Having my Lekker Sportief for about 6 months now, it's truly more sturdy and comfortable than I thougt it would be. Got it by mail-order and the chain-guard was missing, had a short chat with Lekker and they delivered a chainglider that is even better than the normal one for free, a real joy! Handling is smooth, fast and comfortable, getting the bike ready was no problem at all. Added a luggage rack on the rear side for the child seat and a wooden box on the front carrier which of course makes the bike a little heavier. I must admit that the bike stays in the garage while not being used so I cannot say anything about rusty parts or so (most of the components seem to be no name, which is not always a bad thing per se) but compared to my 25 year old german Hercules bike, the Lekker Sportief is just quiet, smooth and feels like a tank without being too heavy. I already got a lot of positive comments and admiration for the bike, it looks special and is something for people who don't need an E-Bike, or a 2000$+ Racer. Try one if you have the change to, or buy one without testing it like I did, you will not be dissapointed.

Purchased an eAmsterdam 2.0 for daily commute and couldn’t be happier. Can ride to work in a wool suit without breaking a sweat. Customer experience at the Surry Hills shop can be a bit patchy depending on who you get but to be expected for a bike shop.

I ordered a garmin forerunner 735xt as a present for my brother on Friday 24 April 2020. I paid extra for it to arrive securely and quickly by Fedex within 48 hours. However, it has been 4 days since the order and it hasn't arrived and I haven't received any notifications or updates about delivery. The fedex tracking number doesn't work. I emailed the company over 24 hours ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I am very disappointed. I paid extra for delivery so that it would arrive quickly and securely and so I could track the order. I appreciate the Covid situation means delivery may be a bit slower than usual, but I am disappointed I haven't even received any updates about delivery and no one has responded to my email. I don't often write reviews, but this has been a particularly poor service.

Initially booked a trip for 2020 which had to be cancelled due to Covid. We waived a refund as we were happy to re-book for 2021. When this also had to be cancelled due to Covid we asked for a refund but were denied one and told we would have to re-book again. Unfortunately we have not been able to re-book due to family/personal commitments and now have lost over £350 in total in deposits between 3 of us. Wish we had took our money back in 2020 and never bothered with them again. We tried to support a small business during the pandemic, but unfortunately this was attitude was not reciprocated.

Booked a trip in Autumn 2019 for Summer 2020. This has twice had to be pushed back due to Covid. Had some issues with poor communication from the company around reasons for not being able to refund customers - but in fairness these are difficult times and it did get resolved eventually. Hope to finally get away next year.

Honestly, the clothes are of poor quality, the materials leave a lot to be desired, and worst of all is the customer service, when I told them that the 3rd time I used a culotte this had been broken by the seams, they replied that I did not know how to wear it, after 25 years riding a bike it seems that now I do not get dressed. A shame. Sinceramente la ropa es de mala calidad, los materiales dejan mucho que desear, y lo peor de todo es el servicio de atención al cliente, cuando les dije que la 3ª vez que usaba un culote este se habÃa roto por las costuras, me contestaron que no sabÃa ponérmelo, después de 25 años montando en bici parece que ahora no se vestirme. I ordered the folding trike and was told that it would fit in a car with the back sat down. This is completely untrue. We have a Mercedes GLE 4 wheel drive and it is one of the largest on the market If you have any car estate car of 4 wheel drive forget it. It will need a van to transport it. I also lost a deposit of over £100 which is non refundable. Do NOT buy Wethe folding one.

Art of Bicyclesis a fantastic company and along with a group of family and friends had a most excellent time in India back in January 2018. Everything was great from the itinerary, accommodation, food but most of all being surrounded by an amazing country. From a bike everything is up close and personal. And there is always the back up vehicle when you need it. A decent level of fitness is definitely an advantage but the Art of Bicycles will move at your pace, create a flexible itinerary and aspire to meet your needs.

