Ordered personalized cd through “not on the high street” website and sent over song cd heard from mixpixie once to tell me there were 3 songs they couldn’t not get so I emailed back to replace them , no reply email, emailed again few days later after receiving an email saying your parcel has been despatched but also telling me it hadn’t due to awaiting Info from me , emailed again twice in a week no response so hadn’t to request refund via “not on the high street “ absol terrible service will not use again

Very disappointed by Carpisa! I bought a new handbag in December and a few screws came off between February and April. I wrote to Carpisa to get replacement screws, but they wrote back that they could only offer me free shippment on a new purchase and would not send me any replacement parts. Very disappointing! Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

Bought 300K gold coins for my 12 year old son's Play Station 3 FIFA 15 game. Paid through Pay Pal, delivery was supposed to be within 20 mins by Cuingame purchasing a player for 300K, all details were sent with transaction. No response for six hours so contacted them by email with full details of the transaction. They asked for, ahem, a photo of my credit card so they could "verify" my identity. Told them no way, the whole point of paying through Pay Pal was precisely to avoid giving my credit card details to vendors. Then they said send us an email from your registered PayPal email address which I did. After 3 days of futile going back and forth, have given up. They will not refund money and they will not give the coins. Don't know who the good reviewers on other websites are, but my experience was horrible. Have filed a complaint with Pay Pal, Lost my money, but hey, at least my son learnt something about life and internet transactions so its not all a total loss.

Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company.

I pre-ordered LG G Watch more than two months ago together with small gadget worth less than 10£. Gadget was sent to me using DHL and expenses were 15£. Insane. Finally I figured out that I'll "last in line" to get G Watch since they would have to pay another DHL feed. Got feedback of G Watch but they refused to co-operate otherwise. I do not recommend either MobileFun or combining pre-order with gadgets on stock.

I stupidly ignored reviews I read online and ordered off this site. Being based in Ireland I was glad they delivered to Ireland. I ordered and paid for dhl express shipping. Then I heard nothing. 2 days later I get an email to tell me they can't ship my item due to the delivery address being different than my billing address. Hellooooo, every other company can do this!! I reply to say that they can piat to my billing address and then I'm met with silence. I call their order support line and leave a message. No response. I call again the next day. No response. I email them again. No response. Then I get the first email again, so I respond again. No response. So, I go online and leave a review about the service I've had, then I finally get a call. They will ship my item out to my billing address. The guy on the phone is snarky with me, "so we can deliver to your billing address? That's all you had to do, tell us that, no need for all this" I refrain from answering and just tell him to send my order out. It's been a week now since my order, paid for 1-3 days express shipping. Really regret using these cowboys as they have.np clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor, avoid them.

I am still waiting for my refund of £22.70, it has become a nightmare, no one from the Company deals with the problem. As a last effort, details are Customer Number A4416349. Original order was goods BF155A6 &G07553A posted 09 Oct '17. I was asked to prove my cheques had arrived,by Usman Ahmed, Customer Service @ Manchester. I sent proof and have Royal Mail delivery signature. No response, not even an Email! 20Nov'17 received from Mr.Swindells, ref.RE07/A/101 a refund of £5.91. of my second cheque, so if this was traced, why could they not find my £22.70 cheque?? This is the worst experience of mail order, never again.

My order had not arrived after 14 days. I phoned H of B and was told that the vinyl tablecloths were out of stock. When I phoned customer services the phone was not answered, so I then got through to sales. The phone was answered promptly. The tablecloths were in the sale at a third of the full price. I asked, and also wrote to ask, why there was no system in place to inform cusomters if an item was not available. I had to make an expensive phone call to find out where my order was. I ordered my items by post and enclosed a cheque. I was asked if I wanted the company to retain my money against a further order. I said that I had no intention of ever ordering anything from H of B again. My payment was returned in the form of a cheque. I did not receive an answer from customer services as to why I had not been informed that the item was out of stock. Strangely in the next catalogue that arrived the same vinyl tablecloth was offered at the full price. Perhaps it is always out of stock when it is in the sale. Never again.

I have been dealing with a lot of security camera/access control vendors the last couple of years, but have never encountered one like Zbeem. When I first started browsing the website, the company owner popped up and offered assistance - I was able to inquire right then and there about product availability. Zbeem kept me advised of the order status. Their prices were great - AND I received a 5% discount for my first order under a promotion. So far I am greatly satisfied. I was referred to this company by a friend who uses them, and I will gladly refer others to them.

