Attention An attentive professional attitude until I had made the payment where I was then made to feel like an inconvenience and had to continually chase them to make any progress. Whilst open to suggestion with regards to design it took multiple attempts to produce a simple layout where pipes are not running through exterior or supporting walls and where permanently excluded areas simply not forgotten to be added. Apparently the extra attempts to rectify their mistakes were ‘above and beyond the normal’. Delivery took about 4 weeks where a visual inspection of the wrapped pallet was made and signed for, noting that any missing parts or damage should be reported to TFHW within 48 hours (the t&c’s are contradictory). Upon disassembling the pallet (2m3) of over 250 pieces it transpires there are a few damaged parts and some missing ones also no CAD printout or installation manual. The missing parts were out of stock so they simply didn’t bother to inform, refund or send at a later date. A further 2 weeks of jumping through hoops sending photos etc ended with an agreement to send out the necessary items but that quickly changed and I am now being fobbed off. This has lead to a decision to return the kit as the project is far behind schedule. A return for a full refund apparently is possible providing all parts are in as new condition (despite not receiving them in as new condition) less the £400 shipping cost. Any contact I make is met with a highly defensive and combative attitude with no attempt to seek resolution despite their website t&c’s which claim About Us The Floor Heating Warehouse Ltd. are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. I ordered the underfloor heating panels early Friday morning, but they weren't delivered until the following Wednesday. I live in France and they were being delivered to UK to a friend who was bringing them over for me, so the delivery was pretty time critical as they had to be there before he left. Had the delivery been as stated I would have given 5 stars as the customer service is excellent.

Monday morning 20th January dawned bright, sunny and frosty, it was just after 8:00 am when 3 cheerful faces appeared, on the due date, and announced that they had come to replace my existing but aged timber decking. After a brief discussion about their proposed programme, a look at the task in hand and a warming cup of coffee, they set to work with, what I can only describe as a giant tooth extractor and soon had some of the existing boards up. The boards were efficiently transported through the conservatory and stacked at the side of the house for disposal. By mid afternoon the boards were all removed and the sub structure inspected for reuse, it was found to be in good order. I was informed that the new composite boards were due for delivery the next morning so the team would do a small adjustment on another job but expected to be with me late morning. Men and boards duly arrived the next day and work commenced on laying them in position. I was informed that they would be back the next morning. Wednesday dawned and two of the “lads” arrived on time and continued laying the new boards, there was a visit from “the management” to check on progress, which was going well, and the job was finished by late afternoon, a quick hose down and tidy up and they crept away as if nothing had occurred. The garden was transformed by the upgrade, HHI were on time and kept to their programme and, very importantly I was kept fully informed. The staff were polite, obliging and cheerful and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with their work, management also made a second visit to ensure that the work was satisfactory. We are “over the moon” with the result. Three day that transformed a garden. Well done HHI ( by the way- every bit as handsome as the radio ad what). We wish you every success in the future.

Excellent workmanship from Danny and Ian, very little disruption at all during the 5vdays fitting. A misunderstanding led to a delay fitting the glass splashback, but was rectified and the guys returned to refit the plinth once the floor was fitted. No mess at all , if any was cleaned up before they left each day. Just make sure you have plenty of coffee ......... Great job would highly recommend

Rachel at Love Radiators provided the best customer service I have had in years. The space I needed a radiator was difficult and I am very fussy regarding the look of the room and Rachel went above and beyond to find me the right one, something no other supplier managed! Once she found it she responded promptly to every enquiry I made and was pro active in keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. The radiator arrived on time, delivered by a really helpful courier and looks great in situ, I couldn't recommend Rachel or Love Radiators more, use them!! PS I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to say how good this company is.

I am having a bad experience with this company. I bought 3 rugs and it took them 7 days to hand over to Hunter Courier, that was done only when I approached them about the status of my order. Hunter Coruier took the rug on 01 Apr and till date there has been no movement. I have tried calling no one pics up @missamara. I have messaged and emailed for resolution,as to why Hunter is sitting on the rugs since 01 Apr. There is no customer care, they have taken the money and they don's care. I have asked twice to cancel the order but reps have conveniently not answered this part of my question. They keep blaming Covid but Covid has been in for over 2 years when will this eCom company grow up and start taking responsibility and do something about resolving the deliveries. I had placed order with another eCom company for 1 rug those rug arrived via Hunter Courier in 48hrs so blaming Courier company is incorrect in my case. I neither recommend this company nor will ever buy. Very poor show all around the service and delivery ! I am sure someone will quickly respond to my post here, I hope they take same initiative to approach Hunter and deliver my rugs. I would approach Hunter and then comment on this review with some delivery dates.

