Well, this is efficiency at its best. I am generally a cautions person when it comes to give praises but I won't be shy here. From the quotation to the installation it was all a breeze. Needless to say that when your boiler has given up you are very much hoping that you can get a resolution in the shortest of times. This is exactly the experience I had. I booked my appointment on the Thursday and by the Monday of the following week I had a shiny new boiler set up and running. I would like to draw attention to Paul, the engineer who came to do the work. He was ponctual, courteous and professional. I really felt he knew what he was doing and he delivered above and beyond. Thanks again.

This is our second Valiant boiler and was recommended and supplied by a Valiant authorised installer. After significant building works had been completed the original boiler was inadequate so we upgraded and have been really impressed with the new and more modern product. The house is now much warmer and the system way more efficient. Easy to install and use and a way lower cost than we had expected.

I have 3 property's I have cover with… I have 3 property's I have cover with hometree.I have called them out 3 times and had trouble ..1st was for my gas check the man kept asking me how i have these property's and I should cancel cover and go directly through him ...2nd callout toilet would not flush,plumber came out then left didn't know why ..luckily the company who were doing job left me there number I asked them why they left they said we would have to remove tiles and need authorisation from hometree but they could never get in contact with them ..10 days later after 40 or 50 calls to hometree 1 lady was helpful and they sorted it ....today I rang the company I have water pouring out under my sink ..they said Monday at 1st in 2 days time,I said its going to wreck my home she said we will try for today..I then got a call off a company saying we are sorry we do not cover your area we tried calling hometree..no reply..I rang hometree took ages and they said we are sorry we are closed weekends they will call you back 24 hours ...I had to get a plumber £185 just now ...what a JOKE...UPDATE.Just had head office of hometree asking about my review I told her your plumber had still not been,she said I can understand how frustrated you've been we really do apologise,I said I've cancelled all my direct debits she then sent an email you owe us £90 for cancelling thankyou

Awful - Avoid! Booked a call out Thursday by Friday still no confirmed date. I decided to investigate myself and pulled up my living room floor. Under the house is swimming with sewage and all electrical cables are under water. Hometree didn’t even send someone till the next day then I was told the house is unsafe, poisoning fumes, no water, no electricity, no where to live and hometree says they may be able to get someone out later next week. Ignore all the vulnerability stuff and emergency response it’s not true. We had no water or electricity yesterday and slept with poison fumes all cause they were busy. Hometree I have got drains, plumbing and electricity insurance with you. Please sort it out. Update- Saturday evening Hometree told me I’m not covered and can’t help even though I am covered!

My air con had died and gone to God so they got a quote over the phone for us and our new air con was in in three days which was fantastic as I have a life threatening illness . At first I was not happy with the way our unit was delivered because they tried to deliver it with a large 18 wheel tractor/trailer in a small residential neighborhood and it caused a lot of issues. However, they stood behind a warranty issue we had. Approximately 4 weeks after the unit was installed, a plastic sticky back clamp that was used to hold a wire harness inside the unit, came loose causing the wires to get sucked and entangled in the condenser motor...ruining the motor and the fan blades. They were quick to send a new motor and fan blade.

Do not use these scam artists. Had them come in to do a duct cleaning job. Literally sprayed tea tree oil into the vent, blew some compressed air into the vent and placed a vacuum onto the vent. Not only was is a half arsed job, the operator damaged my brand new laminate flooring with their ladder (we found the damage the next day when cleaning the floors). Lodged a complaint with the company to be met with a call from the worker saying how i must of taken a drill to my new floor... then told me to "get f%^&ed and take me to court then". DO NOT USE THEM, LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR THIS WORK

This was my first order with Coolerguys and I have to say that they are an outstandingly excellent merchant! Order was placed during the middle of the final crush of the holiday season (12-16). Normally I try not to order anything during this period but they were the only (remaining) merchant in the U.S. I could find that carried this part and I did not want to take any chances on them selling out. Well, they came through with flying colors! Order was shipped same day. I received and initial order confirmation email within an hour of placing the order followed by a ship-out confirmation email 3 hours later. Parts arrived well packaged and as ordered. Simply perfect. Only very minor gripe would be that shipping was just a little on the high side but well within acceptable. Overall I could not have asked for a better shopping experience and I will make a point of patronizing this merchant in the future so long as they continue deliver outstanding retail service.