We took the 14 day trip offered by Art of Bicycle Trips, starting in Delhi and finishing in Udaipur. I cannot begin to describe what a breathtaking and awe-inspiring adventure this has been. Even before our arrival in India, all communication with the Art of Bicycle Trips staff was prompt and helpful and timely. We have done a number of cycling trips in Europe but truly none can come close to this one. The bikes (Scott) were excellent: 24 gears, hardy and well maintained. The routes each day were amazing: beautiful and varied vistas, charming villages and small towns and, of course, we saw so many animals: monkeys, cows, Buffalo, foxes, bats, deer and antelopes and even a mongoose ! The hotels that were chosen were lovely heritage properties: in the cities, it was often a central haveli with historic charm. In the countryside, the places were even more spectacular. For example, we stayed on the hunting lodge of the King of Jodhpur! There were also city tours, a camel ride and visits to a bird sanctuary and safari! However, the jewel in the crown of this experience was really our trip leader, Kamalpreet Singh. He was quiet and understated but a fountain of knowledge about all things Indian. He could talk about the Aravalli hills and the religions of India, as well as about local people and customs. He was very reliable and professional. I cannot speak highly enough about how well organized this 2- week adventure was! Excellent value for money but more importantly a life affirming experience about good travelling! Great work to the Art of Bicycle Trips team! You have an amazing experience here!”

I have travelled for 30 years and completed 17 cycling/trekking adventures. Liesner Crespo was the very best leader I have seen. Always happy to deal with whatever came his way. Dealt magnificently with all personality types. Historical and factual knowledge remarkable. Fit, vital and helpful. He is an asset to your company. The tour itself was well planned and covered wonderful sights and experiences. The crew were also second to none. Our driver Coco was highly qualified, precise and drove safely, and Titi, our tail man/mechanic never failed to be where he was needed for a second. He seemed to have eyes in the back of his head and could almost be in two places at one time. Only one detail could have been improved ~ On long rides there was not enough food. Some people had to give up as they ran out of energy. Otherwise a wonderful experience. I couldn’t recommend your company highly enough. Thank you. Glenda Wise.

We booked our two week trip to Cuba with Cubania Travel in March 2018. They were absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend them. From the moment we arrived in Havana and met at the airport by the wonderful Gisel our local guide we knew we had made the right decision to travel with Cubania Travel. The Cubania team are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and can offer excellent advice as to where to go and what to see. We were particularly interested in the history and music of Cuba and tailored our trip tonensire we included the key sites! They helped us plan our trip, provided a first class guide and sorted out all our accommodation and transport.

I booked this trip in late 2018 and even before we left in July 2019 I felt in professional hands. Bike Odyssey were heavily involved from that point right through to the trip itself in helping me get organised and answering any and all questions. Nothing was too much trouble and it made for a very smooth experience. The trip itself was simply brilliant. The team were outstanding in their organisation and care for us as riders and people and we had a lot of fun together. I always felt respected and cared for and very safe on the road with the support we had. Furthermore, our bikes and gear was well cared for, the food and accomodation was amazing and the riding routes extremely well scouted and thought through. Finally, we could always take some time out if required, which was vital on a long point to point journey. Overall, I would highly recommend Bike Odyssey and look forward to hopefully enjoying another adventure with them in future years.

This was a very challenging cycling trip, riding in the Pyrenees of Spain and France, the French Alps and Apennines of Italy. If you want the best cycling Europe has to offer, this is the trip to take. Bike Odyssey provided expert support and knowledge, found super accommodations and excellent cuisine(both with their picnic lunches and tremendous restaurant choices) and new friendships created made this trip an epic experience. Look forward to my next Bike Odyssey trip!

Delivery of bike overdue: the bike (2000EUR) was in stock and indicated a delvery time of 5-8 working days. After 8 working days a mail was received that the bike would be shipped. But no further info was provided. After inquiring via mail: they indicated due to some internal issues it was in reality not shipped and would not be shipped at least in the coming 1-2 weeks. I bought 6 packs of SIS energy gel, 2 of them expires in december.. The rest in april or something. Now I am forced to use them, didn t like that. For the rest dpd always leaves pachets with goods everywhere without signature.

Ordered 4 items and received the order quick considering it came from Germany ... BUT ... 1 item was wrong, at first i though I had made an error but after reviewing the order I see they (Bikester.dk) made the mistake and sent me the wrong item. I emailed customer service and got a reply telling me if I ordered the wrong item I should just refuse the package. I responded to the email saying I didn't order the wrong item, you (bikester.dk) sent the wrong item and the other 3 items where correct. I also pointed out that there website shows a picture of the wrong item under the description of the item I ordered. They responded "It is always a good idea to read the specifications and not only trust the pictures." ... how condescending!!! I ordered the item based on the specification and apparently they didn't take their own advise and shipped based on a picture. I ended keeping the wrong item and using in lieu of the what I actually ordered because I can't trust they can resolve the issue correctly or refund my money. Seriously can't understand why they would repeatedly blame a customer for being at fault when they made the mistake, I will order parts elsewhere in the future.

