We first used Bamboozle in 2004 when we built our home and to this day I still say it was the best selection I made in my home. The floor has withstood nearly ten years of traffic including it's fair share of little boys and their toys, and stiletto heavy parties. It has remained looking fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Late last year (2013) we decided to renovate and extend our home and I contacted Bamboozle as I had new areas of flooring required adjacent to the old. This time they REALLY impressed me. They not only did their best to hand select boards from their batches that best matched the aged boards in the rest of the house, but they also searched to find as many boards as they could in the original width (they use a wider board these days) for the most visible areas. The installation team were friendly, professional and courteous and I felt like the whole experience was so much better than I'd even expected. The new floors look fantastic and I couldn't be happier, so I felt it only fair that I write this testimonial for them. Professional company. Excellent quality, durable and attractive product. I had no bad experience either time I used them.

My parents purchased a home early last year and rectifications were necessary with a number of items, one being the floorboards. There were gaps in a number of places. I contacted the company and asked for someone to come out and have a look. The business did act promptly and send out a couple of employees. Upon arrival at the home they stated that skirting boards would need to be taken off, and repainted and so forth. My parents wanted the manager of the business to confirm details and take responsibility for any damage in writing before they agreed to any work. The manager did come out to inspect the work and then proceeded to say that this had never happened to them before and that he needed to consult with the manufacturers. A number of phone calls and text messages instigated by myself or my father later, yet still no acknowledgement in an email of how they were to proceed with our warranty repairs. To this day we are still waiting for this written guarantee and an explanation as to why there were gaps in the floorboards, hence no rectifications have been completed and no communication from the business since before Christmas last year.

I have ordered 2 large sets of wooden floors from this company after seeing their wide range of products in the showroom. After checking many other suppliers, my wife and I settled on the excellent floors we now have in our renovated home. Patrick kept us informed, went out of his way when I had to adjust quantities due to builder’s requirements, and didn’t charge for the adjusted quantity. One order had to come from overseas and he expedited the order and stored the goods free of charge. Delivery was prompt and his laying team efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. Any further flooring we need to purchase will come from Patrick and Aspire Floors. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience with Chelsea. The guys who laid my flooring and staircase solid Blackbutt boards treated my bathroom like a public toilet and did not clean up after themselves. Saw dust everywhere in the garage wasn't cleaned up. Glue spots all over my brand new tiles were not cleaned up and blamed on other trades. Work looks shoddy and unfinished. After sales was abysmal as none of my QA concerns were addressed effectively and the only real concern that was shown was with payment being received on time. They use contractors to do all the work of course and there is no ownership. I have to live with my floor every day now and see all the defects staring back at me. This company has a lot to learn about customer service etc.

I had a job done with Iflooring, approximately 80sqm of carbonised bamboo. The pricing was great and the quality decent. The workmanship was reasonable and the workmen helped us move our furniture, Gordon, the salesman seemed to be knowledged and worked with us well. From my knowledge, i've researched several stores and none had solid bamboo skirting or scotia. MDF seemed to have done the work for me and worked extremely well, I've had my flooring for 4 months now and I'm satisfied with its quality. I'm not really sure the previous comment was talking about. I find the flooring quite easy to maintain and difficult to scratch(i have 2 boys) which is a bonus! Overall, this is a good company. good price, quality and service nothing really

Our First Floor addition was completed last December & we were extremely happy with all aspects of the process. All the admin & office staff at Addbuild were excellent to deal with & more than willing to accommodate any requests from us. The building supervisors & tradesmen were all very good to deal with & we would especially like to mention the two builders assigned to our project Luke & Simon who were not only very easy to get along with but extremely professional & produced very high quality work. We are a family of five & Addbuild transformed our small two bedroom very tired cottage to a four bedroom "new" home giving us much needed room to grow, we now have two bathrooms and a spare room for visiting family members to stay in! One of our family friends have begun a similar project with Addbuild on our recommendation as we spoke highly of the overall process. Thank you again Addbuild we are really enjoying our "new" home!