Placed an order on 12/15 while home on vacation and able to accept it. On 12/17 I received an email with FEDEX Tracking # saying my order had shipped 12/14 and would arrive 12/18. On 12/14 I had not even placed the order yet? As of 12/21 no product. I am in NJ and Filter Ace in NYC, should have been overnite delivery with regular Ground Shipping. I wrote an email which Danny promptly answered at 9:40am and said he agreed the email notification was confusing and they would ship it out on the 26th after the holiday because they missed the pick up for today. Anywhere I`ve ever worked UPS,FEDEX,DHL etc come twice a day to deliver in the morning and pick up outgoing parcels in the afternoon, so I believe he still could have made the shipment 12/21. I would not normally be this critical but as you can guess after getting home from work on the 26th. I have no Tracking information email. Sent Danny another inquiry, no it did not go out as promised. He will definately send it the 27th which did occur and I received it the 28th. I do not attribute my poor service experience to the Christmas rush, solely due to the nature of the items they sell, therefore it is probably closer to the norm. I should note this was a small order $ wise and I used PayPal, so they got their money up front with no delay in CC/Fraud Prevention verification. I should be grateful I suppose though that my worst internet shopping experience was only a 10 day delay in shipment on an in stock item.

Last winter I found out the thermostat on my furnace was faulty. Imagine your entire house is as hot as a sauna, but thermostat shows only 23 degrees Celsius. Thank God I called these guys, they were able to fix it, and the price I paid was reasonable.

Ordered two LG PTAC units with thermostats, wall sleeves & grills on 10-31-16. I didn't open the boxes until roughly two weeks after we received them. Upon opening the box there was hidden damage to the wall sleeves inside so I contacted eComfort expecting to have to pay for replacements, but to my surprise, they replaced them for me free of charge. I love doing business with companies who treat me as a customer the same way I treat the customers in my business. eComfort has definitely earned my loyalty! Yes, I know there are some really terrible online reviews for eComfort in the past, but based on my experience, they must have really, really cleaned up their act a lot since those were posted. This was unfortunately the worst customer support experience I've ever had. Electric Fireplaces Plus made a mistake with shipping too many tables and I had to reject the delivery because I didn't have any space to handle the 400 lb pallet they accidentally sent. The customer support agent who spoke to me was hostile, aggressive, angry, insulting, and unreasonable in yelling at me about it. I couldn't understand why he reacted in such a hostile way when their company was the one that made the mistake & I can't help that I don't have space to store their mistakenly sent pallet. I ordered the same item from another company and they were wonderful in working with me on the delivery. In addition, they still haven't refunded me for the returned table.

I was a returning customer to see Mark with a different vehicle. This time a Nissan Qashqui which uses the newer more expensive R1234yf gas. The price quoted was £40 plus £10 per 100g of Gas. Mark extracted the gas and only found 50g of gas rather than the 500g there should be. The gas was refilled and a sealant added which was an extra £20 which seemed pricey but I hope worth it. The end result was £105 and a fully functioning AC system pumping out 6C cool air. The appointment was speedy and done in 25 mins max. Overall a bit more expensive than anticipated but still cheaper than the main dealer price of £120 and I was present while the work was done and Mark explained every step. I just hope the gas stays in and the sealant that was recommended does the trick.

Ignite stoves a company to avoid. I had a very bad experience with them to build a fireplace in my lounge which tool 7 months instead of 2 weeks like they proposed. Below are the following issues I had with them: - 7 months delay ( always apologising) - plasterer destroyed wall paper and poor job - Christmas and new year not able to enjoy our living room because of the mess - Destroyed paint job installing the glass shelves - bottom mould board not refitted - marble a line from top to bottom and not flush also gap is noticed!!!

Purchased a new gas double oven it broke within 6 weeks sent engineer to fix it said it was the electronic control unit but it broke again after 8 weeks same thing broke electronic control unit again sent engineer to fix it but it broke again with the same fault by now I have spoken to the company about replacing the unit as it was clearly faulty but was told no I can't have a new unit as they intend to keep fixing it when it breaks down until the 1 Yr warranty runs out then the repairs will be at my expense needless to say after 1yr it broke again then I scrapped it and bought anorhwr brand had no problems with the new one so Stoves ended up losing a loyal customer as all my previous kitchen appliance purchases were from Stoves greedy companies like this will always lag behind those that stand behind the products they sell

Ordered a 9000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Window Kit @ £449.99. Delivery was prompt, however, the Air Conditioner was no better than a fan. Emailed the Company to return the item & they replied that all buyers are responsible for all non-faulty returns. The Air Conditioner must weigh at least 25-30Kg & will cost alot of money to return. Business must be good Pro Breeze! Cannot recommend the Company nor their inferior Air Conditioners. Advice : Research before buying & check out their return policy....