Brought a Ortler Monet Citybike 45 The bad: Bought a bike and the description said 26" wheels but the bike that arrived had 28" wheels. The description also didn't mention anything about a foot-brake. It said V-brake on back and front wheel which was what I wanted. But it unfortunately also had foot-brake. The good: Build quality seems to be ok. Somewhat fast delivery

First of all, sorry for not posting in French, not my first language. Good solid product from the Bikester shop, did exactly what it is supposed to do. Instruction leaflet is reasonably clear but most done in graphics and a bit difficult to get the best from the computer (Bryton Rider 10). Luckily, Bryton have an excellent video o Youtube which helps a lot. Packaging is good and there are lots of extra mounting rubbers for your bike computer. Quite happy with it so far. I've ordered from them 3 times the last month, and 2 of the orders have been flawless and I received both within 3 working days even though they were shipped from Germany to Sweden. The third order (the only one with a bike) I still haven't received, but it has not yet gone over the 14 working days maximum delivery time either (currently 10 working days, ordered on the 13th of May). While their support is slow to respond (and they currently can't take calls), they have been very helpful once I've received responses. I think it's wrong to blame them during these circumstances, and to me it seems like they're doing the best they can. The people giving low ratings due to delays should probably be ignored, as they should have known what they were getting into when ordering since it states longer delivery times on their site.

The Bouh SR600 cycle Torch and Alarm is a well thought-through product, and one I’ve been waiting for since I got my new bike. Leaving a bike, even when ‘securely’ locked, always left me feeling anxious for its safety. Having the extra layer of defence, with any reckless thief finding themselves tripping the smart alarm and not being able to separate it either from themsleves or the bike, is a huge slice of peace of mind for me. I’ve tested mine out and it works and I’ve not had any false alarms. The front light is clocked at 600 lumens at its brightest. I use it on max on my night rides on forest tracks but turn it down a notch when in traffic and I always use the flashing mode during the day - it’s a life saver on small country roads. Customer service is great and responsive if you ever need it too. You can tell I’m mega impressed with this kit and I’m very glad I bought it.

I have owned a Modern 3-speed (2017) for 9 months now and so far I have had 3 warranty claims. I ride this bike 4-5 days a week on an urban commute and several of the parts are clearly not meant for regular use. 2 spokes snapped under no particular load or stress. The shifter broke after 5 months. Last month my crank arm broke off when pulling away at a busy junction. The more parts get replaced, the more confidence I have in my Chappelli bike.

I recently purchased a bike frame from the website and needed it sent to Australia. Cicli Corsa made the whole process very easy and fast. The frame and freight charges were all extremely competitive compared to other online bike stores. I must bring special attention to the fact that it only took 5 days for my frame to arrive in Australia from Italy, and that the parcel tracking ensured I could easily locate the parcel at each stage of it's journey to Australia. I was equally impressed at how the frame was packed and protected to ensure that it could not be damaged in transit. Cici Corsa are a very reliable company to deal with.... I had a very bad experience with this company, I both two bicycles for my kids one was good and the other one was defect. I called the customer service, I was waiting for 2 hours on the line from 15 to 17 o’clock. Then the automatically voice message came and said I should call another day. I called the day after I wanted a new bike they told me, that I used the bike already for this reason I can not return it. But the came already defect. The person on the phone told me to go to Rotterdam they have a shop there, but they was nobody able to fix the problem. So I called again and they told me to go to Gouda to another shop. I live in Rotterdam by the way. Online you can not find a exactly address from the shop in Gouda. We had to call them several times before they told us we’re the exactly location. We arrived there and it was something like a contêiner. This hole process toke 3 to 4 weeks. So I will not advise nobody to buy from this company.

