I have received the list of suggested replacement TV's and I am upset that you would offer a replacement TV that is clearly lesser quality. Your "Best Choice" is missing these key items that our current TV has: MR 120 (Our current TV has MR 240) 20 Watt 2 Channel (Our current TV has 40 Watt 4.2 channel) 3 HDMI Connections (Our current TV has 4) 2 USB Connections (Our current TV has 3) Also, none of your recommendations are curved like our current TV. We paid almost $2500.00 for our TV and you are offering replacement TV's that are not even half that price. I would like to get a full refund for the purchase price of our current TV.

I purchased a TV on October 27, 2018. When we purchased the TV we purchased the $29.00 4 year warranty. On September 17th 2020 the power light would come on on the TV but no picture or sound. We unplugged the TV and left it for a bit. Plugged it back in and same, power light on but no picture or sound. I Contacted Sams Club where I purchased it and they told me to go to Squaretrade.com to file a claim. When I did and put in my information there is no record of my warranty. I started a chat and gave all my information and was told it would be 2 business days. That was September 18th. September 23rd when I had not heard anything. I started another chat. The customer service associate located my ticket number and said that they would put it on priority and I would hear back in 2 days. Today is the 25th. I chatted with 3 people and spoke with one on the phone. I was told to call TV tech support on the chat. When I called the associate located my original ticket number and my email with a copy on my original sales receipt which shows the TV and my warranty purchase. I was told once again to wait 2 business days. I do not know why my warranty isnt showing and am beginning to doubt that I will hear anything. I want my TV working. If it can be repaired great but more than likely a $189.88 TV is not repairable. At least follow your warranty and give me my purchase price or equal TV.

Geico, Am Bankers flood will deny your broken flooded home. They require you prove 2 miles around flooded, ignore sewage coming up into the hone, eyeball and ignore structure damages. Do not waste your money and faith. Yep.. their inspectors eyeball 40 plus years.

They have tried everything possible to get my no claims from another company, you just need to ring them and you get through to a person, who is most helpful, instead of sending a load of e-mails and still not getting anywhere, I am going to keep using this company, and the others that don't have a phone can take a run and jump.

Phoned to change the vehicle on my insurance. The women was very helpful she talked to through everything and made sure I understood. As a young driver she explained everything I needed to know. Affordable payments as I’m 19 with a large car with no telematics what more can you ask for!!

They charged me twice for cancelling. When I cancelled my policy I found out that Brightside wanted to charge me £60 and the insurer also wanted to charge me £60. This is a scam. I filed a complaint with Brightside at which time I was told I would have a response within seven days. No response but they have taken the money, £120. Do not use this broker, they are a con.

WARNING TO EVERYONE ABOUT Covea Insurance Plc and Apollo Motor Group ltd THEY ARE THIEVING, ENGINE TAMPERING, CORRUPT, LYING CROOKS! Long story short… My wife's car was hit in a corner of Sainsbury’s car park at the end of August (minor damage to bumper & wing) so it was picked up by Covea’s approved garage Apollo Motor Group of Portsmouth & taken to their Basingstoke branch. Covea decided to write it off despite the car being mechanically sound when Apollo picked it up from us. Apollo had the car for 4 or 5 weeks but no-one contacted me to say it was a write off until I rang them. I decided to get the car repaired from an independent bodyshop recommended by a friend who owns his own insurance brokerage rather than accept their insulting salvage amount. The bodyshop alerted me to a few things when I picked it up a few days later including the coolant container & lid being damaged so oil was mixing with the coolant. On the way home I broke down on the M4 & had to be rescued by the AA. The bodyshop said that the car had been tampered with because oil was mixing with the coolant & sprayed all over the engine. Only the bumper was damaged; now the car’s engine is ruined beyond repair. Covea & Apollo deny any liability but they are lying! The bodyshop is convinced Covea sabotaged the car & took parts for other vehicles which happens a lot apparently on ‘write-off’s; they also stole the spare wheel, jack & tow device from the boot but again deny that! The bodyshop is convinced they removed parts knowing they were going to write it off which is very concerning; it was also filthy when it was returned. I HAVE REPORTED THE THEFT TO THE POLICE and now will pursue them thru’ the Financial Ombudsman. The car was fully serviced & MOT’d recently so there was nothing wrong with it mechanically; but when I picked it up & drove it back it seized up & the damage is terminal…the engine has been tampered with & parts taken from it…the missing wheel & jack proves this. Something very suspicious has happened since I decide not to accept the salvage offer. Finally my broker @GroveandDean have been so unhelpful too. DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH @CoveaInsurancePlc

Absolutely awful. I had unemployment insurance; I was forced to leave as no role existed for me at the company and Covea took over 2 months to come back with decision declining cover, over which time paid closer to £300 on maintaining my insurance. This made no sense as they were given all information on which basis the declined the claim when this was made. In addition to this they only took my previous employers word (never requesting any type of proof), and failed to take into consideration written evidence I supplied them with. Their advise was to go back to the company and get the company to confirm the documentation I supplied them with was valid! I will advise my circle of friends to drop this insurance as well.