Cameron Construction completed our large extension in 2009, after a build that lasted around 1 year. They were very flexible in constructing the extension around us, rather than us having to move out into rental accommodation, which we very much appreciated. Our on-site supervisor Robin Otto, consulted well with us during the various stages of the building process, and he was always very professional and approachable, especially in dealing with any issues as they arose. What has been most impressive though, is the on-going and prompt after sales support/advice we continue to receive. It has been a very worthwhile quality investment.

Cameron Constructions built our second story extension in March 2014. Throughout the process we had contact with a large team of their employees. ALL of whom were helpful and accommodating. From the office, sales and design team right through to the contractors who were on site to complete the build. They completed our project well inside time and absolutely to our satisfaction. Cameron Constructions were professional, helpful, skilled and client focused. We are now one year on from the start of our build and have had not a single issue. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend their work.

After 10 years of use we decided to get our 3 showers re-sealed and re-grouted to avoid any potential leaks or other problems, we also had EnduroShield coatings installed on the glass to make cleaning easier. Paul was very polite and completed the job to a very high standard. He was very helpful regarding advice and recommendations and also offered to install a new glass shelf and shower head rail at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend.

After connecting with Paul from Mainkon via HiPages, it was an easy decision to choose him and his team to renovate our bathroom and ensuite: during the quoting process he was punctual and professional, not in any way pushy; the suggestions he made for the scope of the job clearly those of an experienced tradesman; and his well laid out quote transparent and reasonable. Paul and his team started the job on the originally scheduled date, then daily after that arrived early and put in a full day of efficient construction. Paul’s collaboration with other trades was seamless, and their work was also extremely good. Now that the jobs are finished, we are delighted with our new bathrooms, as well as the tiling for our laundry. Thanks again, Paul. And a very special thanks to Louis, Paul’s tiler, whose eye for detail and dedication to the job are commendable. Highly recommended!

I used Bathroom Werx to renovate my Bathroom about 4 months ago. The salesman came out & quoted around $2,000 however when calling to book in, the manager told me that what I was quoted on would cost over $3,000. Keen on having my bathroom updated, I proceeded with the quote. Within two weeks the enamel started to peel and discolour. They re-did my Bathroom, and after the same problem started to occur again, the lady who took my call didn't want to send a technician out again, instead putting my on the phone with the CEO [name removed], who told me that there was nothing wrong, yet refused to send anyone out again. Two months on, and the office refuse to return my calls, emails and even letter. I used another company (at a cheaper cost) to do my job and my Bathroom now looks fantastic! Avoid Bathroom Werx people, you will be thankful you did! dishonest staff, terrible product!

We had a problem with our new bathroom renovation so asked Shower sealed to come see if they could help, a fellow came out had a look and said yes no problem we can put our Ultra bond product on and give us a five year guarantee ... Great we thought and paid The $495 the product was put on we waited the required time but the shower was still leaking in one corner ...They sent someone to come and look when we questioned the problem only to be then told the shower had obviously not been built properly and made lots of excuses as to why it was not their fault ...and they would not guarantee the leak Why were we not told the shower had problems when they first came for the inspection... Not after they they took our Money ??

After our original inspection of en-suite and main bath/laundry, we never received a quote or follow up call, when I called them 3 weeks after I was told they would be in touch shortly, another week passed and still nothing. I called and left a message with the person who did the inspection (twice) and did not receive a call back. As a result of our experience we wouldn’t recommend using this business.

