The very best laundry service I have ever used, for last couple of centuries that is. Always fast and efficient customer support, with deliciously crispy ironed shirts and clothing always delivered in right time. I'm sure they shall expand with such a high quality model to further parts of our Galaxy, as other races too need clean clothing for such long distance travels.

To start with, you pay over-priced service to make their mobile app looks good, which aims to attract new users but not to improve service. Once you actually start to use it you will find out it's complete useless, repond time is well over 12 hours in most case due to poor logistic management. They would be a lot better hire a few business managers to sort the basics out instead of programmers to cook a fansy app, but I guess good service doesn't attract new customer as fancy looking app does. The actual service is horrible, improper handling of items, poor quality and filthy improper work from time to time. Random deliver/collection miss and, worst of all, missing items are never recovered. They basically don't bother to check anything on the cloth just to cut cost and save time. Say goodbye to your favourite cufflinks and collar bones if you happen to forget to take them off because it sure won't be there when the shirts come back.

This company is not a good company to go through if you’re trying to get pressure washing equipment they sold me a surface grinder that didn’t have the holes drilled inside of the metal to connect the handle to even use the surface grinder I spent over two grand for a pressure washer that doesn’t even work and then to beat all of that if you put gas or oil in the machine you cannot return the machine even if they sell you a broke machine it’s up to you to fix it the warranty is completely fake and to top all of that off the worker that didn’t want to deal with the simple fact that I spent over $2000 with this company decided to tell the supervisor that I threatened her so she can terminate the call this is very sad which leaves my business without a working unit or a working surface grinder which left me out of work for three days now probably for the rest of the summer

I originally found pressure wash direct online using Google. I did some research and also looked around on her site trying to make sure that I had the right pump for my pressure .washer.I contacted them to find out and make sure that I was getting the right pump before I ordered. Needless to say when I receive my pump in the mail for days after I ordered it it was the wrong one. I contacted pressure washer director and told them about the issue. They continue to ask me what number I called from when I called to find out what Pump I needed. they didn’t told me that they had no recording or phone call record stating that they advise me on which pump to get. Then they proceeded on telling me that since they did not have that in order to do the refund I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. First of all I wasn’t too happy about that because that was the first thing that they said to me when I told him that I had the wrong pump instead of trying to figure out how to get me the right pump and handling why I had the wrong pump later. They then said that they would contact me no later than Tuesday with an RMA in order to return the pump. Of course I was left with no other choice but to say OK and move on with my day. I have learned that pressure washer Direct is a dropship retailer and all they do is order from the manufacture and drop ship it to your home or business. Beware that their prices are much greater and you can find a better deal with better customer service and pricing Elsewhere. This is exactly what I had to do and I was able to sell the pump that I purchased from them one line without losing 25%. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company pressure washer Direct is a joke.

I have a gorenje washing machine and heatpump dryer both with a 5 year guarantee. Last year the dryer developed an intermittent fault. Whilst awaiting repair my washing machine developed a leaky pump. The repairs were a long process. To keep it short I was without a washing machine for 6 weeks and a dryer for 3 months. The had 2 wasted days waiting in for repair men that did not turn up. Wrong parts were sent. They took my dryer away and when they returned it it leaked on first use. They finally replaced it with an new one but this broke after 3 weeks. 6 weeks later it is still not repaired. They made me a settlement offer to buy me out of the guarantee. When I accepted this the following day they said they had made a mistake and offered me £100 less. I refused this and said I accepted the offer they made the previous day. They now say the case is closed and they are not going to repair or replace it. I have 1 year 9 months left on my guarantee so I do not believe they have the right to do this. This all started in August and I still have a broken tumble dryer.

We paid close to £1,000 for an American style fridge freezer with warranty included. We chose this make due to the warranty includes as opposed to their competitors. The mechanism on the water dispenser broke within 6months of use and they have refused to replace it free of charge. They have said its not covered in the warranty and we have to pay £90-£130 for a sub contracted engineer to come to our home to assess it and fix it. We feel this product was mis-sold to us as these financial constraints weren't made clear at the time of purchase or as part of the warranty explanation. We are extremely disappointed and would not purchase a Beko product again after this experience. Very bad customer service. Genuine faults like this should be fixed, free of charge.

Beko oven takes a lot longer to cook things for a sample to cook a chicken it takes about 45min to 1hr longer than it says to bake a cake takes 25-35min longer than any oven we have had

If you sell things to people 1) make sure your website doesn't have products that are not made anymore; 2) if you cancel an order, have the decency to explain why, not an email that just says "order cancelled". It's really not that hard to have good customer service. My advise; if you come across the company looking for a part, keep Googling.

AVOID this company - look how many negative reviews they have - is it worth it?? They lost all of my underwear and then refused responsibility or compensation. I used their wash, dry & fold service. Firstly, their driver tried to cancel the collection saying he couldn't find my apartment. I got straight on to the live chat with them because I could literally see his van on my road. He finally showed up (late) without any apology. I handed him my laundry, but when I received it back ALL of my underwear was missing. WTF? Nothing else was missing except for my underwear. The company were totally incompetent, denying responsibility saying that because the items aren't individually tagged for this service they aren't responsible. Complete nonsense. As a laundry company, they have a duty of care to look after items left in their hands and in this regard they clearly completely failed. Again i'll highlight the fact that it was ONLY my underwear that went missing without a trace - embarrassing for me, and also insidious in my opinion. They compensated me for the cost of the service (£15), but not for the items lost, which was around £100 worth. I was not even expecting a full compensation, just the value of the items at the time that they got lost, but received absolutely nothing except deniability of responsibility and a pathetic "sorry we can't help you". This company is absolutely untrustworthy and feckless, if you happen to lose an item in their wash, dry & fold service, don't expect to have a happy resolution, so only give them items you'd be happy to lose!

I became victim of the fraud via LaundrApp, 490 GBP stolen from my card. This is a ridiculous amount for a dry cleaning, but you are fighting my chargeback and your customer support tried to mislead me into recalling my claim. How's that for a customer service ?

Seems funny to rhapsodize about a clothespin, but I've raised 9 children and used a lot of cheap, inferior quality clothespins. When I was looking for some that were Made in the USA, I found these. I first needed to alert them that I made the purchase then I had contact them twice to get the item shipped. I took about 10 days to get the item delivered. I notice all the effort spent responding to negative reviews on Trustpilot. maybe try communicating with your customers in the first place rather than wasting time with pointless responses here.

Products ordered 3 weeks ago, keep getting response saying waiting for it to get delivered to the warehouse. Had 2 deliveries of bulbs and plugs to the house but not the main items. Contacted them again told I would receive confirmation of my delivery slot as it would be delivered on Saturday, guess what, no confirmation of delivery slot and no delivery. Shocking service.