Good morning Shaun, following my early morning ankle injury in Laos i would have to state that i so impressed with 'Holiday Rescue' in that i was not aware of this type of assistance existed.. ! It was so impressive that the latter part of my day was one that i could never of imagined, as i then found myself in a 5 star resort with a business class flights booked with Air Singapore the following day. This was all completed whilst i waited in my hotel lobby after my Hospital visit in just over 6 hours after my injury by your supreme team members. Chriss & Faye for example kept in touch every 45 minutes or so to keep me informed of their combined efforts to get me home for an operation in Christchurch. I have told every one here who has shown an interest of your keen efforts & to be fair i have i now have to be a lifetime customer of your company. I have been so impressed, that was such an incredible service. Many many thanks. Terry.

As an exiisting and happy customer for 2 renewals i was let down, when searching for insurance on new to me vehicle mid term, was told existing company did not offer cover on new vehicle. However they had sorted an alternative quote with the same cover £320 ish. I said ok, to save the hassle of changing etc....it then emerged it was this price after deducting the refund I was due from existing policy. ( full premium was just over £500 )As I had already got another quote myself for almost half that price I was not impressed by this massaging of figures with my money. Thankyou AA and good bye. Hello AXA....

If I could vote 0, I would. Petplan have provided by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for six months for them to deal with a claim I have made. They are utterly uncommunicative, negligent and disorganised. Every few weeks, I make yet another call to this company in the hopes that I can motivate them to, at the very least, contact me with a decision. But, despite repeated apologies and assurances from their reps that they will be in touch, they never are. Dealing with petplan is the customer service equivalent of being 'ghosted'. Do yourself a favour and insure with ANY other company, if you think you might ever want to actually make a claim.

Very helpful with goods in transit until you pay your money, then its all gone. 2 weeks of hassling to get my paperwork sent over, then when it arrives the schedule is so vague it doesn't actually say what i am covered for and my customers just reject it. I have had to call back 3 times to an unhelpful person that doesnt want to help, now they say they will write up a schedule of coverage but will wait and see if that ever arrives, still in the 2 week cancellation so may go elsewhere and pop a letter to financial ombudsmen

I was due to get 11 years NCB when my partner was involved in a very minor accident. When I renewed I was told that I only had 3 years NCB because of this claim. I phoned them and asked why I'd lost so much of my bonus. The young woman was trying to be polite but I could hear people in the background giggling. I asked for a complaint form. I was told a manager would call me back soon to discuss this. That never happened. I'm still not finished with esure regarding my NCB , I wrote this review to let people know to avoid this company at all costs.

Have esure home insurance, we got burgled on the 2nd November, called police fingerprinted house next day , called esure to make claim with list of stuff stolen, made it very difficult as did not have receipts for some of the the older items so they won’t payout, esure sent an independent lose adjuster who in his words where “ I can’t believe there not paying out this is a straight forward calm and if I was you I’d complain “ now having more stress having to go to the ombudsman, rude staff

I got the worst experience of AA employee today ... today my car battery got dead next to AA van... i asked for borrow jumper leads for only 2 mins and i was with my family and it was tooo cold ... and employee of AA said you have to pay for a year fees of AA otherwise i will not give you jumper leads .. he stayed there for around 20mins but didn't give us a single cable .. our second car was also there but jumper leads was missing ... so, after that i understand that AA are unhuman... i dont think so, that AA employee was human... worst worst inhuman manner... officals needs to say sorry behalf of them ... at that time i was without my bank card that is why not able to pay for a year membership ... and he literally said that i will not help you ... my family was shacking due to cold

I took out a fully comprehensive policy with the AA I also payed extra for legal cover up to £50k if my memory serves me correctly. A couple of weeks into my policy a horse that was being walked on a highway (because it was out of control) kicked my nearside front door. The owner admitted liability on the spot and supplied me with her insurance details and the AA at a later date. I was told to take my vehicle to a AA authorised repair centre for a estimate. No problems so far , I was then contacted by the garage to be told everything is sorted and a date was arranged for the repair once repaired I paid £350 excess and waited to be refunded. I received a letter from the AA a few weeks or so later telling me my money would be refunded and they needed my account number , looking at the letter the amount wasn't correct it was for a lot more money than I paid so I queried this and it wasn't even my claim they were going to refund me for and after numerous calls they never answered this one. So after numerous calls I still hadn't received my excess back but eventually I was told that it would have to be a loss accident as it wasn't cost effective for them to chase up my claim even though I had legal cover , basically the repair was £750 I paid £350 towards it so it wasn't cost effective for them to chase up £400 now I've managed to get back £250 via go compare BUT I've now to inform insurers I've had a loss accident for the next 3 years luckily I also insured my no claims but the AA have already informed me my policy will increase because of this claim. I'm seriously seeking legal advice over how I was treated with this claim especially after I'd payed extra for legal cover.