It is two years since we had our old bathroom renovated. We received very good reports from friends as to the quality of Fred Rose's company's work. They are a local family company which gave us confidence. We had heard bad reports of unfinished work by so many unknown firms so wanted to make the right choice. From the moment we visited the showrooms we were impressed with the displays and the knowledge and assistance of the staff. As soon as I described what I wanted in order to match a federation style border tile we had selected, they soon brought out the cream wall tiles, and terra cotta colour floor tiles I had in mind, and matched them to the timber cabinet I wanted. The selections were all set up together so we could see how well they all matched our choice of border tile. They had obviously done this many times and were well versed in the procedure. The selections were exactly what we wanted. We matched them with a cream hand basin and toilet suite & cabinet top. As I have weak wrists we were able to select lever style taps for hand basin and shower along with a grip rail in the shower. The work was soon scheduled. They set up a programme of all the work, along with the times they would arrive every day. Our old bathroom had to be completely removed. Before the men started work they laid plastic over our hall carpet to protect it for the duration of work. Each day the scheduled workmen arrived exactly on time. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and removed all debris and rubbish. I had nothing to clean up myself. On 2 days in particular it was to be extremely hot and they arranged to come earlier in the morning to get the jobs for that day done before it got too hot. During the work a partner in the firm arrived regularly to make sure everything was done to his and our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the new bathroom and the high quality of the materials and the standard of the work. There are cheaper firms around but it was worth it to us to have such good care taken, to know the firm was reliable and we would not be left with substandard or uncompleted work. We can highly recommend David Pace of Fred Rose Bathrooms Total care and reliability.

We had 2 bathrooms and a laundry done by Fred Rose. When jobs were finished we had issues that needed to be fixed. It took a long time for them to come back. I would look into other options before committing to them.

We installed what I consider a very expensive kitchen 3 years ago. It was my pride and joy but that was soon to change. We started to notice cracking in the finish in varying parts of the kitchens - doors and drawers. It has now been an ongoing saga since December, 2015. According to the General Manager they have now supplied us with replacement doors and drawers of equal quality (ours was an imported German kitchen, the replacements are from ????). They have wiped their hands of anything more even though we were told this kitchen had a 10 year warranty. I would never recommend Taste Living to anyone. The only thing that matters to Taste is take the money, service is non existent.

Internal problem with the tap as from brand new and was dripping, why on earth do I need a plumbers invoice when it's fault is internal and not from the install!! Whilst I am disappointed I am needing to replace my sink and bathroom taps just 3 years after building, I cannot fault the service I received from Phoenix. New taps were in the post within a day of my phone call. Had I gone through the builder I'd still be getting excuses.

My parents renovated their house over a decade ago and made the wrong decision of not putting a final layer of silicon post-tiling. As such, over time mould, and wear and tear made some areas of the house look not so pleasing to the eye. That’s where National Tilers came in, gave us a very reasonable quote; re-tiled the areas of the house within the estimated timeframe with full transparency. Can’t thank the boys more for the work they did, highly recommended.

We did a complete bathroom renovation with WA Assett two and a half years ago. At that time-- I was impressed with the professional nature of their work. However, I was even more impressed when I recently had an issue with the bathroom .... I contacted them and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Their customer service made them a pleasure to deal with. WA Assett are not the cheapest around - but you get what you pay for and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. After an horrific experience with Harvey Norman Kitchen Renovations 5 years ago, now we have moved & needed to renovate I was wary of kitchen renovation companies but John & Helle & Kerrie at Collaroy Kitchen Centre have been a dream to deal with! Apart from a minor issue with the electrician that was quickly sorted out, the whole process was smooth & easy. Kerrie designed my dream kitchen & I am so over the moon with the result. It took me 4 years to find R & B Bathrooms. It was worth the wait! I recently had a complete renovation of my bathroom and separate toilet. Great attention to detail, highly skilled and I have complete confidence that I will no longer have to be worried about the shower leaking into the downstairs sitting room ceiling. I had my bathroom shower tiles re-surfaced about 20 years ago, also my bath. The bath hasn't been used very much and remains in fairly good order, although several small flaws have appeared over the years. The shower was ok for nearly two years, then the enamel started to shrink over the grouting and mould started forming. I used their recommended cleaner to start with but eventually nothing cleaned it properly and the mould just remains. I would never recommend having shower tiles re-sprayed, their 10 year warranty is useless. They did try to correct this with several re-sprays but the same thing kept happening, the product just doesn't wear well at all and today my shower area looks terrible, nothing cleans it satisfactorily.

