Dial up plumbing are absolutely awesome, we had a hot water leak out from a hot water pipe , as dial a plumbing are such professional company, we had a professional technician who only finds leaks in pipes under a concrete slab Charlie arraigned the out side professional leak detector gentleman, and within the hour he had found our leak , Charlie is a loyal professional and extremely helpful to the home owner who has not had hot water for 3 days, Charlie rang another team mate to come over to help him fix our problem, within 2 hrs they have fixed it and they where extremely professionally , they cleaned up after themselves and the quote they gave us at the beginning did not change at the final payment quote , dial up plumbing are the technicians you need if you have got either blocked pipes , leaking taps or pipes , Charlie your a beautiful gentleman and Ben your just as beautiful thank you dial up a plumbing as with out you we would have a higher bill and the workmanship would not be the ants pants , Charlie and Ben you two are dial up plumbing xo

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Christopher at ZenPlumb on a recent project and found him to be brilliant. This company are passionate about their jobs and go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy and the job is completed on time and above expectations. After reading some of the other reviews here, it's very clear to me that the reviews are possibly not factual or fair as my experiences with Christopher and ZenPlumb have been the complete opposite. I highly recommend this company to any prospective customer.

I was moved to write this after reading two very negative reviews. I have used this company at my house on several occasions. Once was to repair a leak in the roof area on a Sunday morning. The plumber not only repaired the leak but helped me removed the wet insulation. I have also used them for other minor repairs and to install new toilets. One of the toilets was not up to the standard I expected and it was replaced with a unit without any argument. The owner of the firm was one of the plumbers who have visited. All have been friendly and professional.

I had a leaking sink, Mr washer came out and quoted ($250 approximately) on the job, took pictures which was very impressive. Found something else that was a problem and informed me. The price was the same and they wanted me to join their club for a discounted rate, I was not interested. The reviews I read about them online were all positive, the guy did the job not having the correct parts and used sealants that look like bird droppings. When I complained about the quality of the job, the boss rang me to say that if I wanted the job done properly it would cost me another $200. I have sent pictures of the job by SMS to other plumbers and they all make the comment "they cannot be licensed plumbers, they give the industry a bad name" Now all I receive is junk/spam/propaganda emails after I have requested them to remove me from their mailing list. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, things are grim when they want you to join a club for a better rate, they quote low to do a cheap job, then want to charge you extra to do the job properly!

My 90 year old dad had his kitchen sink clogged. They quoted the price of $365 first and when I complained lowered it to $185. It took them literally 5 min to fix it. So $110 (minus service call fee) for 5 minutes of work, Shame! Will never use them again.

Charged over 5 times what the website quoted for a very quick and basic drain blockage (the blockage was one meter from the inspection point). He would not issue an invoice and insisted I pay on the spot (which was not explained on the phone). I have now been chasing a tax invoice for a month and still haven't got one.

I went away on my 1st family holiday thinking I would come back to my leaking roof repaired. It was not, nor had the job been started. My contact person had not been notified or had their phone calls returned. I cancelled the job after they did not bother to contact me after I returned. The end result? I went elsewhere and got a brand new roof before Xmas and it was cheaper than this mob would have charged me for a fix up & spray.

I got them to replace my gutters and install leaf guard. They did this promptly, well and at a reasonable price. A year or two later I got them to replace the metal roof at the rear of my property. They quoted less than others, and did a good job. In particular, they have done good work around the chimney, which was a problematic area for leaks beforehand due to poor quality work. The thing that stops me from giving five stars is attention to detail. The workers left cigarette butts around my yard. This may have been OK 20 years ago, but it is not OK now. The work on the metal roof was fine, but there was a very small amount of ancillary work on the adjoining tile roof that was barely adequate. The worker who did this left cement residue everywhere - on the tiles, on the metal roof, splashed up on the front of my house near the tap where he washed out his tools and bucket. He also dropped a chunk of tile into my sewer gully trap, which caused the sewer to overflow. Fortunately, I am the kind of person who investigates their gully trap before calling a plumber. If I had paid for a plumber to fix this I would have been really angry. In addition, one of the workers has left a smart alec remark written on top of my air conditioning duct. It is not rude or offensive: it seems more exasperated in tone. However, it is my duct, and it is not up to contractors to leave messages for each other or write comments upon it. I imagine whoever wrote it assumed that I would never get up on the roof and see it.

