He was so meticulous in his work the installations look amazing! he paid particular attention to keeping my house clean by picking up every speck of paper or anything that fell on the floor. I need to get hold of technical help on occasion, getting through to them is appalling, they hold my record of being kept on the phone waiting at 58+ minutes i then hung up and sent them an e-mail. A return e-mail promised a call back from Baxi technical, i was on the phone when they called & they left a message saying they would try again, despite another e-mail they have failed to do so. Their customer service is diabolical. I fit boilers for a living, i usually fit whatever the customer wants, but now i try to persuade them against having a Baxi as their back up is worse than useless.

I spent over two hours (one call) trying to get through to report a boiler fault (i have a service plan) and not once did i speak to a human or get through to anybody, that's right two hours on one call, to try and ensure my 6 year old daughter will have unrestricted heating this evening, I could not even leave a message or email as telephone is the only means of contact.

In October 2018 I had a new bathroom & kitchen fitted, Redring/Dimplex water heaters installed, one for each room. In August 2019 the one feeding the hot tap in the kitchen started leaking, under the 12 month guarantee it was replaced FOC. In June 2020 (just now), the replacement heater in the kitchen has started leaking, I have phoned Dimplex, and have been told that the guarantee lasts for 12 months only. THE LEAKING REPLACEMENT, ONLY 9 MONTHS OLD, IS NOT GUARANTEED AND DIMPLEX DON'T WANT TO KNOW OR CARE THAT IT IS LEAKING. FOR ALL I KNOW THEY COULD HAVE FITTED A 2ND HAND OR REFURB MODEL JUST TO GET THEM PAST THE 12 MONTH GUARANTEE LIMIT. SHAME ON YOU REDRING /DIMPLEX, IF THIS IS HOW YOU HAVE TO MAKE A LIVING, BY DIDDLING PENSIONERS, THEN YOU DESERVE TO FAIL!!!!!

Dimplex Product: Base Unit Fan Heater (Model: BFH24BWSR) - plinth heater I was disappointed in that the Dimplex fan heater had a fault within 6 months. Dimplex HQ were very understanding, replaced the product and had it fitted within a few weeks. This may have been just a one off faulty product as the new one is working fine. I am pleased with the Company response and the service given to replace the plinth heater. I would still recommend them and the product.

Very poor customer service. Made 3 separate orders, not one of them was correct. Items missing in 1st order. Black Flue pipes sent instead of Stainless in 2nd order. Wrong flashing sent in 3rd order. Waited for a week for wrong items to be collected, then 2 weeks for them to refund items. Nobody rings you back. Would never use this Company again. Hopeless. Find another Flue Supplier would be my advice.

Ordered flue for 2 jobs On Friday and was told could be Monday but would be Tuesday which was fine as I had expressed I needed the items by Tuesday .Then on Wednesday when nothing had arrived I phoned and email until finally got hold of somebody to be told only half my order was coming and the rest might come the next day .They never bother to contact me to let me know so I then could have made other arrangements, instead just waffled on about it be someone else’s fault. Rubbish service will never use again

Ordered a gas fire but had a problem with the delivery so missed our gas engineers slot. When we came to install the fire we found we had the wrong size flu. Flames refused to take the fire back or change it as we were over the 14 day returns period. We have more fires to purchase for our other cottages would never use Flames again as their customer service is rubbish. All seems great until something goes wrong!

I have used Northern Gas for a number of years for boiler services and previously didn't have a problem. This time was different. Trying to get them to attend for a small non return valve repair was impossible. I called their customer services 10 times over 5 days to try and get them to come with their false promises of engineer visits and the he's on his way fiction. The last straw was another falsehood of he's only half an hour away and 1 hour later he still didn't turn up was it. Top tip for this company - If you can't or don't want to do a job be honest with the customer and tell them. We can and will go elsewhere. I have lost all confidence with Northern gas and will no longer be using them in future and certainly would no longer them. Something has obviously seriously gone wrong with this company. A real let down by all those at the end of the phone. Shameful.

