchen fitted, Redring/Dimplex water heaters installed, one for each room. In August 2019 the one feeding the hot tap in the kitchen started leaking, under the 12 month guarantee it was replaced FOC. In June 2020 (just now), the replacement heater in the kitchen has started leaking, I have phoned Dimplex, and have been told that the guarantee lasts for 12 months only. THE LEAKING REPLACEMENT, ONLY 9 MONTHS OLD, IS NOT GUARANTEED AND DIMPLEX DON'T WANT TO KNOW OR CARE THAT IT IS LEAKING. FOR ALL I KNOW THEY COULD HAVE FITTED A 2ND HAND OR REFURB MODEL JUST TO GET THEM PAST THE 12 MONTH GUARANTEE LIMIT. SHAME ON YOU REDRING /DIMPLEX, IF THIS IS HOW YOU HAVE TO MAKE A LIVING, BY DIDDLING PENSIONERS, THEN YOU DESERVE TO FAIL!!!!!

Dimplex Product: Base Unit Fan Heater (Model: BFH24BWSR) - plinth heater I was disappointed in that the Dimplex fan heater had a fault within 6 months. Dimplex HQ were very understanding, replaced the product and had it fitted within a few weeks. This may have been just a one off faulty product as the new one is working fine. I am pleased with the Company response and the service given to replace the plinth heater. I would still recommend them and the product.

Bought Floplast mini guttering from PBSL for a mini job channelling rainwater from a 2 metre long acrylic cover between a house and garage, to a soakaway to stop the brickwork from being splashed. In spite of Covid, ultra quick delivery, 2 days from placing the order. Would use again.

Tuffnell's courier service let them down. Order delivered 2 days late, damaged and incomplete (Tuffnell's subcontracted courier's fault - Cooper Carriers ). However whilst both couriers were useless in sorting the situation, PBSL (Gutter Supplies) did everything to correct it out sending out replacements next day delivery by DPD. Things didn't go right first time but they sorted the issues out so I would use again. I only hope they change their delivery agents.

Absolutely nightmare dealing with them Absolutely nightmare dealing with them, in 3 separate orders I received a faulty item, broken shower tray, and wrong colour shower panel. It is impossible to get anything correctly done through them. As I am typing this feedback I have an email from them saying that there is a problem with the returned item while I have not sent anything back yet and the item which supposed to be sent back is still with me! so I have no clue what they are talking about!!!! i.e an email from Lewis Beckingham: "We have been advised by our returns department that there is a problem with the return; [EXPLAIN PROBLEM]. As detailed in our returns terms, all items need to be returned in their original packaging and in a suitable condition for reselling. You'll receive a separate e-mail in a short while with attached images of how the return was received. You may want to use these images to raise a claim with the courier that you used. We are more than happy to get this item back to you, if you are happy for us to do so. Alternatively, please let us know how you would like to proceed. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused in regards to this issue. We look forward to hearing back from you."

Ordered just under £900 of bathroom products from Drench and they were all delivered on time apart from the shower tray. It was delivered just about Covid lockdown time and we had to keep to govt guidelines on delivery etc, one man put it in our garage we did not sign for it. We checked through the wrapping and could see no damage to the tray base or the corners. It remained where it was left until this week when the plumber started work. He noticed a hairline crack by the waste area so I called Drench. They said tough you didn’t report this in the 2 day window so no refund. It was obviously damaged but hidden under the polystyrene packaging and so was damaged before we got it. That’s just under £300 wasted so I would never buy from them again.

Very poor customer service. Made 3 separate orders, not one of them was correct. Items missing in 1st order. Black Flue pipes sent instead of Stainless in 2nd order. Wrong flashing sent in 3rd order. Waited for a week for wrong items to be collected, then 2 weeks for them to refund items. Nobody rings you back. Would never use this Company again. Hopeless. Find another Flue Supplier would be my advice.

