Booked through hotels4teams and prepaid $191.33 for a room in Alachua, FL Sept. 13-15th. At check in the hotel asked for the card we paid with, which seemed normal. After check out, we realized the hotel charge us $151.16 to cover the room. Called and asked why and they said hotel4teams had never paid them for the room and they had to charge us. They told us to get a refund from hotel4teams (3rd party) who also charged us $40 more than what we paid by going directly through the hotel. Called hotels4teams on Monday the 16th, sent the info they asked for, and was promised a phone call back that same afternoon. Have yet to receive a phone call (it's now Wednesday the 18th). They are still holding my money and nobody cares. Customer Service is awful. They charge MORE than if you go through the hotel, and they don't even cover the room when you book through them. Fraudulent activity as far as I'm concerned. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully that will get some action. We almost over drafted our account because of the double charge AND we need this money for bills that we are fighting to get back. Wish someone cared, cause hotels4teams DOES NOT. Edit on Sept 19: still no word. Yes they reached out on FB messenger (real professional) and I've responded and ALREADY emailed the documents requested (which were acknowledged received ON Monday) but still have not received a call or a refund. It is now 4 days later. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Our group of 6 women stayed at Driftwood Place over a long weekend recently. The home was very comfortable and the perfect size for our group. Just a short walk to the beach and within a short driving distance to some of the absolute BEST restaurants 30A has to offer. One morning we decided to walk to breakfast for exercise and just 2 miles down the road was the perfect outdoor breakfast spot on Rosemary Beach! It was a great little getaway weekend in a perfectly, cozy house. We used the screened-in porch for dinner and the comfortable sofas for chatting and watching movies. The house was decorated in soft, neutral colors that added to the warmth. I would definitely choose this house and location again and I look forward to working with InvitedHome in the future as they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process.

Staying with InvitedHome this past weekend was a pleasure - We were sent an email with check-in instructions as well as a couple text messages to let us know our property was available and what number to call should we need anything during our stay. We were also greeted with a hand written note and bottle of wine when we arrived to the house. The home was in great condition with plenty of amenities. I especially appreciate all the kiddo toys and pretty darn kid friendly setup for my two kiddos (2.5 and 1 year old). InvitedHome did everything they could to make our stay relaxing and stress-free. I will absolutely book with them again!

Received 12x felt furniture pads with screw fixing within a couple of days. Exceptional turnaround. The pads are 1st class. Well made and far better than the stick-on variety. A really nice touch was the inclusion of a 2mm drill so that a pilot hole can be added to the chair legs before fitting the pads.

I used this company for two excursions; one to the Nisyros volcano and the other a 3 Island Boat Cruise. Both trips were absolutely fab! The drivers were perfectly on time both times and everything was very well organised. These trips really topped off our holiday and were completely hassle free! Definitely recommend using them as the trips are really good value for money!

Naomi has been doing my eyelash extensions for quite a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is fabulous and very skilled. They always stay on for at least 2-3 weeks if not longer. I also have quite sensitive skin and eyes but have had no reaction to them. I would highly recommend Naomi at west London lashes. Tara ????

This weekend I stayed at The Loggerhead Inn for the 1st time & will be going back again soon. The room was perfect, the complex is centrally located to so many spots in Surf City, not to mention a short walk to the beach. The pool is great, picnic tables/hammocks just a cozy comfortable spot all around. From the minute I arrived until I left, really enjoyed my stay. The folks who work here are fantastic, friendly, and have excellent customer service. Needless to say, I will be back again, and again!!

I only stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine. 2nd day I received 2 calls from Topsail Realty, when I returned the phone call they informed me that my room was being changed due to work being done on the roof.I was locked out of my room for over 2 hours waiting for the touch pad to be reset. When I finally got to talk to staff at Loggerhead Inn she was apologetic and said they would discount my 2 nights stay for the trouble. I called Topsail on my return home and they said “sorry nothing can be done about it” I ask for the number to Loggerhead and was told that it was confidential but they would send an email to them and have them call me. Never happened! Paid full price, wasted my afternoon waiting on phone calls and trying the keypad to see if it worked and then packing and moving our things to another room. Not using Topsail Reality again or Loggerhead. On a side note one of their other clients had a medical emergency on the beach and the family told me they would slip a note under the door and tell me about their father, I ask if anyone found the note (because our room had been moved) and was told “we throw everything away we find so we have no clue what happened to the man”

Lee and his team have just completed their third lot of work for us at our home laying our side patio area, they have also layed our large back patio area and side and our drive area to the front. We stayed 2 nights at the Grand Hotel Ter Duin. The place was nice. But When we checked out they asked us to pay for the parking (i said normally when you stay in a hotel, it’s free parking) and “zonnebank” was not free. The pool was cold they said it is “verwarm”. We’re suppose to get a “Zeeuwse verassing” in our room but there’s none. I said it was inclusive. The receptionist said normally it’s not. Until i showed them the email i got from luxuryhotel saying that it was inclusive and then we didn’t have to pay for the parking and zonnebank.

