I received Back Yard Ocean's 8' x 26" Float to Fill Ring Pool this summer. It is a smaller-sized pool, which is perfect for my preschool-aged kids. The product itself was very well-packaged, and delivered quickly.The quality was very high as well, especially considering how affordable it is. The materials are quite durable, and the set-up was incredibly easy. We have truly enjoyed having our own backyard oasis to cool off in on hot summer days. The only downside is that this pool does not have a filter to clean and circulate the water. I suppose that is typical for a pool of this small size, though. Next summer, I plan on checking out one of Backyard Oceans larger, filtered pools for added enjoyment.

The 16' solar pool cover I ordered was here in just a few day. It fit perfect, and the best part is no more freezing water. It stay a comfortable 80's. Cant wait to start using it next yr. Backyard Ocean is on my favorite's.

ordered a small indoor antenna. I arrived in three days. Could not get it to work properly. Made six phone calls for technical support. No one ever returned the calls. Requested a return and they granted it saying in their letter to return it to lava electronics in Ontario California. I sent it there and they claimed I was supposed to send it to Texas. The letter clearly states to send it to Ontario California. Still waiting on a refund. I call antennadeals and no one returns calls. You can only leave a message in an automated system sends you a text message. I even responded to the text message and heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. They are tied into lava electronics in Ontario California, but live electronics won't claim any responsibility for what antennadeals does. It seems to be a game they are playing. They are expecting people will get tired of pursuing them. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.

Product did not meet my expectations so the product was returned. Followed website instructions, received RMA #, packed and shipped in original materials. Shipped on January 7th, 2020, product was received in Texas a week later but no refund. Emails, phone calls all unanswered. If the product you order does not work for you I would just give it to someone else to use because it is doubtful you will ever get a refund from this company.

I worked with a tutor who was wonderful and I worked with another who was not so wonderful. I only worked with the bad tutor for about 20 minutes online. Although I had explicitly stated what I needed (our correspondence is in writing), he accused me of not being upfront with him and being too low-level to help (he did not charge me, as far as I know). I called and spoke to a friendly representative who sent me a list of tutors and stated she would note the bad tutor to her supervisor. I am a "nontraditional" (aka old) student who has been out of school for a long time, so maybe I am a slower learner, but I have been working really hard to be successful (I've gotten A's on my tests). I felt insulted and humiliated by the bad tutor's comments/attitude. As I stated, the first tutor was really great (it's been a while, but I think he was from WyzAnt), so I don't think the bad tutor is representative of their tutors. Even though I had a bad experience, I would still recommend the site because there are kind people who are patient and understanding out there. Don't give up, even if you're old and slow!

It works; I got some business through the site. In fact, finding students through the site was a little easier than without it. However, I still had to work very hard for those students and only about 1 out of 14 correspondences ever lead to a lesson. Most of the students I was in contact with were not even valid because the WyzAnt system is all about students placing their credit card info on file, which they're understandably cautious about. Then the site has the nerve to ask for up to 40% of my income! WyzAnt has a strange business model. They take a significant cut of your hourly rates, but set you up to meet in person. Considering this, I suspect tutors and students cutting the site out of the deal is a huge problem, at least in part justifying their apparent neurosis. They could make it a little better by at least offering tutors a more reasonable cut of the income they generate. To make matters worse, the vast majority of students I connected with through the site did not have billing info on file and were thus off limits. I ended up spending substantial time explaining the billing system to weary customers and easing their concerns only to find that most of those cautious customers found a tutor elsewhere. With all these students with no billing info badgering me to meet them anyway, I had my work cut out for me just fending them off. One day a very professional and respectful young man started with his concerns about the billing system and asking me to meet him at his school and cut the site out. I tried and tried to ease his concerns but he insisted I meet him and gave me a location. I said I'd come talk with him in person about the billing system and help ease his concerns. Within hours of this, my profile was disabled. After all those countless hours laboring for the company trying to get students to do as WyzAnt wanted, put billing info on file, this one little incident got me zapped out of the system. Talk about institutional neurosis.

