Hiscox is probably the de facto leader for French professional insurance "RC Pro". I have strong doubts about the necessity of such an insurance for my activity but many clients require it from their contractors so you have to subscribe one. Hiscox' customers service is quite efficient and their online tools are fine. As for the real guarantees, as with any insurance, you really know when the issue happens.

I feel that out of the 4 different people I spoke with on various questions about insurance they were not willing to be friendly. It was the first time I’ve ever had to have insurance and when I was not understanding what is covered they were just repeating the same line from a book. Not once did some one ask, have had insurance before, what did they cover, or anything along those lines.

The delivery of certification and other relevant documentation within 24 hours was a huge selling point of Insure My Business. I needed it ASAP to start work. Although provision of a quote and customer service was prompt and effective; it has now been over 74 hours since purchase without me being able to see customers. Please send through the certificates as quickly as possible so I can reward what has otherwise been good quality service.

After Having to deal with an idiot insurance broker I went back to lifestyle as I’ve used them in the past I explained the situation I had been presented with they offered me an insurance policy of equal cover to start effective immediately The price was good and there was nothing hidden it was explained in idiot language so that it was all understood and everybody knew exactly what was expected, would I recommend lifestyle insurance brokers simple answer to that is yes I would they served me for many years the only reason I left was down to cost but having come back to them they have become very competitive again and the price was great so I would say thank you to them

You would have gained 5 stars if I had not been ignored when I said I wanted to think about it - I need to see if my RETIREMENT income can cope with the premiums, not my current income, but I wasn't allowed the paperwork on the quote until I gave my bank account number and a date to take the first premium. THEREFORE I will NOT be progressing further with this application. The young lady I spoke with was lovely not her fault that the high pressure needs to be applied at the end of the quote as all I asked for was A QUOTE!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed :(

My no fault claim was dealt with by Kindertons Accident Management on behalf of Renault Insurance. Whilst the staff were fairly nice and friendly I found it very difficult to actually get hold of my case handler so ended up speaking to lots of different people. Also had to do a fair amount of chasing to get updates on what was happening with my car and claim, they weren't very proactive at keeping me informed.

There's alwayse a few cent difference that disqualifies me, alwayse. And medicade, been told I should have it but don't qualify again. And the Medicare I pose to have I can't aford the out of pocket out side the regular family doc. Dont use it enough to even have it, can't aford to. So why follow up?

I bought 10000 miles and paid in full. The box was fitted without any problems. 7 months into the policy I received an email saying I was nearly exceeding my 6000 mile policy limit. I am too stressed to go into detail but needless to say there have been many emails and phone calls regarding this. I was assured the problem had been sorted. I then received notice that they were cancelling my policy on 20th December as I had failed to purchase more miles. Again more very long and tedious phone conversations. I was contacted by one of the team to assure me the mistake was all theirs and that the policy would not be cancelled. I called on 21st December just to check the policy was still live and was told it was completely sorted. Today, 30th December I have received another email saying I need to purchase more miles as I have exceeded my 6000 mile policy. I have just given up after spending 45 minutes on hold. I am so angry. The incompetence of this company is unbelievable! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Do not even try to get a quote from Direct Line Insurance if you value your sanity. Unfortunately, I realised the extent of dissatisfaction of their customers and potential customers when I read the comments of their customers. This was after I tried to get a quote from them and to my horror they declined to give me a quote! Then patronised me by saying that of course I can apply again when my circumstances change. When I asked them what circumstances had to change, their unbelievable answer was that their decision is based on their underwriting criteria and I was not allowed to know the factor or factors that resulted in their decision! In other words I can reapply when these factors personal to me which are secret to me change. No doubt any sane and reasonable person can see the ridiculous, unfair and stressful position forced on the unlucky people who try to get a quote from them. Whilst I accept that they have a right to offer insurance (Or not) to whoever they prefer, it is their total disregard for the impact of their decision on their potential customers and their refusal to concede that people should be able to ask on what basis a decision has been made that may have potential impact on their future insurance application

Absolutely dreadful experience getting a quote. Then finally after paying for insurance they added £103 as they said I had falsified information. Tried to explain over the phone about the misunderstanding but they weren't interested. Don't use them, ended up costing a fortune, they have you over a barrel once you have paid

Dangerous!Don’t deal with such a company.They pretend very nice and helpful but in reality try to get money as much us they can , then leave you with somebody else to deal and run away.They left me with more then 8000£l death for the court, which I am paying 100£a month till 2022.I wish somebody would have told me about them before.

Needed insurance for my Porsche 964 in the middle of lockdown, most other insurers were not open, or took up to three days to return my call. Hertitage got back to me within an hour and got me a great price, less than half what other insurers had quoted. And such a nice guy, quick, simple, felt like I was dealing with an adult who understdood classic car ownership. Highly recommended.
