I recently have dealt with Juno Showers and I'm surprised how knowledgeable the customer service team is. They could answer all my questions and gave me helpful advice. I ordered from them 4 items and all arrived in excellent condition and as described. I'm especially happy about my new shower head which feels like a gentle rain.

I have actually been furniture shopping online for a number of years now, and having had my share of on and off good/bad encounters, I have actually ultimately found a diamond in the rough. Modular Kitchens, leading Interior Designers Coimbatore actually knew my demands - they make purchasing furniture as painless as feasible. order £750 worth of goods, they took my money and confirmed they had. Phoned to arrange delivery date of 14/02/2011 in the morning. They never arrived, or phoned. Tried phoning their number on their webiste, it does not exist! Wrote and email to them with ref number etc. Have not come back to me. can't even get in contact with them to get my money back

Sink purchased was too small. I had to return £160.99 sink at my own expense costing me £34. Company will not give me a refund as say the sink was returned damaged and I should claim from courier. Sink was well protected and I think i have been conned. I do not trust and do not recommend this company .

I had been searching for a dainty looking, gold Claddagh ring for a while and thought I had finally found it when I discovered this ring (https://www.homebello.com/ladies-claddagh-ring-14k-gold-polished-d1862/). However, upon receiving it in person, the quality is very disappointing and not true to the photos. While it is a pretty ring, the band is extremely thin and not consistent in size or thickness. The photo on the website shows the band as the same width all the way around, however as it goes around, it becomes increasingly thin and flimsy. I've only worn the ring for one day, and it's already beginning to bend. As it is final sale, I am unfortunately stuck with it. Very disappointing.

Bad. So bad. I attempted to order a stand mixer - placed the order, received the confirmation, saw the pending charge on my credit card, and then received an email that my order had been cancelled. I called to figure out the problem and they said it was because my billing and shipping addresses were different. I replaced the order over the phone, but never received a confirmation. The original charge was still pending on my credit card but the new purchase never showed up. I contacted KitchenAid and their representative said that the order had been cancelled because my billing and shipping addresses were different. I explained that this had happened before, and that I placed the order over the phone to make sure it didn't happen again and they said they didn't know what was wrong but their system didn't accept the order. I placed it AGAIN. The old charge was removed from my credit card, the new charge showed up as pending. I never received a confirmation of the order. A week later, after following up via email twice without response, the order showed up at my BILLING ADDRESS which I actively avoid shipping to because packages often get stolen. Luckily this was not stolen but I will never order from KitchenAid again.

I have used these mixers for 30 years. I passed on my trusty Epicurean bowl lift mixer that had seen 20 plus years of major breadmaking. I wanted a bigger bowl. Got new mixer. The finish marred/scratched easily. The bowl vibrated when mixing. Long story short, Kitchenaid did send replacement BUT it was missing a beater. I put these mixers side by side and ran them. Replacement mixer had speed control issue too. Finally! I switched bowls and this fixed the vibrating bowl. Then I had to pack up second mixer and ship back. What a hassle!!! Kitchenaid WAS a reliable company. No more. And they've cheaped out on quality. Whirlpool is Kitchenaid. Spend money elsewhere.

This is beyond Better Business - a moral judgment needs to be brought down on companies such as ShopLadder who take advantage of Americans during a crisis. Sells necessary supplies during a pandemic, advertises an early delivery date, takes your money, then pushes that date 2-3 months out as they did not confirm inventory prior to sale. They lie by telling you the product will arrive very soon, but they are only doing it to sell more product and have everyone wait. Unfortunately, ShopLadder did not confirm inventory before selling me a product and committing to an early delivery date. Instead, many weeks later, they said sorry can you wait an additional 2-3 months. This business is not honest. They will tell you one thing, take your money, and then push the deliver date of your product. People like this give humanity a bad name. There are people dying and they want to rip off Americans. This is beyond Better Business - a moral judgment needs to be brought down on companies such as ShopLadder who take advantage of Americans during a crisis.

I ordered a bedframe through Houz and was sent the wrong legs. I contacted Houz and they referred me to ShopLadder. The bed is lying in pieces on my bedroom floor and, after reading these reviews, I am skeptical that they will respond and send me the right legs. Well, we'll see. Is anybody at ShopLadder out there listening? UPDATE: The right legs were there all along in the bottom of the box! I found them and put the bed together and it is BEAUTIFUL! They did get back to me and were in the process of resolving the leg issue when I discovered MY mistake! Silly me!