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless!! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

I was a little skeptical at first, but my old laptop had been sitting around for 6 months so I figured why not. I was quoted an offer and sent a shipping label the same day. The e-mail with the shipping label included a tracking number, so I was able to keep track of the package. It took about four days to arrive. The laptop got there on a Saturday morning and by Saturday night the amount quoted was in my Paypal account.

IMEI: 358691090004197 my IPhone 8 Plus and IMEI: 355373080860291 my iPhone 7 Plus were both paid for an unlock and cloud activation service removal was never completed and my money was never refunded for either of them. I’ve emailed them numerous times since last year with one reply saying they added a voucher to my email address which was a lie! This company lied to me, kept my money, and ignored my needs and needs to be reported to the proper authorities! I will start today on every social media I can think of and display my invoices and the lying email they sent to me! I will warn everyone not to use their services because it’s a waste of hard earned money!! I’ll be displaying all the proof needed on Facebook Instagram twitter and Snapchat to ensure everyone knows they are crooks! It’s been over a year and they won’t fix my devices or refund me! We worked with this Xicom and paid them tens of thousands of dollars. Suddenly in November 2014 they stopped keeping their promises on development. We continued to pay for services that were not being delivered, so we eventually cut them off. Our project is now a full year behind. Note that they request you give them 5 star rating on Upwork/Elance feedback, so don't trust the reviews there. MadVapes was the first vendor that I ordered from when I started with e-cigs. In my experience, they have some of the best customer service, quickest ship times, and also very very easy to do business with. All around great people. The one issue that I've had was a tank that I had ordered was cracked. I honestly cannot blame MadVapes for this, as there isn't sufficient evidence that it didn't happen in transit. Either way, I sent them a message about it and they responded, quickly I might add, stating that they were sending a replacement. Only a handful of companies these days take customer service seriously, and MadVapes is one of them.

I would not have written a review if I had not seen a negative one. I do feel that it unfairly represents the overall quality of experience of shopping with them. I have done business with Madvapes since 10/2/2010. Was there ever a problem with an order - Yes How was the problem reported - Support Ticket What was the nature of the problem - Incorrect item How was the problem resolved - Within 24 hours the correct item was shipped Priority Mail, at no charge, and I did not have to return the wrong item. This is by FAR one of the best companies to purchase E-Cig related items from.

I wanted to put in my two cents - I also purchased an SRD370 from them - with extras it came out to ~ $1300 US. My NAZA2 GPS module was also defective as someone else had claimed in another review. I cannot fault Helipal for that, as they do not make the product, DJI does. I received fairly good troubleshooting information from them and quick email response times (within 1 day accounting for the HK and US EST time difference). All said, everything took about 1 week to resolve due to shipping transit times but they sent me a replacement once they narrowed down the issue - at first they thought it may have been the main control board so I had sent that back first. In my opinion, for the breadth of products, competitive pricing, and selection that Helipal offers on their site, the transit time and shipping costs from HK to the Eastern US is a manageable trade-off for me.

I ordered the ninja 250. None of the bolts were locktited. Arm came apart in first 5 mins of flight causing bad crash. Escs stopped working after three flights. Unwrapped escs to find soldering not connected. Had to resolder Flying in any mode that will let you flip or roll is a bad idea. The quad rolls like 6 times and slams into the ground. The body is basically useless and does absolutely nothing to protect the electronics in a crash as it literally explodes upon impact. The remote has sticky throttle. The camera is extremely glitchy. Ive spent more time repairing this quad than actually flying it. I really am beyond dissapointed. It was quite a bit of money to spend on something i could have built three of them with extremely better quality. This product was a complete and total letdown. they dont do refunds which is understandable but i have built more than a handful of quads and flown for a very long time now. It is not pilot error. After reinstalling allnew bolts...having to reflash the flight controller and resolder the escs and flying with no body i seriously should have built my own. Also...one of the motors died on the 5th flight. Very very dissapointed.