I cycled with Colconquerors in Gran Canaria in January 2020. It was a week of perfect, glorious cycling. Rob and Karen Hawkins of Colconquerors have every detail planned and arranged, before and after arrival. They know all the roads, every twist and turn, and all I had to do was cycle in, mostly, warm sunshine. Rob cycles all the routes, Karen drives the support van. Great people,lovely accommodation, excellent food, good roads, and fabulous cycling. If there were six stars, Colconquerors would have them all.

Spent an amazing week with Col Conquerers in the Italian Dolomites. As a previous customer i knew it was going to be good as the standard of accommodation is generally very high and the food excellent. Luckily the weather was kind which makes a big difference to these trips. I would recommend the company.

My favourite bike shop - the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile to get you what you want. I've bought four bikes from them now, had another resprayed and spent more than I care to recall at Condor on everything from inner tubes to jeans for cycling. I've never had reason to complain or take anything back. Just a really good shop - and their own bikes are excelkent, too.

Condor serviced my bike again 2 weeks ago. As always they did a great job and the bike left the shop just as it was 3 years ago, when I bought it, well actually better than it was then. It's always a really thorough service, but importantly they don't replace things that don't need doing yet. For example, there's no point in throwing away good brake pads when there is another 3 months wear in them. Highly recommended!

A very enjoyable 3 days of cycling, which is gentle and straightforward taking in some stunning coastal scenery and overnighting in 3 lovely old towns, each of which is worth a visit to see the historic places of interest and plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. This is our 4th holiday with Cycle Breaks, all of which have been excellent so we shall continue to be repeat customers. We were a german group of 6 people aged around 50 and booked the Ipswich - Bury St. Edmunds tour. We arrived with our own bikes by ferry from Holland. A representative of Cycle Breaks met us on the first evening and introduced us to the trip. We got all our questions answered and a lot of maps and a very good description of the route and places of interest. Cycle Breaks had send us the GPS tracks by mail, so navigation by smartphone was very easy and we never missed the way. The route was interesting and about the right distance per day (40-70Km). We did especially like the selection of accommodations. The customer support by Cycle Breaks before and during the trip was exceptional and they were very flexible when it came to adapting the trip to our needs (additional days, no luggage transfer, own bikes, etc.) We can wholeheartedly recommend Cycle Breaks and especially the the Ipswich - Bury St. Edmunds route. That was a cycling trip with 5 Stars.

Bought the Cero 35 wheels - only 1300g and 35mm depth. Full carbon with Sapim spokes, tubeless ready. Only £699 - absolute bargain. My only concern was the braking track - which is actually really, really good. These wheels have replaced Reynolds RZR 46 SLGs tubs (950g) which are £4K new. Although they are not as good - they are 6x less price. And I would say only about 20% below the performance. Really under rated - as good if not better than Hunt / Roval CLX40.

After spending some time on the internet trying to decide on which conversion kit and who's to purchase I decided on the Dillinger 250w/50mile samsung 2.0 kit and I am glad I did. The kit was trouble free to install and works a treat. The Samsung battery is proving to be excellent with plenty of range. All of the parts seem to be of very good quality, the leads are very robust and it all came extremely well packaged in a very, very strong cardboard box. So all in all nothing to complain about . Thanks Dillnger for a great product.

