This is basically a BS site that pretends to be consumer oriented but it's really just a portal to allow scumbags to use bogus claims as a way to scare small businesses into paying them to go away. There's no vetting of facts or requirements put on the "damaged" party. Just a bunch of BS claims by losers.

Someone who was harassing me and trying to disparage my personal name on the internet just made up some stuff and posted it to peopleclaim, as if my personal name was a company. After emailing peopleclaim, they said I could just argue it online publicly by responding. But I said it's not even an existing business to argue about. It's not even a real issue. It's a person making stuff up. They replied once with a curt unhelpful answer, and they have ignored all future emails.

I used this firm for conveyancing. I've never encountered such an incompetent, unprofessional firm. They failed to take the most basic actions to progress my sale, they let emails from the buyer's solicitors go unanswered for weeks, and my sale is at risk of falling through because of their incompetence. They just ignore my emails and phone calls asking for updates. The estate agents and the buyer's solicitors have both told me that they've never had to deal with such an unprofessional firm. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience I would avoid. I used this firm for the sale and purchase of my property, they were keen to get my business but once signed up they were unresponsive, difficult to contact, lied to me which I consider to be dishonest and made it a really stressful experience. They never returned calls and failed to deal with my subsequent complaint.

i was quoted £574 all in including all disbursements, that was not the case as i had to pay for third party disbursements which i was not told about, they are typical sales people selling a product with no care or regards to the customers so long as they receive their cut or commission from the solicitors. I asked if any monies to be added on to this price the answer was no, i suggest call the firm in question and ask them before you go ahead, this has cost me more than £574 due to third party disbursements.

But I think what stands out most is the friendly personable staff who made what was a difficult time so much easier to deal with. The advice I have received was clear, sound and at all times I felt that they were only ever acting in my best interest. Neither of my cases were straightforward but they took so much time and care in 'unscrambling' everything so that I fully understood what was going on at all times. This was a huge comfort to me. I would not hesitate in recommending Sharon MacDonald or Karen Snook who both have the same down to earth nature, but more importantly a very welcome sense of humour which can be so rare in this field. We send declination letters to everyone who calls us, if we do not represent them. No Ivanna Tuddors has ever called the firm. Even if this were not a fake name, no client has called this firm in the past asking about a "sensitive for my family" matter. It should be obvious that if you look at the barely-literate English in this post below, that it was not drafted by a real client.

Brilliant service received by cube legal. Shahid was an absolute gentleman. He explained the whole process beforehand via phone and then kept me up to date the day he was coming out to the property. When he arrived he explained the process and then began measuring the rooms. He emailed me a copy of the inspection report the next day. However, I noticed a typo which he instantly fixed and then sent me an amended report on the same day. Very processional and quick service. Couldn’t be happier. I had an insurance issue which was passed to them but they found avenues not to carry on with dealing with my issues even though I furnished them with evidence I have a problem in had which has not been resolved we have been in circles same story comes up there is nothing to ad !! I know this not a competent company to deal I would never or recommend them to my worse enemy just frankly fed up , I wonder who regulates these sorts of companies

Lancashire law were TERRIBLE. So unprofessional. We were buying our first home and the way we were treated was disgusting. No updates, when we called it took them days to call back. We ALWAYS had to approach them first for updates. They pushed the blame on to the seller and took no responsibility for how long every took. ( even though it was proven it was them dragging their feet.) We were advised a date and then we were told it was going to be ATLEAST another month (5 days before Christmas). ALISON called at 5:30, said and I quote "5000 to 1 you'll be in next week" It actually took another person from a different company to resolve the matter and get us a completion for that Friday (2days). Would NOT recommend EVER. Alison (the solicitor) rude and unhelpful. £941 and what for because they are meant to represent us and support us. When really the whole experience only caused me a lot of stress, tears and anxiety.

There are so many companies telling you that you can terminate your timeshare and get thousands in compensation that it was good to speak with Stephen Boyd at Athena Law. He proved to me that they are an honest and professional company and not out to get a few thousand pounds for doing little or nothing. I enquired through the website and he telephoned me and gave me advice that meant that they earnt nothing. However, it was the right advice in my circumstances and it restored my faith in Solicitors. And that is quite a feat as I am a retired one!

Thank you Hans for all your help with my application for a visa to remain in the UK after my marriage to a UK citizen.