They offer good packages and this time to Georgia, I took a private tour which was very comfortable and all the request related to room and car were taken care off. Rimzee is available throughout on Whatsapp during the trip and for any miscommunication in case he is prompt to resolve. Overall a very good experience

I saw an advert on Travelzoo a couple of days b4 I booked. I do not recall the advert listing different prices from different airports. When I rang to book I was informed that travelling from my chosen airport was more money. The ad on Travelzoo appeared to have been updated.

I had ease booking, but when trying to change my booking it was extremely difficult being a customer from Australia. Contact number to call from Australia was not valid even after double checking, emailing customer service two or three times before receiving a reply. The online booking system that separates the two people on the booking into separate log ins where only changes can be made on individual accounts is terrible. It might be useful for individuals travelling together, but booking as a couple, this function is very time consuming and pointless.

They have very long time slots (7am to 1pm). It means I have to get up early in case they come early, but know they may not come until lunch time. They charge you £100 if you alter your appointment at short notice, but they can alter their appointment at no notice themselves. This happened to me.

I cannot fault Austin’s efforts at all while he was helping me to rebook my holiday which was cancelled for May 2020. We were booking the same holiday, only difference was that we were adding another couple to the booking. We chatted initially, he then called and kept me in the loop at every stage while he also tried his best to keep the booking cost down. Booking South Tyrol confirmed our reservation and Parkhotel Werth in Bozen/Bolzano Italy confirmed our booking but refused to give us the room for the price in the reservation. We had to pay twice as much. Booking South Tyrol did nothing to solve the problem. We left and went to an other hotel.

we paid for a vacation for 4, and got a small room with 3 beds. The entertainment at the hotel we stayed at was all in German (in Side, Turkey). Everyone was constantly trying to sell you extras, from the flight attendants that would not let you sleep, to the buss ride to the hotel, and hotel staff that all pushed their different products. Other than that, the vacation was cheap and the hotel was very beautiful. My children were very happy.

We have buy some safari ture and last day its was cancel but they say to go to another tur witch cast cheaper and they sey money yuo will get back but nobody tallk wit my anymore so we lost 25 e One more thing the gide drive us to another tur far away but we only been there 2 hours becorse on his way we have to visit shops but way I came to se Turkey not shopping there and they give us lunch in restaurant where dirty dish its discasting sorry but I dont want to go with detur anymore

We booked our 18 day fly/drive holiday in Ireland with Echt Ierland. I am very pleased with the agency and how they handled all the reservations from booking the return flights from Amsterdam, the hotels and B&Bs and the rent of the car. This is our first holiday in Ireland and didn't know what to expect but the whole trip was great. We enjoyed it very much. Everything was handled efficiently. My only suggestion is perhaps, since 18 days is a long time, it would help if one, or two, of the accommodation is not a hotel or B & B but a fully furnished apartment with the possibility of cooking your own food (as a break in the constant eating out schedule) and doing your laundry. There were laundrettes available for EUR10 per wash and they would dry it for you but some of our clothes shrunk from the drier. Dry cleaning is not really an option as it is too expensive. Overall, the accommodation was great, all located close to the town center. We had a great time.

I wanted a long weekend Ireland and no clue on where to start. After calling for about 10 minutes with Echt Ierland the options seemed unlimited. We ended on a 2 person fly & drive to Cork and Killarney. The rental car and hotel was taken care off and the tips on what to do in the surrounding area gave us loads of free options. I would recommend anyone to give a call and see what comes up! Thanks for the wonderful trip.

I stayed for 6 months..Cleaning staff on thursday was amazing and efficient, all the issues were acknowledged, resolved in timely manner...Internet TV , toilets hot water, wardrobe etc..were excellent..Will surely recommend and look forward to come back in future.. We have not ventured on our cruises as yet, as it is for February and March 2020 Sydney to Perth then Perth to Sydney. Have been told when we looked at these cruises that there was on board credit, since this was booked we have been told no on credit. We have since seen the cruise from Sydney to Perth has a flight and hotel stay included in Sydney. Have paid $2000 for deposit non refundable.