I feel the need to write this review for 2 reasons, 1. any would be buyers and 2. to balance out some of the negative reviews ive read recently when i was looking at dillenger kits. Firstly the kit i finally chose from dillenger was Street Legal Electric Bike Kit - Samsung Power 2.0 with 13Amp battery. This kit came pretty quckly after ordering, about 5days for the darkest depths of south wales( not new south wales i would like to add but the wet n winder one in uk lol), opened the very well packed box and everything was in good order , i had read that the kit came with little instructions but every manual you need for every kit and controller is on the web site and very easy to understand if you take abit of time to read them and also watch a few vids on youtube , yes my downtube slots needed abit of filing for the hub to fit but as i said watching a few vids had this covered and i had already ordered a small tin of modeling red enamel to re-paint what i filed off , anyway the fitting of the kit went well until it was time for the battery cradle, PLEASE ALL WOULD BE BUYERS READ THIS PART, because althouth i read good reviews about the kit, i also read quite a few bad reviews all over the www about dillengers customer service and almost put me off from buying it, ok the battery cradle i had recieved was NOT the one as advertised with the kit i had bought, that one had a metal alloy inner piece for strength, i am presuming and alas mine was just plastic, looked to me like the metal was just left off and not bolted in, "dam and blast" i said to myself because now i was forced to try out the bad uk to australia customer services i had read about and shared with you further up this post, in Dillengers defence i was NOT kept waiting for days and days like others had said becuse of the ozzy time difference or lack of support , Iris got back to me withing 24hrs, actually once i converted the time difference on the emails, it turns out iris had got in contact with me withing a few hours of her starting work(if she started at 9am lol ), ok now as buyers we have got 2 choices, be nice and polite but share our problem firmly to get what we want, or be dam right rude n abusive, demand the world and hope then that their respectful and understanding(doubtful), trust me the later never works and then makes up for 80% of the bad reviews we read, i tried the former and Iris was fair and clear but i thought we were either confused with my problem or i was not understanding what they wanted from me(pics issue that i now understnad they needed but at the time did not), so i decided to do abit of research and found the email of Sam Sewell Founder of Dillenger, so i also shared the problem with him(not really expecting any responce), being the founder and the engineer of said company i thought he would understand my issue. Now i dont know why the other bad reviewers had such a bad time communicating with Dillenger but i can honestly say that iris and Sam himself answered every email i sent and even though there was abit of confusion at the start(on my part as it happens,after a few emails was cleared up and a few pics sent) the problem was solved and a new battery cradle with the metal inner was sent to my house in 3days, add a few days for the emails and call it a week my problem was sorted, i dont know about you guys or girls but i call that pretty amazing customer services by any standards and in any industry, i work in Aerospace and i would be happy with that service in my field, i just needed and wanted to re address the balance abit for any would be buyers , that not only was i happy with Dillengers australian to uk customer services , but i was amazed considering what i was expecting after reading a few bad reviews and almost changing my mind and not buying this great kit, many thanks to Sam Sewell and to Iris for everything you did and some really lovely emails asking how i was doing with the build, this was over and beyond what i was expecting and the 2nd reason for writing this email, thank you from me. Quick note for the would be buyer and why this review was written , they have a warehouse in the uk(england) i ordered a 2nd pas sensor as i just wanted a spare(and again to check their delivery times) and it came in 3days, dont be put off by no uk phone numbers, emails were answered as soon as ozzy land awoke lol, remember be polite and respectful it will get you what you want and deserve as a buyer, worked for me...... Last year I met David Metzke, the proprietor of Dyson BIkes, at the Melbourne Convention Centre. I experienced riding a Dyson Evo Hardtail electrically-assisted bike there, and immediately purchased one. The look, quality, features and professional and friendly service and product assistance are the main reasons for my purchase. SInce the bike was most expediently delivered by David I have had many hours of most enjoyable riding of this great machine. David’s ongoing advice and assistance has been nothing short of excellent. We have seven year old twins and have just bought 2 x Works 24 Early Rider bikes. They have just turned seven and are very tall for their age. It’s their third Early Rider bike, we’ve had the 16 and 20 inch belters. Best bikes we have come across. They look great and they are superb bikes built by people who obviously know a lot about bikes and trails and what children need. They handle the off road terrain in the Lake District brilliantly!!! Our last ones got so much use and even made a trip to Australia. The 16 and 20 inch bikes were good too, as I could easily carry both bikes over really unmanageable ground and lift them in car easily etc. I conducted lots of research before buying the Early Rider bikes and now I wouldn’t be without them!!! They cost a bit more than standard bikes but you get what you pay for and they keep their value well and sell easily afterwards. Highly recommended!!!!

Yes I have been waiting now for well over a week or 2 trying to get this window piston that I feel should have been sent to me for free. And went back n forth over the link I was given kept charging me for shipping or wouldn't go through either or so I just said forget it and decided I my as well pay the darn 7 bucks so I can atleast get my bike back up and running... I also never received my $10 off from ordering my over 100.00 item and still had to pay shipping on that as well!!