Newcastle branch Very hard to deal with, After there got the money. They over charge on transport $600 for 1.3 hr drive to delivery location the give you 1 hour notice of delivery that was at 4.45 am in the morning and delivered the tiles at 6 am with no one on building site so they just dropped them on the driveway spoke to the transport dispatcher asked her to return and move the tiles into the prepared secure location and she declined with the comment read the terms and conditions. There was no communication between client and Tile Mega Mart to arrange a delivery time, their attitude to not fix the problem was pathetic. I have spoken to other builders/tilers and they have has similar experiences, wrong glue turning up or delivery's not even showing up when arranged also broken tiles and they will not replace under warranty. Would not use the guys ever again just very average company

This company has got to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with with a complaint. Two guys turned up to fit a dishwasher, damaged the kitchen, bodged install, I complained, they said they interviewed the guy and low and behold they said the didn’t do the damaged, so they are going to do nothing. The install was a joke, even when another engineer came out, he called his manager to say what a bad job It was. Diabolical, DON’T Deal with this company,! Hotpoint don’t even try and answer this online it’s been 4 weeks, I’ve taken it to the financial ombudsman.

I rang on the 15/07/19 and spoke to an employee and advised that I needed a new drum for my washing machine and advised him of the problem. I gave him the make and model of the machine and he did not ask for anything else. He then proceeded to try to sell me a number of different plans, I advised more than once I was very busy and told him that I just wanted to pay to get the machine fixed. He then became quite forceful in trying to sell me a plan I did not want. At this point I again told him I was busy and asked he he could please just book the job as I had already explained what I wanted. It was agreed I would pay £160 for which the engineer would come out and repair the machine, this was to cover parts and labour and the repair of the machine. He advised the engineer would come on the 17/07/19 between 12pm and 6pm and advised I would get an email with all of the details and a link in case there were any problems with the date. This email never arrived. Also when I rang the employee at first could not find my details of when I bought the machine. I then advised it may have been under my maiden name but I had since married. he then found the details but did not offer to update them with my new surname. The engineer came today 17/07/19, he advised he had not been told it was the drum and that he would have to order one which would take until Monday 22/07/19. He said they were not told anything and that they were just on a schedule. He did nothing to try to resolve the issue by getting the part sooner, and acted like he could not care less, He said the machine was over 6 years old and most people would have bought a new machine. If I had been told before paying £160 that there as a problem fixing the machine I would not have paid the money. I paid the money in good faith that I would have a working machine today. I will now have to take another day off work, when I don't work I don't get paid. I will also have to take the clothes that need washing to the launderette, which is now more cost

I ordered wardrobes to match existing that were in the house when I bought it. I asked if there was a plan to put them together and was advised they would come already constructed. They turned up just a load of pieces of wood with no instructions and many of items were not even pre drilled it took a skilled carpenter more than a day to put together (we had already put the main carcasses together) it was as if you had just given some wood to make a wardrobe out of. I was given part of someone else’s order instead of mine. So I had to wait for more drawer boxes. The pattern didn’t line up on the fronts so I had to again wait for more. I’m now on my third end panel. (Which is still damaged despite waiting a week for it). Third set of drawer boxes which have have again turned up damaged. I’ve had to wait in for deliveries that haven’t even been sent! Deliveries that have arrived incomplete and deliveries that have arrived damaged. I waited in 3 times for hanging rails which I have only just received. I’ve paid out for people to fit the end panel after being promised there were going to turn up before 10am to find out they had put it on a next day service that arrived at 2pm. I understand mistakes happen but when you are trying to rectify a mistake and promise a before 10am delivery - make sure you at least book it! I’ve wasted so much time (days) I’ve paid out 1 1/2 days in labour and not to mention all the time on the phone. I have a wardrobe still not finished and a full skip of damaged items. I’ve also had an additional skip worth of cardboard that I have had to pay to take away. I paid £1450 I was told they don’t normally compensate but they would offer me £50 due to the bundle of errors!!! I’ve now asked for the items just to be taken away and for a refund. I cannot wait in for any more deliveries and waste anymore time or money on this company. My advice would be to go elsewhere!

Bought 6 bedroom wardrobe doors and surrounds. One door was broken when opening packaging and I was told because I didn’t open it within 2 days and I would have to pay for a replacement. Was told the Consumer Act didn’t apply to me as the items are bespoke and I had no legal rights. WOW!

Dualit Architect Kettle Failure Spent a lot of money on the Architect Kettle to compliment our new kitchen. It lasted 3 years before element went and tripped our electrics. Thought when buying Dualit you were paying for quality, durability, and customer care should things go wrong. Dualit advised that this is not repairable and outside of 2 year warranty. They said I was unfortunate as this only happens to a few people. Well if it is a few people then they should help out to keep reputation. I went out and purchased a replacement model as we were desperate for a working kettle. Dualit later offered me a discount from their website which was no good as too late. No offer of compensation or goodwill gesture. Very disappointed with Dualit. Hope my toaster lasts a little longer !!