I ordered 20 plants online and it took TN Nursery over a month to ship. I only received half my order. When I called to notify TN of their error, it took another 3 weeks to ship, at a time when it was probably too hot to ship. Four of the plants died within a couple of weeks. I notified TN by email on July 16, 2019 that four plants had died and I wanted a replacement. I was told I had to dig up the dead plants, ship them back at my own cost, and that I would be given a store credit! ...Just unbelievable! Poor customer service, inferior plants, and they are dishonest about their "guarantee." I would never purchase from TN nursery again. Buyer beware!

I can't fault Benefit natural as a company, but the courier they use must have thrown all 3 of my boxes around. Not only were the inner storage boxes split, a third of the actual plastic food pots were all broken. Benefit natural couldn't have been more helpful, I sent them pictures and they replaced the broken pots.

I needed some items from different stores and found qwik drop through google search. Their website was very informative and easy to use. I am amazed that I was able to order what I needed from different stores in one go. With in a few minutes I was informed by text that a courier was assigned and will be delivering my order. The delivery driver kept me up to date with progress and even sent product pictures to confirm I got the correct items. Delivery fee was around $16 for 2 stores and I was happy to tip the driver :) Excellent service and great team. I hope they can build on this so more people can enjoy the convenience!

I needed a couple of things from the shops and they were only open for another hour. I really couldn’t be bothered getting ready and locking up the house. I have used airtasker in the past but it sometimes takes a while to get a tasker and can be quite expensive. Then I remembered stumbling across Qwik Drop earlier in the week. I decided to give them a try. The website was very easy to use and within minutes of placing my order, a courier was on the way to collect the items from the store for me. I received updates via sms, including a confirmation of the products to be purchased and when the courier would be arriving. I received exactly what I requested, delivered within an hour for the low low price of a $9 delivery fee which was charged when I placed the order and then I paid for my purchases via paywave upon delivery. I cannot even begin to explain how excited I am to have found this service.

I have recently completed construction on my house with your company. I would just like to say thank you to the summit team, specifically Jon Rees my build supervisor and Justin Bryannt and Isabella Carr at pre-start for all their efforts and guidance through my first house build. Through the building process I was pleased with the high standard of service and construction carried out on the property. I have many friends in the building industry who would walk through the house at various stages to inspect the workmanship and comment on the quality of the work being done, along with the cleanliness of the site. Any concerns or queries I had were quickly addressed and resolved. I work away and Jon was able to wrap up the completion of the project ahead of schedule so I was able to be present for the final inspection myself, which was of great comfort as I would be away for the next 28 days. Once again thank you and please express this to Jon and Isabella on my behalf, I will recommend family and friends to consider summit as their builder in the future.

Just wanting to take the time from my end to say thank you to the Summit team for the overall experience that I have undertaken of the past 10 or so months building my new home. Basically when I made the first enquiry I received a phone call from sales consultant Natalie Scott the day after my initial email to New Generation Homes. Which was phenomenal and really put me in the mindset to go with New Generation Homes as I had made similar enquiries with other builders in Perth and didn't get the same initial customer service with responses weeks and even a month or so later. Going through the selection process for the first time and by myself it was a little daunting as I couldn't really put a picture as to what I was selecting and on completion a couple of the selections that Cerys recommended really turned out to be a winner. (bench top selection for the kitchen, paving colour for the driveway and surrounding the house and little details regarding the bathrooms). Her availability via email after hand over of keys is something also that was much appreciated Finally when meeting Brendan and starting the construction process he basically kept me at ease with the overall schedule of the build with his weekly updates and keeping in touch when I had a query or two along the way. It made the process seem quicker because It made me less inclined to go and visit the property as frequent as I may have without the consistent feedback/schedule updates. Once completed and the initial inspection completed by myself there was very minimal corrections that need to be made just a couple of touches which shows me the quality of the overall work. I advised Brendan that I have spoken to work colleagues plus family and friends who all could not believe the quickness of the build but more importantly my description to them the quality of the work . I know of a couple of people who will be looking to build in the next 6 or so months and they most likely will look to be building with the Summit Group. Overall the house design/colours have come up great considering the block is only 400 sqm and I was limited in what I could do on that size. After hand over i have applied some additions, landscaping, fencing and the finished product feels like a home. In the 6 months from handover Cerys was great once again with any queries i may have had and pointing me in the right direction regarding contact with the maintenance team .. A few minor defects were corrected in a quick and smooth time frame by the Maintenance team also. Rob was very helpful in explaining why a minor defect may have occurred regarding my situation (minor grout issue). I waited 6 months after handover before making this review as I felt the 6 months after handover were just as important and the customer service could not be faulted. I order 1month of FS19 server.Then when I try to cancel it after month i end up on only german side and accidentally buy another 12 months. On support they try to convince me to pay for 12 months even if its useless to me. Then I find how to change tariff to one month and I turned of automatically renew of service. Their websites is not user friendly. Sometimes you end up on only german pages. Not everything is translated to english. Support wasnt even trying to help me somehow. Greedy ones.

