Ordered golf balls that were advertised 9 weeks ago. Paid for them almost 5 weeks ago and still waiting. I have emailed 3 times and phoned and was told they would contact me with updated delivery information, but sadly no contact. The sad thing is that when you check their email website the slogan they advertise is “ WE KEEP IN TOUCH “ what a joke!!!

Criminal. First they miss sell me a driver thats out of stock and don't inform me until i received the other item. Then tell me the finance agreement is now invalid so force me to pay pull price for the other single item, negating the 10% off deal. Then don't cancel the finance agreement! I'm out of pocket, grief caused by them is through the roof. Id have never bothered to purchase one club had i know the second was out of stock. Absolutely horrendous.

Just received a Callaway XR Speed Driver, condition was advertised as very good, however I would say this has not seen one golf ball as the club and shaft are totally unmarked and looks brand new. The club also came with a wrench and instructions again like new. Delivery was super quick, great club great service.

Highly recommended! June/July 2022 my partner and I stayed in Honolulu, I hired right-handed women’s clubs twice and my partner hired left handed men’s clubs three times from Hawaii Golf Club Rentals. The team at Hawaii Golf Club Rentals did a fantastic job, the clubs, advise and service. We would defiantly use them again for club rentals again in the future, much easier than bringing our own clubs overseas with us.

After many years of travel I have found that most businesses are empathetic to last minute cancellations that are out of your control. But not Hawaii Tee Times - they are more than happy to take advantage and profit from customer's misfortune. Our recent December 2021 trip to Hawaii was disrupted by an airline flight cancellation, leaving us no way to get to the islands. We had numerous advance bookings and every one except Hawaii Tee Times was understanding of the situation and waived cancellation penalties. But not Hawaii Tee Times, who had already charged our credit card and had their funds. We knew when we booked that they had a 15% nonrefundable processing fee up to 24 hours prior to tee time and 100% thereafter, but could not anticipate any reason why we would cancel so we went ahead with the reservation anyway. If you find yourself in that situation - think again! Airline cancellations are becoming more commonplace and you could left holding the bag as we were. When we called to cancel, Hawaii Tee Times was unsympathetic to our situation, giving us the option of losing the 15% processing fee or allowing the full amount of funds to be held for a future reservation. Well, since Hawaii is not an easy travel destination and there is no certainty whether Hawaii Tee Times will even be in business when a future trip becomes possible, the only practical option was to give up the 15%. There are many golf reservation businesses in Hawaii so I suggest you do some research before booking with Hawaii Tee Times - who always seems to come up first in an internet search - and then consider what if an involuntary cancellation such as ours occurred. We also contacted the golf course, who advised they had a no-penalty cancellation policy and would not receive any of the fees collected by Hawaii Tee Times in this circumstance, so this was a 100% profit to Hawaii Tee Times by taking advantage of a customer's misfortune.

Very disappointed with the customer service from capital golf. After having correspondence with a member of their team over email, confirming that if I returned the golf shirt I would receive store credit. The shirt has been returned (tracked and signed for), however no store credit has been issued and they are no longer replying to my emails. In summary they have now taken an item worth £80 from me without issuing an exchange or refund!

The service of the Golfbug team was amazing! I had a question about my order, and through their live chat on the website I had it answered within 5 minutes. The balls: TourBug. Feel; Off the tee: Hard. Like a rock. Felt like it should be going straight with no spin, but because it is a Urethane ball, still spun every bit as much as it should have. Long Irons: Not as bad. Hitting with the irons felt ok, and my long iron shots were better with the TourBug than they have been for a while. Short Irons: The ball spun as expected, still felt hard but played around the greens like it was expected to. Greens: Felt hard coming off the putter, but I didn't mind that. I wouldn't buy the TourBug balls again for myself, but my golf buddy used one as well and loved the hard feel, so I gave him the rest of mine. If GolfBug were able to match the softer core feel of the tour balls I'd try them again for sure. $31 is a great price for a box of balls and I was disappointed that they were just a bit hard for me.

This place is awesome. We ordered two 2020 Ping Pioneer golf bags. GolfDirectNow's price was 20% less than our local golf box store including free shipping. I ordered the Junior Explanar a few months ago for my six and a half year old son who really likes golf. I did a lot of research and thought it would be a good product but it has far exceeded my expectations. My son has improved tremendously with 5-10 minutes of practice a night on the Explanar. His swing is much more on plane and it has really taught him to turn his body back and through. The longer roller that came with the Explanar was a bit too heavy for him so I ordered the shorter (iron) version and that has worked really well. As he's gotten stronger he's now able to use both rollers. Matt Gadsby was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. I could not be happier with the Junior Explanar and highly recommend it to any junior golfers.