I contacted Sydney Roof and Gutter Restoration to quote upgrading my roof to colour bond and found them very easy to deal and I accepting there competitive offer on the first visit. The reasoning why I chose Sydney Roof and Gutter Restoration was simple, due to the product having a 25 year warranty I was concerned the other smaller companies who quoted wouldn't be in business in 20+ years making claims allot more difficult. I contacted Sydney Roof and Gutter Restoration after searching for the oldest ABN in Sydney. Surprisingly, after we agreed on price I was contacted by the project manager who made some professional recommendations which reduced the price by $900. Uuuuummmm WOW! The project management was fantastic, materials arrived on time and work started on schedule. The install took 1 day longer than expected due to some issues with the roof framing. I was not charged any extra for the time spent. Double WOW! In conclusion, Sydney Roof and Gutter Restoration has outstanding customer service, the staff are passionate and have the customer best interest in hand. I have no hesitation in recommending there services. Absolutely sensation.... I have had the colour bond roof installed for 6 months and it's the best thing I've ever done. Though winter, my family notice how much warmer the house is, especially on those cold winter nights. No more freezing early morning toilet stumbles. We have also noticed a big reduction in heating costs and I can't wait for those sticking hot summer days. In the coupe of warm days we've had already my house was cool inside with no AC running. Im so happy. If you are thinking of updating your roof, I strongly recommend a colour bond roof and Sydney Roof and Gutter Restoration. 11/10

Steve and his team worked well to achieve re-bedding, pointing, cleaning and painting within a week. We did have some issues with the neighbours, they didn't like the washer noise on a Sunday morning but the roofing guys kept within council noise regulations. Really punctual, efficient and got the job done really satisfactorily. Price-wise, they were smackbang in the middle of the quotes we received but seemed more honest and reliable than the cheaper ones.

Called them up, and literally the same day they came out to our place at Yass. The bloke told me all about how his father owns the business, and they went into business because there are too many shonky operators out there who don't give good service. All a pretty good experience at the quote stage, he promised to send it over to me the following Monday or Tuesday. I gave them a week's grace and followed up. "Oh yes, I'll let him know to get back to you." Another fortnight went by. "Oh he must have been busy, I'll get him to call you." A month. "I'm sorry, I can't give you his direct number but I'll get him to call you." Literally two months have gone, and no return phone calls, no return emails, no contact whatsoever. And I was ready to give them my cash. Bloody lucky I didn't go with them, I would have had buckley's chance of getting them to come back and fix something if it went wrong. Total joke.

We originally had leaf-busters install on our whole house back in 2012 and now have found the silicon they used has started to peel, called them only to find they have gone into liquidation back in 2016 - Grayson Gutter Cleaning who have taken over their number 1300 GUTTER has agreed to come and fix the problem but unfortunately our original guarantee (20 years) is no longer valid and if we want to claim against it we have to contact the liquidators....

had a tradesman here to take images with his phone and then I rang the company and got an appointment After numerous calls to Tim Goodall to which after each call he would say Ill get back to you ( and he never returned a call) On top of that when I rang the company on the due date I was told someone was coming there was no appointment booked for that day ! One response was that the tradesman had left who had taken the images with his phone I phoned another company and they were there the following day. Mid summer 2017 Hailstorm had damaged my roof resulting in water leaking and also damaging the bathroom skylight. Most repairers would not help repair both and I was keen to have a 'complete solution' fix to both the roof tiles and the skylight. This was easily done by AGC and also ensured the spares ordered and fixed before Christmas 2017. Thank you,

We had a quote, paid a deposit with the work to commence in 2 weeks, 2 months later, no contact, been trying for 3 weeks to make contact, left messages, texts, phone calls. Chris eventually contacted us, explaining he had made a mistake and forgot to inform us of his holidays. Worked completed now, to a great standard, considering the poor condition the roof was in. Looks new. Recommend this business.