Bought a Smeg kettle and the plastic rocker switch has cracked, it must be a couple of pounds worth. Smeg won’t supply one, not can’t supply, just WONT!!! The company are so arrogant and pompous typical Italian rubbish, looks wonderful (apart from the cheap and nasty stick on letters) but cheap as chips. When you take it apart it’s as good as any £20 kettle you buy you’re just paying a premium for those nasty little SMEG gold stick on letters!!

spent a lot of money on a smeg kettle because I loved the design. Unfortunately the smeg logo is just stickers and when it gets hot,they peel off!it now looks terrible. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send me some new letters for me to stick on!I hope I get the spacing and position right!don't think you should have to do this,very poor design.

We paid insurance on our washer/dryer for 8 years then it broke down last month. We had three visits form engineers and it couldn't be fixed but still had to wait until 2 weeks was up before they would consider writing it off. I spent hours on the phone trying to get through each time. In the end it was written off and the website said we would get a choice of a new one but we didn't. We were offered one model and told to take it. When it was delivered we were shocked at how noisy it is so I called back and waited three hours before I spoke to someone at customer services who was so rude immediately. He said that as we had used the washer dryer D&G would never replace it. I explained that we had to use it to find out how awful it was and that we didn't get a choice and he simply repeated himself. I've complained via email to their head office and had no reply. Rubbish service. Never use them.

I have to give Domestic and General a 1* review after my recent experience. My washing machine door developed a fault so I contacted D&G early July. A Bosch engineer came and said it was unlikely that a replacement door could be found. A week later Bosch informed me that it was a write off. I contacted D&G to inform them. I was told that someone would get back to me. This did not happen and I had to make many phone calls, sometimes waiting 45 minutes to get through, and send many emails, which were not answered. On one occasion I was speaking to someone in Customer Service who hung up on me. I also had a query regarding money I was owed from a policy for a cooker I did not possess. I got no response for this query either Eventually I was contacted by someone from their resolution team who apologised profusely, said I would get an email with choices of Washing Machine to choose from, and someone from the Senior Resolution team would contact me in a matter of days. None of this happened. I phoned again a week later, and was told someone would get back to me. This did not happen either. I decided to email to the CEO of the company, regarding this matter. Needless to say, I got no response. Twelve days later I phoned D&G and asked to speak to him. I was told I could not be put through to him but would be put through to the Senior Resolution Team. I said that this was the Team I wished to complain about! I eventually spoke to someone from this team who apologised profusely (again), arranged the new washing machine and explained the query regarding the money I was owed. I felt I was due compensation for the stress I had experienced trying to get my Washing Machine sorted. A faulty washing machine for 2 months, no response to my emails, no promised phone backs and being cut off when talking to Customer Service. We recently ordered two Julius K9 harnesses for our miniature dachschund. Unfortunately they did not fit as he is really between two sizes so we contacted Fetch who were only to happy to arrange for the harnesses to be collected and for a full refund to be made including the postage that we had paid. They were verry quick to respond to our enquiry and kept us up to date with the situation. We have ordered dog food from them before and their customer service was also very good on this occasion as well. We would definitely recommend Fetch.

1st time customer with Fetch & I couldn't be more impressed. Ordered on Monday, received the order on Tuesday even though I was told to expect delivery on Thursday! All packaged very well & I am looking forward to my next order ?? P.s. Loki loves the food ?

After a long research online and very good feedbacks I decide to purchase CUISINART COOKFRESH PROFESSIONAL GLASS STEAMER. I tried to use it and found out that there are no preset functions: poultry, vegetables, seafood etc. so wildly advertised on every video online and every review of this product as well as on images on the packaging. There is just a timer and two functions: steam and keep warm. That’s all. How this is possible? I feel cheated and tricked. I have returned it. Initially I have been refunded £50 instead of £175. After nearly a month of struggle with Cuicinart North America, France and UK I finally got full refund. Never again. Terrible experience. Customer Service is very poor. It is almost impossible to get in touch.

I had a Kitchen Designer come in to give an estimate. The running feet would be about 30 feet. I got estimates between $8000 to $9000 from other stores. The same for Kitchen magic was $31,000. This store/service needs to be in Hollywood not in Pa. Cant believe they are still in business for 20 + years with these costs.

I asked if I could get a product from their website. The customer service person said I had to find a representative. I live in the boondocks, I wanted the product shipped to me. When I asked if there was alternative to finding a rep, I never got a response. Additionally, when you log into their live chat, you'll get the standard "we're busy" message. Three times I saw that I'd be live with a representative in "0 minutes and 29 seconds." And it was far longer than that before they posted another 0 minute message. I'll find another product.
