The meal plan is great is does work. I have losty 5 kg already . The issue I have is with the food selection. So many curries and they are all so spicy. Why do they have to be so spicy even the satay chicken is hot.

Gave me only 1 week notice that item could no longer be hire. Did not have items as descriptions. They took them out of order without refunding the money. I have sent several emails to require my bond back. Never heard from them. No phone calls, no emails, they tried to avoid my number when I tried to call. It now has been 3 weeks since the date the bond was claimed to be released. But I have received nothing back yet. Rishel from Customer service made promises but never kept. I was told that she would send email/call me back to follow up but never did.

The 6 metre high dry slide and boxing ring were surprise activities for our athletes Christmas party. Time to celebrate and have some fun after a huge year of local and international competition success. The activities were perfect for all of our athletes who ranged from 6 years to 24 years old. Thank you Funtime for delivering and setting everything up and packing it up again. Thank you for the small discount i also asked for to keep within our event budget, much appreciated.

Very disappointing... not at all interested in customer service. Booked and paid the 50% deposit to hire a list of furniture items for a 40th birthday party at home (100+ guests) in early 2020. COVID hit, and immediately notified all suppliers that the party would have to be postponed until the restrictions allowed the event to proceed. As soon as the limit on visitors at home was lifted, I immediately contacted all providers to reschedule. Disappointingly, NY Party Hire were the only company to take a firm stance on the "no extensions on credits". If I wished to rebook, my full invoice was attached for payment. I was told to be more understanding of their perspective. Cannot speak to their rental equipment... but be warned, if for some reason you need to defer your event, you will have issues!

With a name like First Class Functions your expectations are already lifted into the realms of a five star service. However,the reality was sadly very different. We attended a Year 12 Graduation ceremony at Noosa State School on 17th November, catering courtesy of First Class Functions. The canopies were served before the start of the function were indeed first class, particularly the prawn spirals, fresh prawns in a delicious creamy sauce deep fried in an equally delicious thin salty batter. The chicken satay kebabs were OK for those who prefer meat, but appeared to have been prepared from frozen, the chicken was too chewy for my liking and judging from the heaps left over not as successful as the prawns. From here everything goes down hill. Only two staff manned the bar resulting in long queues for drinks throughout the night totally inadequate for a function with over 300 people in attendance. No water was provided on the tables, only jugs with plastic cups by the entrance, as it was such a warm night not surprising guests thought the jugs were" help your self" for the tables, needless to say the limited number of jugs was insufficient for the number of people. If you wanted water you had to join the queue at the bar to be told that no jugs were available, even though you could see jugs on the draining board in the kitchen the back of the bar area, the staff just didn't have the inclination to provide even the most cursory customer service. The main course was served over an hour late, the vegetarian option was promoted as toasted goats cheese over a large field mushroom head, with accompanying rice and green beans. You almost get accustomed to warm food served on cold plates and this was the exception, warms food gone cold served on cold plates. The cheese was so over cooked it was inedible, the mushroom was cold, soggy and tasteless. Green beans, well a safe bet for mass catering, you just blanch the frozen beans for 1 minute, under cook them everyone likes their beans a bit crunchy), but please..... not cold. The fragrant rice had been cooked so long it was a lumpy congealed mass, totally inedible. My colleague had the beef option, again cold, swimming in a watery paste that reminded him of wall paper paste ( he used to help his dad who had a decorating business, his job was to mix up the cold water starch, see the resemblance?). Deserts were passable for mass produced manufactured food, what was not passable was the attitude of the wait staff whose response to a request for cheese cake rather than meringue was to swop it with someone else, even though she had two plates of cheese cake in her hand. This was a great occasion and I was honored to see these young people celebrate the end of an era and the beginning of a new adventure. First Class Functions could not detract from this how ever bad they were, however I believe people should be rightly recognised for their contribution, good or bad, in this instance is was very bad. The Lissenden Gardens Street Festival in Camden, north London, hired an Event Equipment Hire small stage for our Community Street Festival on 16 September 2018 and it was perfect for our event. The stage construction was flawless and the driver/operator was very helpful and a real pro. It was just the right length and height for our event and it allowed us to showcase everything from two community choirs (16 people maximum) to the winners in children’s competitions. And the bands and performers absolutely loved it. The fact that the stage had a roof created a very professional atmosphere. Although we had brilliant sunshine and a windless day, it would have been invaluable in rainy weather. Although it may seem a bit pricey, especially when you have to provide your own PA, we thought it was well worth the money. The company arrived early, were absolutely professional and, to coin a phrase, provided everything 'as described on the tin’. Waited 35 minutes the other day to get access past the queuing system, only to find out no delivery slots available, same again today.... instead of making people queue just for access, maybe have a giant sign up saying at the queue page “we is full sorry” rather than wasting people’s time at this vulnerable point for everyone. For the first time I've finally eaten veal, an authentic, fat-free taste, a fairy tale .... Tomatoes are like a juice, bread is exceptional, salad is amazing, and many other products are unique , honestly I tried many times to buy organic food but they cheated me every time, with Farm Drop instead it's all authentic, from meat to fish from bread to fruit, in my opinion it is the number 1 in the United Kingdom (I'm not kidding ) I recommend it to everyone, I'm sorry I can't give more than 5 stars because it deserves it.