The owner was also installer. He was friendly at first and we were quite happy with the service. When the gutter guard was damaged and we required assistance to repair the gutter guard, the service we received was less than average. The company claims up to 20 years warranty of service and material. We received zero warranty and was aggressively spoken to when asked about the possible repairs. Consequently, we had to use another company to do the repairs and was out of pocket. Be very weary of the after service support.

We paid over $3000 for works done on the roof and did not hear back for the first few months, had to make 20+ phone calls to finally have someone to come out for quotations only to find that these quotations were not passed on. We ended up having 3 separate quotations because of this, WRONG parts ordered, and then when it came to actual works - these were delayed endlessly with no communication. When we contacted TOMKAT, we were either ignore, had incredibly rude receptionists and then given WEATHER excuses. Works were delayed for over 6 months. We will be making formal complaints.

Paid close to $1000 for 2 short pipes to the gutter. It didn't solve the leak into the house, it got so bad the rain is pouring in the house. They charge for rework, change their prices after quote and don't response. If you are looking for roof expert beside cleaning, you will b surprised. Although cleaning is excellent if you don't mind leaving mess in your garden.

We had our roof retored which included a 10 year warranty. When we contacted head office to report some issues after 4 years we were told our warranty was void because the franchisee who restored our roof had sold his franchise. It took months to sort it out and we had to pay for the labour to have the roof re- sprayed . I found the guys on the tools to be decent people. I wouldn't rely on the warranty!

Op 28 januari 2019 hebben we een toilet set en 2 wastafel kranen besteld. Op de afleveringsdatum troffen wij een briefje aan in de brievenbus dat de zending retour depot is mee genomen. Na telefonisch contact werd duidelijk dat het transport schade aan de WC pot betrof en is overeen gekomen dat de complete zending opnieuw naar ons wordt gestuurd. Zending was echter niet compleet, de WC pot ontbrak bij de toilet set. Mijn vrouw heeft nog tegen de bezorger gezegd dat er ook een WC pot bij hoorde. Hier kon hij geen antwoord op geven, vervolgens heeft mijn vrouw alsnog getekend. Mede omdat er 2 colli op de levering stond, dit is misleidend. Voor mensen die niet bekend zijn met logistieke processen is 2 kartonnen dozen 2 colli. Na enige dagen hebben we telefonisch contact opgenomen met Sanitairkamer.nl met de vraag waar de WC pot blijft. Werknemer(s) blijven hetzelfde mantra herhalen dat ze op een scherm zien dat alles is geleverd. Voor ons is het onbegrijpelijk dat je in je logistiek proces niet terug kunt vinden of er zoiets groots als een WC pot wel of niet fysiek in de zending aanwezig is. Een coulance regeling of in ieder geval een vervangende WC pot hangende het uitzoeken wat er fout ging om toch vooruit te kunnen bestaat bij jullie blijkbaar niet. We waarderen het dat de toezegging is gedaan om een voorraad telling te doen maar hebben weinig vertrouwen in het feit of dit ook werkelijk wordt uitgevoerd. We zijn nog nooit op zo een onfatsoenlijke wijze behandeld en er worden telkens mondelinge terugbel afspraken niet nagekomen. Een mondeling afspraak is ook bindend mochten dit iets nieuws zijn voor Sanitairkamer.nl Want zo ga je niet om met je klanten als je er prat op gaat een 9,1 voor klantvriendelijkheid te scoren!!!! Milija of Tile Tech Solutions and his assistant removed and regrouted two bathrooms and kitchen splashback tiles. I researched grout removal and regrouting techniques and got 3 quotes. In the cheaper quotes the tradesmen were offering to do a 'skim coat' - removing a shallow layer of grout with stanley knives and grout rakes and applying a skim coat of grout which would last a couple of years. Milija was more expensive but totally worth it. He machines out the grout with a grinding disk down 5mm and his assistant applies new grout (with an anti-mould compound), sponging the wall multiple times to achieve a smooth joint finish. The grout removal, regouting and silicone sealing was done with skill and attention to detail. Milija laid down dropsheets, was carefull about dust while working, cleaned up after and was a pleasure to deal with. All the mould is gone and the bathrooms and kitchen sparkle. Highly recommended. If I could give a zero I would . Had to cancel on the Saturday they were booked ended up coming 7:30 Sunday mother's day this year. The tech was there only an hour 4 bd and 1 large lounge room I questioned him about the lounge room said it was the best he could do . They looked worse then before I called owner didn't answer so I sent a msg to which I got back a F**K off because it was Sunday and he was with his wife and kids. His name is Curtis ! Tried calling kept getting the run around wasn't the techs fault there were lots of stains nope he made the carpet worse then what it was . Told me to send entry and exit pics so I did still heard nothing and he would not answer I had to get another carpet cleaner they came up 10 x better . His excuse was I only asked for a standard clean WTF! Curtis did not care he is a disgusting human and should not be aloud to trade or should NOT run a business with his lack of care and disregard for the work his company is producing don't know how after all these bad experience he is still aloud to trade !