As a teacher, I love seeing all of the 1-star reviews by so-called parents, when it's abundantly clear that adolescents are taking a turn a review writing. I'm writing this review not only to offset the kids' reviews, but because this app has been possibly the most important one we've ever downloaded. Screentime has been invaluable for our family, especially on our Android devices. We set the amount of hours/day based on our son successfully addressing his responsibilities (school, chores), and give him the freedom to do what he wants with his time. But when his time is up, it's up. There are no negotiations, no arguments. Occasionally, he'll ask for something to do that might earn him extra time, and that's always considered. It should be noted that on Apple devices, however, this app (or any other) is not nearly as efficient as on Android, which is entirely driven by Apple refusing to allow one app to control another (individually). Apple knows that your kids want iPhones because it is very hard/impossible to monitor them or control the amount of time that they are on their iPhones. Apple does not have a business interest in allowing Screentime to perform well on Apple devices. But on Android, this app shines. If you're a parent hoarse from the last shouting match you had with your child about the unfairness of having only 8 hours a day on gaming sites, then do yourself a favor and try Screentime for Android.

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

I was very happy with my Honda Key Chain. I just got a New-to-me 1984 Honda Nighthawk and wanted a Honda key chain. I like the leather, and the engraving is a plus. I put my name and phone number on it in case I lose it. However the engraving is hard to read, seems it needs to be darker, and it could of used a few more spaces since my phone number looks like this 555-2223333, with no room for a second space to separate the 7 main digits. But overall it was what I was looking for and at a price I was happy with and it got here real quick

I contacted C.E.S. Shrewsbury office and spoke with Ally Benbow regarding asbestos I needed removing from a recently purchased property. Ally was not only very professional, but friendly, courteous and very helpful. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured the job requirements were organised quickly and all details were covered. On a number of occasions I contacted Ally to confirm or make slight adjustments to what I required and at all times she was calm and very obliging. Will Foster was the gentleman who came to remove the asbestos and again I was really impressed. Will turned up on time and worked incredibly hard to get the job done. Again he was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I am an ex military man and run my own small business and I pride myself on providing good customer service and doing the best for my customers that I possibly can. Ally, Will and the C.E.S. customer service, price and attention to detail were outstanding. I will most certainly use them again and without doubt recommend their services. I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.

I have never felt the need to negative feedback to an eBay seller in 16 years of membership, but today, Gearooz have earned this dubious privilege. If Gearooz are able to make a sale, it appears all things go relatively smoothly. If you request a refund, as per your rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will soon become familiar with the constant empty promises of "I will chase this up with Accounts" and "They have told me they will do this tomorrow" given to you on a daily basis from the sales staff. You will not receive your money. You will be forced to raise dispute cases with eBay/PayPal - Looking at other negative reviews, it appears other eBay customers have had a similar experience. It seems that Gearooz have an unspoken policy of holding onto your money for as long as is possible until the eBay/Paypal guarantees force their arm. A shockingly poor overall experience.

I have been an online shopper for many years but the best experience in all those years has been with Absolute Automation. A highly unethical & fraudulent company with zero integrity: 1 received 1 case of 24 cans of my order of 10 cases. I called and after i tried 5 times. they said i only ordered 10 cans of dog food. that was $8.20 per can ? no way ! i get a can for .47 at wal-mart. his attitude was that he didn't care to help me resolve this in any way so i am out $82.01 thanks for committing this fraud on me

When my charter cruise was canceled and the organizer offered no refund, I thought that was covered under "default". Silly me! Since the organizer was not insolvent and had not ceased operations, Seven Corners refused to pay and Squaremouth agreed. Bottom line, Squaremouth is not going to pass up those sweet commissions by going against the "insurers". So I threw good money after bad by buying insurance from them. They are polite, but useless.