i could not thanks this company enough after not receiving my first order (through my fault with address not being correct on ebay) i contacted company and explained i had not recieved item and that inwas on a very tight budget for my wedding and was relying on these for my wedding favours and they could not have been nicers despite it being my own fault with address they offered to send me the same item to replace this at no extra cost for item just pay p&p. i recieved my item this morning and am very happy and thankful. thanks again laura xx

I had to phone up two weeks in a row to find out where my parcel was. Normally I would receive a email in the morning saying I will receive my parcel that afternoon, did not happen. The money was taken on both occasions. I think that if you pay for it, you should receive it without any hassle.

I've recently received one of my orders (2 orders due and both ordered on the same day) I've had problems receiving my orders (Hermes fault not yours). The box which was delivered today was badly broken and actually open. A few of my items were also open and damaged, a little disappointed to say how much we spent ???????? I can't find any other way to contact so I hope this can get resolved....

We needed 150 branded cupcakes for a mobile app launch activity at our company. We reached out to a few suppliers and from looking at the images on websites, Amore Bakery appeared to be the company with the best looking cupcakes. In reaching out to Amore, they were very fast to respond to our questions, the process of ordering the cupcakes was pretty simple and straightforward. We also had a few additional requests which included nut free, vegan and gluten free options. We also needed a list of ingredients for each type of cake which Amore were very open to help us with. The cupcakes arrived on time, the gentleman who delivered the cupcakes was very professional and friendly, and the delivery was made even earlier that we had expected which was great. The cupcakes were divine and very well received within the business. Very impressed with the service.

I arrange a Bachelor party of 15 guys last August 2017. I was initially apprehensive as we had used another hosting company before who was good. When we met Brian at our first venue, he managed to get us fantastic VIP locations and made my job as the organiser so much easy. We got him to arrange pool party at Wet republic, Hakisan, Gents Clubs, Jewel, Hyde and couple other. Brian is a great Guy and he knows many people who makes decision on table allocations. While they offer at best an average experience with shopping and shipping, the company started to spam my email address with unsolicited email. When I complained to them, they simply pushed back on me expressing that they did not care and that I should simple “unsubscribe” from the emails that I had never subscribed to. I know in todays world we think this is normal behaviour from companies but we waste so much time getting filtering through these emails that I don’t think we should put up with it anymore. Companies who cannot even respect somebody's private life simply suck in my point of view.

Firstly I didn't receive my first delivery so had to contact to find out why and was told that the courier didn't collect it. Secondly I ordered the six week flexitarian plan and received week 3/4 as my first week of meals when i was expecting week 1/ meals. As this is a structured plan I'm quite disappointed by this and will need to make contact again! However the meals so far have been very flavoursome and I'm enjoying them. My second weeks box has just been delivered and I paid for three meals a day and have only received two meals a day as the breakfasts are missing. Becoming very disenchanted with the service and inconvenience of having to chase up on orders!

It would have been five star if some problem hadn't resulted in the order (not a big one) arriving late and only after it had been chased. However full marks for a very straight handling of the complaint and immediate admission of where the fault lay. C'est la Vie - it happens ! I fully agree with Milly, who dealt with the matter and included in her apology that at least it will be worth waiting for. It is, delicious, well packed and with simple instructions. Ironically it was however only chased because the request to "Review" arrived before the delicious package which nudged me that it should have been here. (Haven't eaten them all yet but do not expect to rescind this critique).

VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE 2 Weeks, multiple calls and emails later and still no refund for undelivered cakes. DO NOT USE. I ordered a friend a delivery of cupcakes from Cakes Today 2 weeks ago for her birthday. On the day of her birthday I received a text at 11.55PM that my cupcakes would be delivered in 10m time. AFTER MIDNIGHT! I couldn’t believe it and immediately tried to contact cakes today to tell them not to deliver these cakes in the middle of the night and wake up my friend who’s a doctor and working the next day but I couldn’t get through. Just after midnight I had a call from the courier saying he had arrived. Furthermore the courier told me he still had 5 more deliveries to make afterwards! I told him not to wake my friend and spoil her birthday. My friend didn’t receive the cupcakes on her birthday or afterwards, and despite my multiple calls and emails to the company they haven’t provided me with a response or refund for the cakes my friend never received. Absolutely appalling service. Do not use this company.