Ordered flue for 2 jobs On Friday and was told could be Monday but would be Tuesday which was fine as I had expressed I needed the items by Tuesday .Then on Wednesday when nothing had arrived I phoned and email until finally got hold of somebody to be told only half my order was coming and the rest might come the next day .They never bother to contact me to let me know so I then could have made other arrangements, instead just waffled on about it be someone else’s fault. Rubbish service will never use again

Would give zero, if I could. Purchased a pair of boots on 25 November from a ‘Silver Seller’ who claimed he posted them on 28 November by InPost24 but they have never arrived. Have spoken with InPost24, who confirm a tracking number was generated but the boots were never posted. I have to date, sent exactly 20 messages to the seller and HEWI support. For around the last 10 messages, HEWI support have responded by saying they are awaiting a response from seller, before providing a refund. HEWI do not appear to have grasped that the seller has not dispatched the boots and the seller is not responding to them. This has truly been the most appalling online shopping experience, I have ever had to suffer. Nothing comes remotely close. Fortunately, the boots were purchased through PayPal, who I am going to refer this matter to!

Sold a white coat through HEWI, 2 days after the buyer got the coat, apparently there were stains that were not shown on my pictures (since they were not there then) and the "buyer" forced a return, I checked her out, on her social media there are pictures new pictures where she is wearing said coat while being with a bunch of friends, all waving cocktails and being quite "refreshed" - so I am getting back a coat that is damaged and somebody wore it, poured stuff over it and I am getting a damaged item back. Closing my account, I am not running a "borrow my item for free and return it ruined and I pay postage" thing, I just wanted to get rid of items that I don't wear and offered for very little

Placed an order for 2 garden tools. They notified me that it would take up to 20 days to process my order and another 1-2 weeks for delivery. I chose to cancel my order. After multiple emails and replies, they still have not refunded my money for 12 days. They kept saying that it would be in my account within 24-48 hours. I still have not received it. They are the worst business to order from. It has taken weeks to receive previous orders. And they always come banged up and packaged poorly.

Bought some Ronseal roofing sealant from B&Q which had all settled to the bottom of the tin which made it impossible to stir and apply. Having contacted Ronseal they despatched several free tins to me.

I had bought ronseal stay white gloss but it doesn't do what it says on the tin with a 10-year guarantee. I painted my whole house with this paint but what even though I kept to its strict criteria to make sure the paint stayed the way it should I am disappointed after one year that I need to paint the doors and skirtings again as they have gone yellow. I wouldn't be writing this if if this year I hadn't opened up a New tin and after painting my doors once again hoping that I had only bought a bad batch which went yellow so to find that at the bottom of the tin it has gone rusty leaving my painted door with a brown rust as I didn't look at the brush as I put it onto the door only to see that my door has got brown rust now on it. The other problem is it doesn't stay glossy for a gloss paint it's more like a mat.

If I hadn't called the company about it, months later they would have just kept the money. I can honestly say I was really reasonable about all of this but they were sooooo rude on the phone I feel I have to leave this review.

This is what happens for anyone who asks for a quote. You will immediately get 4-5 non stop email requests. Then the phone starts ringing off the hook by 4-5 companies. Everyday every week for few months. Then starts again after they sell off your info as refurbished leads to other contractors. Trust me. I know. If your a contractor. Unless you got deep deep pockets and affiliated with national account good luck. You are on the bottom of the pole and will be sold refurbish old leads that are cold as cold call leads. You will dump thousands until you may find one serious customer. Good luck.

Businesses beware : This company sent out many "leads" that were not vetted in any way. Most of their leads were either phantom leads, bad phone numbers, or people not at all interested in the service that we advertise for as a business. Over the course of 1 month we received 1 confirmed lead(of 70) and Modernize refused to refund or credit any of the other fake and or bad leads.

New self build property. Rear rock door now requires third replacement. Front door now on second replacement. Don’t buy these doors, they are expensive, nice to look at, but they tend to warp badly after couple of months. Did get them replaced by supplier, but had to pay cost of refitting them. I had upvc doors for years in my previous house with no problems.