**Buyer beware** We hired Mend A Bath services in 2016 to re surface our bath. Over the past two years Mend A Bath have been back to our home three times to patch repair the constant peeling of their paint product used. After paint, yet again, sticking to my husbands foot while showering we contacted Mend A Bath for the fourth time. Their representative [name removed] came out to our property for the forth time last week to inspect the peeling paint. After inspection I asked [name removed] 'why does our paint keep peeling?' He responded with he 'did not know' In the warranty signed by [name removed] it quotes: ' This guarantee shall be limited, at Mend A Bath International option to: A) the repair of the bathtub; B) a full refund of the monies paid by the customer' Knowing this we asked [name removed] about the option of a refund which he replied he 'wasn't going to discuss' and simply walked away. Considering this would be the fourth repair, we didn't think it would be unreasonable to request a refund. We have shown Mend A Bath good faith in the past, giving them three opportunities to repair and rectify their services and products, which is still yet to be done. We have only ever used and cared for our Bath as per the warranty provided to us.

I recently ordered a Rinai B26 to replace my end-of-life Infinity 24 unit. Shortly after I made the call, the office staff followed up on my order , explained the work involved and provided the exact cost which made it easy for me to decide. The tradesmen were onsite the next day to perform the installation & commission of the new unit. They then removed all rubbish & the old unit from site on completion. I must compliment the guys for being very well presented (not rough tradies with messy tools & dirty clothes + rough language). Greg from the Plumbing and Electrical Doctor turned up at the appointed time. In true doctor form, he did a systemic check and discovered a few problems; one of which that there is a cold water filter well past it’s use by date. We didn’t know there was a filter. With a deft hand he fixed the issues and then installed the new dishwasher. Greg is very professional and a good fit for the Doctor’s brand. Have booked in for future annual plumbing and electrical checks. Too easy. Great to deal with from the bookings to completion.

Expert Electrical efficiently and politely installed our 5Kw system in inner city Brisbane, along with doing some electrical work to modernise our powerbox, wire up the back deck and install some fans and air conditioning. Overall it was an over $10K job. Things went downhill quickly after they finished the job though. They stuffed up the invoices and sent aggressive overdue notices for a large invoice we paid on the day of installation, they left without returning my neighbours parking permit, and they didn't respond to emails about the parking permit or a defective fan installation in our bedroom that has been keeping us up at night (put in by a teenage apprentice). They did respond eventually (3 weeks later) after they sent me another overdue notice and I pointed out the problem with the invoice and provided a bank receipt showing I'd already paid it. But instead of sending someone over to look at the fan they sent a sales rep to threaten me again with non-payment of a second bill, tell me - without looking at it - that the problem with the fan was manufacturing and not their work - and used my neighbours parking permit as leverage (threatening to withhold it until we paid the remaining bill for the electrical component - an invoice that was issued the day before and wasn't even due yet). I immediately paid their bill to get them out of my life but am now in a position of needing another electrician to fix the fan. I can't recommend them. They were completely unwilling to take responsibility for their work and incompetent and threatening in their approach to billing.