My wife took out , critical illness cover with this company 10 years ago , she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis this year , after months of unbearable pain her medication prescribed by an R and A specialist has eased her pain but RA is a chronic illness and I can have flare ups at anytime, aviva refused her claim because shes not severe enough, disgusting company as there claims handlers know more about RA than the specialist my wife is referred to , keep well away

They are doing everything possible to not pay me for wind damage to my roof, including leaving out materials and costs in the estimate for what was damaged. Anything that was covered last time this happened that they are able to get away without paying they are. 2 years ago they were great, today they are rip off artists who have a team of people working hard to cheat you out of every $50 they can.

When I first contacted Mylo about insurance for my Semi truck, they gave me a better quote than what I was paying, for the same coverage, and I paid the full year premium right then. Then the actual insurance company that Mylo went through, contacted me a month later and asked for more money because I did not get a discount Mylo said I qualified for. I was asked if I had a MC number for over three years. I told Mylo I did not have a MC number (I haul agricultural animals) and was not required to have one. I am required to have a DOT number and have had it for ten years. She said that should work. The insurance company said the Mylo agent should have told me that would not work to get the discount. It was an additional $800.00 mistake and then it was not such a great deal. After all that work and telling our previous insurance company "goodbye" I decided to stick with the policy and shop around again next year when it comes due. Do your homework friends.

Working with Mia at Mylo was fantastic! I had been with the same insurance company for over 8 years. Each year my rates would go up. I assumed they were similar to other insurance companies' rates. However, they were getting pretty high and I decided I needed to test the market. The only think I had to do was provide my home, auto, recreational vehicle and umbrella policies to Mia. She took care of the rest. With 2 days, Mia had several quotes for me with the same coverages. She was able to find me policies for all my needs with a reputable insurance company and save me over 30% on my annual insurance costs. It was amazing. I would recommend Mylo's services to anyone. Great service and great people.

Had to contact Pinnacle 3 times over the phone + doing some paperwork only. The process was very convoluted, confusing and even the agents had a limited idea of the needs I had and how to expedite the process and make it smoother. I felt that I was begging to get the policy and the representatives didn't care Because I had a previous policy everything was more challenging. Hopefully next time the process is easier for the costumer

Do not trust this company on gocompare or any other site. I purchased a policy for my van insurance from this company through gocompare and paid the annual premium. I received a call later saying my details did not match the address listed. My licence , previous insurance and bank details are all at my current address. I sent them copies and was told I failed validation. They then said after a few hours they have found me another company but the premium went up by £100 then quoted. I said please just refund as I have other sites quoting similar to the original price. They then said I have already purchased the policy and unsure had begun. I asked how.is this possible when the original quote was not accepted and asked how I was insured when I was being denied cover. They then proceeded to say I would be charged £75 admin fee for cancellation. Don't believe the price quoted and do not pay any policy upfront as once this company has your money they will any excuse not to refund any of it. I wished I stayed away from gocompare now and will never be using such a bogus site. You will.be ripped of by this company and and excuse not to cover you so they can increase there premium. I wished I read the reviews before dealing with this company as they are not good reviews. I have raised a complaint with gocompare as to false pricing but I don't have any faith in gocompare either before this even go forward. They are just a big web company that will always look to the money before a individual.

My first year was fab but when it came time for renewal my rates went up, having been told it was the best rate I could get. I cancelled and renewed the next day at 13 pounds less per month. Corporations..... Right? Anyway great company just clueless.

They reel you in with low quote then rip you off..I read the reviews but thought. and thought it wont happen to me. I was wrong...I am 62 and when was asked my occupation I said retired cos I was not working. They got back to me a few weeks later.and asked my occupation. which I replied retired.They said your not retired your unemployed. WHich officially I suppose I was..That minor mistake cost me £169..They say there is a charge of £30 or £40 .They also add on lots more Which I dont understand...I also had a neighbour who had an accident.And they refused to pay anything They are experts at finding faults to make money...BEWARE They will catch you somehow

Avoid if at all Possible. Expect to sit on hold for 30 - 45 min. Expect Rude, unhelpful poorly skilled staff, no customer service skills who just pass you around leaving you on hold. When you finaly get through expect Fees, Fees and MORE FEES. Also, don't expect it to be clear you are paying a fee, unless you are cancelling . This company is just plain hopeless, I reconmend you go to a proper Insurance company, and avoid these people.