I was very disappointed with DPD(their courier of choice). I was guaranteed next day delivery but this was not honoured. I was working from home from 7.30am and the driver put a card through my letter box at 8.20 saying the delivery had failed due to nobody home. There are 3 people in my household and none of us heard the doorbell or a knock. I contacted the DPD shift manager at approx 10am and was told there was nothing they could do and I had to wait for the following day for a redelivery. I raised a formal complaint with DPD and pro breeze, but I still had to wait another day to get my item. Probably will not buy from Pro Breeze again or use DPD if I am ever in need of a courier

We bought our fire with this company in November 18 and it was installed by Alan. In March 19 our fire ignition broke long story short it was Alans fault as he had not made the whole for the fire big enough. He blamed Wirral fires and Wirral fires blamed him. The response was quick but we would never use them again. The engineer left with the boiler making an awful noise because he had left it on maximum power which we had to adjust ourselves. He also left so many bits and pieces behind (rubbish?) that we will have to call our own plumber now in order to find out if they are actually essential. When we called the company to have the engineer back (under guarantee, of course) because we weren't sure the boiler was safe, the lady on the phone was so rude that my husband decided to call our own plumber instead of dealing with Worcester Bosch again.

Update on previous review. I have continued to ask for the Worcester-Bosch Engineers report so I can get another to rectify it and WB won't give me the report to say what is wrong with it. Now WB have said every time they come out to check it they are going to charge me, but won't tell me how much. WB are not being very helpful at all, they won't reinstate the 10yr warranty to fix something which we don't know what because they won't tell me. So before you install a Worcester-Bosch I advise you to think again!

In this day and age a service so efficient and trouble free is rare indeed. The pre-installation survey ensured that the actual installation went without a hitch and we knew exactly what to expect. The installation itself took less than two days when we had been warned that it might take three or even four. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Greenheat.

I had spent months trying to get parts for my baxi fireplace with little success until I came across Installaflame. I read some of the reports about the co, and two very bad reports interested me but the response b y the company interested me more so I contacted the company with the view of placing an order after only a few minutes on the phone to a man called Eric it was obvious he knew his subject so I placed my order. The parts were delivered well within the agreed slot. The delivery driver was an expert on the particular fireplace and came into my house to make sure that all parts were correct. Not only that but the costs of parts quoted was less than half of other suppliers. WHAT A RESULT

This review is affected by the customer service of the company rather than the product. We bought the Garden Fiesta fire and have been very pleased with it, though the black paint started bubbling and peeling after only the second lighting. The fire is very robust though so it should be a long term investment. My dissatisfaction was in the customer service. I was given three additional dates for delivery after the original date given by the company was missed. On each occasion I had to do the contact to the company. When the fire was delivered the Pizza stone was not included and again I had to contact the company and had to chase twice to get it sent. The additional flue pipe also was not delivered and I had to contact them 4 times until in the end I asked for the money for the flue to be refunded - to which they responded within 12 hours with a prompt refund. I understand that COVID has affected the service but there is no excuse for not contacting a customer or responding to polite requests. Also, the only means of communication is by a 'Live-chat' line that is actually an email - there is no-one at the other end to respond. They do not accept phone calls or email. A crazy way to operate. It appears this experience may be unusual from other reviews, but for me it was very poor and tempered the pleasure of the fire.

These pans are lightweight, easy to use and to clean. They look good too! The box they arrived in stated the weight was 6kgs overall. I have followed the instructions of washing and drying them, and conditioning them with a little oil removed with some kitchen roll. The handles have a nice, comfortable grip and I'm now looking forward to using them on a daily basis.

I bought a gas fire and fireplace from Focus. Their product knowledge appeared to be good and the wide choice in their showroom made us pick this company over others we had visited. I was disappointed to find that my fitted fireplace had many 'natural' marks in the stone which I found unsightly. I believe that the level of marks on the one in the showroom model should be representative in colour and number to the ones that the customer will receive. I understand that natural products have natural marks but mine also had four large blotches caused by staining from the water used and one 'thumbprint' which nobody seemed to know what it was. I am amazed that this fireplace was thought to be acceptable when examined before fitting and when actually fitted, in my opinion quality control is poor I recommend that any future customer examines each piece of stone before it is fitted. Focus replaced the fireplace but there has been no courtesy call to ask if we are satisfied.