We have used AsNu for several years and keep coming back because the tradesmen are first class. We recently had steps put in to driveway and entrance to front garden from street. Also stair railing was installed. All parts of this job were done with great care and skill. The steps that Wesley did look like they were meant to be. He worked on the steps to perfection. Purchased a bond clean on Cudo for $220 for a 4bed 2bath clean. I was especially pleased that it included oven clean, windows washed and walls. Booked in asap. On the day, they arrived late and then walked through the house with a note pad. I was then told that there would be extra charges to wash the walls. When I questioned it since it clearly stated tjat it was included in the clean she played the 'I don't speak English' card. There would also be extra $$ for the 2nd toilet since it was in another room separate to the bathroom (???) and more charges to clean the living room since they only cover kitchen and dining areas (???). The extra cost was about $450!! I understand that bond cleans are expensive which is why I was so happy to find the coupon...I am failing to see the value in the coupon. Needless to say I did not go ahead with the clean and am expecting a full refund. I had better get it!

I hired Les Rose from That Handyman and I have never had such a poor experience with a tradesperson. He is unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable. I paid him a cash depost of $1800, he domolished a wardrobe and then disappeared when he was supposed to plaster and paint the wall afterwards. He kept telling me he would be at my place the next day to finish my job, and then never showing up. He didn't respond to my emails or text messages and didn’t answer phone calls. He started out being helpful and friendly but then he turned, showing a temper and petulance. Be aware.

We have been very impressed with our experience with Wallspan, from the first time we entered the Showroom on Anzac highway, to the total finished new kitchen, just in time for Christmas, and some Christmas cooking. The people we dealt with in the showroom were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very pleasant and the range of kitchens on display there gave us some good ideas. The designer, Dee, is a gem - he provided very good advice and a good layout. The removal of the old kitchen and the installation of the new one went like clockwork. We were informed all along the way, and all timelines were met. All of the tradies came on the day they were scheduled, and their work was excellent. The whole process was very positive, due to the high professionalism of everyone involved from Wallspan. The new kitchen looks better than any of us had envisaged.

I rang Roof Seal and made an appointment for someone to come and provide a quote on Saturday, 25th Aug 2018 at 5pm. All 4 owners of the units we wanted a quote on waited for someone to arrive and provide a quote. No one arrived. I called Roof Seal at 5.20pm only to be advised that their office hours were Monday to Friday and that they couldn't do anything except leave a message for someone to call me on Monday, 27th Aug. I still haven't received a call. This is very disappointing.

We had our roof done by roof seal in approximately Sept 2015. They did not cover up our Velux windows nor did they appropriately cover our decking laser lights (roof). As a result there was over spray on both. Needless to say Velux windows are pricey. They did not clean the Velux windows despite the over spray been bought to their attention. They attempted to clean the laser lights but it requires replacement because of the over spray. The roof paint is peeling everywhere. We have made numerous calls and they have acknowledged their poor workmanship - including in November 2017 they sent out an assessor who said the roof needed to be rectified. WE ARE STILL WAITING! this not been done. My partner rings and they say they will call back and never do (except on one occasion). We will never use again and will keep trying to have them complete their work - which is still under warranty! MY Advice - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on such an appalling workmanship and customer service. Ingrid

We ordered 7 windows and a sliding door in 2016. We wanted to improve thermal insulation and reduce noise. It certainly improved the noise a lot. We love the windows. HUGE improvement regarding temperature. Warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Definitely helps. 75-80% improvement from a thermal perspective. Huge improvement. We felt it the moment it was installed. The installers were excellent. Very good at what they were doing. The Ecostar office is easy to deal with and no drama at all. Every house should have it.

We had five windows and our front door replaced by Ecostar last year. We live on a busy main road and were purely after noise reduction. The noise reduction is much less than expected. I have spoken to Ecostar several times and they have promised to send out someone to follow it up. Instead they sent a salesman who then said he'd organise someone to follow it up. I haven't heard from them. The follow up to this post was someone in their office telling me the problem is not their product - it's my walls and roof. Their product is 'tested'. There must be a problem with the insulation in my walls and roof. I wish they'd asked me to check that before I spent a fortune on windows.

