Had to wait a long time (weeks) for the 2 vents ordered. no communication from supplier until I raised a ruckus. I like the vents though.

I recently bought 3 registers (paintable) from Majestic Vent Covers and am totally pleased with the arrival, painting, and mounting of the vent covers. I was fortunate to find the website for Majestic and am happy with the purchase and the finished product. They look great and have showed them off to several others with the same final opinion.

We had been looking to order a new marble fireplace for sometime and have visited several specialist showrooms nearby in East Yorkshire and we were at the point of ordering when we came across Designer Fireplaces in Birmingham 120 miles away We were very impressed by the items on offer on line but initially a little dubious as not being able to visit them and we needed our new item to be a bespoke size Despite this we sent an enquiry to Mick and Pete and eventually placed an order What a find their prices the quality the service the attention to detail is absolutely outstanding they can’t be faulted in any way There are lots of bigger companies who could learn a lot about this company If you had any doubts about using Designer Fireplaces then don’t save yourself a lot of money and receive the best possible service including their recommended installer

I was recommened Joe from our kitchen fitter, he provided an excellent service especially at short too. From the 1st meeting, assessment and completion of work all done in a tight time scale Joe kept in touch throughout the time. He is a neat and tidy worker, very happy to accommodate changes or options. Very informative about his work and adjustments definitely would recommend to any one looking for a plumber.

I appointed Milcol to carry out all plumbing and heating works for refurbishment of my five bedroom, 300 year old property. Milcol installed all new pipe work throughout the property, a new central heating system including repositioning of the boiler, complete fitting of additional newly built bathrooms and en-suites and redirection of external gas supply pipe to the property. All the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, the Milcol team are extremely professional, friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody. I could not have asked for a better job.

Wasn't sure if PIV would make any difference but within 24 hrs no condensation on Windows ,Air feels crisp and fresh. The whole house seams to warm up so much faster A great product and received good prompted service. Thanks Will recommend this to everyone with damp issues

Our boiler broke down on Thursday. I contacted Aqua Shield on Wednesday and they sent an engineer who diagnosed the problem within minutes. The boiler needed a new gas valve! The valve needed to be ordered and it was going to be expensive. I did have to contact them on Friday to find out when they would be coming to fit the valve. Unfortunately the part had not arrived and they were still awaiting delivery which would mean the the installation would not take place until next week, possibly Monday. After explaining our circumstance and apologies from Aqua Shield things started moving forward. A few minutes later I had another call and I was told that they had sourced a valve and somebody from their company would collect the part and it would be installed this afternoon (Friday). The engineer called me about 30 minutes before he arrived. In less than half an hour after he arrived, and having taken our boiler to bits, we have heating again. The service from the Aqua Shield office was excellent and the engineer was also excellent. He kept me informed about what he was doing and his initial diagnosis was absolutely spot on. I strongly recommend this company for boiler service, installation and breakdown repairs, and will use them again, if needed. Thanks for this exceptional service.

We had a Ideal boiler fitted by Matt (Pulsa) in February. Cannot fault their service, they even took the time to drop off some temporary heaters as it couldn't be done for two days.

Used them in the past when i lived in uk. Now I've returned to Australia i found that there was only overpriced support for eberspacher heaters. So i tried them again. Apart from the time delay in posting to australia, they performed as if i lived next door to them. Fast, efficient, and well priced. Would recomend them to anyone.

Just exactly what you’d want from a tradesperson, Sean is friendly, knowledgeable and he fixed our problem in no more than ten minutes. Plus he was kind enough to laugh at my bad jokes... I’m done looking for plumbers now, this is the company I will go to with any future needs and I would recommend to anyone that they do the same.

We had the misfortune to have what amounted to a total failure of our solar powered hot water system, leading to a disastrous fracture of a high pressure hot water pipe late at night. Brendan and his team have worked assiduously for weeks to replace our whole hot water system and reconnect and commission a very complicated solar control unit, which had never been installed properly when the house was built 11 years ago. They stuck with it until it worked perfectly. What is so special about Heatwize (and I've been dealing with plumbers since I bought my first home 40 years ago) is: - they always turned up when they said they would - they returned e-mails within a few hours - they always answered the phone - they were invariably polite - they didn't spend the day swearing ( although there was much to swear about!) - they don't bring a large radio with them and play music all day - they were scrupulously clean and tidy - they spend days longer on this job than they had quoted for but didn't keep demanding more money - they were honest, straightforward and decent With the work completed, we have had no hesitation in signing up for one of their maintenance cover plans. I have no hesitation in recommending them - it was a pleasure to have them in our home.

I ordered 2 fans on 15/1/18. The invoice is dated and received on 19/1/18. These products were received 23/1/18. On 30/1/18 I requested a return and refund which has been denied due to the 14day rule.?????SERIOUSLY??

Schenker needs almost 2 weeks to deliver the goods to my house.

Ordered and paid for purchase online two weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered last week. STILL have not received and it’s holding up all the other work at the house — all work has been on-time up until I ordered from this company. Cannot reach anyone to find out where the heck my order is or if I’m even going to get it. Next step is to file a claim through my Visa card.