Pick up was 45 minutes late with no warning call. The shows presented are really weak and amateurish. The food served is good, but the lines to get to it are horrendous and no one to keep rude guests from cutting in lines. The organization at camp ground is really faulty. Would not do it again.

Wollte in Havanna in der Nähe vom Malecon ein Zimmer. Das Hotel konnte man auf der Karte sehr einfach finden. Der Preis ist finde ich wirklich sehr günstig, obwohl die Bewertungen und die Lage echt gut ist. Und man kann ungefähr bis eine Woche vor Reiseantritt sogar kostenlos stornieren, was in Corona-Zeiten sehr wichtig ist. Also was will man mehr. Vielen Dank liebes Hotels.com Team!

I wasn't happy that the payment for the accommodation was immediately taken from my credit card, even though the stay is still 3 months away and free cancellation is still possible. Booking.com does not take the payment until 14 days prior to the stay. This makes Hotels.com prices less attractive, as you end up paying interest on your credit card.

Na het betalen blijkt dat er in het hotel nog 34 dollar extra per dag moet worden afgerekend voor resorttoeslag Terwijl ik een kamer heb geboekt met gratis wifi en ontbijt Deze kosten worden past duidelijk vermeld nadat de betaling is geaccepteerd. Helemaal onderaan de informatie pagina van het hotel staat wel een vermelding over deze kosten. Maar bij het overzicht van de kosten worden deze niet vermeld. Erg misleiden en aangezien we een kamer hebben geboekt zonder restitutie kunnen we er ook zo niet vanaf. I had the most wonderful time last year traveling to japan with JJ. Our guide was fluent in Japanese and had as much fun as we did. A small group of like minded people brought together by a love of bonsai. The excursions were fantastic, apart from food everything was taken care of I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have booked a non-refundable room for Sunday 1st October. Kayak changed this to Sunday 15th October AFTER taking my card details. This is useless to me. I will never use the site again. The customer service guy tells me the hotel is now closed and he can't change the booking. Kayak is a great site for those people who like throwing 50 quid away on nothing.

I have used Kayak for years! Lately the price watch is a crock. Click and price goes up. Ok I get it sometimes it happens BUT on every flight I have searched the past 3 months?? The kicker is that those prices don't change then on their site--still show the cheaper rate for a few days. ARGH. So sad to be discontinuing our relationship with what was once the crown jewel. :-( Goodbyes are hard.

Our family of four spent 14 days in Athens , Santorini , Naxos and Mykonos in August 2017. We were clueless about how to plan the trip to Greece with kids as there is so much to do and there are so many options available for hotels and tours that we found it overwhelming . We wanted an itinerary in such a way that we could visit historical landmarks , learn about Greek history , enjoy beautiful beaches and also have relaxing time. 'Kids Love Greece' knew exactly what we wanted. It was pleasure working with Katerina and Maria who had great recommendations and planned everything very well in advance. When we arrived it all worked perfectly. All our tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and fluent in English. All the vehicles were specious. Evita , our tour guide to Acropolis gave us detailed information into the temples with the help of a virtual reality app. With this app our girls traveled back in time and visualized themselves in temples as they used to be during the 5th century BC. Vassiliki , our tour guide to Delos was extremely engaging and knowledgeable and by the end of the tour we truly felt like we knew everything about Delos. Our day trip to Delphi and Premium Private 5 hour Catamaran Tour in Santorini were just amazing. Our whole experience was beyond anything we could have expected. Thanks to 'Kids Love Greece' for making our trip memorable, enjoyable, and unique! Book with 'Kids Love Greece' and I am confident that you will have an equally wonderful experience.

When I found kids love Greece I honestly read the reviews and tried my luck as we wanted to experience Greece with our kids but only for a limited period of time. As Maria Tsigoni replied to me, she gave me incredible advice, especially as we were travelling with kids. I have to say, from the booking of our hotels to the airport transfers everything was perfect! Thanks to the service, we were able to enjoy a beautiful holiday with our toddlers in Athens, Santorini & Mykonos. I think this service is amazing and so helpful to plan holidays with your little one, and I wish it was available for other countries too ;) Big thank you Maria for being so helpful and kind throughout! Booked a few days to Legoland for my sons 5th birthday, got a really good deal for hotel and tickets - was really easy booking and confirmation/tickets were through the post a couple of days later. Due to COVID-19 the trip had be cancelled when the park closed but Legoland have kept us up to date and a voucher code was sent immediately after havin g to cancel. Looking forward to re-booking when everything calms down.