Purchased a new home who used Stegbar to install my back glass sliding door. Initially the install was a very poor quality, issues were (1) rubber sealing around the glass panel, and (2) glass not sitting properly in panel causing the frame to bend in the middle. I understand that at times manufacturing faults can occur which I completed understand as a consumer. However, there has been no effort to fix this issue. I reported this towards the end of 2021, it is now June 2022. Terrible customer service and simply does not reply to emails. This company has no interest in follow up services. I would not recommend Stegbar, not because of poor quality, but because of the poor customer service to meet consumer expectations.

Previously there was a leak on the gutter On inspection found that the gutter was not cleaned for the past 19 years We were introduced to the Easy Fall Guttering System and we knew this product will solve the problems We have since had rain and we can safely say that the system works really well. We had friends over who commented that the guttering looks very nice and professional. There was a new pergola installed enjoying the back space. The roof is up higher and allows more light and breeze but will still have excellent cover from the rains.

The leaf guard that was installed by Easy Fall Guttering is easy to maintain. Previously, I had to clean the gutters every couple of months and now I am yet to clear the gutters as there has been no need and I had the leaf guard installed in June 2017! Most of the leaves simply blow away due to it's clever design. I am thrilled with the product and it is much better than what I had before!

I just noticed bolts popping out of the sided where the ladder was installed (18 mths post-installation), although I don't know how long they've been like that. I have emailed 3 times and was about to call when I looked at the warranty - 6 months for labour. So now I'm stuck with a crap job where they bang it in & walk away. They could even be out of business for all I know given that they don't bother responding to emails. I have not misused or abused my attic lader in anyway yet am left with a shoddy job. No wonder their warranty period is so short. I thought it was longer but must be thinking of another company - I regret not giving the job to them now. I don't know if I am allowed to post photos but will happily pass them on if requested.

31/05/2019 During an inspection of our two units, we discovered we had a leaking shower issue in one of the units and as the units were built at the same time, no doubt it was on the cards that the shower in the 2nd unit was heading for the same issue…..As we live in the remote north of the state, I found Megasealed on the net and made contact with Andrew, the South Australian owner and manager of Megasealed…….Andrew supplied a sensible quote ( which was accepted ) to strip out, reline, repair / replace rotted studs and bottom plates where required, reseal and retile the showers of 2 units. Andrew provided photos of previous work of the similar type of issues to confirm that they were able to carry out the scope of work….which was very re assuring as we live in the far north of South Aust Andrew communicated well via E/mail, Text’s and phone calls when required and returned all communication at most times with only a minimal delay, he kept us fully informed of progress and arrangements when the work was being carried out in each unit. We had a small stumbling block with the first unit however, after a bit re tweaking with Andrew, the issue was rectified extremely quickly followed by with regular and effective communication. The works in the 2nd unit was completed seamlessly and progress photos were e/mailed during the duration of the job. One of our tenants asked us to pass on to Andrew that the. 1..Megasealed employee arrived on the agreed time each day, 2..Commence work without delay, 3..Clean and tidy in all aspects, 4..Refreshingly polite. As we were not in a position to choose the style or colour of tiles etc etc, we went with Andrew’s recommendation, from the provided photos his choice of style and size was sensible. Job completion photos show a high standard of finish. Recommendation…..yes I would go with Andrew again, without hesitation.

My plumber works for a builder who recommended Megasealed, as they use them all the time. And now I know why! Being an apartment, I had to obtain approval from the body corp first, which wasn't a problem as I wasn't re-tiling. Then I left notices under the neighbours' doors as well as the noticeboard, so they knew when the work was being done. The salesman and tradesman were always professional, polite, on time, and communicated, which was fantastic. I always felt comfortable with them, and always called back if I had any questions or issues. The actual work of removing the grout created a LOT of dust, so be prepared for that. Each bathroom took most of a day each. The re-grouting was only in the shower areas and floors, so I wiped down the wall tiles a few times to remove the dust. I took the covers off the fans in the bathrooms and gave them a good clean afterwards, as they were filled with dust. The condition of the grout beforehand was pretty bad and stained, which could not be cleaned. The re-grouting totally transformed the bathrooms, both look like new, I'm so amazed! It really is incredible. The tradesman even filled a couple of extra holes on the wall for me, which was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them again, thanks!