I phoned Northern Gas and spoke to a very peasant girl called Sunita. She arranged for a gentleman called Kash to visit me and discuss my boiler requirements. He was very friendly, spent time advising me of the best boiler for me. He was very knowledgeable and I did not feel under any pressure to buy at all. As he did me a good deal, I went ahead and ordered a new top quality boiler, which did everything that he promised. The fitter that came to fit it was called Adam, he spent three days at my property fitting the boiler, he was friendly and hard working and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He did a really good job and explained all about the working of the boiler after setting it up for me. I was really pleased with the service that I got from Northern Gas and would certainly recommend them

Our friend recommended Scott to provide a quote for our energy supply for our new premises. Scott didn’t disappoint, as we were new to this we were unsure what the process was and was really looking for someone to guide us through the process, Scott did this all the way from going through the detail and explaining what would happen at switch over. I had a bathroom viewing booked in at our house and the staff member never showed up. Not only that but I then emailed to give them a chance to explain and am yet to hear anything. I had high hopes for a good service after walking in to the shop for some advice but I am left feeling extremely disappointed and time-pressured with this set back. Client service has been very poor.

Excellent company to deal with. Contact throughout the whole process. Mark the engineer arrived when he said he would, he upgraded our old boiler to a new condensed Worcester Bosch boiler relocating from the kitchen to the utility room, can't praise him enough. All the pipe work now looks neat and tidy, he removed all the old pipes and boiler, hot water tank etc. We are now left with a super efficient system and are extremely delighted. I would recommend this company and Mark to anyone. A job well done. thanks to everyone concerned.

Brilliant service, I was sceptical about making such a large purchase online with an Engineer never even seeing what replacing my boiler involved. But I am extremely happy with the outcome. All very efficient, the fitters were very pleasant, hard working guys & were very careful to keep everything as clean as possible & did a great job of tidying up afterwards. This is not the first time I have ordered from AIRTHEREAL. Each and every time they were professional in everything, packaging, shipping, occasional communication with customer service. They are very quick to respond and shipping is also super fast. Ordered on Monday night got it on Thursday. The products quality does meet my expectations, very nice and sturdy with no noticable shortcuts anywhere. Excellent customer service. Phoned to check if I could request a particular day for delivery due to the weight of the heater and being home alone on other days. Ashley called the delivery company to check their lead times and called me right back and said he would request delivery for the day I needed when my order came through. Delivery company called to confirm that they would deliver on the day requested. When the day arrived, I hadn't heard anything from the delivery company and it was nearly 5pm and I couldn't get through to them. I called Ashley and he also couldn't reach them but would continue to try, it fortunately arrived about 30 minutes later. Ashley called back the next day to confirm I'd received the heater and that it was in good condition and there was no issues. Really attentive company and I'm glad I chose them over some bigger retailers. Also had the best prices I could find for what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Me and my wife recently moved into our new home. Our house was fully electric so we had to buy electric heaters for the house. After looking at various places we came across Electric Heat Warehouse. We ordered six of the Reina Arlec Electric Radiator's. The price was very decent and affordable compared to other stores and websites we looked at. I also had a few questions before my purchase. I spoke to a Paul Fowkes who was incredibly friendly and was very helpful with all the questions I had to ask. The radiators got delivered very quickly and I was constantly updated about the delivery. The heaters are very good and very stylish. It was also very easy to fit on the walls and easy to use. Overall me and my wife are very happy with our purchase. Keeps the house very warm especially with winter around the corner. I would definitely recommend Electric Heat Warehouse. This is the first review I have ever gone out of my way to write about a company. It has been incredibly painful experience and felt the need to share. We ordered from them back in august. Provided the measurements and were assured it would fit our system. Paid someone 300 dollars to come out and install. It did not in fact fit. Sent emails, called left messages, no responses. If they did respond action was never taken. We were assured we'd get the new item in time for the holidays. Finally got a hold of them when it was coming up. Order never got submitted even though we were assured by multiple people. Finally received 6 months later our second fire ball set. They ordered the wrong color. We had to return again another very painful experience. Then third times a charm- again after weeks of us following up finally re ordered the right system. Just had someone come out (another 300) for them to tell us the item was faulty. 9 months later- no resolution, no action, no apologies, and 600 dollars poorer than we started from originally (again no offer for discount based on monies spent to their mistakes). I work in customer service and very understanding of our current environment. My husband and I have had to take turns following up and sitting on hold because it has taken up SO MANY HOURS out of our life to try to get this resolved. There is still no resolution- we have been told now after calling again to submit an email request. No faith this will ever reach resolution. Save yourself the headache.

Plumbcraft installed a boiler for us a few years ago and they’ve been back to service it every year since. Very happy to recommend them.

Purchased a hearth pad and have never received it. We have contacted them through email and on the phone and the last they told us it was in transit. They have since stopped taking our phone calls or responding to our emails. They have stolen over $400 from us.