At a previous address, I had a fantastic Rockdoor. As soon as we moved home I knew I wanted to replace both doors at my property with Rockdoors because I had been so impressed with them for everything they state on the website etc. Same I won’t be recommending them like I have done previously. This experience has been horrendous and a never ending nightmare. I will never do again and this is still unsolved. I feel robbed of good money, b&q could have supplied a better door for a fraction of the cost disappointed beyond belief! I placed the order in February lockdown obviously understand delayed production and installation. The issues are endless: 1.The installer Rockdoor installer turns up from 20 miles away to find he didn’t check the order and had 1 of the 2 wrong doors. 2.Fits the second door and puts a chainsaw through my internal wall TWICE AND DOES NOT EVEN MENTION IT, HE LEAVES I SPOT IT AS I CLOSE THE DOOR ! I have to call him back immediately. 3. I Inspect the door closer on the same day (fitting day) to find it is pitting and it looks like the door covering is defected. This was also discussed immediately and the installer could only report it back to Rockdoor and raise a complaint. We insisted on a replacement....this is still on-going it is now nearly September 6 months from installation of this door alone! 4. The same door does not lock easily, still waiting for it be resolved. 5. The door(s) we had on order and we have paid for (proof on order )should have been key liked, We DID NOT GET THESE ON EITHER DOOR AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE SORTED ! 6. The front door finally arrives and gets fitted in July, 5 months from order this has now pitted and swollen. So TWO SEPARATE DOORS DEFECTED AND STILL NOT REPLACED DESPITE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE BEING SUPPLIED. 8.Due to poor communication and response from the installer had to try and track down a contact ct for Rockdoor, note they give you a 10 year guarantee but no way of easily contacting them.(useless in other words) 7. Eventually got to Contact Rockdoor by email and telephone, done this numerous times but not had returned telephone calls or email back resolving any of this atrocious catalogue of problems! So we have parted with £2900.00 to get two defective POOR quality doors that do not lock properly and left with two holes in my wall that were not there before for that price! Appalling!! 1 star is too generous for this review.

The Roseview Ultimate Rose windows are amazing. They look so similar to wooden sash you really can't tell the difference and when the snow hit we were so glad we had made the investment in this superior product. My children's rooms are now very cosy, even in the midst of winter and the sound proofing is remarkable. Mario and his team worked meticulously to make sure the windows were fitted perfectly. They fully appreciated that the finish was important and did their best to deliver a great service. Very friendly and good at cleaning up after themselves. Definitely Recommend.

We first found Roseview at the Fit show as we were looking for an authentic sliding sash supplier, we visited several stands but Roseview where the standout for us with quality of product and friendliness/helpfulness by the staff on the stand. We have used them for a number of jobs now and nothing as changed in our view, great product great staff and we look forward to continued use of an excellent company, well done keep up the hard work.

I have just watched you video on installing cedar cladding and after reading the TRADA book find all your instructions are incorrect. You have vertical cladding which should have been fixed on to horizon battens fixed to vertical battens for through flow of air. Also an air gap top and bottom so as not to trap moisture. They also recommend round head nails not punched below the surface. I am glad I did not follow your instructions.