I wanted a quote for car insurance. I have a clean driving license and have been driving without incident for 25 years. They wanted £11,000 for one year cover. The car is worth £3000! In order for actuaries to arrive at this figure I should in reality be a recently released uninsured unlicensed car thief who killed several people whilst driving drunk and drugged. Why do they bother to go through the whole form filling process when they have absolutely no intention of insuring you?

Unethical company. AVOID I have sold my car and cancelled policy they asked me to pay over £150 for the policy cancellation plus additional charges. As I currently don't have any source of income, I ask them for a payment plan to clear my debt. They did give my debt to Insurance debt collection bureau, which occurred even higher charges. I am absolutely shocked at the way I have been treated by BCD. I was with them for 6 years and after problem after problem with information and direct debits failing because of in house problems(quoted by their staff) they cancelled my insurance without even trying to help me, especially in the Covid-19 epidemic. Do not use this middle man rubbish, because you will be truly let down. You should be ashamed of your selves, if this is the way you treat your loyal long term customer. Avoid...

I purchased a i go wheelchair back in October 2020. First 6 months needed a new battery then the battery went again. I also needed a new charger too. I’ve had no end of problems with this wheelchair. My husband just rang glebe healthcare the lady said on the phone we need to collect the battery test it. They are willing to leave me without a wheelchair leave me condoned to the house. They don’t follow the sales of good act. I’ve had repair done replacement batteries chargers now I am entitled to a new chair or a full refund! Ann refused for my husband to speak to a supervisor or manager said you can’t how convenient! Clearly didn’t want to have a complaint against her! The chair wasn’t cheap it cost £1400! I expect a lot long then less then 2 years for the chair to last! I’m absolutely disgusted with the way glebe healthcare treat disabled people! Avoid!

I purchased a Pride C1 Petite riser recliner chair for elderly relative. From order to delivery was a very positive experience. I got the chair at a fair price, delivery service was excellent, Glebe used Palletways for shipping. Excellent service, even unwrapped the chair and took away the packaging. 4 days for road and sea was a very timely delivery. A simple form can be completed to opt out of VAT if you meet the criteria, form is provided by Glebe. The chair is perfect for the petite person, with a seat height from floor of 43cm (17 inches). Good quality, single motor, even has arm covers and a head cover for the head area of the chair. All in all a positive experience.

I sold my car with 6 months of tax and insurance still to run. Prompt refund of 6 months' tax from DVLA. However, Lancaster said I was owed no refund. Complained and they refunded £26 as 'goodwill' gesture. The actual insurer AGEAS refused to refund their part of the premium. For some reason, 70% of premium goes on first 6 months. So, as conciliatory gesture, I asked for refund of the 30% balance and still they refused. So have referred matter to Ombudsman.

We are appalled that our premium has been loaded due to a colision into another of our vehicles by a lady driver who admitted liability because she was "late for a meeting." Our vehicle was almost stationary. Her husband who was not present has been successful in receiving a payout and then going through a solicitor to obtain more money. Because of "saving money" on the part of the insurance company deceit has been rewarded and in the long run we are paying. This is replicated throughout the insurance world and is resulting in higher premiums and innocent people being penalised while anyone with the front to obtain money under false pretences is being rewarded..

Got sent a renewal quote overcharged by %120 two years in the row without giving any reason of why this is happening. First time they gave me a discount after my phone call with questions. This time not even going through this as there are plenty of better deals even than my original price. Mind that I had no accidents in my life and ALL details remained the same, same car also. Absolute joke of the company, do yourself a favour and go with someone else!

Really disappointed with the lack of response from customer service, I have made complaints no one calls back or any updates I had paid my insurance in full I had an accident which wasn't my fault, they wrote my car off but when I wanted to add another vehicle ,they wouldn't do this so ended up losing the money when I still had 6months left on my insurance. Please avoid using cheap doesn't get you any customer service everything online which is ok but when an accident occurs you really need to spk to customer service which this company lacks in.

do not use this company as they DISCRIMINATE against people with a DISABILTY as they would not renew my insurance and when i asked why i was told 4 different reason by 4 different people so not only do they lie one excuse was my criterion had changed the only thing that changed is i now have a disabilty and yet i have 10 years no claims