Customer Service: I ordered the cake for my husband's birthday, 8 days in advance. On the day, I called them to ask when the cake will be delivered and they informed me between 8-9 pm. I told them that's too late for us. They couldn't help me. Later I saw that on the invoice they are committing to deliver the cake between 11 am-8 pm. I called them back and told them if they don't deliver the cake till 8 pm, to not deliver at all, and to refund us because they are breaching the agreement. However, this was not respected and the cake was delivered at 9 pm. Quality of the cake: I ordered "Not a Cheesecake Strawberry Cheesecake". The description on their website "This cake is not entirely a cheesecake but possesses the beautiful flavours and creaminess of one." Paid £49.99 for 8 inches. Delivery came next day, what was great if u need it in short time. Food was nicely packed. Only thing I had problem with was that some things like broccoli came in bad condition, it was yellow, meaning it was off. And some things came different from which I ordered. It was stated that if some things are of stock it will be replaced, but I think it should be given notice for products out of stock so customer can choose on their own with what they want their ordered products to be replaced with. Since I was given products which I usually dont buy or like, and since I was paying for it and not cheap I was quite unhappy

Planet Organic is an expensive place to shop for food but I like the fact that they have offers on some healthy staples, such as grains and oils, some vitamins, as well as skin care products. Delivery is super fast and efficient and you really don't have to spend a fortune on items - some items like oats, rice, pasta, veggies cost the same or lower (when on promotion) than your regular store but represent varieties (such as sprouted, etc.) that you cannot find in a regular store. Hence, I find Planet Organic a great addition to my food and supplement shopping. For me it is much more reasonable than a more expensive outlet like Whole Foods.

I work in television and I have used Thirstbybox for my last three jobs where we have needed good quality water hand pumps at a moments notice. The ordering process is quick and simple, everything arrives the following day and the prices are reasonable. It’s a seamless service and one of the only places you can buy good quality water accessories that will arrive at short notice. I was trying Walmart delivery for the 1st time for my disabled mother. So after shopping I proceeded on to check out. After entering all my information ex deliveryaddress, card and billing address the message appeared saying CV code was incorrect I made sure it was then message said being denied by my bank so I called. Bank verified they were not denying and information was correct on their end. I then tried again and message said billing address doesnt match. So I chatted with an operator and they said the same. So I asked to speak to a live person via phone. This person continued to tell me based on their computer my address dont match so they cant process order. I insisted that they look into it because I have had the same address and bank for over 5years. He just rudely told me I have been marked as fraudulent and my order will not be process so this will be my 1st and last time ever using their site. I was referred by a co worker to help with my disabled mother thanks so much for non help. They need true CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.......

There are way too many delivery options made available compared to the number of shoppers working for you. The shoppers are great! But, I have had my deliveries bumped back at least 5 times because there were no shoppers available. Just this past Sunday (May 3, 2020), I elected a delivery time between 12pm and 1pm. There were two hour delivery slots before the one I selected and several after it open. I received my order at 7:45pm. I made an order the previous Thursday and was told that there were no shoppers available. Then the service told me that order was going to be delivered on Friday. The order never came and had to be combined with the one I received on Sunday evening. I want to stress that the shoppers' service is great. However, your system needs to align available delivery times with the number of shoppers available and honor delivery slots selected by customers. This is a tough time and I do acknowledge that. Please accept this as constructive criticism. My warm thanks to your peeps and all they do!

What a great experience with Walnut Creek Catering. They just catered my rehearsal dinner for 40 and delivered the food right on time. They considered our budget and planned each detail perfectly. For example, the catering manager worked with me to choose the right menu, listened carefully when I needed to reduce the budget, and responded promptly every time I had a question. They even changed the delivery time when I requested it at the last minute. The food was terrific too -- from the pulled pork to chicken salad wraps and everything in between. Each bite provided such joy to all of the guests at the rehearsal. I highly recommend them!

We had a First birthday celebration with a buffet provided by Walnut Creek Catering for around 40 guests. The team was very accessible, answered all my questions and very easy to work with. The meal was delivered on time that morning, hot n' ready! The food was pleasant, simple, and tasted homemade! I could not have had better ravioli! The best of the best right there! The spice level was just right for the chicken and the salads as well. The food was enjoyed by the guests we invited (myself included!) and we all had a great time. Stress-free catering right here.