First of all, I am not disputing the verbiage in the policy itself. My complaint is regarding the purchasing process of this policy right from the start and the use of multiple brand names to create confusion. I will post this under the under brand names so everyone will be aware that it is really the same company. Half my overseas trip was ruined by a situation out of my control and I incurred hundreds of dollars of charges as a result. The entire airport in Manila was closed for the APEC summit meetings. I was relieved to know I had purchased trip insurance from a well-known company in Chicago, John Hancock Insurancewhich according to the website included cancellation and delay. Upon requesting the appropriate claim forms, the form itself says it is actually American Modern Insurance Group. However, after making sure that was the correct form it appears the forms are actually mailed to Seven Corners. I later found out that Sever Corners is only the processor of claims. It appears that multiple companies are involved and that they are simply using different names to confuse and mislead consumers. My claim for trip cancellation was denied and I was advised (after several emails) to file an appeal under a different reason, trip delay. I spent countless hours filing out all the forms again and providing proper documentation and proof of such occurrence. The second claim with "John Hancock Insurance was also denied. There were no responses to my emails, again for weeks. I also, placed many calls and emails to the zero complaint team" at squaremouth.com asking for further clarification regarding my specific trip insurance policy that I purchased. After about a month I finally was given an answer, simply stating, that I was not covered for that reason under that policy. Regardless of the writing in the policy, I am asserting that I was cheated and completely mislead into purchasing this insurance policy from the start. I am asserting that I was lead to believe I was purchasing from a prestigious name; John Hancock Insurance. This was clearly a bait and switch scheme and absolutely unacceptable. In addition, I was not made aware prior to my purchase the extreme limitations of this policy and that I would be dealing with multiple companies other than John Hancock". This would have drastically altered my decision in choosing such a prohibitive policy from unknown companies.

I have been using modded controllers ever since they appeared on the market in 2011. I have tried MANY different companies and I regret I haven't heard about these folks earlier as I had some bad experiences with other companies and mods that were poorly built, had crazy setup or would just break within a few weeks ( I am a heavy user). I was also extremely annoyed with unknowlegeable staff of many of those companies. I am very happy I gave these guys a shot. I have been using my mega modz ps4 mod for over a year now and it still works great!!!! I am looking forward to playing black ops 3 with it ( I am a cod guy). Their staff is also very knowlegeable and customer oriented. Mods are easy and comfy t play with and most importantly they DON'T BREAK! I recommend this company anyone, especially to the beginners. Their mods are easy and comfy to play with. I hope my review will help other gamers who've had a bad experience with other modding companies. Try megamodz controllers and won't regret it!!!

I brought a uscutter laserpoint 2. Which is now a little over a year old. This machine hasn't been broken in yet. I may have made less than twelve cut between stickers and t-shirt heat transfer designs. My main focus were more towards learning AI to gear up for my t-shirt business. Unfortunately, this cutter IO board went bad before I could even get started. I reach out to tech support and was told the IO board were out of stock and they didn't know when it will be restock. Moving forward six month later, this part still wasn't in stock. I complain and was told we now stock the laserpoint 3 Perhaps I should purchase a newer cutter. So, they don't stock the part I need for my barely used cutter and you want me to purchase another cutter. "yeah right" seeing how this company don't take the urgency of someone cutter being down as not important. I would never buy another machine from them. Save your money and look somewhere else for a cutter. You will pay more, but it will be worth it. Anyone that own a uscutter I found this great company online called cutterpros.com. This company has a trade-in program which gave me $300.00 for my uscutter laserpoint 2 clunker. I got a much nicer cutter for only $389.00 after my $300.00 trade-in. It came with a 5 years warranty. free lifetime remote training. Free lifetime tech support and a buy back program. As well as so much more. Check these guys out before you make a purchase for a uscutter clunker.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. etc. etc. different states, different times..... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.