My son (14) who has Asd went into Tallaght branch 27th. He had the money to puchase controller & 150 Psn. He came home with controller. He definitely parted with his money in the shop. The girl / boy in shop never gave him the psn docket. It wdnt be familar with it as his older brother normally buys it. I am disgusted. Im seeking advice around it. My son has Asd & loves his playstation

This is the fourth time I have ordered from Game Time and all my previous expereinces have been smooth and amazing but this one was the worst one. I placed an order of four beast series watches Minnesota, Stanford, and NY Yankees at their website on September 25. I entered promo code and received free UPS srandrad shipping which meant my order would arrive the following week by 3rd or 5th October (estimated). However I only received confirmation of my order and the week it was suppose to arrive it didnt and there was no tracking number. I called the GTSW customer service and found out that Minnesota and Stanford watches were sold out and the order was on hold. Interaction with Brendon Kutcher the customer representative was the only positive thing about this shopping experince. He guided and helped me through out the process, he first replaced the two watches that was out of stock with the watches of my choice. He kept me updated through email about my previous order where it was and when I would recieve the NY yankees watch that was shipped out. Eventually Brendon was able to find my orginal order of Minnesota, Sranford and NY Yankees watches (due to the company's technical issue it showed that the two watches were out of stock and only NY yankees were shipped out). I received the watches the next week but there was another problem. Instead of one Minnesota and other Stanford I received two Minnesota instead. I contacted Brendon again and he updated me via email that I can ship the wrong watch back and he will ship out the correct watch asap. He emailed me the shipping label and I have dropped it off at my nearest fedex office this week. I still havent received my Stanford watch yet but Brendon have emailed me all the shipping info and he is working hard to get the tracking number via UPS and hopefully I will get my correct watch by the end of this week. I would give Brendon Kutcher 5/5 stars of his excellent customer service but Game Time you recieve 2/5 stars for poor performance.

I received two game time watches (NFL) for gifts from my wife. One was purchased through the mail and the other at the NFL Hall of Fame. Both watches have stopped working. Called Gametime after researching for their number and the lady advised watch was to be wound very day. Instruction stated differently. For the money that was spent this product is not worth the money

I have been using garanntor for over a year now and i can say that i am very impressed. Their pricing is probably the cheapest for both their domain and hosting. I spoke to their customer agents a number of times, and they were very helpful.

I have not come across many website hosting providers that offer a month to month plan, Gazellehost was one of them. It is surprising why not all of the hosting is with no contracts, after all how can you commit to a year's worth of hosting. Anyway - this made it really easy to start. Once signed up I was happy with the process, almost immediately received 3 emails, one welcome, one with invoice details and one with login details. Logged in (had to wait a bit longer for domain registration) and set up a one click website. Fantastic experience, really easy and straightforward. I have transferred our business blog domain to gazelle. the .net renewal is just under $10 and after I figured our what an EPP code is the transfer was on the way. (by the way it is the code you get from the existing registrar to be able to transfer) Anyway, once setup, I was easily able to log into the control panel and use a one-click wordpress. This was actually as easy as promised, so I am pretty happy with that. It will probably take me some time to use all the options I get with the hosting and I wish there were more tutorials on the site, but maybe I am just not clued in enough. I needed some help with setting up my email in outlook and sent a request, I received a response in less than 30 minutes, which is a big change from what we used to get. Rob was the customer service person and was able to help. I can definitely recommend this company. Thwy made it quite easy for me to start the website building after I was sitting on the domain for a year. Peter

I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. I reccommend this company to everyone that asks where did I get those shoes. I have brought the exact tennis shoes that are selling in the stores for $160.00 for $35.00 from 9goods.

I bought one of the T shirts for a friend of mine and had it sent directly to her. She was thrilled with the shirt and kept telling me how she especially loved how beautiful and soft the fabric is. She is a major T-shirt gal and knows her stuff about fabrics. It also arrived more quickly than expected which as a pleasant surprise. Great product and great experience MV folks! I wouldn't have expected anything less from all of you and I will be ordering more shirts soon.