I tried to use Paypal on your site a week ago, the Check Out page kept cycling back to "You Need to Agree with Terms and Conditions". I kept clicking the appropriate button saying "I agreed with your terms and Conditions", and it kept cycling me back saying I needed to agree with them. I didn't have time or the inclination to go through the "Live Chat" or call the toll-free number, I just wanted to place the order through PayPal. Finally came back a week later and just used a credit card. Very frustrating!

Unfortunately my experience was not good with this company. After purchasing an item online I was told it was back ordered for a couple of weeks but now after 2.5 months of poor communications and continued delays the item would not be available for an additional 2 months. They blame the manufaturer but I know that the item is available so I also question their honestly along with their integrity. They should not promise what they can not deliver.

I innocently in good faith placed an order for a condiment pump and received the top part which is a pump like for ketchup at a restaurant and then days later received a plastic scoop instead of the stainless steel pot that the pump attaches to. I explained the situation to Wasserstrom company representitive and they could really care less like it was somehow my fault and they doubted it could be true. I kind of knew they sucked right off when the order was first placed because the man acted like he couldn't even be bothered by my order and never even took my full information such as phone number. I sent the scoop back for which I was scolded by the Wasserstrom representative because that's not how they wanted it done ha ha, they were scolding me for not accepting the plastic scoop that I never ordered and then received a pot that didn't fit. Once again when I called the company, they were uncaring and terse but they finally agreed to resend the product again this time direct from the factory that made the pump which is an 11 unit quart and what I now received is a 7 quart pot...they told me I needed to deal directly with the factory now...huh? Obviously I objected strongly. This company has no business accepting online orders they aren't set up to take calls or trained on how to take care of a customer or to fulfill orders or follow up with all the errors that this lack of training or caring generates. I was accused of ordering the wrong thing they won't accept responsibility for their lack of professionalism at every level that I have encountered. I could never recommend this company they set me behind schedule weeks and weeks and I still have no working condiment pump but have been asked to pack up things and make returns and deal with fedex etc. I really needed this pump to fill small plastic pouches for a big order that has now been cancelled on me because I had to tell my customer it's on the way it's on the way. The cafe located in Anaheim Hills is filthy and the staff is rude. This is the third time that I go there for lunch and the third time that I had a bad experience. They messed up my order; they forgot to add silverware, so when I asked the young women at the counter if I could get a fork and a knife, she rolled up her eyes and asked me to get it myself pointing at the container. The fork had lipstick and a piece of food stuck on it. I pulled another one and it came out with a piece of something gooey on it. I finally took another fork and went to the restroom to wash it myself! I was holding my breath because the restroom was disgusting as well. What the heck???!! How do these places pass an inspection? I will never go there again!!NEVER!! I wonder what's going on in the kitchen that we don't see. Pew!!Gross!

Corner bakery has some of the best sandwiches around, and a nice variety of other dishes. Their pastas are as good as most Italian restaurants. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered, although some dishes are better than others. I cannot comment on the breakfast dishes as I usually go there for lunch or dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. I am hard of hearing and the staff will take extra care to ensure my order is correct.

I ordered 12 meals and a dessert from this service for my husband and son. When I received the delivery, I was startled to feel how light the box was, given I'd previously been receiving meals from another provider which had felt significantly heavier for a similar volume of meals. Upon inspection, I was appalled to find several small containers that were supposed to represent meals for one or, in some cases, up to two people. I knew, immediately, that this was not good value. To make matters worse, when I weighed the contents of a number of meals and compared them to the weights recorded online, every single one (without exception) was significantly underweight, even with the packaging included. Unacceptable and, frankly, illegal. Not surprisingly, I've decided to return to using the other food delivery service which has never given me reason to question their content. In fact, the only reason I moved away from that service was because Gourmet Dinner Service has a sister company, Dietlicious, and I was keen to try their Fast 800 program. I figured it made sense to keep the meals all coming from related businesses. My mistake. To be fair to the Dietlicious arm of the company, their products are quite satisfactory in terms of taste and variety and, being a diet product, I'm less concerned with their volume; however, I won't continue to order from them because I am so appalled by the sister company's disingenuous behaviour. They have charged good money but not delivered a good product. (I should note that I also left this feedback on their Facebook page.) Below is a picture of their Shepherd's Pie with Double Potato Mash. It cost $9.99 (plus delivery) and was supposed to weigh 400g. It weighed 365g in the container. Not. Good. Enough.