The picture for this jersey has short sleeves, BUT the description says "sleeveless". Tried contacting customer service to see if the photo was wrong OR if the description was wrong, but no one was there because of your east coast banker's hours for your customer service. I live in the Pacific Time zone, and its 4 pm here on Friday. No one in customer service will be available until Monday. Took a chance and made the purchase anyway. If it is sleeveless it is coming back! You might want to think about having people available at least via chat for time zones other than East coast. Just an idea

Bought a Rattan 750 LF a few months ago and this bike is impressive! Not only is the quality extremely good but it also goes 8 mph faster than the equivalent Rad bike (the Rad mini). I leave the Rad bikes in my dust when I ride! Lol!! And this bike is sharp. I get so many compliments on it (it’s a red rocket) when I ride and people want to talk about my bike. I have over 400 miles on it with zero issues. Their customer service has been great and they have been extremely communicative if I have a question. Could not be happier with my purchase. So glad I didn’t go with a expensive, boring, slow, heavy Rad bike and got a beautiful Rattan.

I had just about given up biking when I was given this seat as a birthday present. I love it! The seat has a slight flex while you ride it and somehow I no longer feel that "burn and numbness" I used to get. The site says; truly comfortable riding and they are correct. I did also call with a question about adjustment and the staff was very helpful.

This company is the most unprofessional, dishonest and fraudulent factory we ever cooperated. Unfortunately we noted to late. We ordered many containers of bicycles with an exact specification of parts. Hangzhou Dongling assembled faked and copied, cheap parts, so we couldnt sell this products in europe. The whole container was defect. We lost more than 60000 USD, and got no reperation or compensation to this day. We would expressly warn you not to cooperate with Hangzhou Dongling, because they tell a lie all the day long.

These are exceptionally nice wheelset. The order was 90% motivated for improved looks, and they don't frustrate. The 40mm profound by 25mm wide rims give my bicycle a lean strong look without being bulky. Great, strong form. The wheelset was straight and genuine ideal out of the case. The Yike Bike is the first realization of a new concept of personal transport, the minifarthing (please see my review of www.minifarthing.com). At the time of writing it hasn't yet been made available to the public, though it's due to make an appearance in about a month and pre-ordering, at £2,995 in the UK and 3,495 Euros in Europe, is now possible (if you're fabulously wealthy). It will not be selling in the USA as yet, but is available all over Europe and in New Zealand where it is assembled from European and Asian parts. Uggs aren't essential but will add to overall coolness. One of Time Magazine's top fifty inventions of the year, there's no doubting that the battery powered Yike Bike is super-cool at least for now. You should watch the YouTube clip on this site, to see the vehicle in action, and especially being folded up and slung over the rider's shoulder at the end of the trip. Is that going to impress the girls or what?! Top speed is 25kph, which is ...er ... times five and divide by 9 ... about 17 miles per hour by my quick reckoning, or about five times the speed of a brisk walk. And it's apparently electronically limited to that speed, suggesting that faster sports and off-road versions might be possible in the future. The company argues that the cost of the vehicle will recoup itself in just a year, using many of the arguments that would also apply to a bike or motorbike. The main difference is that you can take the train or the bus without the hassle a bicycle can cause and then unfold your Yike Bike and ride the rest of the way to work. I guess you really have to see this and form your own opinions. The Yike Bike is currently being promoted showing a rider with no head protection, presumably since the vehicle isn't subject to bike law; that's something they'll have to address, and carrying a helmet around may take a little off the edge of portability. Unless it's a folding helmet, of course. The Yike Bike doesn't seem to offer any scope for luggage, however small, though presumably it's possible to wear a backpack without disturbing the center of gravity sufficiently to topple the bike over. But is it? I guess it depends on the weight of your laptop. For school-age kids, though, who are obliged to carry half a library around in their backpacks, this doesn't look like a practical solution as of now. I imagine most people with any interest in personal transport issues will be wishing the project success, and perhaps doing a little more than wishing given that the concept of an alternative has failed so often before. If anyone remembers Sir Clive Sinclair's attempt at sustainable electric personal transport, you'll know how many people fell about laughing over that one. But perhaps our romance with the car is less ardent these days, and there's finally room for a genuine alternative. Me, I'm waiting until the thing can do that trick with the suitcase, in Iron Man 2. Now that, that would be cool.

They cash the money, and they ship fast! Then they do not reply to e-mail or answer your questions. International buyer get there damaged or poor quality good. Also, the packaging and shipping fee are not related. I was disappointed with the services by there [email protected] .