I met with Eric from Mr. Furnace for a quote for a new Furnace and A/C unit at my house at about 5:30 PM after I got home from work. He is a dog person and liked my dogs. This first impression gets +1 star. Eric looked at my current furnace and A/C unit and agreed that it was a good time to replace my 20+ year old equipment that came with my house. Eric showed me what he recommended Even knowing very little about HVAC, my BS detector never went off and his suggestion was right in line with the 2 previous quotes I got from other companies. Eric sold me a Trane A/C and Furnace, which I was told by many people is and had been a very good brand for a long time. He did it while beating the other quotes by a few hundred dollars. They scheduled the install very quickly. Sales pitch, brand, quote and quick installation turn around - +2 Stars The day of the install, my wife took off of work so the installers could access the house and coming from her, she told me that the installers were as nice as could be. They really didn't bug her until they finished up. They showed her a few things about the furnace and A/C and said to call anytime if there were any questions. One installer left a battery charger for one of his tools so I met him nearby to return it. He was very thankful and told me about the install. Clean install, friendly installers and thankful employees - +1 Star As I was moving stuff back into place, I noticed that two electrical outlets near the furnace area that worked previous to the install were no longer working. I called Eric on a Saturday evening and he told me he would get someone out asap to take a look. They are sending out an electrician today (4/30/19) after I get home from work to take a look. The financing options for Mr. Furnace were a little confusing at first, but once I sat down and looked at them, a simple 18 months no interest if paid in full was the way to go. The furnace is quiet, and blows nice warm air at a greater force with less energy than my previous furnace. I can't comment on the A/C yet but I am confident it will work just as well. Financing options/response to issues/end result - +1 Star. This was my first experience ever replacing large appliances and Mr. Furnace was great every step of the way. I got reminder calls, great service from everyone involved, and great equipment installed at a fair price at the rate I wanted to pay. Thank you Mr. Furnace for the overall great experience.

The tech (Emir I think) arrived right at the beginning of the window, and was was friendly. We have 3 cats and 2 of them r older so we needed all sorts of pet stains and odor issues resolved. The tech was very efficient with his time. No time wasting taking breaks or smoking or texting etc and when he was done our carpets were fully transformed. Now a week later our carpets look and smell so fresh, and the stains didn't come bk like they do normally with other cleaners All in all very pleased with the service. The carpet dried fairly quickly and the end results are just amazing and far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Power Pup Cleaners anytime to any friend or relative. James Castelli

Of course with all of the extra use our older sliding door is getting during this Covid-19 crisis, the old rollers just gave way! I found 24hr Sliding Door Repair on-line due to its high reviews. I award them another 5 STAR review! From the initial call with Dmitry, through the dealings with the team of two that came to my home, the experience was professional, polite and exceeded all expectations. The repairmen (who arrived early) both wore masks and gloves due to the virus. They are clearly experienced and within no time, my door was literally floating along with tracks! The job was done so well that I asked them to repair the second door at the same time. Due to the difficult finances of this time, Dmitry offered a reduction of the initial estimate just as a courtesy. I rarely take the time to write these reviews but this Company deserves it. I strongly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Why are you sending me these? The day before the rep was supposed to come out and give me a quote, she called to ask about my square footage (I didn't know, I assumed that was part of the bid) and then told me that it wouldn't be worth their time to come out because I am 'across town' in Smyrna. So, no - I would not use your service again, and would offer a suggestion to not send out surveys unless you actually knew the job was being done. Waste of time for all.

It was a Friday afternoon, just before New Year when my wife "touched" our garage door, bending the door and breaking completely the string. I was thinking that I won't be able to fix it until January 2nd, but these guys rocks! I called to ask for service, 10 minutes later they called me back scheduling an appointment 30 minutes later - in less that 3 hours that I called, the door was fixed and working even better that was before!!