Good product when it works - there are ongoing issues with uploading m3u files for weeks now where the site just times out. The service was completely down for +5 days last month with no offer made to refund users or extend their subscriptions for the missing days.. this issue was compounded by admin/customer service advising people "so your epg is down, this is first world problem; US government is shut down for weeks, have some perspective". Imagine any established brand telling their paying customers that during a loss of service. Above all this service is let down the most by the admin/customer service (same person) who cannot help themselves and constantly talk down to people, telling them their feature request is stupid. Some examples of late: 1. Site not working for a month - user asks for update, admin responds with "In your place I would keep my mouth shut and wait patiently" 2. Another user on the same thread asks when their paid service will work again: Admin responds with "What don't you understand from the words "we", "are", "working", "on" and "it"?" There are countless other examples on the "support" forum. Based on this I'd say just go with xtream-editor instead, it has no limits on the number of channels in their package and is still cheaper, and crucially their customer service actually help people without the need to talk down to them with a smug and arrogant superiority complex. Finally it should be noted the owner of EPG for IPTV has offered a free month's service to people who post "an objective and honest review". This should be kept in mind when reading the (mostly positive) reviews here.

I have purchased a one year subscription however after two weeks their services was so inconsistent, that I have exchanged 34 emails over a period of 60 days IPTV.Shop came up with one excuse after the other when asking for a partial refund of my annual subscription they simply had the audacity to cancel my account and refer me to "7 days full refund policy covered after I initially purchased their service" which clearly I wasn't eligible for that. I truly believe after looking online their are thousand of customers every month who are facing the same issue. Which is why I am in the process to take action against IPTV.SHOP to protect any other fellow citizen from this SCAM. I will launch my complaint with OFCOM and Trading Standards and strongly encourage people to do the same. Hopefully I be able to see part of my hard earned cash back! Needless rot say that IPTV services plus customer services SUCKS!!!!!! Stay away....

Meden Farm is a company that sells bee products from honey to propolis etc. This is the first time I have dealt with them and their customer service is second to none. Royal Mail claimed they had tried to deliver and put a card through the door which wasn't true as I was working in a room beside the door and know that no one rang my bell and no card was put through. However, Meden Farm went to the trouble of phoning me then got onto Royal Mail. The result was that my goods arrived the next day.

Finally I found a propolis that my 6 years old daughter has been able to take as the other ones had an terrible taste. Propolis is the best I have found to slow down and prevent colds. Thank you to Meden Farm UK for offering this product otherwise I have to buy it from overseas and pay almost the same for the delivery. Thanks Meden Farm!

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

My family and I spent the last week of July 2017 in the lovely neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona. We live in the U.S.A. Booking with Be Mate was pretty easy and I received great support from Mara, via email, before I made up my mind. Be Mate partnered with My Space Barcelona for this transaction. My Space Barcelona provided the accommodation. The apartment was clean and very functional. Unfortunately, My Space Barcelona's service was sub par, especially regarding: 1) transportation from their office to the apartment (they required us to stop by their office first); 2) issuing an invoice after our stay; 3) refunding the deposit in a timely manner. Luckily, Be Mate came to the rescue and sort out everything. Javier and his team really save the day! All in all, we had a wonderful stay despite travelling with 3 toddlers age 5-month to 2 years old. I am looking forward to book again through Be Mate.

Three weeks ago I went on my own to Malaga so I decided to use the help of Be Mate. It was fantastic choice! They looked after me from the moment I booked my apartment to the end of my stay. Noémi the Be Mate representative was just amazing made me feel very welcome, gave me all the information I needed. Everything went according to plan. I was very happy with my choice!

From our early morning arrival we were taken care of well & looked after at Pearl for 11 days . Had a few room changes ( our choice ) & went rather smooth. Great “fun “ had which what we were looking for & food great also. Then spent 3 nights at Maya & all went well there also.

It's the little things that make a big difference; crew remembering your name and cabin number after the first day, knowing immediately what you'd like to drink or eat, great willingness to help with sometimes difficult gangway arrangements and being generally happy, smiley and upbeat. It's the people who make a Fred Olsen cruise a great experience!

A bit of sharp practice exercised by Agoda in that they quoted me in Euros but took the payment in Sterling. On the date of the exchange the bank rate (which i would have been charged if they had taken the money in Euros) was 1.16. The rate I received from them was 1.07 which left me 34.65 euros out of pocket on a 385 euro transaction. Almost 10per cent. Complained and received £17 compensation. Will not use again.

They charged me early for a booking, regardless of an ongoing pandemic and the multiple restrictions it brought about and the country I was visiting less restricted travel on the dates I had booked after I had made the booking. It was a refundable booking so I made my case and instead of refunding it, they disputed my charge so the bank now has a hold on the amount they charged and they're basically trying to pass me onto the bank now for a problem they created in the first place. Their customer service handled it okay but their Fraud Prevention Specialist has been passive aggressive and keeps responding with snide comments in the emails, they basically seem like they have a bone to pick and it's just been very strange and I dont know what their gripe is since I'm the one encountering a freeze on a charge Agoda made. On the other hand, I've always had a positive experience with Booking.com and Traveloka, they really do help you and coordinate with the hotels if you come across any issues and they're very polite.