He didn’t actively wish to take off the bath panel which would have identified where the leak had occurred. This was a disappointing investigation which didn’t help us resolve the problem. He was hurried and in between jobs..

Beware, Eurocell charge higher prices in branch than online.... I purchased 1 length of Window Board with 4 end caps in my local branch, costing me £73.78. I later found out that their online 'click & collect' price for the same goods (from exactly the same branch) would have cost me £35.73...50% LESS!!! Customer service was shocking. It took 7 days and 2 e-mails before my complaint was listened to, then I was just told that Eurocell charge more in branch to encourage customers to use their website. If this was the case, you think Eurocell would be promoting this a little better wouldn't you?! I was eventually offered the difference off my next order. NEXT ORDER! After 3 years of buying in branch, what makes them think I will ever return!! The issue is still not resolved 20 days on. If only I had stood at their counter and purchased the same products on my phone, I would have walked away with a massive £38.05 saving!

I ordered in July of 2017 over $3800 for primed and painted Bahamas shutters for my house to replace what I had on my house for the last 15 years. The shutters were delivered at the end of Sept and the paint job was thin with exposed wood showing, the materials were cheap and loose, the dimensions and construction were not as ordered. I contacted customer service via phone and email and received the run around like I had never seen. I disputed the purchase with Costco Visa and was informed today there is nothing that they can do to right this wrong. Exteriorsolutions.com owner lied to Costco Visa saying they offered to take the shutters back and pay for the return shipping but that I never returned them. These POS shutters are in my garage taking up space along with the boxes they came in and the pallet is burning a hold in my side lawn that is pissing off my landscaper and my HOA. I took the time and care to return these POS shutters to receive a refund. Owner never offered to take them back. Send the truck and take these POS shutters, they are taking up room in my garage. Worst experience I have ever encountered with any business. Also I am not very happy with Costco Visa getting absolutely nothing done to satisfy this claim. Order Placed 08/02/2017 Order Number 235055 Order Total $3,850.32 1- the paint job was not even completed. I ordered exterior shutters and I see exposed wood where every slats meet every siles. Also the wood grain is bleeding thru the very thin coating of paint that was barely applied. 2- a few of the slats I saw on the only shutter I opened completely show the slats splintering not from damage of shipment but from lower grade wood then expected. 3- the wood used in constructing the frame is very thin and I had to refer to site to see what was the described on the website. Funny but the depth of the wood was never listed. So the dimension of 3 inch top rail and 2 1/8 in siles but no depth listed is deceitful. The dimension of the of the rail and siles in ONE inch for an exterior bahama shutter that is attached across the top and two points at the lower corners???? Really??? Dimensions on the top rail and siles is less then described on the website. 4- site says for shutters greater then 60 inches wide there will be a center rail of 3 inches. The only shutter I opened is over 70 inches and there is no center rail with only one inch thick wood to keep is all together. 5- this $3850 order was made August 2 and I received it Oct 5.. Never receiving an email confirmation of the order or a sorry for the delay in shipment email. Where is the quality control: in the paint dept thin spraying n bare wood, in the framing dept missing center rails, in the purchasing dept and assembly dept by using inferior wood grade that is splintered, in the website design the purposely skips the one inch dimension on the wood used in framing an exterior bahama shutter?