Boiler Breakdowns fitted the boiler in a day (others where quoting 2 days), was able to come out in 24 hours (other company let me down and would have to wait another week in these cold conditions) and did a great job with a complicated system while also advising me on what was best for the system. That’s the boiler in for a year now - 1st service done. Company called to remind service was due and was easy to arrange a time slot that was suitable. No bother with the boiler - very quiet and has reduced my annual gas usage. Engineer arrived on time and had a nice manner. We are very happy with Boilergenie as a company, and would have no reservation about recommending them.

All the correct COVID19 advise was apparent, so not only did he do an amazing job in difficult circumstances he ensured the current H & S precautions were followed to ensure we were all safe!

Boiler installation With a full 7 year vaillant warranty - neat tidy work that's second to none, exceptionally accommodating and reliable. You would be hard pushed to find a better company. Very bad experience.Never use them again.I paid them £84 to check the boiler before we sign the contract for House purchase.They gave us certificate for boiler which which did not has hot water.The boiler did not work properly and they did not tell us.Now we need to bay new boiler without price reduce from seller.

Good selection of fires and fireplaces although they didn't have the one we wanted in stock and we had to wait two weeks for it to be fitted.

We hired Phil to remove an old vintage wood burner, open up the covered fireplace and install a new wood burner with hearth. The quality of the job was excellent and the whole team were very courteous throughout their time in our house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Wonderful piece of oak, received in a few days with no extra charge to Northern Ireland (unlike some competitors who wanted to charge me an extra £30 for the benefit). I also had a small request which Ian sorted straight away. Couldn't reccommend them highly enough.

Installed a damaged radiator said they be back next day to replace it over a month later finally replaced it.

4 hours to fit an energy meter. Guy had no idea what he was doing and kept calling someone. Swore with [email protected]@@ knows when I asked him why it had taken so long. Pure inefficiency appalling service

Very good customer service, quickly delivered and the Delivery driver was concientious enough to ask if I'd rather it was put in the back garden to prevent waking my partner up who'd just finished a night shift! Oh and the Rad & Valves look great!

I have used Andrew twice recently and have two positive reviews: (1) Many thanks to Andrew for his wonderful assistance; he was patient, tidy, really helpful and highly professional throughout the job. I feared it was going to be a lot more difficult than it turned out to be. After extensive testing, which Andrew undertook in a patient manner in cramped spaces the pressure issue was traced to an area under the concrete floor. I shall have no hesitation in requesting Andrew in the future, his technical knowledge was outstanding and we were very lucky to locate him as he put right previous work carried out by less competent qualified gas engineers. (2) Andrew attended on time, was through and tested the gas fire extensively. He took more trouble than previous heating engineers, checked outside flues and took numerous measurements. The engineer was tidy and left the site clean. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who wants a competent, experienced and friendly heating engineer, he knows his heating engineer skill set thoroughly'.

Found Crawley Gas engineer on Google, read all the reviews. And yes, all reviews read and yes I can confirm he does do a excellent job, which was done to a professional standard. I asked Andrew about some extra work without a doubt he quickly looked at the work and qouted for the extra work. And he sent a receipt and a gas certificate the same day. Fantastic service glad to have found him. Will be definitely be using him for future work and recommending Andrew to friends and family.

I have been using Davis heating for many years now. They are always only a phone call away and are helpful and friendly. Before any service or work is carried out I am informed as to what and why the work is needed and know I am getting value for money.

Very impressed with the service, Daniel was recommended by a friend, he quoted the same day as I called and undercut two other quotes. The job was completed within a couple of days. (Moving a Boiler from the bathroom to the kitchen and repiping) the job was finished to a very high standard and a filter was installed. Very impressed all round.

Called Delaney Plumbing at 9:30AM on a Saturday with a leaking heated towel rail. All resolved quickly with courteous service and fair pricing. The engineer, Jason, was a super-star and did an excellennt job.

Order was processed and shipped in a timely manner from Grafton, MA. My disappointment comes from being charged foreign transaction fees on my credit card as the charge was "processed" in the UK. I could not find any warning of this on the website. Not a good business practice.

This is the third one I have purchased, the plastic on the wires keep melting off don't know why but at least this one was cheaper price wise.

I have found DVS to be extremely effective I just purchased my home 11days ago on the second morning after moving in had crying windows never have experience in 72 years the DVS was explanation of very experienced consultant From my previous experience of having a different system in 2 previous homes have found DVS Superior an the controller is simple operation my home is 114sq mtrs the installer set system to 120sq mtrs after 4 days have decreased setting to 110sq mtrs for a dry home.Also as a note I can change the filter myself if choosing to at a third the price of previous systems hope this helps choosing a System thanx Ross Chick

I’ve had my OKU pool heating system for 2 seasons now and the “bang for buck” with this system is incredible. I’m a fairly handy person & installed the whole system myself over a weekend - I did call the Eco team to query a few installation details, to which they were very helpful. The quality of everything in the kit is outstanding. I’d researched the hell out of al available solar heating systems & IMHO the kits that Eco Online supply would have to be the best on the market.