My husband and I are keen golfers and so is my ten year old son. We bought him a junior Explanar for Christmas and he religiously practices on it. It is hard for us to take him to the range to practice after school and with the Explanar he can stay at home and practice without us rushing around. He has already seen improvements and as he develops as a golfer he will hopefully be able to do so without developing bad habits in his swing.

I asked Simon at Findagolfbreak to arrange a two day golf break for me and the service I received was excellent. He came up with a few good options and once we had chosen, he did the rest. He organised rounds at two great courses in the Lake District and accommodation which was in the heart of Windermere and enabled us to have a great choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance for our evening out. Everything went to plan and it was great to just turn up knowing there was nothing to do. Fully recommended and I will be back to Simon when I need my next golf break.

The guys at Golf Southwest take care of everything, kept me as organiser informed throughout the booking process and took care of all the anomaly’s we required with the change of players over the three days. Would highly recommend using them for your trip and will use them again for sure. The North Devon package is a must, three great courses, Royal North Devon a great way to start the tour preparing you for what’s to come at Saunton. Saunton West a great lynx course and the East course was by far the most challenging but a bucket list championship experience. I canvassed the thoughts of the group regarding the trip and the responses received have been absolutely no negatives and all positive comments. Well done Golf Southwest.

I placed an order with My Ball Stamp and was surprised how quickly the product arrived. When I had some problems with one of the stamps, I got a quick response from the customer service department. When you design your stamp, do not make it too busy. Five letters across probably is the most you should use to get a clear stamp. But I can't say enough about how good these guys were in quickly filling the order and responding to me.

So, I order their upgraded stamp with extra ink, $35 all in and when it arrives, the first impression was a light grey. So even though they claim thousands of impressions, my first one was of very poor quality. And it just goes down grade from here. After I refilled it there was ink everywhere. Even after cleaning the outside their was a bubble of ink making me think the cylinder was crocked or had a hole in it. Naturally they said it was my fault for adding too much ink even though their were thousands of impressions. When I called to follow up on my email, their customer service specialist answered my phone call and was very short and curt telling me they were on vacation. Rather than take 1 minute to answer my two questions, he then sends me this long nasty and mean spirited response saying I was rude. Internet companies seem to think they don't have to serve their customers since they never meet them and they won't hear from them again. Gone are the days the customer is always right. Bad decision buying this product. Had I looked at their review history with 3 stars I would have passed. Hopefully, this review keeps you from making the same mistake. Like someone else already said..."doesn't get any worse than this stay away.

Terrible customer service. They will SPAM your inbox out of control. There's some good deals to be had but buyer beware. If you need any after sales service, return, or anyone to contact you for that matter you will be waiting a long time.

Horrible company. Had to return item and did understand I had to pay return shipping but then they added another $9 for handling stating it was for the return label. So a $58 item and I will only receive $39 back and no purchase.

Really not sure how to rate co. I loved fact that had what I needed and the grips were $1.00 per grip cheaper. Most importantly, had option pay for 2nd day delivery , cause face it us guys don't like waiting for golf and its goodies. 4 days later plus weekend , NO Grips.

Great Experience all around. The site was the only one that had our grips in stock and made it easy to find them. Shipping was perfect and we are very pleased. Way to go Golf Grip Warehouse! Making magic happen all the way in Maui! Now we just have to figure out how to hit the ball straight. ALOHA

The site was well organized and easy to maneuver. I had an question regarding the sizes and whether or not I was allowed to exchange shirts for different sizes should they not fit. John responded back promptly and gave me an explanation on the sizing and a recommendation. He was extremely helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. After my first order, he emailed again to thank me for the purchase and to again offer any information should I have questions. My order was delivered in two days - the shirts fit exactly as described - I usually wear an XL for all brands but John recommended the L instead since they are 2" longer in the back and run 'true size'. Overall, I wish I could give 6 stars. The product and customer service was astounding. I will undoubtedly purchase more shirts from LOFT and recommend them to friends.

Every time I have ordered shirts from L.O.F.T., the service has been outstanding from my first order...to the last.....even when I had some embroidery done a few shirts it was done in a much shorter time frame than I expected. I live on the west coast and have received orders within 3 business days....once...ordered on Friday and received on Monday.....that is service! John is a great guy.....even though I wish he would expand the line to Bicycle Shirts as well......