Never use this company, unless you like to gamble with your sanity... Short story - no information given about whether your order is actually in stock even after you have placed an order, let alone before. Therefore "Next day delivery" boast purely random feature of the experience. Phone line almost impossible at times to get through on. Delivery of entirely wrong parts, not just one, but all of them. Lying about ability to satisfactorily correct this. Finally Petty and desperate attempts to get out of paying for the £3.90 return postage of incorrect goods. Intrigued? Here's the long story.... Initially chose to order from them because website boasts "UK Next Day delivery if ordered before 1pm". Placed order. Received cursory email to say order had been received. Decided to call and check everything was ok as nothing further had arrived by midday. Phone line was impossible to get through on. After numerous attempts connected to someone who informed me that one part on my order would take up to a week to get in stock! No indication given in the website order process or email received to indicate this. Needless to say needing items for the next day I cancelled that part as I was told the others could be sent through in time for next day. Next day arrives and I wait in all day. No delivery. It turns up the following morning instead and on opening the parcel I find that not one but both remaining parts of the order are wrong! Manage to get through to customer service who tells me he can get the correct parts to me today, he will call back to confirm in half an hour. No call back. I manage to get through again only to be informed that it will only be possible to get them in the post today, not to me. Annoyed as (add expletive to taste...) I cancel and have to run round London to find the parts myself. Next day ask for returns procedure info/ reference and am told I can "use any delivery method I want" with some obscure words about the delivery cost. I make a point to clarify that I will receive my return postage costs refunded and get further obfuscation. Looking at their website notice small print that says they will "arrange suitable collection" of any goods sent by mistake. I point this out to them. They reluctantly tell me it involves sending a label and me dropping it off for pick-up at "corner shop". This seems more hassle than just sticking it in the post so after receiving further assurance that "Yes, once returned we'd refund the entirety of the order, postage and product in full" I just stick it in the 2nd class post instead. On informing them of this I am told that what they meant was outbound postage only, not my costs...!! Pointed out they were lying again, to no effect. I guess this is part of their customer services policy, to lie to their customers. At this point I actually became amused at how shambolic, inept and pathetically venal the whole transaction had become and decided to cut my losses on the worst transaction I have ever had with any entity that purports to be able to sell me a good or service. WORST EVER guys. By a long clear margin. Congratulations. I trust your business will survive long enough to learn and grow. But... then... I doubt it.

After placing order received email stating item was in stock and had been dispatched, and small item was posted by Royal Mail first class and was supposed to take 1-5 days. After 4 days nothing happened so emailed. Reply said we are expected stock any day now! Also money for the item was debited. Not remotely impressed.

Do not buy from this company. They are not UK based to start with. I paid £219 for my rug, within months it has faded of virtually all colour. Company not interest, they said this is normal! They state rug is ‘colourfast’ it’s not! Read all the reviews on Google, it’s shocking!

The rug arrived in good time but was very inferior for the price so I asked to return it, this is where it gets difficult you can only return to Switzerland or US at your own cost. I was quoted £79 by the company so I arranged postage myself at £34. If I had known this I never would have used this company, I have ordered many rugs from Wayfair at much better quality and prices and confident I could return if needed. Please be warned that this company is not a good one in my opinion.

Absolute dreadful from start to finish This was truly a nightmare from start to finish. We placed the order for a 4x3mtr conservatory in January 2018 after opting for the Everest brand as Fred Clarke(salesman ) sold us the Everest dream. However it was everything but. They only finished the installation on June 22nd 2019. During that time they took it down 4 times , built the base to small, cut the entire frame down to suit the base and rebuilt the entire side wall measuring mtrs long 2.5 times. It was a whopping £31,400 as well, and was actually the dearest quote we had , but it was all a pack of lies and poor workmanship. We were sold triple glazing only to be told upon installation that they could only fit double as it was too heavy . They charged us for a skip but placed it all in the street , my wife even had one of the fitters kiss her. We have so much to say it would take at least an hour to write, so we just wanted to warn you that there subcontractor workman are a mix of very good or very very poor, you only get the good when everything goes wrong. There was zero project management and no customer service whatsoever. We are now about to descend into a legal battle regarding the final cost . So all we ask is that you do your homework before opting for Everest because are very very far from the Best.

NEVER use this company or it's new company everest 2020. 11 years I have been patiently waiting for them to fix my garage door that cost a lot of money and never did work properly. Now, it's gone bust. Then they start again with a new name. Don't fall for this, they are rubbish. Way over priced, never wanting to fix any of their issues. I think its dreadful that they just close and re open by putting 2020 on the end. I hope they fail. I hope you don't get caught up with their rubbish product. They make me feel sick.

Ordered a gas fire but had a problem with the delivery so missed our gas engineers slot. When we came to install the fire we found we had the wrong size flu. Flames refused to take the fire back or change it as we were over the 14 day returns period. We have more fires to purchase for our other cottages would never use Flames again as their customer service is rubbish. All seems great until something goes wrong!