Shocking. Quoted my mum a full boiler replacement and then when they turned up to do the job, the engineer was too scared to go on the roof, forcing her to fork out for scaffolding, which was not part of the quote. As a pensioner on a fixed income she was bullied and left with no choice but to agree to the extra charge. Adding insult to injury the system doesn’t work - it’s a BH weekend and she now has no hot water. Shocking treatment. If you survey and quote for a job, the mistake made should be funded by the company not the poor person who accepts it in good faith. Buying decisions are often made on price so this feels like fraudulent practice to secure the job - hopefully not. Come on Swale Heating - tighten up your customer service and own your mistakes. Don’t bully pensioners into taking second best.

Poor customer service. Swale Heating were supposed to send round an engineer today to make good an earlier sub standard installation they had carried out. They were aware it was going to take most of the day but when the engineer turned up this morning they had allowed him only 1 hour. In the circumstances the engineer left saying the office would have to book a fresh appointment. A total waste of my time and sub standard installation still not fixed.

Process was extremely easy, no pushy salesmen involved! Best quote within seconds and no hidden extras. Even offered a discount for having it fitted on a certain day. Ordered online, fitted within 2 days. I had one visit by fitter, then electrician to sort out stats 2 days later (at my convenience). Both guys were very helpful and friendly. I had one issue within a few days of fitting where wireless cylinder stat wasn't working properly. Was sorted within a few days with no problems or extra charges. Highly recommend if you're looking for a competitive, stress-free solution to getting your boiler changed.

Just had my new boiler fitted by boxt. All turned up on time as did Daniel Harrison who worked his socks off was neat tidy and very professional. Im a plumber by trade but specialist in bathrooms and kitchens so lost touch with new boiler concepts but know a good tradesman when i see one. I was sceptical about paying up front but i tell you what this company delivers what it promises so dont worry on that score. I'm a very happy customer in Nottingham and thanks again Daniel a pleasure to have in my house. Ps thanks to all the boxt team its a different way,but one that delivers what it promises

I clicked on the website that said you had a coupon code for 10% off Honeywell filters to be applied at checkout. There was no code to be found - even to say none available. When I checked out there was a place for the code. This is a little thing but certainly doesn't make me want to use you again unless you change the information that you have on your site.

I ordered a mini ductless multi system and when the estimated arrival time came and passed I called and was told one of the items in order was on backorder. When about a week later that date passed, I called again and was told a different item was on backorder than the original one on backorder and would be about another week. At this point, I just told him to cancel it as it is taking too long and too much frustration and inconsistency. I was told the order was cancelled and would receive confirmation email. I never received that email so I emailed customer service there giving them order details telling them to cancel. They never cancelled or responded to email. I checked back for several days and noticed my order online still active, no cancellation then one day I check and the backorder status shows "ready to ship" and I get a call from someone there which I let go to voicemail. It appears they tried to simply ignore my order cancellation and push it thru. Luckily during this time I removed my credit card from their system and reported credit card lost so they wouldn't be able to try and fraudulently charge it. They only did a pending charge initially when I ordered which quickly passes after a few days. Luckily I wasn't charged or out anything and after I changed my name to "cancel it" online they eventually deleted the order from their system. I guess they don't have a cancel option like every other shopping cart system around. If you wish to have an experience like mine, I think this company will be a great option for you!

The worst insurance company I have dealt with ever. All they do is try to get out of claims by quoting their terms and conditions. The exclusions for the policy are not made clear on their website and just buried in the terms. There so called "resolution" was to send me a letter clearly marking out the terms and conditions, no actual resolution. I am not sure how you can class that as a resolution to be honest. Had my boiler written off as beyond economical repair. The first person I had out from HomeServe said it was absolutely fine then because the issue wasn't resolved I had someone out a month later who said the boiler was crumbling apart and need most the parts replacing. Clearly half the people they employ are incompetent, I had no apology for this, seemed like this was pretty normal for them. And they charged me to tell me my boiler was beyond economical repair, still yet to refund my excess charge which is only supposed to be charged if they fix it, I guess I will have to keep chasing for this. My policy was to cover my boiler they've charged me monthly for it and provided NOTHING apart from useless incompetent people coming round to my house and for someone to tell me its BER.