I'm writing this long review because I'm a strong believer in tipping good when the service is great, I think that positive reinforcement to a job well done leads customer service providers to work even harder in order to satisfy their clients. Having said that, I'd like to give a shout out to Attic Insulation by LABS! Everything from our initial inspection meeting with their technician / foreman Aaron, and all the way to the completion of our project was done right and with us, the clients, in mind. The first meeting went really well, Aaron spent a fair amount of time listening to our needs, inspecting the attic, crawling under the house, taking photos and videos, discussing the problems we have and potential solutions and recommending the best way to solve all in a cost efficient way. Though I felt like Aaron did an excellent job explaining and he did answer all our questions in the best and most informative way, his price came a tiny bit higher than the other quote we got. Being the thinker I am I requested a written quote and some time to think about it, Aaron did not hesitate and promised he will send an email with a detailed quote within 24 hours. He sent it within 4-5 hour, right before the end of the day, along with additional information about types of insulation and a rebate we can get if we do certain things. The day after I received a follow up call from their office, the lady on the other side of the line didn't ask a word about why we didn't buy the service and wasn't trying to solicit it, her only questions were about the quality of their service and she wanted to know if they could've done anything else to have earned my business. Two days passed and I received a follow up email from Aaron, nothing pushy just to asking if we have made our minds yet and stating that he will work very hard on making sure that we get an extremely professional work using great materials if we give him our business. After reviewing all the estimates we got and the different contractors who came to our house, my husband and I decided that, even though their price was a bit higher than others, we feel very confident in trusting our project with Aaron. We emailed him back our reply and requested another meeting to sign a contract. He came to our house the day after and was as generous with his time and as informative as he was on our first meeting. The day of the job Aaron and his crew came right on time. The first thing they did was to cover our floors, install dust isolation barriers and hermetically seal their work area to prevent dust and contamination from getting into our house. After the first stage of removing the old insulation, cleaning our attic and blocking all penetrations to prevent rodents from coming back in, Aaron asked my husband to inspect the attic before installing the new insulation. My husband was so amazed by their good work that he made me climb up there and see in my own eyes. It was immaculately clean and I could see all the areas where we have had holes before are now covered with metal nets secured to the frame with heavy duty screws. We gave him the go ahead to move forward with the insulation installation. Though we paid for the standard R-30 insulation, Aaron and his workers brought in huge bundles of R-38 fiberglass insulation. He said that they have a lot of it in their storage and they simply decided to upgrade us for free. After cutting and fitting the insulation neatly between our frames Aaron called us again for a final walkthrough. Once again everything was done immaculately and left us highly impressed. After receiving such a good and professional service I feel encouraged and obligated to recommend others in need of insulation replacement, attic cleaning or rodent control to call them. Giving our business to Aaron and his company was worth every penny we paid. If we had to we would've done it again, with them and only with them, in a heartbeat.

On 11/28/17 Moses from Attic Insulation by LABS came to inspect my attic and give provide me with a free quote for attic insulation removal, attic cleaning service, and cost to install cellulose blown-in insulation. After having a couple of other insulation guys over I expected yet another salesperson trying to push his service. I was kind of surprised to find out that the owner of the company does his own inspections and provides a written quote via email. I always prefer hiring someone I know actually care for the quality of his work, salemen usually not so. Since his quote was fair and he seemed to be a pro Insulation installer I decided to hire him for the job. A couple of days later I had the service done. Moses and his crew provided a high quality service and value to top the cost of the service. I really feel like I got a much better deal than what I paid for and for that I'm writing this review. If he keeps providing the same quality service and product, with an equal cost to mine, I can't see a reason for anyone to higher someone else.

Im a HETAS installer and chimney sweep, I installed on of these stoves and it twisted on first lighting and the bloke on the phone was blaming everyone and everything including me (been installing for 20 years with no problems) I also see these stoves when sweeping and I would say Run away and buy a decent stove!!!

Called the day before and he was able to schedule me in the next day. Awesome! When he arrived to my house we discovered my house was too far away from his van so the length of the hose was too short for him to clean my house so he went and BOUGHT EXTRA tubing which was very nice. Next he had to put his van in my detached garage and he was so NICE to sweep all the spiders out and dust out. Finally when it came to the carpet cleaning he spent nearly an hour and a half doing a meticulous job and not leaving until the carpet was dried to his standards. My carpet was white again! Darrel had excellent customer service and I will call him again for the next cleaning. Very happy with the results!!!!!

Absolutely NOT same day service! Hot tap in bathroom leaking-not turning off fully. Turned off water and took out tap. Could not successfully fix tap so called Samedaytrades at 8 am. Booked in for between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm. Midday came and went with no contact. Called them again and they said they will get a technician to call me. No one called so I rang back. Was put on hold then told ‘sorry the technician was sick so we advised him to have a COVID test. There’s no one else available and the next booking will be Tuesday due to it being Easter !! They were not concerned that I would therefore have no running water for the Easter weekend! I’m really annoyed that they did not inform me earlier that they could not fulfil the appointment so I could make other enquiries with another business, and that it was left up to me to call them twice before I was a told about the technician… if I hadn’t called is still be waiting! Called Metropolitan plumbing and they accommodated me straight away.., they are available 24/7.. more expensive but at least you get proper service

First of all my experience with the sales consultant was fabulous. I am a single mother with two children and the hope of me getting a house of my own was unlikely. However, Omar encouraged me not to give up and gave me advice no other company had given me. He also worked within my budget and didn't force me to purchase something that would make it difficult to pay off. He was very professional and kept in contact all throughout the process. My experience with the rest of the team (Zoe and Emily) was also fantastic. They we exceptionally helpful and prompt with attending to my enquiries. The home itself is fantastic!!!