I was in the market for a smaller drill for use in the house & came upon Makita's 10.8v tools. The CBI drill & impact driver set was ideal and bearing in mind it comes with two batteries and a charger it's going for a great price. The tools are tough and reliable and charge in less than an hour. I'm very happy with them.

visited showroom and ordered all windows and a front door for a 3 bedroom semi. Served by David who assured us that the door could be simply fitted by our builder , who recommended them to us. Windows were fine, then the door! So many problems. Firstly, it came with the wrong handle installed, luckily it was specified on the invoice. Had to wait another month and that was me phoning weekly asking for an update, always replying we'll get back to you but never did! I contacted you three separate times, offering to pay for someone to check the door when it was installed, as it wasn't closing correctly, and was told, three times, by a lady, to contact check a trader as it wasn't fitted by yourselves. However, after having and paying a door specialist who found that the 3 metal catches on the locks were installed, by yourselves, the wrong way round! We had even got locked out and had to call a locksmith out as the locks weren't connecting correctly, and still got told to contact check a trader when I phoned for some advice. Your customer service is appalling. I didn't have you fit the door because your fitting prices were extortionate. I certainly would not recommend you.

I am very disappointed by their after sales customer services. We had bi-folding doors from them and one of the latches is not working any longer. I emailed the customer services 5 working days ago and got no reply. So I rang them and the woman said she would contact me back that was 2 days ago and she hasn't rang me back. They seem like a company, once they have your money, that is the end of you and their relationship and customers are left to deal with issues of their products. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Excellent delivery - next day to N Ireland which was very unexpected. I will definitely be buying from them again on this point alone. Delivery costs were not excessive either, which is not usual for delivery to NI and usually is a big factor in deciding whether or not to purchase goods online. Very happy.

They wear so helpful my parcel turned up this morning it was broken was no one fault phoned them they said do a email with a pitcher and within 2hours they got back to and someone was getting product the same day. So friendly helpful cannot fault them at all. At the price was best around.

Avoid this company like the plague. They have reviews like this across the internet. I ordered items mid-September. 10 days later I rang to see why I'd had no despatch confirmation only to be told goods were "out of stock". I cancelled my order right then but didn't see a refund so after a couple of weeks I rang and was told "it hadn't been processed properly" but it'd be done straight away. Fast forward another week and still no refund so I called again and was fobbed off with the same excuse and promise. After nearly 2 months I've still had no refund and my bank is on the case with Trading Standards and Merseyside Police also aware.

I decided to try insulation4us because I needed a pallet of rockwool and HD couldn't get it for at least two weeks (and I had family coming to help work on the house in a week). Ordered it on sunday, got an email on tues saying it would be delivered the next day (not sure if location matters, but we're in sw washington). The delivery crew called at 8am, said they'd be there in 1.5 hrs and they were. All in all, super happy with them and would definitely recommend.

I bought 3 rugs from Incedible Rugs and Decor, the colors were true to what we saw on the internet. The rugs are like paintings, they look like they were hand painted with a mosaic tile print . Everytime a guest enters my family room, the rug is the first thing they notice and the comments are always on how beautiful the mosaic print looks. Funny thing is we put in new wood flooring and thought they would say something about the beautiful wood.

I am a pretty serious DIY person, but don't have a ton of experience with diamond tools. I needed to bore a 24" hold through a granite boulder. I purchased the EDiamond tools higher-end 1.5" boring bit, 12" extension, adapter and water adapter. Worked like a charm, and can see no discernible wear on the diamond blade. Follow the RPM recommendations on their website and don't put a lot of pressure on. Let the blade do the work. My big HD drills were too slow RPM-wise, so I ended up using a cordless Ridgid drill on high speed. Went through three batteries but it worked great. There is no pilot so you need to either use some form of Guide to get it started without the bit walking. Or do what I did. I started with a regular Home-Depot 1.5" tile hole saw so there was an 1/8" deep circle for the Big EDiamond bit to get started.