The installer was clearly experienced and took the time to explain why things were done, the best position for the panels and how the system basically worked. I was really happy with the work done. Installed fine, worked for a day then got a "EC" error. After calling service tech that installed the unit. The issue was a bad flare fitting, which leaked all Freon out. Contacted the Alpine, about defective part, have not heard anything back. But so far after repair, the system has been running well and doing a great job, and is very quiet.

I ordered and paid in full for a small wood stove (65lbs) and accessories on Nov 10 (Happy USMC Birthday to me) I received the accessories in a timely manner but have yet to get the stove. . My order status shows “Completed”. Strange right? For over 3 weeks I’ve sent out 7 emails and left 3 voice mails. Every call has went straight to VM where the reps message states we are more likely to respond to emails. I’ve basically been ghosted for a bad date I never had. I have asked for a ship date or confirmation of my order as incomplete. I Aldo stated if neither can be gone please refund my money. It’s hard to get a refund from an organization that doesn’t talk to you. Not sure what my next steps are but from all appearances this is beginning to look like fraud which goes across state lines.

Unfortunately I decided to buy a dehumidifier from this company, I paid immediately via Paypal, immediately after they asked me an additional for 30 gbp for shipping to Italy.... and I paid for those too. A month has passed and maybe I will receive it in a few days only after I have opened a dispute via Paypal ! The surprise ? the Italian courier BRT contacts me via email and tells me that there are still 68 euros in tax to pay or they are resending the delivery. I paid an additional £10 for Saturday delivery. It was delivered on the Tuesday after I ordered it (while I was not in) and left on my drive (not the rear porch as the DPD delivery states, I don’t actually have a rear porch). I did email [email protected] over 3 weeks ago requesting a refund of the £10 I paid for Saturday delivery. No reply! On unboxing the item there was no *FREE Digital Weather Station worth £29.99 with this unit* which the website advertises comes with the unit. I sent a query via the webpage, still no reply. Product is great. Customer Service is non-existent!

Ordered the Vieto Mini Blade heater on a Sunday and didn't receive any confirmation email but this was my problem because Gmail put it in Junk Mail folder and I didn't check. Contacted HeatersUk and waited for return call. In the meantime the heater arrived on the Thursday but the wrong colour. Accepted a discount rather than go through the hassle of returning.. etc. Very pleased with end result and customer service. Heater fitted and wife happy!

We bought cable floor heating system ( the least expensive one) from Infrafloor.com few months ago for our master bathroom. Though it is summer yet and is warm here ( we live in New Jersey), we are already using it everyday. It is SO-O-O nice to step on warm floor from the shower! I liked their service, they are really friendly. The delivery was quick and on time. My brother is thinking of buying it as well in the fall.

My experience of this company was very good. The ordering and installing of the air con units was straightforward and efficient. The staff were polite and respectful and good at their job. I am very pleased with every aspect of the order and installation and the price was the best by far of the three quotes that I had obtained. If I want further air con units next year I will be going back to Airconditionong Online and would recommend them.

I place an order for a magnetic thermostat-sensor switch with FirePlaceBlowerOutlet.com on October 15th through their website. Because it was a low dollar item I did not do much checking regarding their reputation. I receive immediate confirmation that they had received my order, but five day later there was still no confirmation of shipment. When I emailed to find out when the item would ship I was informed that their postage meter was down but it would ship the next morning. I receive the thermostat-sensor switch 5 days later in a priority mail envelop. I installed the switch right away and turned on the fireplace waiting for my existing blower to turn on. When the blower did not turn on after about 5 minutes I check the switch and found that the magnet designed to hold it in place had separated from the switch. I contacted them again to tell them about the defective part and this time they got back to me with in a couple hours asking the type of fireplace I had. After responding I waited another full day and then sent another email letting them know I wanted my money back because I wanted to buy from someone that actually cares about doing business on line. Another day passed and I received an email telling my they were crediting my account minus the $9 dollars shipping. I can understand with holding the shipping if I ordered the wrong part or decide I don’t want it, but I take issue when they send a defective part that does not work. I told them I would return the part if they want to pay to ship it back. I finally ended up contacting my credit card company to dispute the changes.