As a general contractor, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship. I have restored raised panel walls in my house and for clients and could not have done better myself! I am using the shutters I ordered as an interior application in my antique house and am very pleased with the results. Fabrication and shipping was very timely! A+++

Having been burgled we had to find a locksmith at 3:30am. Phoned 10 or so local numbers that advertised 24hr Service. Had to extend my search area and came across these guys advertising in Milton Keynes. Answered the phone within 3 rings with a pleasant attitude (even more so for a call at 3am!). Quoted good call out rate and said engineer would be with us with 40mins. 25mins later they turned up. Knowledgable guy and gave us a good service. We learnt a lot about barrel locks and how easy they are to break. We may as well have given the thief a key! Negotiated price for top of the range Euro Cylinder, which was duly fitted and tested. He even asked us to try it ourselves before leaving. Highly recommended.

We had an old baxi back boiler replaced for a baxi combi with a 10 yr warranty. The switch was done by Andy and he was fantastically efficient there was minimal disturbances to the house and flooring etc and the work was done at a great speed and attention to detail. All correspondence to AG Fraser was brilliant Paul and Andy gave us great advice on which boiler would suite our needs and price point they answered all our queries in a friendly and professional manner, they responded very quickly to us at every stage of the process. I would 100% recommend AG Fraser to anyone. They also gave a very competitive price for the job but more importantly they were very respectful and professional

I bought a large folding shower screen 8 years ago and it is still working in good order. I needed some new door seals (this is the 2nd time), but all makes do discolour so no complaint about that. As I am sorry to say and others have made a similar observation, the telephones are not answered and this issue goes way back- same a year ago. However an e-mail dealt with by Cindy provided a diagram of my screen with all parts marked so I ordered a set of 3 sections,albeit I only needed the long hinge one but as Cindy offered me a great price for the 3, far cheaper than elsewhere- in fact all 3 pieces for less than one on another site I bought the full set the 2 currently not needed will be useful in due course. Unfortunately, as has happened before the warehouse sent out the wrong parts, but an e-mail to Cindy put it right and a delivery was made the day following my report of the incorrect item. In my opinion the shower screen which I originally bought was great value for money. If only the phones were adequately staffed this would be a great company worth 5 stars. However 5 stars for Cindy!!

Initially a good product, however after only a months use a runner broke. So I tried calling the company repeatedly........either no answer or a message saying their phone system was down for maintenance. After sending an email a a few months wait I finally was contacted by Cindy at Aica Bathrooms to resolve my issue. I can positively say that despite the initial problems it has now restored my faith in their products and hope to use them again on my next project. Many thanks Aica Bathrooms.

1 x 100x80X195cm Duschkabine was of very good quality. Delivery came within 4 days. Received mail on Wednesday it will be delivered on Thursday. Requested online the delivery to be on Friday instead, but it came on Thursday anyway. The two parcels were left infront of the house, one upside down despite clear instructions on the parcels. One parcel had a small damage but all inside was fine. Aica Sanitär did all to my 100% satisfaction, but the delivery company did not do a good job.

When every company in last summers heatwave were quoting a 10 day delivery on portable Air Conditioners I was in a quandary because I was very unwell. This company listened to my plight and delivered two units in 3 hours.They even carried the units upstairs to my bedroom. I now recommend them to everyone. Thank you. I'll be using them eventually for a fixed system.

Made an appointment with their surveyor to attend at 10am on Tuesday 26th May. At 10.27am received a call from their office saying he would not be attending due to a mix up of appointments. Its a shame. I contacted them as their Trustpilot rating was very good. Just shows how wrong you can be.