I will call you next week to booked installation, it's the same every week. I rang last week and the manager shouted at me over the phone after I told them of lying to customer. Just be careful, stay away from them.

Floors By Greensborough sanded and polished my Tasmanian oak floorboards late last year. I wasn't sure exactly what colour for them to stain it and they were so helpful in applying stains on my floor for me to choose from. I have a gorgeous grey/brown mid tone floor with a great finish exactly what I wanted! The guys were very helpful and friendly and made it easy. My friends have all complimented my floors. I would highly recommend Floors By Greensborough.

We have had Floors by Greensborough sand and seal our floors several times over the last twenty years. We have always found the service and the professional approach of the sanders to be exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients.

We also had our roof done in 2008, it now looks terrible large patches of faded paint. Rang permacoat a man came out & checked it. He said the paint had oxidised not sure what that means. We received a quote to have it fixed & it will cost over $2000 to fix. If you read the small print warranty is only covered fully for 3 years

Only giving 1 star because there is no zero star option. I too was given a quote by a friendly sales guy and promised work would commence within weeks. After months of waiting and calling up they finally did the work. Soon enough rain was re entering where the original water marks were. They have been back twice to replace more tiles and have now said its a box gutter problem not tiles. This was not mentioned in the quote and they say I have to pay more. So basically i paid 2k to stop water coming in and it's still coming in the exact same places. Staff are rude and uncooperative. AVOID!

It has been nearly two years since we returned to our newly renovated home and we couldn't be happier. We did a ground floor extension to our 1940's house in Bayswater and Nexus did a great job keeping the style and feel of the home we loved, while adding the additional space and style our young family wanted. Everyone at the Nexus group was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process, from the sales and contracts stage to interior design and variations. We extended our home adding a second storey, which included 4 bedrooms a bathroom and living area. The main appeal of using Nexus was that the majority of the building work was done off site, considerably reducing time on site and therefore disruption to our family. It was great not to have to move out of our home and exciting to see our house transformed as we watched the second storey lowered on. The Nexus team were so helpful, professional and polite. They went out of their way to ensure a smooth and extremely efficient building process.

Had Roofence do my roof 18 months ago. The job was very patchy. They should have replaced broken tiles. They didn't. They should have cleaned gutters. They didn't. There was supposed to be two top coats on the tiles. Unfortunately I went shopping for an hour as they were putting on the first coat. When I returned an hour later they were packed and about to leave. Two coats of paint in an hour?? I complained. They made promises but that's all. Very slick salesman. Patchy job

I was reccomended from a friend who said this company was one of the best roofing companys around , After recieving quotes from other people etc, i could clearly understand why my friend reccomended them so highly , From having there consultant helping us choose the right coating and colours ,clear consice details of work(there the only people localy that offer a genuine gaurentee against fading )There tradesman are actually tradesman, The only point that we were concerned about was they were about $1500 more then some of the rogue type operaters (1 man band people we've had some bad experinces there), however they were't the most expensive either nearly $2500 cheaper then the most expensive, They were the only bussiness that could or would show addresses of jobs done over 10 years ago( which is how long most guarentees we were quoted for ) Our Experince was good with roofence and they were probably the most profesional people of any trades we have dealt with Quality Products Took a week after job completed to pay them , they wouldnt accept payment untill there inspector, inpected job for quality

I recently had the Mint floor guys come and install Timber laminate flooring at my place. We have very old existing floorboards that were extremely uneven. The guys did a great job at sanding back old boards as well as levelling out with a latex ardent(that’s how big a job it was). Job was done very professionally and the finish is second to none. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
